Використання адаптивної фільтрації та методів машинного навчання у системах придушення шуму, реалізованих на платформі SOC

Modern video conferencing systems work in different noise environments, so preservation of speech clarity and provision of quick adaptation to changes in this environment are relevant tasks. During the development of embedded systems, finding a balance between resource consumption, performance, and signal quality obtained after noise suppression is necessary. Systems on a chip allow us to use the power of both processor cores available on the hardware platform and FPGAs to perform complex calculations, which contributes to increasing the speed or reducing the load on the central SoC cores.
Objective. To conduct a comparative analysis of the noise suppression quality in audio signals by an adaptive filtering algorithm and a filtering algorithm using machine learning based on the RNNoise neural network in noise suppression devices on the technological platform SoC.
Method. Evaluation using objective metrics and spectrogram analysis using the Librosa library in Python. Neural network training and model design are performed on the basis of Python and Torch tools. The Vitis IDE package was used for the neural network implementation on the platform SoC.
Results. The analysis of two noise suppression methods using the adaptive Wiener filter and the RNNoise neural network was performed. In the considered scenarios, it was determined that the neural network shows better noise suppression results according to the analysis of spectrograms and objective metrics.
Conclusions. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of noise suppression algorithms based on adaptive filters and a neural network was performed for scenarios with different noise environments. The results of objective SIGMOS metrics were obtained to evaluate the quality of the received audio signal. In addition, the possibility of running the RNNoise neural network on the technological platform SoC ZYNQ 7000 was verified.
UK: Актуальність. Сучасні системи відео конференційного зв’язку працюють у різноманітному шумовому оточенні, тому актуальними завданнями є збереження чіткості мовлення та забезпечення швидкої адаптації до зміни цього оточення. При розробці вбудованих систем виникає необхідність знайти баланс між споживанням ресурсів, продуктивністю та якістю сигналу, отриманого після придушення шуму. Системи на кристалі дозволяють використовувати потужність як процесорних ядер, доступних на апаратній платформі, так і FPGA, для виконання складних обчислень, що сприяє підвищенню швидкодії або зменшенню навантаження на основні ядра SoC.
Мета. Проведення порівняльного аналізу якості придушення шуму у аудіо сигналах алгоритмом адаптивної фільтрації та алгоритмом фільтрації з використанням машинного навчання на основі нейронної мережі rnnoise в пристроях придушення шуму на технологічній платформі SoC.
Метод. Оцінка за допомогою об’єктивних метрик, аналіз спектрограм з використанням бібліотеки Librosa на Python. Навчання нейромережі та проєктування моделі виконується на основі інструментів Python та Torch. Для реалізації нейронної мережі на платформі SoC використовувався пакет Vitis IDE.
Результати. Виконано аналіз двох методів придушення шуму з використанням адаптивного фільтру Вейнера та нейронної мережі RNNoise. У розглянутих сценаріях було визначено що нейронна мережа показує кращі результати придушення шуму згідно до аналізу спектрограм та об’єктивних метрик.
Висновки. У роботі було виконано порівняльний аналіз ефективності алгоритмів придушення шуму на базі адаптивних фільтрів і нейронної мережі у сценаріях з різним шумовим оточенням. Були отримані результати об’єктивих метрик SIGMOS для оцінки якості отриманого аудіосигналу. Додатково була виконана перевірка можливості запуску нейронної мережі RNNoise на технологічній платформі SoC ZYNQ 7000.Shkil A. S. S. I. Gessen in Memoirs and Assessments of V. V. Zenkovsky: Page from Intellectual History of Russian Emigration
The relationship between S. I. Gessen and V. V. Zenkovsky, representatives of Russian philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and social thought, is considered as an episode of the intellectual history of the Russian diaspora. It is argued that the image of S. I. Gessen, formed in the scientific works and memoirs of a famous teacher, complements the idea of his personality, of the position S. I. Gessen held in the scientific, pedagogical and social life of the emigration. An analysis of the relationship between two thinkers over a quarter of a century is presented. The conclusion is drawn about the “internal dialogue” between them, which developed on the pages of emigre periodicals, was recorded in correspondence with like-minded people and became the subject of reflection and self-reflection in scientific works. The author pays special attention to assessments of the theoretical contribution of S. I. Gessen to Russian and European philosophical and pedagogical thought, which are given in reviews and surveys, the essay “Russian Pedagogy in the XX century” and “History of Russian Philosophy”. It is shown that in this context, the responses to the death of S. I. Gessen and memories of him, which make it possible to determine the attitude of V. V. Zenkovsky not only to S. I. Gessen the thinker, but also to man, acquire great importance
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Doppler and modulation tomography of XTE J1118+480 in quiescence
