ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Modal sosial terhadap Consumer-Wellbeing dan Ketahanan Komunitas di Masa Pandemi di Kota Bukittinggi”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian adalah dengan cara Convenience Sampling secara survei yang artinya pemilihan sampel sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Adapun Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Kota Bukittinggi dengan sample sebanyak 115 orang konsumen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner disebar melalui google form. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh modal sosial terhadap consumer-wellbeing dan ketahanan komunitas, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan statistic deksriptif dan dibaca menggunakan skala likert, sementara untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variable X terhadap Y, peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer-wellbeing dan ketahanan komunitas. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti keadaan masyarakat tidak hanya di saat Pandemi saja.

PENGARUH REWARD, PUNISHMENT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV AULIA JATI INDOFURNI
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh antara variabel reward, punishment, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada CV Aulia Jati Indofurni. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi karyawan CV Aulia Jati Indofurni berjumlah 55 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (F), serta koefisien determinasi.
Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara reward, punishment, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan (sig.F = 0,000 < 0,005). Sedangkan secara parsial variabel (1) reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan nilai (b1) = 0,374 dan sig=0,002); (2) punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan nilai (b2) = 0,332 dan sig=0,002); (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan nilai (b3) = 0,251 dan sig=0,010
PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN ASESMEN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN BAGI SISWA BERKESULITAN BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Keterampilan membaca merupakah salah satu kerampilan dasar yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk menguasai berbagai bidang studi. Keterampilan membaca yang harus dimiliki siswa pada jenjang kelas VI sekolah dasar adalah membaca pemahaman. Siswa berkesulitan belajar membaca mengalami hambatan pada beberapa aspek dalam membaca pemahaman sehingga memerlukan program layanan khusus. Untuk menentukan program layanan khusus diperlukan asesmen. Instrumen asesmen merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam kegiatan asesmen. Keterbatasan pengetahuan guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan instrumen asesmen menyebabkan tidak adanya instrumen asesmen membaca di sekolah. Peneliti berupaya untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen membaca pemahaman bagi siswa berkesulitan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap I penelitian pendahuluan, tahap II penelitian dan pengembangan, tahap III uji keterlaksanaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validasi menggunakan teknik delphi oleh ahli dan praktisi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen asesmen membaca yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa berkesulitan belajar kelas VI SD. Instrumen ini telah dilakukan uji keterlaksanaan yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen asesmen dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam melakukan asesmen terhadap siswa berkesulitan belajar kelas VI sekolah dasar. Selanjutnya diharapkan hasil analisis asesmen dapat dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan program layanan khusus.

DEVELOPMENT OF ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS OF READING COMPREHENSION FOR STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Reading skills are one of the basic skills must have by students to master many kind of subjects. Reading skills that students must have at grade VI of elementary school are reading comprehension. Students with learning disabilities of reading are experiencing difficulties in several aspects of reading comprehension so that students need special service programs. To determine the special service program, assessment is needed. The assessment instrument is a tool used in the assessment activities. The limited knowledge of teachers in making and developing assessment instruments caused the absence of reading assessment instruments in schools. The researcher tried to develop an instrument of reading comprehension assessment for students with learning disabilities. This research used a research and development method with a qualitative approach which is carried out through three stages, namely the I stage of preliminary research, the II stage of research and development, the III stage of the feasibility test. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Validation used the Delphi technique by experts and practitioners. This research resulted a reading assessment instrument intended for students with learning disabilities in grade VI elementary school. This instrument has carried out due diligence testing which shows that the assessment instrument can be used by teachers in assessing students with learning disabilities grade VI in primary schools. Then it is expected that the results of the assessment analysis can be used as a basis for determining specific service programs.

This final report aims to design an accounting information system for cost of goods manufacture using Micorosft Excel on orders from CV Aulia Printing In writing this final report, the object under study is the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured on orders for banners, brochures and invitations in the period January 2023. The data source that the authors took was primary data which included the results of the author's interview with the leadership of CV Aulia Printing. Data collection techniques used by the author are interviews and documentation. The author conducted an analysis of the accounting information system at CV Aulia Printing. The author knows that the company has made a report on the cost of production, but the lack of ability in technology, the lack of the role of technology, results in the calculation of the cost of production taking quite a long time. The calculation of the cost of production at the Company still uses a manual system so that the company has difficulty calculating the cost of production on a regular basis. The results of this report are designed by the authors to calculate the cost of goods manufacture and the application that can be followed by users at CV Aulia Printing. The author provides suggestions so that companies can apply accounting information systems for cost of goods manufacture that have been designed.

