Eksil dilihat sebagai hukuman yang menakutkan karena keadaan ini memisahkan orang-orang dengan tanah kelahirannya di mana bahasa, keluarga, agama, dan kebudayaan mereka berada.. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan rumah bagi seorang eksil membuat mereka merasa bermakna dalam segala kondisi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakter utama dipandang sebagai seorang eksil, bagaimana dia mencoba mengonstruksi sebuah rumah baru, dan hasil usahanya untuk membangun sebuah rumah baru.Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan bagaimana gagasan rumah dilihat dari seorang nelayan tua yang punya latar belakang eksil.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah novel karya Ernest Hemingway The Old Man and the Sea. Proses pengumpulan data diikuti oleh pengaplikasian teori kolonialisme, eksil, dan rumah.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter utama dipandang sebagai seorang eksil seperti yang ditunjukkan melalui kerterasingan dan keanehan sosialnya di tengah-tengah masyarakat Kuba. Oleh karena itu karakter utama rindu untuk kembali ke rumahnya, namun hal itu tidak akan pernah bisa dipenuhi. Karakter utama berhasil menemukan rumah, sebuah rumah metafora di laut, namun gagal mendapatkan perasaan rumah. Oleh karena itu isu rumah menjadi penting untuk didiskusikan. Kegagalan karena utama dapat dilihat dari mimpinya tentang singa.Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumah bukan hanya tempat tinggal, namun juga hubungan fisik dan emosional antara seseorang dan tempat tinggalnya. Melalui penelitian ini,disarankan pemerintah dapat memberikan perhatian lebih kepada seorang eksil. Bagi mahasiswa Sastra Inggris diharapkan dapat menggali informasi lebih banyak tentang peran rumah bagi seorang eksil. Juga disarankan akan para kritik selanjutnya dapat mengumpulkan informasi lebih banyak mengenai rumah dan eksil.ABSTRAK Azahra, Firda . 2018. Misbahul Amri, M.A.and Drs.Kukuh Prayitno Subagyo, M.A. Keywords: colonization, exile, home, metaphorical home, The Old Man and the Sea Exile is seen as dreadful punishment since it separates people from their homeland where language, family, religion, and culture exist.Therefore the existence of home makes an exile important in various conditions.This study aims at finding how the main character of The Old Man and the Sea is viewed as an exile, how he attempts to construct a new home, and how his attempts to construct a new home. Using the method of qualitative descriptive, this study provides explanation on how the idea of home viewed from an old fisherman who has background as an exile. The data sources use a novel The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway 1952. Upon collecting the data, the process is followed by colonialism, exile, and home theory. The result of the study shows that the main character is viewed as a man in exile as it is shown through his foreignness and social otherness in Cuban society. Therefore, the main character longs for returning homeland, but it cannot be forever fulfilled. The main character manages to find the idea of home, particularly metaphorical home at the sea, but failed to obtain the feeling of home. Therefore the idea of home becomes the most important issue to discuss. The main character’s failure is revealed by the dream of lion. It then can be concluded that home is not merely a place for living, but physical and emotional engagement between place and people. Finally it is suggested that government pay more attention to an exile. For English literary students, it is suggested that they figure out more about the importance of home to people who live in exile. It is also suggested that future critics collect more information about home and exile
An Analysis of Children's Rights to Their Parents According to Sheikh Ahmad Husain Ali Salam in the Book Huququ Al-Walidayn

Research Objective – This study aims to describe the rights of children toward their parents based on the thoughts of Syekh Ahmad Husein Ali Salam in Ḥaququ al-Wālidayn. The research focuses on identifying what rights must be fulfilled by parents from the moment a child is born, and how these responsibilities shape the child’s physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
Methodology – This research uses a library research approach by examining the primary text Ḥaququ al-Wālidayn and supporting studies related to child rights in Islamic education. Data were analyzed using content analysis to understand the concepts presented in classical texts and compare them with findings from contemporary scholarly works.
Findings – The study reveals that every child has essential rights such as receiving a good name, breastfeeding and basic care, affection, fairness, protection from harmful environments, and early religious education. These rights are not only related to physical needs but also emotional and spiritual aspects important for developing good character. The findings also show that parents’ obligations in raising their children are lifelong, involving continuous guidance, role-modelling, and prayer.
Research Implications/Limitations – This study highlights the relevance of classical Islamic teachings in today’s context and shows that fulfilling children’s rights remains a challenge, especially with modern issues such as digital exposure. The research is limited to textual analysis and does not include field data.
Originality/Value – This study contributes by connecting the classical understanding of child rights from Ḥaququ al-Wālidayn with current social and technological conditions. It offers a comprehensive view of children’s rights in Islam and emphasizes the long-term responsibilities of parents in shaping a child’s character.
 
