OBE-Based Education Crisis Communication Strategy After the Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThe phenomenon of graduates who are by their specialization while studying at institutions or schools or universities often occurs that is different from the jobs they get in the outside environment or the company where they work. Many even cannot get jobs because they are not by their education. The author aims to carry out this research to identify and describe how institutions integrate education through media and OBE (outcome-based education) to create appropriate graduates according to the crisis communication strategy. Data collection uses descriptive-qualitative methods based on Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT), and data are collected through documents in the form of workplace phenomena related to media and technology integration. The results of this study indicate that the education provider uses a crisis communication strategy in the implementation of education associated with the integration of media and technology. Conclusion of the process of educational institutions using crisis communication strategies through transparency, crisis teams, social media integration, psychological support and evaluation in learning in higher education institutions

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi komunikasi krisis oleh Public Relations digital di TikTok selama pandemi COVID-19, fokus pada konten inovatif, citra dan meningkatkan keterlibatan publik. Metodologi kualitatif studi kasus, metode pengumpulan data wawancara semi-terstruktur digunakan untuk menggali perspektif Public Relations dan analisis konten di TikTok tentang strategi komunikasi beserta tantangannya. Temuan sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata Medan berhasil menerapkan strategi komunikasi krisis di TikTok, meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, interaksi, dan keterlibatan selama pandemi COVID-19. Teori Komunikasi Krisis Situasional digunakan untuk memahami komunikasi krisis dalam konteks strategi digital. Teori ini menilai respons yang tepat, respons cepat dan transparansi untuk membangun kepercayaan dan hubungan audiens. Simpulan bahwa Public Relations digital di TikTok untuk brand awareness. Saran dari peneliti bahwa perlu terus mengembangkan strategi Public Relations digital di TikTok dengan meningkatkan konten kreatif, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan memperkuat komunikasi interaktif untuk menjaga keterlibatan audiens

Based on research results by using the t test explains that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance with the value t count> t table which significantly by 4,223> 2.04 with a significant 0,000 <0,05 and work ethic have a significant effect on performance employees with t count> t table which is equal to 4.910> 2.04 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of organizational culture and work ethic together on employee performance based on test results conducted by F obtained F count> F table which amounted to 15.653> 3.32 using a 95% confidence level or α = 0.05

Objective: This study aims to provide an explanation of how the Medan Tourism Office carries out communication crisis activities on negative coverage produced by online media on the culinary tour Merdeka Walk Medan Methodology: This research uses the constructivism paradigm. Ontologically, mental construction on social experience is local and specific and depends on the party doing it.. Finding: Negative coverage by online media triggered by fallen trees in 2017 at night culinary tourism location in Merdeka Walk has drawn a response from the Governor of North Sumatra with intrusion closing and diverting the function of night culinary tourism location into a green open space. This fact makes the Medan Tourism Office in a crisis situation. Based on empirical data collected from 2017 to 2019, the findings in this study show that the Medan Tourism Office did not have written SOPs and job descriptions, employees/PRO were not in the beginning of the crisis, crisis response was not immediate, the communication crisis team was not structured, and online communication channels or social media tools were not used effectively, and the presence of an external spokesperson (Consultant Public Relations officer). Significant: Even though it has several problems, this research has concluded that the agency basically has employees who can be trained to understand the communication crisis process over negative online media coverage so that it can help institution to charge them for the reputation of regional tourism
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The problems faced by partners are the low awareness of the community about interpreting the concept of tourism about local wisdom as an effort to develop cultural heritage, the lack of good understanding and ability in the community about homestay governance management related to marketing, finance, national standard services in the tourism sector, and not yet organized. neat administration of homestay management and the absence of regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing homestays in Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village. The method implemented in strengthening the community\u27s understanding and ability about homestays is counseling and socialization about tourism villages based on local wisdom and tourism products (homestays); as well as training and mentoring on service management, marketing and promotion.
