Pihak yang setuju beralasan bahwa hukuman mati sangat efektif untuk memerangi narkoba, namun ada pihak yang menolak dan memandang bahwa hukuman mati melanggar Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Pandangan terhadap hukuman mati melanggar HAM telah masuk ke dalam pertimbangan Hakim Mahkamah Agung dalam perkara Peninjauan Kembali (PK) Hanky Gunawan pada Putusan No. 39 PK/Pid.Sus/2011, sehingga telah menurunkan hukuman dari hukuman mati menjadi hukuman 15 tahun penjara. Skripsi ini mempertanyakan apakah pembatalan hukuman mati Hanky Gunawan atas dasar tidak terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan memproduksi narkoba secara terorganisir sudah tepat dan sesuai dengan fakta-fakta di persidangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Perbuatan Hanky Gunawan telah terbukti unsur terorganisir yang didasarkan fakta-fakta dan barang bukti di persidangan. Karena kegiatan memproduksi psikotropika yang dilakukan oleh Brian, Lingso Direjo, Suwarno, dan Christian Salim alias Awe yang menyewa rumah, menyediakan bahan-bahan kimia, menampung, menjual dan mengedarkan psikotropika, maka unsur terorganisasi seharusnya dinyatakan telah terpenuhi. Sedangkan putusan pembatalan mati menjadi 15 tahun penjara terhadap Hanky Gunawan karena melanggar HAM dinilai tidak tepat, karena masalah pidana mati melanggar HAM bukan kewenangan Mahkamah Agung melainkan kewenangan dari Mahkamah Konstitusi. Jika pendapat hakim bahwa hukuman mati bertentang dengan HAM, maka seharusnya hakim menurunkan 1 (satu) tingkat menjadi hukuman seumur hidup. For the time being, all of the complaint management about facility and services in Fakulti Sains Komputer dan Matematik (FSKM) is done by manually. Using manual system, all applicant very difficult to manahe and identify criteria. The purpose this project is to help the applicant for the promotion to make an application by filling a form. Using this system, all applicant can filling a application without need to print a form or make the photo copy. They just open a form in website and fill the form. The system architecture that are used to develop this system are Netbeans which is the combination of GlassFish Web Server, MySQL Database Server and PC. This system will be access with web browser like Mozilla Firefox. Five major activities are being taken to achieving the objectives of the system. The first activity is planning and problem identification to identify research area, problem statement, objectives, scope and significant of research. The second activity is analysis and requirement gathering where data collection from the journals that are found. The third activity is designing system design and detailed design. The fourth activity is to develop UiTM Promotion Exercise System. The last activity is testing the system to make sure that there are errors free of this system. By using this system, communication between the changing information for each application and scoring information can be made more easily and regularly. Thus, human error, error in information and communication delays can be reduced. Ibadah kurban dan aqiqah yang melibatkan penyembelihan hewan seperti
domba memiliki nilai spiritual dan kandungan gizi tinggi, terutama bagi keluarga
pasca kelahiran anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan dan
kelayakan usaha Salamah Aqiqah. Metode yang digunakan mencakup perhitungan
biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan, BEP, R/C ratio, bauran pemasaran 4P, serta
analisis SWOT. Hasil menunjukkan usaha dikelola secara sistematis dari pemilihan
domba sesuai permintaan, pemotongan, pengolahan, hingga pengiriman ke
konsumen. Selama lima bulan, Salamah Aqiqah menjual 59 paket dengan total 91
ekor domba, didominasi domba betina. Penerimaan mencapai Rp220.257.000,
biaya total Rp191.762.122, dan keuntungan bersih Rp28.494.878. BEP telah
terlampaui dan R/C ratio sebesar 1,14 menandakan usaha layak dan
menguntungkan. Strategi pemasaran melalui pendekatan 4P diperkuat dengan
SWOT. Usaha ini layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan saran peningkatan

Qurban and aqiqah, which involve slaughtering animals such as sheep, offer
spiritual value and high nutritional benefits, especially for families after childbirth.
This study aims to analyze the management and feasibility of the Salamah Aqiqah
business. The methods used include calculations of total cost, revenue, profit, BEP,
R/C ratio, 4P marketing mix, and SWOT analysis. Results The business operations
are carried out systematically, starting from the selection of sheep based on
customer demand, followed by slaughtering, processing, and delivery to consumers.
Over five months, Salamah Aqiqah sold 59 packages using 91 sheep, mostly
female. The total revenue reached IDR 220,257,000, with total costs of IDR
191,762,122 and a net profit of IDR 28,494,878. The BEP was exceeded, and the
R/C ratio of 1.14 indicates the business is feasible and profitable. Marketing
strategies used the 4P approach, supported by SWOT analysis. This aqiqah business
is feasible for further development with suggestions to increase capacity and
standardize processing SOPs

