No full textAbstrakThis article gives enlightenment conecerning nikah siri (unregisteredmarriage), in Indonesia. The purpose of this nikah siri is a marriageconducted in accordance with the provisions of religious harmony and fulfillthe requirements of marriage as prospective bridegroom and women,guardians, consent granted, witnesses and consent of both prospective brideand the dowry, but not executed before the Marriage registration office. Sirimarriage is usually performed before the local (moslem) clergy. Nikah sirireasons this done many things, among others, to avoid fornication, stillbound by employment contracts that prohibit she was married to a specifiedperiod or to be polygamous because they do not obtain consent from his wifeor his wives, and can also be due to lack offees to pay marriage registrationfees. This siri marriage because marriage is not done then the recording hasno legal force, because no country legally valid marriage even be consideredthis never happened. The impact of this siri marriage are felt on the wife andchildren. Both the wife and children have no legal relationship with herhusband/father. So the wife does not have rights that should be owned by thewife of a valid marriage. So also with the child, the child status is not lawfulbecause the child is born not from a legitimate marriage, and children havehad only a civil relationship with his mother, as a result he/she can notobtain the rights that they should get if he/she was born of a valid marriageaccording to both valid under islamic and country law. Based on thosereasons the author conclude that siri marriage is very harmful and does notprovide legal protection to the wife and children.</jats:p

No full textMarriage according to Law Number. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is based on the principle of monogamy, which allows the practice of polygamy under certain conditions. In polygamous marriages, the division of shared property is regulated by Islamic law and legislation to ensure justice and protect the rights of the parties involved. However, the division of joint property often causes problems due to the lack of clarity in the mechanisms for calculation and proof of ownership. This research aims to analyze the mechanism of joint property division in polygamous marriages based on the KHI, with a primary focus on Decision Number 555/K/AG/2012. The approach used is normative juridical with a qualitative analysis method, referring to the analysis of legislation, namely Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage and the KHI. The analysis results show that the division of joint property in polygamous marriages is determined based on the time of acquisition, where property obtained during the marriage with the first wife becomes the joint right of the husband and the first wife. Meanwhile, property acquired in subsequent marriages involves the next wives in its ownership. The case study of Decision Number 555/K/AG/2012 emphasizes the importance of proving the period of asset acquisition to ensure fairness in the distribution
Natural Resources for The Nation's Prosperity (A Semiotic Study of the Song "Indonesia" by Rhoma Irama)
No full textThe purpose of this study is to describe the meaning contained in the song “Indonesia” by Rhoma Irama in relation to the use of natural resources for Indonesian’s prosperity. This song is considerably popular during the New Order era as the author critics to the problem happened in his country. The circumstance captured on the song “Indonesia” is still relevant to the current state of the nation. To reveal the implied meaning from the song, researchers using a semiotic approach for poetry. Data collection is done through literature study with listening and note-taking techniques. After the data has been gathered, it is analyzed using a semiotic approach initiated by Michael Riffatere. The results of the analysis show that the government has to manage the wealth of Indonesia's natural resources properly, not only for certain individuals but also the others. It is because the author believes that Indonesia's natural resources can hugely support the nation, both people and the country, if it is managed properly by the government

To be able to create a high purchasing decisions, Carrefour needs to consider factors - factors that influence purchase decisions. Quality of service, promotion, and price are the things to consider when consumers make a purchase decision.This research aimed to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and price on purchase decisions at Carrefour simultaneously or partially. The hypothesis is there are significant quality of service, promotion, and pricing on purchasing decisions simultaneously or partially. This type of research is explanatory research with a population of 100 people Srondol Carrefour consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurement. Data analysis method used is correlation, simple and multiple linear regression using SPSS 21.This research concluded the quality of services, promotion and pricing influence on purchase decisions partially or simultan.Variabel service quality has a greater influence than promotions and price.Based on the results of this study concluded that consumer perception of quality of service, promotion, and price is fair. So companies are advised to keep increasing consumer purchasing decisions in terms of quality of service, promotion, and better pricing more in line with expectations and needs of the company, so that consumers will feel satisfied and purchasing decisions will increase

No full textAs the most populous Muslim country in the world, Indonesia needs to spend seven decades until finally enacted the Halal Product Assurance Law in 2014. There are mixed responses in welcoming this law. Many Muslims are incredibly pleased with this law, while others believe that this law would create social and economic problems, instead. Four years have lapsed and the law is still difficult to be implemented, since the state has produced none of the implementing regulations of the said law. Meanwhile, the National Agency for Halal Product Assurance is newly established in 2018. Therefore, the law on halal product assurance is really at stake. It seems that the state enacted it half-heartedly. This paper discusses the dynamic of regulating halal products in Indonesia, between spiritual needs and socio-economic challenges. Less Muslim argued that halal is not part of Islamic teaching, yet many people believe that halal product in Indonesia is not merely a religious issue but also a social, economic and even political issue. The methods for this research are both normative and qualitative. Data are collected mainly through documents, library materials, and field research. To sharpen the findings, comparative studies with Malaysia and Thailand were conducted. In the end, this research reveals the socio-economic dynamics of halal product regulation in Indonesia amid which is beyond religious issues.Keywords: halal product, Indonesia, regulation
Nature’s Exploitation as A Cause of Natural Disaster (Riffatere Semiotic Studies Towards Rhoma Irama Song “Malapetaka”)
No full text“Malapetaka” is one of Rhoma Irama’s song. Despite this song was written approximately fifty years ago, it is still relevant with the current situation. The purpose of this study is to describe the meaning of the lyrics from this song. To reveal the implied meaning and the messages from the song, the author using semiotic poetry studies, especially a semiotic approach by Michael Riffatere. Data collections are done through literature study by listening to this song and doing library research. After the datas are collected, they are analyzed by heuristic and hermeneutic literature and linked them with the meaning of some relatable ayat Qur’an. The result of the analysis shows that nature’s exploitation can lead to natural disaster. This can be used as reflection on human behavior towards nature because every natural disaster can be reduced if humans take their responsibility to maintain the natural resources

This research is motivated because the problems of early childhood development in group B at RA Harapan Ummi have not developed optimally.This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, where the author makes a factual, accurate and systematic description of the event being studied. Data collection techniques from this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the giant snake and ladder game in developing the cognitive development of early childhood group B at RA Harapan Ummi, Semarang City has been successful. Supporting factors include: the availability of facilities and infrastructure that is quite complete at RA Harapan Ummi, Semarang city, making it easier for students to learn, the use of educational game tools in the form of a giant snake and ladder and practiced directly, collaboration between educators and parents to discuss children's development. and the inhibiting factor is the presence of children who are hyperactive and interfere with other friends while playing

This research is also included in qualitative research using the literature study writing method. kinds of studies, namely descriptive studies and constructive analysis. Descriptive studies are carried out by identifying various findings, which are then presented based on these findings in a structured and systematic manner. In this case, identifying the various outreach and education programs that have been carried out. This research also examines constructively analytically, namely armed with various findings that exist in various socialization and education. The results of the study show that the enthusiasm of Instagram users in listening to the discussion videos that have been made by the author and is believed to be very useful for those who are about to start investing or for those who are already investing and want to switch to investments that are good according to their religion, or maintain their mandated financial trust in investment instruments
