Rasionalisme Descartes dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pemikiran Pembaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh
Abstrak Peneitian ini bertujuan mengupas tentang paham rasionalisme yang dicetuskan Rene Descartes dan Implikasinya terhadap Pemikiran Pebaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh. Rasionalisme Rene Descartes merupakan paham yang muncul ditengah kungkungan gereja Kristiani yang dikenal dengan masa skolastik. Paham ini lebih menekankan pada penggunaan akal (rasio) untuk memperoleh sebuah pengetahuan. Tentunya sebagai hasil filsafat, paham rasionalisme sangat berperan penting pada perkembangan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, Penulis mencoba mengaitkan dan menampilkan Implikasi antara pemikiran Rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran pembaharuan dalam islam. Adapun hasil penelitian ini penulis melihat adanya benang merah antara dasar rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran muhammad abduh bahwa keduanya menjadikan akal sebagai alat untuk melakukan penalaran terhadap suatu kebenaran. Rene's Reneisme Descartes is an understanding that emerged amidst the confines of the Christian church known as the scholastic period. This emphasis is more on the use of reason (ratio) to gain a knowledge. Certainly as a result of philosophy, the notion of rationalism is very important role in the development of other sciences. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the author tries to link and display the implication between Rationalism thinking descartes and thinking of renewal in Islam. The results of this study the authors see the existence of a common thread between the foundations of descartes rationalism and thought muhammad abduh that both make sense as a tool to make reasoning against a truth. Pre 'ibadah camp propositions on humanizing education with brotherhood and unity
In Chapter 1, Nur Arfifah Abdul Sabian provides the overview of the 'ibadah camp for 2022. In Chapter 2, Azniza Hartini contemplates on the reality of unity and altruism in light of the amount of time spent with family during these phases of teaching. Arbaiah Abdul Razak related to her experience that she was struggling and learning to cope with altruism in Chapter 3. She found out that altruism is in fact a form of sunnah and 'ibadah, and the religion of Islam represents the most perfect expression of altruism. Chapter 4, Fadhilah Abdullah Asuhaimi and Farhanin Abdullah Asuhaimi reflected the ta'awun concept practised during the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم period.
Yusof Ismail's Chapter 5 reflected that unity may be based on a
variety of bases. In Chapter 6, Azura Omar, Indra Fajar Alamsyah and Suhaimi Mhd Sarif emphasized that Ukhuwwah Islamiyyah is a powerful tool to create and sustain unity to form an Islamic
community-based enterprises resulting in spiritual, social, and economic changes. Authors Suhaimi Mhd Sarif, Yusof Ismail and Mohammad Fikri Abdul Wahid postulated that love and care tie the bonding in Chapter 7. They described the loving and caring practices in sustaining ukhuwwah Islamiyyah (brotherhood) and wihdah (unity) in the contexts of Muslims in Australia. In Chapter 8, Hamdino Bin Hamdan and Hairul Azlan Annuar argued
that the concept of brotherhood and silaturahim practiced in Islamic social entrepreneurship, which in turn leads to the unification of the ummah. Islamic social entrepreneurship activities that are carried out can further strengthen the relationship of silaturahim and brotherhood between Muslims in addition to strengthening the unity of ummah and their economy
IMPLEMENTASI DASAR PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KEPALA SMA IT DAAR EL FIKRI MESUJI LAMPUNG DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
ABSTRAK
Pengambilan keputusan adalah memilih satu dua atau lebih
alternatif pemecahan masalah menuju satu situasi yang diinginkan,
melalui keputusan atau penetapannya orang berharap akan tercapai
suatu pemecahan masalah dari problem yang terjadi. Penelitian ini
membahas tentang implementasi pengalaman, wewenang, dan rasional
Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji dalam pengambilan keputusan
guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menggambarkan dan menganalisis proses dan implementasi
pengalaman, wewenang dan rasional pengambilan keputusan yang
dilakukan oleh Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji dalam upaya
meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam.
Penulis menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi
sebagai metode pengumpulan data untuk mengumpulkan data yang
komprehensif. Menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan
penarikan kesimpulan dalam metode analisis data. Informasi dalam
penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala
Sekolah Dan Guru SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji. Menggunakan
triangulasi sumber untuk menilai validitas data atau uji keabsahan
data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengambilan
keputusan, Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri selalu melibatkan diskusi
atau musyawarah dengan wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan pihak
yayasan untuk mencetuskan program-program yang dapat
meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepala sekolah juga mengadakan
rapat rutin setiap dua minggu sekali dengan dewan guru untuk
membahas dan mengevaluasi program yang telah dilaksanakan serta
merencanakan program baru. Meskipun demikian, Kepala SMA IT
Daar El Fikri menghadapi tantangan terkait dengan terbatasnya
wewenang, di mana setiap keputusan yang diambil harus disetujui
oleh pihak yayasan. Oleh karena itu, dalam proses pengambilan

