Pesantren Fauzan pada masa kepemimpinan Kh. Aam Umar A’lam di Kecamatan Sukaresmi Kabupaten Garut Pada Tahun 1984-2015
No full textMaju mundurnya sebuah pesantren sangat ditentukan oleh pola kepemimpinan dan pemikiran yang diterapkan seorang tokoh atau figur pemimpin tersebut. Demikian pula dengan Pesantren Fauzan pada masa kepemimpinan KH. Aam Umar A’lam terjadi perubahan saat didirikannya sekolah yang bersifat formal yaitu Yayasan Fauzaniyyah.
Berdasarkan uraian di atas, terdapat beberapa rumusan masalah antara lain sebagai berikut: pertama, bagaimana sejarah keberadaan Pesantren Fauzan? Kedua, bagaimana Pesantren Fauzan pada masa kepemimpinan KH Aam Umar A’lam di Kecamatan Sukaresmi Kabupaten Garut pada tahun 1984-2015?
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah keberadaan Pesantren Fauzan dan mengetahui Pesantren Fauzan pada masa kepemimpinan KH Aam Umar A’lam di Kecamatan Sukaresmi Kabupaten Garut pada tahun 1984-2015.
Adapun metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah, yaitu model penelitian yang mempelajari peristiwa atau kejadian di masa lampau berdasarkan jejak-jejak yang ditinggalkan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan: pertama, Pesantren Fauzan didirikan oleh KH. Hasan pada tahun 1852 dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan agama dan menyebarkan nilai-nilai agama Islam yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Disamping itu, tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan ketaqwaan masyarakat kepada Allah SWT baik daerah sekitar pesantren maupun masyarakat umum melalui pendidikan ilmu keagamaan. Kedua, Pesantren Fauzan pada masa kepemimpinan KH. Aam Umar A’lam di Kecamatan Sukaresmi Kabupaten Garut pada tahun 1984-2015 mengalami perubahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mendirikan sekolah yang bersifat formal yaitu Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Fauzaniyyah, jadi MTs Fauzaniyyah inilah yang menjadi cikal bakal berdirinya sekolah formal. Data collection techniques used by the author are interviews and documentation. The author conducted an analysis of the accounting information system at CV Aulia Printing. The author knows that the company has made a report on the cost of production, but the lack of ability in technology, the lack of the role of technology, results in the calculation of the cost of production taking quite a long time. The calculation of the cost of production at the Company still uses a manual system so that the company has difficulty calculating the cost of production on a regular basis. The results of this report are designed by the authors to calculate the cost of goods manufacture and the application that can be followed by users at CV Aulia Printing. The author provides suggestions so that companies can apply accounting information systems for cost of goods manufacture that have been designed.

Preservation of Nias Culture (Descriptive Case Study of Nias Heritage Museum in Gunungsitoli City)
No full textThe purpose of this research is to see the efforts made by the Nias Heritage Museum (MPN) in Gunungsitoli City in realizing Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Promotion of Culture. As the only museum on Nias Island, MPN has the responsibility to introduce, preserve and maintain Nias culture. The author wants to see how the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation in an effort to realize the cultural promotion law. The research method used to obtain data in this research is qualitative by describing a series of programs owned by the Nias Heritage Museum. The author conducted observation, in-depth interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research findings show that the Nias Heritage Museum in an effort to realize the cultural heritage law has 10 programs, namely cultural understanding education for school children and teachers, cultural studios, producing traditional musical instruments, recording ethnic songs and demonstrating techniques for making household appliances, training for carpenters, planting trees, training students and international interns, promoting and developing cultural tourism, revamping and structuring traditional villages as tourist destinations, and protecting ancient sites. In implementing these 10 programs, the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation as they are considered the generation responsible for preserving culture. Meanwhile, older people who are knowledgeable about culture have a responsibility to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation. The Nias Heritage Museum also has several facilities, namely exhibition halls, storage, library, lodging, minizoo, cafe, meeting rooms, and beach. The Nias Heritage Museum also promotes culture through social media, namely the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The discussion in this research is based on Law Number 5 of 2017 that the most strategic programs, which involve the younger generation and are still implemented by the museum are cultural understanding education, studios, carpentry training, recording ethnic songs, producing traditional musical instruments, demonstrating home appliance making techniques, and training students and international interns. Peran Kepribadian Proaktif dan Resiliensi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Petugas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan
No full textWork engagement is an important aspect, especially for employees who have a job with a high level of risk, to minimize the impact of risks and maximize their performance. Therefore, this research investigated the role of proactive personality and resilience in work engagement. The method was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study were firefighters and rescue personnel in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with a sample size of 167 individuals. Data were collected using the Modified UWES by Aulia et al. (2019), the Modified PPS by the author, and the Resilience Scale by Aulia et al. (2022). The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that proactive personality and resilience played a highly significant role in work engagement. A proactive personality significantly and positively influences work engagement, as does resilience. Both proactive personality and resilience contributed effectively to work engagement by 61.2%, whereas the remaining 38.8% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study. This finding can be used by organizations and companies to understand their employees related to work attachment to increase human resources within the scope of work.Keterikatan kerja merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki karyawan dengan pekerjaan beresiko tinggi, untuk meminimalisir dampak dari risiko kerja yang tinggi dan memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi terhadap keterikatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi petugas pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 167 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan UWES yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Aulia, et al. (2019), PPS yang telah dimodifikasi oleh penulis dan alat ukur resiliensi dari Aulia, et al. (2022). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi berperan sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, kepribadian proaktif berperan positif sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, dan resiliensi berperan positif secara sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61,2% terhadap keterikatan kerja, sementara 38,8% ditentukan dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi oleh organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam memahami karyawannya terkait dengan keterikatan kerja sehingga tercipta peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkup pekerjaan

