Moisture absorption and diffusivity of epoxy filled layered-structure nanocomposite
No full textThis paper studies moisture absorption and diffusivity of epoxy reinforced layered structure nanocomposites and its effect on fracture toughness. Two different types of layered fillers employed in the study were clay and graphene platelets, in which both surface layers were unmodified and modified by characterized by swelling analysis and fracture toughness measurement. The outcomes surfactant. The nanocomposites were showed that the moisture absorption and diffusivity decreased with the addition of layered fillers. It was found that the modified graphene platelets and clay outperformed the unmodified layers and neat epoxy in terms of reduction of moisture absorption and diffusivity. The modified graphene platelets reduced the moisture uptake and diffusivity about 30% and 33%, respectively compare to neat epoxy, thus indicates its outstanding performance in barrier applications. However, once the nanocomposites were swelling in the water for 5 days, it is noticed that the fracture toughness of nanocomposites were reduced significantly about 35% in average. Nevertheless, the modified graphene platelets still display the better performance compare to the other samples although there was reduction of fracture toughness

Bermula dengan minat sejak kecil dan juga dorongan oleh kedua ibu-bapa beliau, Encik Azam berjaya membuka sebuah kedai dimana terdapat satar goreng dan makanan-makanan lain seperti keropok ikan dan sos buatan sendiri. Berkat kecekalan beliau dalam memajukan industri makanan tradisional ini, beliau terpilih untuk mewakili negeri Kelantan dalam program 'Malaysia Agricultural, Horticulture and Agrotourism' di Serdang. Perniagaan yang diusahakan beliau juga mendapat perhatian dari pihak luar seperti institusi pelajaran mahupun pihak media seperti RTM. Sering keluar di kaca Televisyen dan ini menunjukkan beliau amat komited dalam perjalanan perniagaannya. No full textDakwah adalah ajakan atau seruan kepada umat manusia untuk menuju kebahagian dunia akhirat sesuai dengan pedoman al-quran dan hadits. Dakwah hukumnya wajib bagi setiap individu untuk saling menyeru dalam hal kebaikan dan mencegah kepada kemunkaran. Secara teoritis aktivitas dakwah bisa berjalan dengan baik jika para da'i memenuhi unsur-unsur dakwah. Salah satu unsur dakwah yang terpenting (yang menjadi salah satu pembahasan Penulis) adalah media dakwah sebagai alat bantu bagi da'i dalam menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwahnya kepada mad'u. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi, maka media dakwah pun semakin berkembang dan canggih. Konsekuensinya seorang da 'i harus mampu menggunakannya. Dan penjabaran di atas, maka penulis memunculkan pertanyaan. Sebagai objek pembahasan skripsi ini, bagaimana aktivitas dakwah Ustadz Muhammad Fauzi? Media apa yang ia gunakan untuk menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah yang ia ingin sampaikan kepada mad'u-nya? Dalam melaksanakan aktivitas dakwahnya para da'i memang memiliki gaya dan caranya masing-masing. Secara garis besar dakwah dapat dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu: dengan lisan (biZ lisan), dengan tulisan (biZ qalam), dan dengan perbuatan nyata (biZ hal). Akan tetapi, menurut Ustadz Muhammad Fauzi metode dakwah yang efektif adalah dengan pendekatan biZ hal. Salah satu usahanya dalam melakukan dakwah biZ hal ini dengan membuat rekaman dakwah secara audio visual (VCD). Fokus materi yang ia angkat berkutat pada masalah aqidah (antisipasi umat Islam terhadap misi Kristenisasi) yang dilakukan oleh misionaris Kristen. Maka bisa kita ambil kesimpulan bahwa media dakwah yang ia gunakan adalah media elektronik, VCD (video compact disk). Statement di atas berdasarkan pada teori unsur-unsur dakwah yang selama ini menjadi batu pijakan (pegangan) para da'i dalam melaksanakan aktivitas dakwahnya di masyarakat. Metode penulisan skripsi ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan), dimana penulis melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan guna mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan untuk penulisan skripsi inL Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik penulisan bersifat deskriptif analisis, yaitu memberikan gambaran terhadap subjek dan objek penelitian. Seperti yang penulis jabarkan di muka, aktivitas dakwah bisa dilakukan dengan cara bi! lisan, bi! qalam, dan bi! hal. Ustadz Muhammad Fauzi (sebagai seorang da'i) menyatakan bahwa dakwah yang efektif adalah dakwah yang dilakukan dengan cara bi! hal. Maka, bisa kita cerna dan simpulkan bahwa aktivitas dakwah yang ia lakukan yaitu dengan cara bil hal dalam bentuk pembuatan rekaman dakwah melalui VCD

Full text linkThis study explores how effective plant watering can help smallholder farmers overcome challenges to boost yield and reduce poverty. Water management is difficult for small farmers, resulting in reduced crop yields and unpredictable earnings. A pilot experiment provided moisture-regulated watering schedules and drip irrigation tailored to farmers' needs to tackle this. Farmer questionnaires assessed the new watering methods' effectiveness. The feedback illuminated the strategies' usefulness, challenges, and satisfaction. Improved crop health, water efficiency, and irrigation efficiency led to huge financial savings for farmers. increased resource use and fewer labor requirements quickly increased income and stability for many. The findings highlight the importance of economical and sustainable watering solutions for smallholder farmers to address structural poverty and resource constraint. Participatory input and focused activities help improve local agricultural concerns, according to the trial. For long-term sustainability and poverty reduction, farmer-specific solutions must be combined with constant feedback and change. To improve water management in smallscale farms, future studies should broaden approaches and use digital technologies
