Solar cloth dryer / Haliza Sahafiai and Mursyid Mohd Hazim
Making decision about the Solar Clothe Dryer project for preliminary study of solar energy is an important matter since the author needs to take many design characteristics before the system was testing and experimental. In this project the author experimental by making model for the Solar Cloth Dryer. This was made by design a model to collect solar energy from direct sunlight and suitable for placed wet cloth to dried. The author will show the design of Solar Cloth Dryer, procedure of the Solar Clothe Dryer project and experimental result. It is according to material for the model and weather when experimental done
Industrial training report: AEON Co. (M) Bhd
As the author of this Industrial Training Report, I, Mursyid Bin Zaidi, have documented my internship experience at AEON CO. (M) BHD, a prominent Malaysian retailer renowned for its focus on sustainability and customer-centric strategies. My role in Visual Merchandising allowed me to contribute to the creation of engaging displays and explore innovative retail spaces, both physical and digital. A SWOT analysis of AEON reveals its robust network and industry diversification as key strengths, while also identifying areas for improvement, such as updating its infrastructure. The PESTEL analysis underscores the importance of adapting to external factors, including technological advancements and environmental sustainability. My recommendations for AEON include revitalizing store environments, attracting a youthful workforce, and staying attuned to market dynamics. This internship has been instrumental in translating my academic learning into practical business acumen, preparing me for future endeavors in the business industry

This study aims to explore the method of the murshidan guidance system for congregations. There is a rare phenomenon where activities in a mosque do not stop and continue to be visited by worshipers from various walks of life and regions. This underlies the research question of how the congregational guidance system is in a murshidan manner and what is the attraction of Muslims participating in congregational prayers in the five daily prayers. This mosque became a research location in Citaman Village, Bandung West Java. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The study results showed that several methods were applied in the mosque. First, there is the development of Muslims in the community, which is the target area of the mosque. Second, the Jami Mosque holds activities connected for 24 hours by voluntary mosque activists. Third, mosque activists spread the kemurshidan system by having taklim fadhilah amal after every obligatory prayer. Fourth, every week, delegates from residents come to deliberation meetings at the sub-district and Bandung Raya levels. Apart from that, periodically, there are congregations from other areas outside the province, even abroad, who come to the village mosque. The method applied by this mosque is also referred to as the Jamaah Tablighi concept.This study aims to explore the method of the murshidan guidance system for congregations. Makerspace: Tren Baru Layanan Di Perpustakaan
Now, makerspace becomes a new era in the library development. Library is not seen as a quiet space,but the space of expression to the development of creativity and knowledge sharing culture. The librarycollection space physically decrease and move to open space for assembly and expression. This paperexplains about makerspace phenomenon as a new trend in library services. The kind of this paper is aliterature review and uses qualitative method. From this paper, the author is able to conclude that: 1)makerspace is the way in creating a collaborative learning environment and innovative in the library; 2)makerspace make a library as a public space (public sphere) and a center for the community; 3) thereare some competencies for librarians, namely: a) the ability to learn, b) the ability to adapt to thechanging situation, c) the ability to collaborate, d) the ability to advocate for the learning, e) the abilityto serve a variety of people. In addition, a librarian must have a special competence (soft skills) whichincludes: a) managerial ability; b) development program; c) fundraising; d) technological literacy; ande) the facilitation of learning based on theory and behavior of users (community)
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Baznaz Kota Samarinda
Human resources are the most important asset for the organization, because they have a very important role in carrying out their duties both for improving performance and facing demands in work. Because of the conditions that will require the leader's skills in managing any changes that will occur and the facilities required must be good, so the author wants to know about the influence of a leader with a transformational leadership style, the influence of the existing work environment, and the results of the performance of his employees at BAZNAS Samarinda City. . This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on the performance of BAZNAS employees in Samarinda. The research method used is quantitative research with causal research, with a population of 11 respondents using a saturated sampling technique (census). Meanwhile, the data collection technique used is the Questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially does not significantly affect employee performance and simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and work environment affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination R square of 0.970 or equal to 97 %.