This final report aims to determine the accuracy, classification of costs in the calculation cost of production and the determination of selling price banner products, envelopes, letterhead and yasin on CV AULIA. The author collects data by interview. From the data obtained, author found several problems, such as the company has not done the classification between the cost of raw materials and raw materials indirectly. The Company has not included the cost of electricity and fixed asset depreciation costs in the cost of production and the calculation of the cost of production applied to the company. The authors suggest that companies should classify elements of cost of goods manufactured appropriately primarily for direct material costs and indirect material costs (factory overhead).Companies should also include factory overhead costs such aselectricity costs and fixed asset depreciation costs so that the cost of production is in accordance with cost accounting standards because it can provide benefits for the company in preparing the company's operating budget and can set the price of the right product because it involves the profits to be received by company

At this research is representing study about the idea of Nurcholish Madjid

No full textTindakan bedah mulut sering menyebabkan kerusakan tulang (bone defect).
Dalam praktek bedah mulut, kerusakan tulang yang paling sering dijumpai adalah pada
tulang mandibula. Untuk membantu proses penyembuhan tulang, dilakukan terapi
dengan menggunakan suatu bahan atau material pengganti yaitu bone graft.
Penempatan bone graft pada defek tulang diperlukan sebagai scaffold maupun material
yang bisa merangsang pertumbuhan tulang. Perkembangan bioteknologi mulai banyak
mengenalkan konsep tissue engineering dengan cara pemberian xenograft untuk
membantu regenerasi tulang karena tidak membutuhkan tindakan bedah tambahan,
rendahnya tingkat morbiditas, dan mengurangi resiko transmisi penyakit. Gelatin
digunakan menjadi scaffold potensial karena minimnya respon imun tubuh dan tinggi
biokompabilitasnya. Tulang ikan sudah menjadi salah satu sumber gelatin halal.
Penggunaan tulang ikan kembung (Rastrelliger sp) sebagai sumber gelatin dapat
dimanfaatkan menjadi scaffold perawatan defek tulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menguji efektivitas ekstrak gelatin tulang ikan kembung (Rastrelliger sp) terhadap
jumlah sel osteoklas pada penyembuhan tulang mandibula tikus Galur Wistar jantan.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental in vivo dengan 24 tikus galur wistar
(Rattus novergicus) sebagai sampel penelitian dan terbagi menjadi 6 kelompok. Tiga
perlakuan dengan pengamatan setiap hari ke-21 dan hari ke-28. Defek dibuat pada
tulang mandibula bagian lateral kiri dengan ukuran 5 mm. Spesimen kemudian
diproses dengan pewarnaan Hematoxylin Eosin (HE) untuk mengamati perubahan sel
osteosit yang terjadi pada hari ke-21 dan ke-28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya

efektivitas ekstrak gelatin tulang ikan kembung (Rastrelliger sp) terhadap jumlah sel
osteoklas pada penyembuhan defek tulang mandibula tikus Galur Wistar. Kelompok
uji perlakuan yang diberi gelatin 0,5 mg menunjukkan jumlah sel osteosit yang lebih

Hirz Al-Yamaniy Primbon Script is an ancient manuscript that contains prayers, amulets, and virtues of the Morning Prayer. Hirz Al-Yamaniy Primbon Script is stored in the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Medan Merdeka Selatan Street No. 11, RT. 11/RW.2, Gambir, Senen, Central Jakarta, Special Region of Jakarta. Researcher emphasized the research on texts containing the hirz yaman prayers, amulets or talismans.
The theories used in this study were philology and reception, followed by the work steps. The research methods used in this study were data collection, data processing, and presentation of the data analysis results. Data collection was done by field studies, literature studies, and distribution of questionnaires. The data processing was divided into two charts, which was philology and reception. Afterwards the data were presented descriptively.
The analysis result of the Hirz Al-Yamaniy Primbon Script was divided into two matters, which were (1) response of the Pondok Pesantren As-Syamsyuriyah Santri, Jagalempeni Village, Wanasari Sub-district, Brebes District towards the Hirz Al-Yamaniy Primbon Script, responses are divided in two, namely the respon of the student in general and specifically (2) purpose of the Hirz Al-Yamaniy Primbon Prayers, prayer to get offspring, opening prayer for sustenance, asking for happiness in the hereather.
