Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the use of social media, especially Instagram, in the context of cases of misunderstanding that occurred with the @rabbaniprolfesolrkerudung account. The aim of the research is to uncover the motivation behind the stereotype of understanding sexy that appears in Rabbani's Instagram posts. The research method uses critical discourse analysis based on Van Dijk's theory with a descriptive analytical approach. Primary data was obtained from the Instagram post @rabbaniprolfesolrkerudung on December 24 2022 and a clarification video from Rabbani on Kasi Solusi's YouTube. Secondary data includes online media clarification and counter responses to this case. Data collection methods include observation and documentation. The research results reveal Rabbani's reasons and motivations for providing education about sexual understanding through Instagram posts. Critical discourse analysis includes Text Analysis to discuss the writing and visual aspects used by Rabbani, Social Cognition to understand Rabbani's goals and motives, and Social Context to understand the public's response to these educational posts. This research provides important insights into how social media is used as an educational and communication tool, as well as how these messages are understood by audiences in a social contex

The research method employed is literature analysis with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through literature studies and documentation related to the contemplative will. Data analysis was conducted by detailing the Islamic educational thoughts expressed in the will. The results of the research indicate that TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid emphasizes the importance of Islamic education in shaping individual character, morality, and societal life. His thoughts also reflect the role of education in addressing the challenges of the times and fostering harmony between religion and science. The data analysis method involves identifying key concepts, interpreting meanings, and synthesizing the Islamic educational thoughts of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid. The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of the values of Islamic education contained in the contemplative will, serving as a foundation for the development of curricula and practices in Islamic education that are more relevant to contemporary needs. Gagasan pembaharuan pendidikan Islam menurut Muhammad Iqbal adalah dengan melakukan penyatuan antara intelek dan intuisi, intelek yang diwakilkan oleh pendidikan Barat, sedangkan intuisi diwakilkan oleh pendidikan Timur yaitu Islam, sehingga penyatuan kedua ini mampu memberikan gagasan konstruktif terhadap pendidikan Islam. Full text linkThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
Analysis of Islamic Banking Supervision in Indonesia (A Study of the Economic Thoughts of Muhammad Syafi’i Antonio)
No full textThe development of Islamic banking in Indonesia cannot be separated from the global progress of Islamic banking. The idea of establishing an Islamic bank emerged alongside the growth of Islamic banking on the international stage, which began in the 1970s, as previously mentioned. The emergence of Islamic banks globally influenced financial institutions in Indonesia. However, Syafi’i Antonio explains that the specific initiative to establish an Islamic bank in Indonesia only began in 1990. On August 18-20, 1990, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) held a workshop on Bank Interest and Banking in Cisarua, Bogor, West Java. The outcomes of this workshop were further discussed during the Fourth National Conference of the MUI held at Sahid Hotel, Jakarta, on August 22-25, 1990. Based on the mandate of the Fourth National Conference of the MUI, a working group was formed to establish an Islamic bank in Indonesia.
Oversight of banking operations became a significant topic in the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This is primarily due to the unique oversight method implemented by the National Sharia Council (DSN) under the supervision of Bank Indonesia (BI). Muhammad Syafi’i Antonio (MSA), a Muslim intellectual specializing in Islamic economics, particularly Islamic banking, conducted an in-depth study on all aspects of Islamic banks, including the supervision of banking management. What makes this topic compelling is MSA’s proposal of various alternatives for Islamic banks, focusing particularly on the aspect of supervision. Through a sharia-based approach authorized by the country's constitution, MSA compares personal compliance of banking practitioners with institutional professionalism. This method proves to be highly effective in implementing layered oversight for Islamic banks.
