Ongkowidjojo-Malang sering terlambat, absensi, juga tidak memiliki keinginan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara awal terhadap kepala HRD PT. Ongkowidjojo-Malang. Fakta-fakta tersebut menjadi indikator mengenai adanya ketidakpuasan atau kepuasan yang rendah pada para pekerja. Peneliti bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara work-family conflictdengan kepuasan kerja karyawati di PT. Ongkowidjojo-Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif dan korelasi. Populasi sebanyak 38 karyawati dengan jumlah sampel 38 karyawati. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Menggunakan instrumen penelitian skala work-family conflict dengan reliabilitas 0,967 dan skala kepuasan kerja dengan reliabilitas 0,964. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawati di PT. Ongkowidjojo-Malang memilikiwork-family conflict yang rendah, yaitu sebesar 57,89% dan karyawati yang memiliki work-family conflict yang tinggi sebesar 42,10%. karyawati yang memiliki kepuasan kerja yang rendah sebesar 39,47% dan karyawati yang memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi sebesar 60,53% . terdapat hubungan negatif antara work-family conflict dengan kepuasan kerja dengan angka korelasi -0,501 dan

literary works which are as an inseparable part of society's lives that form a
dialectical relationship between society and literary works. In addition, it is
important to understand the pattern of discourse structures used by authors in
producing texts in his works.
The purpose of this study is to discuss 1) the dialectical relationship
between the reality of the trilogy novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk and social reality
regarding social problems; 2) world view and human facts based on social
problems in the novel; 3) the pattern of discourse structure in producing texts on
social problems in the novel trilogy Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk.
The theory used is genetic structuralism to discuss and analyze world
views and human facts by using Sociology of Literature approach; and Critical
Discourse Analysis Theory is used to find out the pattern of discourse structure on
social problems. Qualitative descriptive paradigm with analytical descriptive
method is the method used in this research. The data is obtained from the text in
the primary and secondary data sources which refer to social problems and
patterns of discourse structure in the novel. In addition, data are obtained from
texts related to social problems and the results of interviews with the author. The
data analysis technique is based on the data analysis interactive model
component.
The reality of the novel and the social reality depicted through the text
regarding the social problems of poverty, occultism, prostitution, illiteracy, and
crime in the form of exploitation in the novel related to the results of interviews
with the author proves the existence of a dialectical relationship between novel
reality and social reality.
The world view related to social problems in the novel shows the world
views on economic, religious, and social fields related to the function of literary
texts in the form of affirmations and negations; meanwhile from the human facts
views, revealed the form of individual human fact and collective human fact.
The pattern of discourse structure on social problems in the novel based
on the text dimensions shows that there are some elements which form the
structure of the text used, namely: background elements, details, intentions,
presuppositions, coherence, pronouns, lexicon, and graphics. Based on the
elements of social cognition and social context, there are power practices,

Analysis of Translation Techniques, Methods, and Ideology on Children’s Bilingual Story Books
Get PDFPurpose - This research aimed to describe, the techniques, methods and ideology used by the author of children’s bilingual books.
Design/methodology/approach - This study used descriptive qualitative in this research, in which the author used Molina & Albir and Newmark for the basic theory.
Findings - The author found that the bilingual books' author mostly used literal translation as the technique. Then, for the methods, the most frequent was a word-for-word and literal translation. It meant that the author's ideology was foreignization because the bilingual books' author tended to maintain the word of the source language.
Originality/value - The concluded that literal or word-for-word translation in translating stories for children is not suitable, since the sentences in the translated version tended to be complicated which is not suitable for teachers, parents, and children especially. The suggested for the bilingual books' authors use a communicative translation so that it can be easily read and understood.