We present Doppler and modulation tomography of the X-ray nova XTE J1118+480 with data obtained during quiescence using the 10-m Keck II telescope. The hotspot where the gas stream hits the accretion disc is seen in H alpha, H beta, He i lambda 5876 and Ca ii lambda 8662, thus verifying the presence of continued mass transfer within the system. The disc is clearly seen in H alpha and Ca ii lambda 8662. We image the mass-donor star in narrow absorption lines of Na i lambda lambda 5890, 5896, 8183, 8195 and Ca ii lambda 8662, implying an origin from the secondary itself rather than the interstellar medium. We also detect deviations in the centroid of the double peak of H alpha akin to those found by Zurita et al. suggesting disc eccentricity
TeX v jednoduchém unixovém prostředí
summary:Při ladění TeXového dokumentu potřebujeme mnohokrát opakovaně pouštět TeX, podívat se, jak dopadl výsledek v prohlížeči DVI nebo PDF souboru, mrknout na výpis TeXu na terminálu, podívat se případně do logu a celou činnost opakovat. V tomto článku je ukázáno, jak tuto práci dělá autor článku. Proces "editor-TeX-kuk" je zde podporován jednoduchými unixovými nástroji: bashovým skriptem texloop, který si autor pro tyto účely vytvořil, dále terminálem Xterm a jednoduchým editorem, který umí navázat na klávesovou zkratku spuštění příkazu v systému. Čtenář se zde může inspirovat a přizpůsobit tyto nástroje svým vlastním potřebám. V článku je popsána funkce skriptu texloop, dále je neformálně rozveden dlouholetý vývoj autorova vztahu k textovým editorům a konečně je zde uvedena konfigurace terminálu Xterm, aby vyhovoval českému prostředí jak v kódování ISO-8859-2, tak v kódování UTF-8. Pro kódování UTF-8 si v závěru článku vygenerujeme TeXový formát csplain.summary:By debugging a TeX document it is necessary many times repeatedly to run TeX, to look for the result in DVI or PDF file, to gander the TeX output on the terminal, or eventually to have a look in the log-file, and all that action to repeat. In the paper it is show, how this work is made by author. The process '‘'editor-TeX-look' is supported by simple Unix tools: bash script texloop, created by author for these purposes, Xterm terminal and a simple editor, which is able to link to the shortcut key the activation of a system command. The reader could be inspired with the solution and to adapt these tools to his/her own needs. In the paper the function of the texloop script is described, and further the longstanding evolution of the author's relation to text editors is informal elaborated and finally a configuration of Xterm terminal, suitable for the czech environment with both ISO-8859-2 and UTF-8 encoding is introduced. For UTF-8 encoding the TeX format csplain is generated at the end of the paper
Correlated X-ray/ultraviolet/optical variability in the very low mass AGN NGC 4395
We report the results of a 1-yr Swift X-ray/ultraviolet (UV)/optical programme monitoring the dwarf Seyfert nucleus in NGC4395 in 2008-2009. The UV/optical flux from the nucleus was found to vary dramatically over the monitoring period, with a similar pattern of variation in each of the observed UV/optical bands (spanning 1900-5500 Å). In particular, the luminosity of NGC4395 in the 1900 Å band changed by more than a factor of 8 over the monitoring period. The fractional variability was smaller in the UV/optical bands than that seen in the X-rays, with the X-ray/optical ratio increasing with increasing flux. Pseudo-instantaneous flux measurements in the X-ray and each UV/optical band were well correlated, with cross-correlation coefficients of ≥0.7, significant at 99.9per cent confidence. Archival Swift observations from 2006 sample the intra-day X-ray/optical variability on NGC4395. These archival data show a very strong correlation between the X-ray and b bands, with a cross-correlation coefficient of 0.84 (significant at >99per cent confidence). The peak in the cross-correlation function is marginally resolved and asymmetric, suggesting that X-rays lead the b band, but by ≤1h. In response to recent (2011 August) very high X-ray flux levels from NGC4395 we triggered Swift target of opportunity observations, which sample the intra-hour X-ray/UV variability. These observations indicate, albeit with large uncertainties, a lag of the 1900 Å band behind the X-ray flux of ∼400s. The tight correlation between the X-ray and UV/optical lightcurves, together with the constraints we place on the lag time-scale, is consistent with the UV/optical variability of NGC4395 being primarily due to reprocessing of X-ray photons by the accretion disc

Vytvořil jsem autorskou knihu o čtyřiceti stránkách s ilustracemi a minimem textu. Kniha je černobílá, dominuje v ní tušová kresba štětcem a perem. Kromě té je v knize ale i text, který slouží jako poetické doplnění ilustrací.
Obsah knihy se zaměřuje na úzký kruh přátel a zároveň vypovídá o autorovi jak vybranými motivy, situacemi tak linkou.

Obsahem první části diplomové práce je schopnost kolektivní spolupráce skupiny Gob Squad. V popisu jejich práce reflektuji své tvůrčí zkušenosti. Ve druhé části se zaměřuji na postup Anny Klimešové a kolektivu u zkoušení inscenace Proměním se v zajíce se zármutkem a obrovskou opatrností. Bakalářská práce představuje píseckého rodáka, patriota a spisovatele Ladislava Berana. Část práce mapuje důležitá data jeho života, jeho tvůrčí inspiraci a práci kriminalisty. Zajímalo mě, zda se autor sám považuje za regionálního autora. V práci také analyzuji tři jeho knihy. Shromáždila jsem některé reflexe na tyto knihy, rozhovory s autorem a články o něm.
