The territorial dialogue reveals to be, indeed, a process of stake in common of objectives which the group in charge of the territorial organization should share or in any cases which he should make his. Whereas a joint territorial policy can be the actual result of this reflection and opens the actors in a territorial coordination. This coordination is a process rationalizing of vision of the world which applies to the territory. This process collects the actors and transforms them into a collective actor: the practice of the territorial watch participates of this territorial policy joint and introduced in upstream. The territorial dialogue is so preliminary, possibly , in a joint territorial policy. It has for goal to come to an agreement on a territorial vision, and on an explicit gratitude(recognition) of the legitimacy of the actors having power to act on this vision. The recognition and so, the nearness, obtains by a link of the vision which hold the actors

    Measurement of inclusive rho(0), f(0)(980), f(2)(1270), K-2(*0)(1430) and f ‘(2)(1525) production in Z(0) decays

DELPHI results are presented on the inclusive production of the neutral mesons rho(0), f(0)(980), f(2)(1270), K-2(*0)(1430) and f’(2)(1525) in hadronic Z(0) decays. They are based on about 2 million multihadronic events collected in 1994 and 1995, using the particle identification capabilities of the DELPHI Ring Imaging Cherenkov detectors and measured ionization losses in the Time Projection Chamber. The total production rates per hadronic Z(0) decay have been determined to be: 1.19 +/- 0.10 for rho(0); 0.164 +/- 0.021 for f(0)(980); 0.214 +/- 0.038 for f(2)(1270); 0.073 +/- 0.023 for K-2(*0)(1430); and 0.012 +/- 0.006 fur f’(2)(1525). The total production rates for all mesons and differential cross-sections for the rho(0), f(0)(980) and f(2)(1270) are compared with the results of other LEP experiments and with models, (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V, All rights reserved

DELPHI results are presented on the inclusive production of the neutral mesonsρ0\rho^0, f0(980)f_0(980), f2(1270)f_2(1270), K20(1430)^{*0}_2(1430) and f2(1525)f^{'}_2(1525) in hadronic Z0^0 decays. They are based on about 2 million multihadronic events collected in 1994 and 1995, using the particle identification capabilities of the DELPHI Ring Imaging Cherenkov detectors and measured ionization losses in the Time Projection Chamber. The total production rates per hadronic Z0^0 decay have been determined to be: 1.19±0.101.19 \pm 0.10 for ρ0\rho^0; 0.164±0.0210.164 \pm 0.021 for f0(980)f_0(980);0.214±0.0380.214 \pm 0.038 for f2(1270)f_2(1270); 0:073 \pm 0:023 for K20(1430)K^{*0}_2 (1430); and 0:012 \pm 0:006 for f2f_{2}(1525). The total production rates for all mesons and differential cross-sections for the ρ0\rho^{0}, f0f_{0}(980) and f2f_{2}(1270) are compared with the results of other LEP experiments and with models

Measurement of inclusive f(1) (1285) and f(1) (1420) production in Z decays with the DELPHI detector

    No full text
DELPHI results are presented on the inclusive production of two (K(K) over bar pi)(0) states in the mass region 1.2-1.6 GeV/c(2) in hadronic Z decays at LEP I. The measured masses (widths) are 1274 +/- 6 MeV/c(2) (29 +/- 12 MeV/c(2)) and 1426 +/- 6 MeV/c(2) (51 +/- 14 MeV/c(2)), respectively. A partial-wave analysis of the (K(K) over bar pi)(0) system shows that the first peak is consistent with the I-G (J(PC)) = 0(+)(1(++))/(0(-+))a(0)(980)pi and the second with the I-G (J(PC)) = 0(+)(1(++))K*(892)(K) over bar + c.c. assignments. The total hadronic production rates per hadronic Z decay are (0.165 +/- 0.051) and (0.056 +/- 0.012), respectively. These measurements are consistent with the two states being the f(1) (1285) and f(1) (1420) mesons. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier B.V

Measurement of the electron structure function F e 2 at LEP energies DELPHI Collaboration

    No full text
The hadronic part of the electron structure function F e 2 has been measured for the first time, using e + e − data collected by the DELPHI experiment at LEP, at centre-of-mass energies of The data analysis is simpler than that of the measurement of the photon structure function. The electron structure function F e 2 data are compared to predictions of phenomenological models based on the photon structure function. It is shown that the contribution of large target photon virtualities is significant. The data presented can serve as a cross-check of the photon structure function F γ 2 analyses and help in refining existing parameterisations