No full textFenomena penggunaan internet begitu merak terjadi di Indonesia, membuat orang Indonesia sangat membutuhkan internet, dengan peluang fenomena di atas untuk pertukaran informasi menjadi begitu mudah sehingga hal ini menjadi kesempatan bagi bisnis untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Pelanggan kemudian akan melakukan proses keputusan pembelian.
Objek yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah Shopee. Yang merupakan bisnis di bidang toko online yang menjadi perantara antara penjual dan pembeli. Dimana Shopeee membuat aplikasi berbasis android untuk pengguna jasanya. Dari fenomena diatas penulis mengangkat judul “Pengaruh Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk-Produk Online di Shopee”.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknologi Komunikasi, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner pada mahasiswa FISIP USU angkatan 2013 yang pernah berbelanja di Shopee, maka peneliti menganalisis data dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data dan analisis regresi linear sederhana.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden dengan variabel word of mouth dan keputusan pembelian pada Shopee memiliki krirtteria yang baik. Melalui hasil uji parsial, tiga indikator word of mouth terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Indikator word of mouth memiliki pengaruh pada keputusan pembelian pada Shopee sebesar 71,2 %, sedangkan 28,8 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.The phenomenon of the use Internet is so rife in Indonesia, making Indonesia the very need of the internet, with the above phenomenon opportunities for the exchange of information becomes so easy that it becomes an opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers. The method used in this research is quantitative with spreading questionnaires to students FISIP 2013 USU force ever shopped at Shopee, the researchers analyzed data from questionnaires using data analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research, respondents with variable word of mouth and purchase decisions on Shopee have krirtteria good. Through the partial test results, the three indicators of word of mouth proved to have a positive influence and a significant influence on the purchase decision process. Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu (BPMPT) Kota Surakarta
merupakan salah satu SKPD yang menangani pelayanan kepesertaan kartu
Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Masyarakat Surakarta (PKMS). Keberhasilan BPMPT
dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan akan menjadi cerminan bagi potret birokrasi
di Kota Surakarta. Hal ini dikarenakan semua pelayanan perizinan maupun non
perizinan dari seluruh SKPD di Surakarta ditangani oleh BPMPT, sehingga
apabila pelayanan yang diberikan tidak berkualitas, masyarakat akan merasa tidak
puas dengan pelayanan publik di Surakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
memperoleh gambaran aktual terkait pelayanan pembuatan kartu PKMS Silver di
BPMPT Surakarta. Secara lebih spesifik, penulis ingin menguji sejauh mana
pengaruh profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi, dan teknologi informasi terhadap
kualitas pelayanan dalam penerbitan kartu PKMS Silver di BPMPT Surakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa kajian teori dari para ahli untuk
mendefinisikan tiap variabel penelitian. Profesionalisme mengacu pada teori
Hessel (2005), komitmen organisasi mengacu pada teori Sopiah (2008) dan
Adekola (2012), teknologi informasi mengacu pada teori Mulyanto (2009),
sedangkan kualitas pelayanan mengacu pada teori Ismail (2009).
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian
ini adalah seluruh masyarakat kota Surakarta yang melakukan permohonan
penerbitan kartu PKMS Silver di BPMPT. Jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu
sebanyak 400 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random
sampling.
Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi, dan teknologi
informasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan
terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan F hitung (32,68) > dari F tabel (2,63). Hasil
analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan secara serentak sumbangan pengaruh
dari profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan teknologi informasi yaitu 19,7%
sedangkan sisanya sebesar 80,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
Selain itu, untuk setiap kenaikan 1 unit tiap variabel independen (X1,X2,X3) dan
variabel bebas lainnya tetap, maka kualitas pelayanan akan meningkat sebesar
0,201;0,299;0,398.

Investment And Integrated Licensing Agency (IILA) of Surakarta is one of
a regional taskforce on service membership card of Maintenance of Public Health
Surakarta (MPHS). IILA success of service delivery will be a reflection of the
portrait of bureaucracy in Surakarta. This is because all service licensing and
non-licensing of all regional taskforce in Surakarta handled by IILA, so if the
services provided are not qualified, the public will feel dissatisfied with public
services in Surakarta. This research aims to obtain the actual picture related to
card publishing service of MPHS Silver in IILA Surakarta. More specifically, the
author would like to test the extent of the influence of professionalism,
commitment, organization and information technology on quality of service in
publishing cards MPHS Silver in BPMPT Surakarta.
This research uses a theoretical study of the experts to define each of the
variables. Professionalism refers to the Hessel theory (2005), organizational
commitment refers to the Sopiah (2008) and Adekola (2012) theory, information
of technology refers to the Mulyanto theory (2009), while the quality of service
refers to the theory Ismail (2009)
This research is an explanative research. The population of research was
all the people who do the town of Surakarta MPHS Silver card issuance
application in IILA. A total of 400 respondents was taken as the sample. The
sample was taken using simple random sampling.
Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis. Results of this study
indicate that the professionalism, organizational commitment, and information
technology together have a positive and significant impact on the quality of
service with the F count (32.68)> from F table (2,63). Coefficient of
determination analysis results show the effect of the simultaneous contribution of
professionalism, commitment and organization of information technology that is
19.7% while the remaining 80.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.
Moreover, for every increase of 1 unit of each independent variable (X1, X2, X3)
and the other independent variables constant, the quality of service will increase
by 0,201; 0.299; 0.398.

