The object of this research in the styles of song language by Bunga Citra Lestari. This research is a library research because the research object is in the form of library material, namely the song lyrics text from Bunga Citra Lestari entitled “Karena Kucinta Kau”, “Cinta Sejati”, And “Terpanah Asmara”. This research in focused on the elements of language style in song lyrics by Bunga Citra Lestari. The author tries to research and uncover the style of language that exists in the song lyrics perfomed by Bunga Citra Lestari by using stylistic theory. The research method used is data collection, data analysis, and prestation of analysis results.
Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that there was a style of language used to express the style of language in song lyrics with four groups of language styles. On the lyrics of the song “Karena Kucinta Kau” based on the analysis of comparative language styles, there are two language styles that exist in song lyrics, namely personification and anticipation or prolepsis. Furthermore, the conflicting language style did not reveal any hyperbole language style. Then interrelated linguistic style is metonymy style. Style found there are three repetition styles of language namely alliteration, assonance, and anaphorical repetition language style. Language style in song lyrics “Cinta Sejati” there is a comparative style of parables and personifications. Hyperbole opposing language is found. Furthermore, it was found that there were metonemical linkages, as well as alliteration, assonance, and anaphoric repetitive language styles. On the song lyrics “Terpanah Asmara” based on the analysis of language styles, there is a comparative language style in song lyrics, which is the syles parables. There is a hyperbole conflict language. Metonemical linkages are found, and it is found that iteration styles are alliterations, assonance, and anaphora.

Analysis of Safety Climate in Construction of Coal Fired Steam Power Plant (CFSPP) X with Capacity 2x1000 MW
No full textIntroduction: Power plant construction process is complex with a lot of labor, machines and flammable materials, and the work carried out has high risk such as lifting, working at height, hot work such as welding, grinding, cutting and other activities that have a high risk.
Objective: The objective of the research is to find out the overall picture of Work Safety Climate at CFSPP X and picture of Safety Climate at the Work and Personal level.
Method: The design of this research is quantitative method, 58 questions by Zou & Sunindijo's Safety Climate framework in research of Fatma Lestari, et, al. 2020.
Result: The description of the working Safety Climate of CFSPP X from 6 Dimension of Safety Climate are, Management Commitment mean is 3.92, Communication mean is 3,91, Training mean is 3,89, Personal Accountability mean is 3,87, Rule and Safety Procedure mean is 3,92, Supportive Environment mean is 3,90. The description of the Safety Climate at work and personal levels is good, with scores for all dimensions more than >3.30. There were 3 statements that received disagree answer from several respondents, which are: I report people who ignore safety procedures, 23 respondents, my responsibility is to work safely, including reporting colleagues who are not working safely, 5 respondents. There are punishments for unsafe behavior, 14 respondents. The Safety Climate dimension with the highest score is Management Commitment and Roles & Safety Procedure.
Conclusion: The description of the Work Safety Climate, both at work and personal level, is good with score of more than >3.30. Disagree answer from several respondents was related to not wanting to report people who ignore safety procedures because there is punishment for unsafe behavior. The Safety Climate dimension with the highest score is Management Commitment, and for work attributes, both work and personal, Management Commitment and Rule & Safety Procedure dominate the highest average score

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan menciptakan proses pembelajaran
yang menarik agar meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik yaitu dengan
menerapkan model pembelajaran yang menarik namun harus disesuaikan
dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran
mind mapping dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meminimalisir permasalahan yang
terjadi dalam pembelajaran. Melalui penerapan model mind mapping sebagai
salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan peserta
didik berfikir kreatif dalam pembelajaran IPA.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perencanaan guru dalam
penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping dalam meningkatkan kreativitas
peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas IV SDIT Al-Asror Ringinpitu
Tulungagung? (2) Bagaimana langkah penerapan model pembelajaran mind
mapping dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA
di Kelas IV SDIT Al-Asror Ringinpitu Tulungagung? (3) Bagaimana evaluasi
penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping dalam meningkatkan kreativitas
peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas IV SDIT Al-Asror Ringinpitu
Tulungagung?
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang
menghasilkan data deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan
observasi, wawancara dan dokumetasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan
reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan
data menggunakan triangulasi. Sedangkan untuk tahapan penelitian yaitu tahap
pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data dan tahap penulisan
laporan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan mind mapping
yang dilakukan dengan diawal-awal semester semua guru diwajibkan membuat
RPP satu semester kedepan serta menyiapkan alat dan media pembelajaran
sebagai pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. (2) Langkah penerapan model
pembelajaran mind mapping menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan
kreativitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA, karena dengan memberikan
kebebasan berkreasi dan memudahkan pengingatan materi, model pembelajaran
mind mapping mampu menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang menarik dan
efektif bagi peserta didik. (3) Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran peserta didik dalam \ud
tugas membuat mind mapping dan mengerjakan tugas evaluasi menunjukkan
kemampuan peserta didik yang baik dan kreatif, dengan nilai di atas KKM
khususnya mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV
PROSES KREATIF DEE LESTARI DALAM MENULIS SERIAL SUPERNOVA (KAJIAN EKSPRESIF)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (3) wujud proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, dan (4) teknik penceritaan Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berupa wawancara dengan narasumber dan novel serial Supernova. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas memilih data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses kreatif Dee Lestari terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses kreatif terbagi atas faktor internal terdiri atas suasana hati, pengalaman hidup, imajinasi dan intuisi. Sementara faktor eksternal terdiri atas jenis kelamin, umur, pandangan hidup, latar belakang sosial dan budaya serta dorongan menulis. Wujud proses kreatif dalam menulis serial Supernova terdiri atas empat elemen yakni tema, alur, latar, dan penokohan. Teknik penceritaan dalam menulis serial Supernova terbagi atas lima teknik, yakni teknik pemandangan, adegan, montase, kolase, dan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: proses kreatif, pengarang, kajian ekspresif, serial Supernova CREATIVE PROCESS OF DEE LESTARI IN WRITING SUPERNOVA SERIES (AN EXPRESSIVE STUDY) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal (1) Dee Lestari's creative process in writing the Supernova series, (2) the factors that influence Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, (3) the creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, and (4) the technique telling Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study were interviews with resource persons and serial novels Supernova. Data collection was done by reading note technique and interview. Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive consisting of selecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the stage of the creative process Dee Lestari was divided into four stages of preparation stage, incubation stage, illumination stage and verification stage. Factors that affect Dee Lestari's creative process are divided into internal factors comprising mood, life experience, imagination and intuition, while external factors consist of gender, age, life view, social and cultural background and writing impulse. The creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series consists of four elements, namely theme, plot, background, and characterization. Based on the analysis by the author shows that the lack of routine maintenance on the office machine PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari and found that the machines was not in good condition, so it can make the activities is inefficient condition, so the author suggest to PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari to make maintenance schedule, a work order for maintenance, note card for maintenance, and the maintenance report, maintenance is not only repairs but rather the prevention also