Penggunaan Whatsapp dan Aktivitas Personal Bio-Poem dalam Pembelajaran Grammar

This research aims to provide classroom intervention by using WhatsApp and Personal Bio-Poem activity in Intermediate Grammar Class, Universitas Brawijaya. The research method utilizes Classroom Action Research. To collect the data, classroom observation and document analysis were used. The result revealed that the implementation of Personal Bio-Poem activity has aligned with CLT learning model and Bloom's Learning Domain Taxonomy. Besides the implementation of Personal Bio-Poem, it is also evident that the use of WhatsApp group can help students personalize their Grammar learning

No full textIn writing this final assignment, the author examines the verdict in the Divorce and Talak case, which was decided at the Malang Regency Class 1A Religious Court, which adjudicated Divorce Divorce Case Number 2163/Pdt. G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg. The decision in this case rejected the divorce petition submitted by the petitioner on the basis that the statements of the witnesses presented by the petitioner contradicted each other's statements during the evidence, so that only one witness was deemed to know the problems faced by the petitioner and the respondent. By using the principle of "Unus Testis Nullus Testis" as a consideration and stating that only 1 witness is deemed to be known by the applicant, while there are 2 witnesses presented by the applicant, there is 1 witness who is deemed not to know about the dispute in the house. Petitioner and Defendant Steps. Therefore, the author is interested in raising this issue with the title "Judicial Analysis of the Decision of the Panel of Judges Rejecting the Application for Divorce and Divorce Due to Conflicting Witness Statements Which Cause the Principle of "Unus Testis Nullus Testis" to emerge as research material for the author based on the experience of the author who has followed the agenda. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Harga Pokok Produksi Berdasarkan Job Order Costing
Get PDFDigital transactions that are increasingly developing make the use of technology in various company businesses increasingly needed. In manufacturing companies there is a calculation of the cost of production (HPP) which is the most important part in calculating the costs incurred during the production process. However, human error problems often arise when HPP calculations are still done manually, one of which is at the Liwet Asep Strawberry company. The purpose of this study was to design an accounting information system for the cost of goods manufactured at Liwet Asep Strawberry, which currently determines the cost of production that is not in accordance with accounting standards. The instability of the cost of production can affect the increase in production costs resulting in the company\u27s profit or loss so that it cannot be monitored by managers, besides that the accounting records have not been computerized so that it can hamper the processing time of the cost of goods manufactured report. The information system designed by the author uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. The information system design model used is a context diagram and flowchart and a system development model using the waterfall SDLC model. The purpose of designing this system is to assist in the process of recording, calculating and reporting the cost of production effectively and efficiently. The result of this design is that it can improve the performance of making reports on the cost of production.Transaksi digital yang semakin berkembang membuat penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai bisnis perusahaan semakin dibutuhkan. Pada perusahaan manufaktur terdapat perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) yang merupakan bagian terpenting dalam menghitung biaya yang dikeluarkan saat proses produksi. Namun, permasalahan human error atau kesalahan manusia sering muncul saat perhitungan HPP masih dilakukan secara manual salah satunya adalah di perusahaan liwet Asep stroberi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi harga pokok produksi pada liwet Asep stroberi yang saat ini penentuan harga pokok produksinya belum sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Dengan ketidakstabilan harga pokok produksi dapat mempengaruhi kenaikan biaya produksi yang mengakibatkan laba atau rugi perusahaan sehingga tidak dapat terpantau oleh manajer, selain itu pencatatan akuntansi belum terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat menghambat waktu pengerjaan laporan harga pokok produksi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang oleh penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor atau PHP dan database postgreSQL. Model perancangan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah diagram konteks, flowchart dan model pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) air terjun (waterfall). Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini adalah membantu dalam proses pencatatan, perhitungan dan laporan harga pokok produksi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menyampaikan materi terkait cara memilah dan mengolah sampah menggunakan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) yaitu mengurangi sampah plastik, menggunakan kembali, dan mendaur ulang menjadi sebuah kerajinan dari botol plastik. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan respon positif dari pihak sekolah dan dapat menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sejak dini sekaligus meningkatkan kreativitas siswa/siswi dengan mendaur ulang limbah botol plastik menjadi sebuah karya yang bermanfaat seperti vas bunga. By using the methodology of literature study and interviews, the author used qualitative research methodology. The results show that technology has an important role in facilitating communication between parents, teachers and children during the pandemic. Technology makes learning easier by removing the requirement of face-to-face interaction. Various services, including Zoom Cloud Assembly, Google Meet, Google Study Room, and WhatsApp, can be used to exchange educational resources.