Sastra tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Sebuah karya sastra yang diciptakan oleh pengarang yang notabene terlahir dalam kelompok masyarakat. Dari kehidupan bermasyarakatlah seorang pengarang menciptakan karyanya dan masyarakat pula yang menikmati karya tersebut. Sebuah karya sastra yang bermutu tentunya memuat suatu pesan atau nilai yang dapat menggugah perasaan bahkan tingkah laku penikmat karya sastra, nilai yang dimaksudkan yaitu nilai moral. Salah satu bentuk karya sastra yang mudah dipahami yaitu film. Di dalamnya terdapat nilai-nilai moral yang dapat diambil sebagai pelajaran hidup. Dalam film biografi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫) juga banyak nilai-nilai moral yang dapat diambil untuk pelajaran hidup. Inilah yang menjadi dasar penelitian ini.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) bagaimanakah nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan dalam film biografi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫); (2) bagaimanakah nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dalam film biografi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫); dan (3) Bagaimanakah nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri dalam film biografi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫).
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah film biografi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫). Data penelitian ini berupa cuplikan monolog, kutipan-kutipan dalam bentuk dialog antar tokoh, narasi serta tingkah laku yang menggambarkan nilai moral yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam film bigrafi Confucius (孔子) karya Hu Mei (胡玫) terdapat nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dan hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan tampak pada kepercayaan pada Dzat di atasnya kepercayaan pada ajaran dan menjalankan tradisi. Ketiga bentuk moral tersebut termasuk jenis ajaran moral konfusius yang memenuhi ajaran moral 礼 (lĭ). Nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain tampak pada sikap cinta kasih, kesetiaan, penghianatan, persahabatan dan kekeluargaan. Dimana persahabatan, kesetiaan dan kekeluargaan memenuhi ajaran moral礼 (lĭ) dan仁 (rén), penghianatan memenuhi ajaran moral 中庸 (zhōng yōng) dan cinta kasih memenuhi ajaran moral仁 (rén).Dan nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri tampak pada sikap harga diri, dendam, rendah hati, bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab. Dimana kelima bentuk moral tersebut memenuhi ajaran moral中庸 (zhōng yōng).

Literature can not be separated from society life. A literature is created by an author from society groups. Based on society life, an author creates works and people around are the viewers. A good quality work has a special message or value that can make the viewers feeling good or even change the habitual life, which is moral value. One of the ways to enjoy literature work is by the movie. There are many moral values that can be reflected from a movie. On Confucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫), viewers can find and moral values for life and these are the basic of this research.
The research questions of this research are (1) how is the moral value of human relationship to the God on Confucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫); (2) how is the moral value of human relationship and others on Confucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫); and (3) how is the moral value of human relationship and themselves on Confucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫).
The researcher used descriptive-qualitative method on the research with sociology of literature approach. The main source of the research is Confucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫). While the data of the research are monologue, parts of dialogue between characters, synopsis and behaviors related to the research problems. The analysis used content analysis method.
The result showed there are moral values of human relationship to the God, human relationship and others, also human relationship and themselves onConfucius (孔子) biography movie by Hu Mei (胡玫). The moral value of human relationship and The God can be reflected on belief of The One upon theories and traditions. The third moral values are beloging to礼 (lĭ) confucius moral theory. Next, the moral value of human relationship and others can be reflected on loving behaviors, loyalty, betrayal, friendship and family life. Where friendship, loyalty anda family life beloging to礼 (lĭ) and仁 (rén) confucius moral theory, betrayal beloging to中庸 (zhōng yōng) confucius moral theory and loving behaviors beloging to 仁 (rén) confucius moral theory. The last, moral value of human relationship and themselves can be seen from the pride, revenge, be humble, wise and responsible. The Fifth moral values beloging to中庸 (zhōng yōng) confucius moral theory.
