No full textBeton geopolimer menunjukkan potensi sebagai Substitusi yang lebih berkelanjutan untuk semen karena proses pembuatannya memerlukan energi yang lebih sedikit daripada semen Portland. Mortar geopolimer merupakan inovasi yang dapat mengurangi penggunaan semen sambil mendaur ulang limbah yang melimpah. Dalam penelitian menggunakan bahan-bahan seperti fly ash, abu sekam padi, dan kaolin sebagai pengganti semen, ditemukan bahwa Mix design ke-4 dengan perbandingan fly ash 90% dan abu sekam padi 10% memiliki kuat tekan tertinggi, mencapai 20,95 MPa.
Pengaplikasian fly ash dan abu sekam padi menggunakan konsentrasi NaOH sebesar 4 Molar dan perbandingan Sodium Silikat dan Sodium Hidroksida sebesar 0,5 menghasilkan porositas terendah pada Mix design ke-1 dan ke-4 (12%), sementara Mix design ke-8 memiliki porositas tertinggi (33%). Keberhasilan Mix design ke-4 dalam mencapai kuat tekan tertinggi diatribusikan pada optimalisasi kadar kaolin menggunakan rasio (W/S) dengan jumlah 0,42 dan (SS/SH 4 Molar) dengan jumlah 0,5 sebesar 50%

No full textPenelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and
Developmen) atau R&D untuk menghasilkan produk yaitu perancangan buku
ilustrasi berupa buku cerita bergambar tentang “Toakala”. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dengan melalui 3 tahap dari 5 tahap
penelitian tersebut, yakni tahap analisis, desain/perancangan dan pengembangan.
Data penelitian bersifat deskriktif dan dalam bentuk kualitatif, yang didapatkan
dari instrumen teknik pengumpulan data, begitu juga dengan hasil penilaian oleh
para ahli. Setelah semua data dikumpulkan, selanjutnya data diolah untuk
dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk perancangan dalam bentuk buku
cerita bergambar tentang “Toakala” yang menjadi media dalam upaya pelestarian
budaya lokal kepada anak usia dini yang ada di Kabupaten Maros Sulawesi
Selatan. Produk dari penelitian ini telah melewati tahap validasi serta direvisi
sesuai saran dan masukan oleh para ahli, dan telah dinyatakan valid untuk
digunakan, sehingga buku dapat dicetak. Produk dirancang dalam bentuk buku
cerita bergambar berukuran 20 x 20 cm dengan total 33 halaman, 18 rangkap, dan
2 sampul (sampul depan dan sampul belakang). Menggunakan jenis kertas HVS
untuk isi buku dengan ketebalan 75 gsm, dan kertas kingstruk dengan ketebalan
150 gram untuk sampul. Teknik percetakan menggunakan print laser, dan teknik
jilid staples

developing strategies marketing. Bank as a financial institution whose primary
function collector and distributor of funds to the community should be able to
manage high-quality product strategies in order to attract new customers. Besides
the procedure of doing the loan is also a consideration for consumers to make
decisions in the conduct of PT Bank Sumut Branch Offices USU Medan. The
purpose of this study is to measure the effect of loan products to the decision to
borrow, to measure the effect of promotion decisions to borrow and measure the
effect of loan products and promotions together against the decision to borrow.
The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The
population of four thousand two hundred people. Sample size in this study was
determined using the formula Slovin. The author uses accindental sampling
method.

The Role of the Anterior Inferior Iliac Spine in the Emergence of Hominin Obligate Bipedalism
No full textabstract: I argued that the development of the Anterior Inferior Iliac Spine (AIIS), an entirely novel trait unique to the hominin pelvis, signaled a critical transformation from facultative (occasional) to obligate (exclusive) bipedality. The species that were considered included Homo sapiens, Australopithecus afarensis (Lucy), Ardipithecus ramidus (Ardi) and Pan troglodytes (chimpanzee); Ar. ramidus is believed to have been a facultative biped while both A. afarensis and H. sapiens were/are obligate bipeds, a stark contrast from the upright Bent-Hip Bent-Knee gait seen in chimpanzees, an organism that lacks an AIIS. It was found that the AIIS served a significant function in the advent of bipedality from Pan to Ardi because it allowed higher attachment for the rectus femoris muscle, a crucial knee extensor; however it is not heavily implicated in the transformation from facultative to obligate bipedality. Moreover, the appearance of the AIIS, first seen in Ardi, likely occurred following the lumbosacral changes that positioned the hominin body in an upright position so that the body's center of mass remained balanced over its supporting base. This provided the framework necessary to further select for organisms that had the AIIS and could walk upright, which perpetuated this change in the hominin lineage

