A Escola moderna de Francisco Ferrer y Guardia e o anarquismo: dimensão sociológica e reverberações
No full textTCC (graduação) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Curso de Ciências Sociais.A partir do trabalho apresentado, pretende-se discutir a reverberação e a dimensão sociológica do pensamento do educador e pedagogo catalão Francisco Ferrer y Guardia (1859-1909), assim como da experiência da Escola Moderna de Barcelona. A análise da reverberação das concepções educacionais e do ensino racionalista de Ferrer para a ideológica política anarquista e, principalmente, para o campo da educação, assim como para as experiências educacionais ditas libertárias influenciadas pelas concepções educacionais do educador, deve conduzir o trabalho. Vislumbrando compreender o alcance da contribuição de Francisco Ferrer e a contemporaneidade dos princípios de seu programa de ensino racionalista e, em última instância, a dimensão sociológica desse personagem que parece tão importante para a história do anarquismo. Para entender melhor que foi Ferrer, o trabalho leva em consideração tanto a trajetória quanto a descrição da experiência da Escola Moderna de Barcelona, assim como seu diálogo com o anarquismo

P., 30.VII.2001 (5♁♁, 1♀, and 1 specimen, CUCO).</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis</b>: Body somewhat elongated (Fig. 221); smooth, black intense and bright tegument, particularly in the ventral side. Head (Fig. 35) shaped as in <i>Tentyria platyceps</i> Steven, subtriangular epistome slightly protruding forward, provided with a tooth at the middle; punctures quite fine but perceptible, not confluent and greater that in the pronotum; sub-right and transverse, well defined, broad and deep gular groove (Fig. 69), but not as deep than in <i>T. platyceps</i>; pronotum (Fig. 105) moderately transverse and convex, sided curved and narrowed towards the base, barely rounded and prolonged backward; posterior angles obtuse but discernible, punctures very fine and sparse; prosternal apophysis (Fig. 140) long and narrow, with the extreme bent upward in ventral view and surpassing backwards the level of procoxae. Protibiae not showing sexual dimorphism, with the margin right and progressively widened to the apex; elytra convex, smooth, punctures very fine, even more that in the pronotum, ovate and elongate, and almost as narrowed at the base as at the apex. Abdominal sternites smooth and bright, last urosternite with the apex bifid (Fig. 153). Una bona modalitat de promoure la implicació de la família és mitjançant els Grups Interactius, una de les actuacions educatives d’èxit de les Comunitats d’Aprenentatge. En el present Treball de Fi de Grau s’exposa una descripció i un anàlisi sobre l’experiència dels Grups Interactius a l’etapa d’Educació Infantil en el CEIP Son Ferrer.[spa] The active participation of families in the classrooms brings many benefits to both students and relatives and teachers. A good way to promote family involvement is through Interactive Groups, one of the successful educational actions of Learning Communities. Differential stability of 2'F-ANA*RNA and ANA*RNA hybrid duplexes: roles of structure, pseudohydrogen bonding, hydration, ion uptake and flexibility
No full text14 pags., 7 figs., 3 tabs.Hybrids of RNA with arabinonucleic acids 2′F-ANA and ANA have very similar structures but strikingly different thermal stabilities. We now present a thorough study combining NMR and other biophysical methods together with state-of-the-art theoretical calculations on a fully modified 10-mer hybrid duplex. Comparison between the solution structure of 2′F-ANA•RNA and ANA•RNA hybrids indicates that the increased binding affinity of 2′F-ANA is related to several subtle differences, most importantly a favorable pseudohydrogen bond (2′F-purine H8) which contrasts with unfavorable 2′-OH-nucleobase steric interactions in the case of ANA. While both 2′F-ANA and ANA strands maintained conformations in the southern/eastern sugar pucker range, the 2′F-ANA strand's structure was more compatible with the A-like structure of a hybrid duplex. No dramatic differences are found in terms of relative hydration for the two hybrids, but the ANA•RNA duplex showed lower uptake of counterions than its 2′F-ANA•RNA counterpart. Finally, while the two hybrid duplexes are of similar rigidities, 2′F-ANA single strands may be more suitably preorganized for duplex formation. Thus the dramatically increased stability of 2′F-ANA•RNA and ANA•RNA duplexes is caused by differencesin at least four areas, of which structure and pseudohydrogen bonding are the most important. © The Author(s) 2010.