DETURKIFIKASI DALAM TAFSIR HAK DINI, KUR’AN DILI KARYA ELMALILI HAMDI YAZIR
The transition from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic of Turkey left a long debate between Ulama (Islamic scholars) and the proponents of this system. This transition also affected Turkish religious life patterns with the emergence of "Turkification" efforts. Religious aspects were changed in Turkish. In the context of this debate, Hak Dini Kur\u27an Dili, the work of Elmalili Hamdi Yazir, appeared. Hamdi Yazir\u27s tendency, as the author of this book, towards the process of the Ottoman transition to the Republic of Turkey, with all its consequences, becomes interesting to research further. To decipher interests that are probably inserted in the color of his interpretation, this study uses the philosophical hermeneutics method of Hans-Georg Gadamer. This research concludes that Hamdi Yazir\u27s activeness in the parliament of the Republic of Turkey did not necessarily make his interpretation according to the objectives to be achieved by the Turkish government when initiating the making of this work. Hamdi Yazir preferred to restrengthen people\u27s understanding of basic Islamic knowledge through interpretation. More than that, through this interpretation, Hamdi Yazir also responded to the achievements of modernization in interpreting related verses. Hamdi Yazir\u27s tendency towards the classical study approach, in the process of interpretation, was influenced by his prejudices. Yazir wanted the interpretation that resulted, can provide understanding for Turkish society that he viewed having experienced degradation in religious understanding. This was committed by Yazir as a form of resistance to the Turkification efforts carried out by the Turkish secular government
Persepsi Pemustaka Terhadap Sarana Dan PrasaranaPerpustakaan Mahkamah Agung Ri
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Perpustakaan Mahkamah Agung RI dengan topikskripsi mengenai persepsi pemustaka terhadap sarana dan prasarana PerpustakaanMahkamah Agung RI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsipemustaka terhadap sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan Mahkamah Agung RIditinjau dari aspek kesehatan dan kebersihan, keselamatan, kenyamanan, dankeamanan dilihat dari Peraturan Kepala Perpustakaan Nasional Indonesia Nomor14 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Nasional Perpustakaan Khusus. Penelitian inimenggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknikyang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuesioner, kajiankepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likertuntuk memberikan skor pada tiap item pernyataan. Populasi dari penelitian inimerupakan seluruh pegawai bidang hukum dan humas di lingkungan MahkamahAgung RI baik laki-laki maupun perempuan yang berjumlah 54 orang, kemudianpenulis menarik sampel menggunakan keseluruhan populasi yang berjumlah 54orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekniksampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian mengenai persepsi pemustaka terhadap saranaPerpustakaan Mahkamah Agung RI menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata padaaspek kesehatan dan kebersihan adalah 3,31 (Sangat Positif), aspek keselamatanadalah 3,49 (Sangat Positif), aspek kenyamanan adalah 3,39 (Sangat Positif), danaspek keamanan adalah 3,42 (Sangat Positif). Persepsi pemustaka terhadapprasarana Perpustakaan Mahkamah Agung RI menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-ratapada aspek kesehatan dan kebersihan adalah 3,38 (Sangat Positif), aspekkeselamatan adalah 3,39 (Sangat Positif), aspek kenyamanan adalah 3,29 (SangatPositif), dan aspek keamanan adalah 3,39 (Sangat Positif). Rasionalisme Descartes dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pemikiran Pembaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh
Abstrak Peneitian ini bertujuan mengupas tentang paham rasionalisme yang dicetuskan Rene Descartes dan Implikasinya terhadap Pemikiran Pebaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh. Rasionalisme Rene Descartes merupakan paham yang muncul ditengah kungkungan gereja Kristiani yang dikenal dengan masa skolastik. Paham ini lebih menekankan pada penggunaan akal (rasio) untuk memperoleh sebuah pengetahuan. Tentunya sebagai hasil filsafat, paham rasionalisme sangat berperan penting pada perkembangan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, Penulis mencoba mengaitkan dan menampilkan Implikasi antara pemikiran Rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran pembaharuan dalam islam. Adapun hasil penelitian ini penulis melihat adanya benang merah antara dasar rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran muhammad abduh bahwa keduanya menjadikan akal sebagai alat untuk melakukan penalaran terhadap suatu kebenaran. This emphasis is more on the use of reason (ratio) to gain a knowledge. Certainly as a result of philosophy, the notion of rationalism is very important role in the development of other sciences. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the author tries to link and display the implication between Rationalism thinking descartes and thinking of renewal in Islam. The results of this study the authors see the existence of a common thread between the foundations of descartes rationalism and thought muhammad abduh that both make sense as a tool to make reasoning against a truth. Komunikasi Kaum Tarekat Studi Tentang Pola-pola Komunikasi dalam Kelompok Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah di Pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya
This study is qualitative using phenomenological, symbolic interaction, and hermeneutic approaches. Based on the proposed descriptions, the author found that communications in Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Suryalaya, phenomenologically, describe a communication event which reflects an esoteric rite identity of religious doctrine (Islam). This esoteric rite identity of religious doctrine is formulated in symbolic form and addressed as a medium to achieve the high potential and the purpose in life. The symbol formation in this tarekat community serves as a fundamental process of determinations, thoughts, and actions. Through this symbolization as well, Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah community communicates, as reflected in their convocation ceremony. This tarekat ceremony shows objective symbol orders. These symbols not only express a behavior andfeeling but also form a personal disposition from brothers (ikhwan) followed their teacher models (mursyid) or saint models orwali (holy man) derived through mythological stories. Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah gives the meaning of growingcommunication as the complex one. The meaning and the comprehension of communication holds subjectively, humanistically, aesthetically, philosophically, and religious esoteric oriented. Ikhwan "reads" all communication whether among them or mubaligh, wali talqin, and mursyid as an encounter with the sacred one from past to present and through their experiences (the experiences in general terms; economic, politic, culture, especially religion). They let their object of interpretation appear as a truth, namely religious phenomenon. They interpret Tarekat as "creative" religion with the ability to transform consciousness. Ultimately, these communications that have been implemented in these rites of tarekat, is positioned not only as a lesson but also as a spiritual technique. These are considered to modify its quality of existence. The communication process and this 'meaning' seems paradoxical because the movement is not only in communication field but also in "meta-communication". Thecommunication pattern of Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah is integrated centralist. This pattern is centered on one figure(mursyid) and integrated with the doctrine considered as "ideology". This ideology is reconciled to Arab's thought tradition hesitance and combined with local culture. This pattern is shown by tarekat community that makes mursyid their idol that must be followed by all of his speech and action. Besides mursyid, there are other figures that have strategic position in Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah community, namely are "vice talqin". Vice talqin has four types; (1) intellectual academic/modernist; (2) traditionalist-ulama; (3) neo-traditionalist scholar; and (4) conservative traditionalist. The third figure is mubaligh. There arefour types of mubaligh: (1) pesantren mubaligh; (2) campus mubaligh; (3) politic mubaligh; and (4) stage mubaligh; formal and non-formal. The last figure is the most in quantities, it is ikhwan with types: (1) pragmatist; (2) ideologist with tends toward academic and populist