In the process of teaching and learning English, the existence of teachers is
very important in facilitating the teaching and learning process. In addition, the
level of professionalism of English teachers is very influential for the learning
process and learning outcomes. Based on the reason above, the author is interested
in studying the professionalism of English teachers at Islamic Junior High School
1 Tulungagung.
The formulation of research problems are 1) How is the professionalism of
classroom teacher in the mastery of the material to improve quality of students
learning at Islamic Junior High School of 1 Tulungagung?. 2) How is the
professionalism of classroom teacher in using teaching methods and techniques to
improve the quality of students learning at Islamic Junior High School of 1
Tulungagung?. 3) What are the kind of teaching methods and medias used by the
teacher in teaching students at Islamic Junior High School 1 Tulungagung?.
The study belonged to field research for the data were collected in
the field. Meanwhile, the design in the study was descriptive since the study
described the phenomenon of the practice of professionalism of the teachers
during the teaching and learning process. The data obtained from observation,
interviews and documentation. Observation method was used to obtain
information about the teachers’ professionalism during with mastery of material
and the use of teaching media research. The interview method was used to support
the data about professionalism of the learning in the mastery of materials and was
the use of media. Documentation was used to obtain data when conducting
research as an archive. The research subjects were teachers who have taught
English at Islamic Junior High School 1 Tulungagung.
The results of the study indicated that 1) The teachers’ professionalism in
the mastery of the material were reflected in a very systematic and creative
practices. They covered providing the teaching material, understanding the kinds
of materials appropriate to the students and organizing the materials. 2) The
methods and techniques used by teacher had a lot of variation. It showed that the
teacher has professionalism in teaching and able to handle the class and it made
teaching and learning fun. 3) The methods used are Communicative Teacher
Language (CTL) with some techniques like warm-up, dialogue, organizational,
and discussion. Meanwhile, the media used was paper, video, and textbook.
Based on the their research, the findings of the study can inspire the
teachers to improve professionalism, one of them by increasing the level of
education. In addition, the professionalism creativity ideas in the teaching process
can increase learning motivation for student

No full textThe Developing Village Index is a composite index formed based on three indices, namely the Social Resilience Index, the Economic Resilience Index and the Ecological / Environmental Resilience Index. Policy implementation is a complex activity with so many factors that influence the success of a policy implementation. Thus, the aim of this research is to know how to implement the policies of the Village Ministerial Regulation. This is to determine the obstacles to the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation in increasing the status of the Village in Teluk Paman Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The indicators set in this study according to Edward III are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The key informant of the author is the Head of Teluk Paman Village with the author informants being the Village Secretary, the Village Chief, the Head of the BPD, the Village Facilitator, the Village Community Empowerment Service and the Teluk Paman Village Community. Data collection techniques, namely making observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the implementation of the Village Ministerial Regulation has not been going well, but there are obstacles, namely the lack of human resources who understand deeply about this Village Ministerial Regulation and the lack of facilities that support the Village Ministerial Regulation

Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) whether delivered well to train users or not, until they switch from conventional ticket printing to ticket printing system via e-boarding pass with smartphone. The problem is focused on the e-boarding pass system which the author considers very innovative in utilizing technology that is growing every year, especially services must think how they optimize their services, one of which is by utilizing technology in changing the old system that is considered irrelevant to use and there are always problems in it by overhauling certain aspects such as purchasing and printing tickets manually through tellers are being changed to online based system ranging from purchasing or printing tickets. To approach the problem of the author using a theoretical reference from Cresswell by using a type of qualitative research that is a literature study that uses books and other literature as the main object, because the author uses literature research then the data obtained through books and literature that supports research. This paper concludes that policy innovations in the implementation of the e-boarding pass system whether it goes as expected