keputusan, Kepala Sekolah harus dapat menyatukan mufakat antara
keputusan pribadi dan keputusan yayasan. Proses pengambilan
keputusan yang dilakukan selalu mengutamakan rasionalitas melalui
beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data dari
berbagai pihak, penilaian terhadap alternatif solusi, dan penerapan
kebijakan yang dianggap paling efektif. Dengan mengikuti tahapan�tahapan tersebut, keputusan yang diambil akan sesuai dengan masalah
yang dihadapi dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di
sekolah.

ABSTRACT
Decision-making is the process of choosing one or more
alternative solutions to address a problem, aiming for a desired
situation. Through the decision or determination, people expect to find
a solution to the problem at hand. This study discusses the
implementation of the experience, authority, and rationality of the
Principal of SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji in decision-making to
improve the quality of education. The study aims to describe and
analyze the process and implementation of the experience, authority,
and rational decision-making conducted by the Principal of SMA IT
Daar El Fikri Mesuji in efforts to enhance the quality of education at
the school.
This study used a qualitative research method with a
descriptive qualitative approach. The author employed observation,
interviews, and documentation as data collection methods to gather
comprehensive information. Data analysis was carried out using data
reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The
information in this study was obtained directly from the Principal,
Vice Principal, and teachers of SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji. Source
triangulation was used to assess the data validity or reliability.
The research findings showed that in decision-making, the
Principal of SMA IT Daar El Fikri always involved discussions or
deliberations with the vice principal, teachers, and the foundation to
initiate programs that could improve the quality of education. The
principal also held regular meetings every two weeks with the
teaching staff to discuss and evaluate the programs that had been
implemented and plan new programs. However, the Principal of SMA
IT Daar El Fikri faced challenges related to limited authority, where
every decision made had to be approved by the foundation. Therefore,
in the decision-making process, the Principal had to reconcile
personal decisions with the foundation's decisions. The decision�making process always prioritized rationality through several stages,
including problem identification, data collection from various parties,

assessment of alternative solutions, and the implementation of policies
considered most effective. By following these stages, the decisions
made would align with the problems faced and help resolve the issues
at the school.