Preservation of Nias Culture (Descriptive Case Study of Nias Heritage Museum in Gunungsitoli City)
The purpose of this research is to see the efforts made by the Nias Heritage Museum (MPN) in Gunungsitoli City in realizing Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Promotion of Culture. As the only museum on Nias Island, MPN has the responsibility to introduce, preserve and maintain Nias culture. The author wants to see how the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation in an effort to realize the cultural promotion law. The research method used to obtain data in this research is qualitative by describing a series of programs owned by the Nias Heritage Museum. The author conducted observation, in-depth interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research findings show that the Nias Heritage Museum in an effort to realize the cultural heritage law has 10 programs, namely cultural understanding education for school children and teachers, cultural studios, producing traditional musical instruments, recording ethnic songs and demonstrating techniques for making household appliances, training for carpenters, planting trees, training students and international interns, promoting and developing cultural tourism, revamping and structuring traditional villages as tourist destinations, and protecting ancient sites. In implementing these 10 programs, the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation as they are considered the generation responsible for preserving culture. Meanwhile, older people who are knowledgeable about culture have a responsibility to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation. The Nias Heritage Museum also has several facilities, namely exhibition halls, storage, library, lodging, minizoo, cafe, meeting rooms, and beach. The Nias Heritage Museum also promotes culture through social media, namely the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The discussion in this research is based on Law Number 5 of 2017 that the most strategic programs, which involve the younger generation and are still implemented by the museum are cultural understanding education, studios, carpentry training, recording ethnic songs, producing traditional musical instruments, demonstrating home appliance making techniques, and training students and international interns. The application for annulment of sharia arbitration award by the parties to the Dispute to the Court of Religion has led to various interpretations by the judge in deciding the case. Article 49 letter (i) of Law No. 3 of 2006 concerning Religious Justice states that the Religious Court is in charge and authorized to examine, decide and resolve cases at the first level among people who are Muslims in the field of Sharia economy. And Article 72 paragraph (1) of Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution states that the request for annulment of arbitration shall be submitted to the chairman of the District Court. Sharia arbitration which is also subject to Law No. 30 of 1999 certainly causes legal chaos when faced with Law No. 3 of 2006. in the study the author discussed the sharia arbitration award annulled by the Central Jakarta Religious Court in the case No. 792/Pdt.G/2009/PA. JP then the decision of the Central Jakarta Religious Court was revoked and declared invalid by the Supreme Court at the appeal level. This study uses the method of literature study, how to test the Law and other related regulations and attract the root of the problem that there are contraindications between the Law and the regulation. Peran Kepribadian Proaktif dan Resiliensi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Petugas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan
Work engagement is an important aspect, especially for employees who have a job with a high level of risk, to minimize the impact of risks and maximize their performance. Therefore, this research investigated the role of proactive personality and resilience in work engagement. The method was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study were firefighters and rescue personnel in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with a sample size of 167 individuals. Data were collected using the Modified UWES by Aulia et al. (2019), the Modified PPS by the author, and the Resilience Scale by Aulia et al. (2022). The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that proactive personality and resilience played a highly significant role in work engagement. A proactive personality significantly and positively influences work engagement, as does resilience. Both proactive personality and resilience contributed effectively to work engagement by 61.2%, whereas the remaining 38.8% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study. This finding can be used by organizations and companies to understand their employees related to work attachment to increase human resources within the scope of work.Keterikatan kerja merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki karyawan dengan pekerjaan beresiko tinggi, untuk meminimalisir dampak dari risiko kerja yang tinggi dan memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi terhadap keterikatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi petugas pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 167 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan UWES yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Aulia, et al. (2019), PPS yang telah dimodifikasi oleh penulis dan alat ukur resiliensi dari Aulia, et al. (2022). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi berperan sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, kepribadian proaktif berperan positif sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, dan resiliensi berperan positif secara sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61,2% terhadap keterikatan kerja, sementara 38,8% ditentukan dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi oleh organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam memahami karyawannya terkait dengan keterikatan kerja sehingga tercipta peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkup pekerjaan
ANALISIS PROSEDUR PEMBERIAN KREDIT DAN PENGENDALIAN KREDIT MACET PADA PT. PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG BUKITTINGGI
Sehubungan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia atas pembiayaan yang terus meningkat, baik itu masyarakat awam ataupun pengusaha mikro dan pengusaha makro. Diakibatkan semakin banyak pula lembaga pembiayaan baik itu bank maupun lembaga pembiayaan bukan bank yang menawarkan pemberian pinjaman baik dalam bentuk kredit, gadai dan bentuk lainnya. Lembaga pembiayaan tersebut menjadi tujuan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaannya baik itu dalam bentuk penyediaan dana maupun barang modal.
Berkaitan dengan pinjaman dalam bentuk kredit, masing – masing lembaga pembiayaan baik bank maupun lembaga bukan bank memiliki prosedur yang berbeda. Namun, prosedur pemberian kredit antara lembaga satu dengan lembaga lainnya tidak jauh berbeda, yang menjadi perbedaan yaitu tertletak dari bagaimana tujuan lembaga pembiayaan tersebut serta persyaratan yang ditetapkannya dengan pertimbangan masing – masing