Pendekatan yang digunakan pada redesain ini meliputi pendekatan universal design, pendekatan gaya kontemporer dan tema local indigenous. Metode redesain yang digunakan adalah metode desain Pamudji Suptandar yang meliputi tahapan input, sintesa dan output. Hasil redesain berupa desain interior Terminal Kertajaya yang memiliki fasilitas layanan kenyamanan, keamanan, kehandalan, keselamatan, kehandalan dan kesetaraan. Batasan ruang lingkup garap meliputi area lobby, terminal bus ekonomi, terminal bus kota, terminal bus VVIP/ Malam, dan area kedatangan. No full textThe redesign process to create and develop a new visual identity for Fariz Carwash, a vehicle washing service business, was carried out to ensure that the logo used is more conceptualized and reflects the company\u27s line of work. The previous visual identity was not relevant to the company, with a logo that only consisted of hand visual elements and lacked balance. The method used in this redesign involved identifying issues with the current visual identity, developing a logo concept that reflects the business field, and applying the new logo technically across various media. This process included research into visual elements that can effectively and relevantly represent the business. In addressing this issue, a well-designed visual identity is crucial for building the company\u27s image, enhancing competitiveness, and expanding consumer reach. A thoughtfully conceptualized visual identity is capable of conveying the core meaning of the company and enhancing its reputation in the public eye. The result of the redesign is a new visual identity for Fariz Carwash, including a logo redesign and a name change to better suit the services offered, becoming Fariz AutoMoto. A brand guideline and supporting media were also developed to accompany the logo, ensuring greater consistency for the company. A well-executed visual identity design process can positively impact the company\u27s image and competitiveness in the market.Perancangan ulang untuk menciptakan dan menghasilkan identitas visual baru untuk Fariz Carwash, sebuah usaha jasa pencucian kendaraan, dilakukan agar logo yang nantinya digunakan lebih terkonsep dan mencerminkan bidang usaha yang dijalani perusahaan. Identitas visual lama yang digunakan tidak relevan dengan perusahaan, dengan logo yang hanya terdiri dari elemen visual tangan tanpa adanya keseimbangan yang baik. Metode dalam perancangan ini melibatkan identifikasi masalah pada identitas visual saat ini, pengembangan konsep logo yang mencerminkan bidang usaha, serta penerapan teknis logo baru pada berbagai media. Proses ini meliputi penelitian terhadap elemen-elemen visual yang dapat mencerminkan bidang usaha secara efektif dan relevan. dalam masalah mengenai ini identitas visual yang baik penting untuk membangun citra perusahaan, meningkatkan daya saing, dan memperluas jangkauan konsumen. Identitas visual yang terkonsep dengan matang mampu menyampaikan makna inti dari perusahaan dan meningkatkan reputasinya di mata masyarakat. Hasil perancangan yang didapat merupakan identitas visual logo dari Fariz Carwash yang diredesain serta pengubahan nama agar cocok terhadap jasa yang ditawarkan, menjadi Fariz AutoMoto. Dibuat buku panduan dan juga media pendukung untuk mendampingi logo, agar konsistensi pada perusahaan lebih terlihat. Analyzing the Theta state of brainwave signal after HR intervention using EEG / Muhammad Fariz Samsul
No full textThis research analyzing the Theta state of brainwave using EEG and Horizontal Rotation (HR). EEG signals were captured from 32 students for 3 sessions, beginning, middle and end of semester before and after they underwent HR using two-channel bipolar connection in a controlled environment. The signals were filtered and classified into four main frequency bands: Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta. The Theta states of brainwave were taken out for analyses. Graphs were plotted and paired T-test analysis was used to show the correlation between the left and right brainwave before and after HR to verify the brainwave synchronization. Another test was done to show the student's brainwave behavior for 3 sessions, beginning, middle and end of semester. It was observed that after HR, brainwaves were more balanced for all three sessions. In conclusion, there was proven that HR could synchronize brainwave

The comparison of physiological profile between elite and beginner badminton male players / Muhammad Fariz Ismail
No full textThere are absence of spellbinding information on the physiological and physical profiles in the elite and beginner badminton male players in Pahang, Malaysia. The purpose behind this study is to gauge and compare the body composition, aerobic fitness, muscular strength and power, flexibility, speed and agility of the elite and beginner badminton male players in Pahang, Malaysia. Twenty-five elite male players who included in this study was a member of the Pahang Badminton Squad in 2014 and thirty beginner male players was a member of Badminton Amateur Academy of Pahang volunteered for this study. Before start the field tests, the anthropometric measurement of players like height, weight and arm span has been taken. There were five field tests carried out to players which was 20m multistage shuttle-run, vertical jump, sit and reach, 5, 10, 20m speed and 505 agility test. The tests were carried out over two days, distributed into two sessions, allowing a day rest period between each days. Based on the study, we found that for aerobic fitness, elite (13 .45±1.10) was better than beginner (9.52±1.46). For muscular characteristics, elite (58.20±4.03) was better than beginner (49.13±6.03). For flexibility, elite (20.16±3.82) was quite similar to beginner (18.27±4.08). For speed, elite (3.48±0.30) was faster than beginner (3.72±0.23). Lastly for agility, elite (2.50±0.22) was quick than beginner (2.72±0.22). Taking everything into account, this study demonstrates that the elite badminton players are taller, lighter and stronger (in outright terms) look at to the beginner badminton players. From these results, we can conclude that badminton is a fast movement sport that needs a blend combination of fine technical skills and high contains of physiological fitness