Peranan pusat kesejahteraan dalam Pelayanan Pengaduan Masyarakat Miskin : Studi deskriptif Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial di Desa Cibiru Wetan Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung
Kemiskinan masih menjadi masalah yang serius di Indonesia ini, berbagai upaya pun telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan. Namun pada kenyataanya implementasi dilapangan masih saja terjadi ketimpangan karena program yang tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh sebab itu dibentuklah sebuah lembaga Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial sebagai bentuk kepanjangan tangan dari SLRT (Sistem Layanan dan Rujukan Terpadu) untuk memudahkan masyarakat miskin atau rentan miskin dalam menjangkau layanan perlindungan sosial, pengaduan layanan sosial dan penanggulangan kemiskinan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat miskin, melihat upaya dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam pelayanan dan pengaduan masyarakat miskin, dan hasil dari pelaksanaan program Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat miskin.
Pada penelitian ini teori yang digunakan adalah teori peran menurut Nye (2012) bahwa peran merupakan beberapa set perilaku yang memiliki sifat kurang lebih homogen, secara normatif peran didefinisikan dan diharapkan mampu memegang posisi tertentu (seorang okupan) dalam keadaan tertentu. Pada dasarnya peran di harapkan mampu menjelaskan tindakan yang harus dilakukan oleh individu dalam situasi tertentu guna memenuhi harapan mereka sendiri atau harapan orang lain yang terkait dengan peran tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada ketua dan sekertaris serta masyarakat, observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kegiatan, dan dokumentasi dilakukan sebagai pelengkap dalam memperoleh data. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Program Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin melalui pelayanan sosial sebagai penyalur atau fasilitator bantuan dari pemerintah, sehingga dengan adanya Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial ini program bantuan sosial dari pemerintah bisa tepat sasaran
PENILAIAN KETERAMPILAN PROYEK
Evaluation is one of important step that must be done to measure the success of an educational program. In the evaluation there are several assessment instruments that can be used as a measuring tool to find out how much success is achieved by students and educators. Evaluation activities can cover all elements of learning, both directly and indirectly. At the evaluation stage there is an assessment. Assessment is not only useful for students but also very useful for educators. In addition to measuring the ability of students, the assessment can also motivate students in learning and hone the creativity and innovation of educators so that they can improve and develop learning. As we know, in the current assessment there are four kinds of assessment, namely spiritual assessment, social assessment, knowledge assessment and skills assessment. The four kinds of assessments complement each other for the achievement of Complete skill in students. To achieve the goal of the national education curriculum, namely mastery of 21st century skills for students. Through these measurements and assessments, it is hoped that educational institutions can maximize the goals of the national education curriculum. In the skills assessment there are several types of skills assessment such as performance skills assessment, project skills assessment, portfolio skills assessment and product skills assessment. In this paper the author tries to discuss one of the skills assessments, namely project skills assessment. Hopefully it can add insight to the reader because this paper will discuss a complete project skills assessment with qualitative literature methods
Peranan Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial Dalam Pelayanan Pengaduan Masyarakat Miskin
Kemiskinan menjadi masalah yang serius di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan. Namun pada kenyataan masih terjadi ketimpangan karena program yang tidak tepat sasaran. Maka dibentuklah lembaga Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial untuk memudahkan masyarakat miskin menjangkau pelayanan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, upaya dan hambatan, serta hasil pelaksanaan program dalam pelayanan dan pengaduan masyarakat miskin di Desa Cibiru Wetan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan program Puskesos diantaranya, penyaluran bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat seperti Bansos, BPNT, dan Bantuan Rawan Pangan. Adapun hambatannya masih ada masyarakat yang berhak mendapat bantuan namun tidak terdata dan masyarakat yang tidak lengkap berkas administrasi dalam melaksanakan pengaduan. Upaya puskesos diantaranya, memverifikasi data masyarakat dengan turun langsung ke lapangan. Hasil dari program Puskesos yaitu adanya tempat pelayanan sosial dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesejahteraan sosial dan hak sosial yang mereka miliki
INOVASI PENERAPAN SURAT PERINTAH PERJALANAN DINAS (E-SPPD) DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
This thesis focuses on a case study at the Mojokerto Regency DPRD Secretariat,
where the author conducted research to determine innovations in the application of
electronic Official Travel Orders. The author analyzes the efficiency and
effectiveness of public services in the use of electronic official travel orders within
the Mojokerto Regency DPRD Secretariat. The research method used in this thesis
includes data collection through interviews with related parties, literature study, and
analysis of relevant data. It is hoped that the research results will provide a better
understanding of innovations in implementing E-SPPD and provide
recommendations for increasing the use of the system. This thesis has important
value in the context of implementing regional government innovations related to
effectiveness and improving administrative performance within the Mojokerto
Regency DPRD Secretariat. Apart from that, the results of this study can also be
used as a reference for other regional governments that are planning or
implementing similar innovations
Pengaruh Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok
The study aimed to determine the effect of online learning and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Mathematics in class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok consisting of 11 classes. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, to obtain a sample of 79 Class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok. Online learning data is obtained through a questionnaire while learning outcomes are obtained from the results of the Mid Semester Assessment (PTS). The effect of online learning on learning outcomes using Simple Linear Regression is obtained by the equation Y= 53,60 + 0,26X. The results of the analysis obtained the value tcount=0,78<t-table=1,99. So is accepted because there is no significant effect of online learning on learning outcomes. The conclusion from this study is that there is no significant effect of online learning on the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok

Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) Bedasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 4 Tahun 2010 Di Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
To fulfill a need either directly or indirectly is an activity of an organization or a person that is a definition of service. The formation of the quality of public services is not only when providing services, but also in the process of providing or providing services to the community or consumers. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) in the Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency and to find out what are the obstacles to the Implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN). The method that the writer uses in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting this data, the writer uses documentation, interview, and observation techniques. For this research, the author's focus is the Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services or PATEN that includes: physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy) and service facilities. Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010, each sub-district follows three requirements, namely, substantive requirements, administrative requirements and technical requirements, Based on the research conducted by the author, that the implementation of Integrated District Administration Services or PATEN in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation with 3 service facilities including substantive, administrative, and technical requirements. For obstacles to the Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services in Rambah District, namely, facilities and infrastructure such as queuing machines, E-KTP printing machines that do not yet exist, so that services take a relatively long time, as well as the lack of service personnel, making queues longer. For other facilities, it is sufficient in terms of Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 4 of 2010
