PENGARUH PENERAPAN STRATEGI GUIDED TEACHING TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka

Motivasi Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka”
Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik.
Pemilihan metode dan strategi yang baik akan memberi kemudahan bagi Guru dalam
menyajikan materi kepada siswa, serta akan menimbulkan ketertarikan siswa dalam belajar.
Untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif seorang guru harus merencanakan pendekatan,
strategi, model, media, serta metode apa yang cocok dan semenarik mungkin yang
memberikan dorongan, motivasi belajar, kebebasan siswa untuk aktif bergerak, berpendapat
sehingga siswa betul-betul memahami isi materi yang diajarkan serta dapat
mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk
menyampaikan materi pembelajaran matematika diantaranya adalah strategi Guided
Teaching.
Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian yang
bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penerapan strategi Guided Teaching
terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka. Dan jika ada,
seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan strategi Guided Teaching terhadap motivasi belajar
matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka.
Strategi Guided Teaching merupakan cara belajar di mana guru menyampaikan
beberapa pertanyaan untuk membuka pikiran dan kemampuan yang siswa miliki, Kemudian
siswa diberi waktu untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dengan diskusi pada kelompok kecil.
Dari hasil diskusi yang siswa lakukan di kelompok kecil, siswa menyampaikan hasil jawaban
mereka dan hasilnya dikelompokkan berdasarkan kategori-kategori yang nantinya akan guru
sampaikan dalam pembelajaran. Selanjutnya guru menyampaikan pembelajaran yang
sebenarnya melalui ceramah interaktif Dengan strategi pembelajaran ini yang
menggabungkan berbagai macam metode pembelajaran diharapkan siswa aktif dalam
mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar
siswa pada akhirnya.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3
Majalengka dimana berjumlah 328 siswa. Sementara untuk sampelnya diambil kelas VIII F
yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket.
Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu dengan menggunakan uji
Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, Analisis Regresi, Uji Kelinieran Regresi dan Uji Hipotesis.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata dari hasil penyebaran angket respon siswa
terhadap penerapan strategi Guided Teaching sebesar 85,86% yang berarti sangat kuat,
begitupun rata-rata pada angket motivasi belajar sebesar 87,77%. Untuk pengaruh penerapan
strategi Guided Teaching terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 3
Majalengka sendiri diperoleh sebesar 61,6% dan sisanya 38,4% ditentukan oleh variabel lain.
Dalam menguji hipotesis penulis menggunakan uji linier, dimana diperoleh persamaan
regresinya yaitu Ŷ = 20,309 + 0,738X, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif penerapan
strategi Guided Teaching terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 3
Majalengka. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima
sedangkan H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan strategi Guided
Teaching terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka

TiO2 film was synthesized by means of the chemical bath deposition (CBD) method from TiCl4
as a precursor and surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a linking and assem-
bling agent of the titanium hydroxide network on a graphite substrate. Ag and Cu were loaded
on the TiO2 film by means of electrodeposition at various applied currents. Photoelectrochemical
testing on the composite of Ag–TiO2/G and Cu–TiO2/G was used to define the composite for
Escherichia coli-contaminated water disinfection. Disinfection efficiency and the rate of disinfection
of E. coli-contaminated water with Ag–TiO2/G as a catalyst was higher than that observed for
Cu–TiO2/G in all disinfection methods including photocatalysis (PC), electrocatalysis (EC), and
photoelectrocatalysis (PEC). The highest rate constant was achieved by the PEC method using
Ag–TiO2/G, k was 6.49 × 10−2

. Effective disinfection times of 24 h (EDT24)
and 48 h (EDT48) were achieved in all methods except the EC method using Cu–TiO2/G.

Kata- Kata Kunci: terung, sukade, lama perendaman, suhu pengeringan. Terung merupakan jenis buah yang dijadikan sayur yang sudah dikenal masyarakat luas karena rasanya yang enak. Selama ini terung hanya diolah dan dimanfaatkan sebagai sayur dan lalap. Pengolahan terung menjadi sukade merupakan usaha untuk memperpanjang masa simpan terung dan usaha untuk menganekaragamkan pangan. Terung merupakan bahan pangan yang banyak mengandung kalsium, karena itu pembuatan sukade diharapkan dapat menambah asupan kalsium ketika ditambahkan pada cake, kue, dan roti. Karakteristik terung yang mudah hancur dan pecah merupakan masalah pada saat pengolahan, karena itu dilakukan perendaman dalam air kapur dan pengeringan dengan suhu yang berbeda agar diperoleh sukade yang baik. Perendaman dalam air kapur akan mengakibatkan ion kalsium berikatan dengan pektin membentuk Ca- pektinat atau Ca- pektat yang tidak larut air dan menghasilkan tekstur yang keras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lama perendaman terung dalam air kapur dan suhu pengeringan yang tepat sehingga dapat menghasilkan sukade terung dengan sifat fisiko- kimia dan organoleptik yang baik. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor I adalah lama perendaman dalam air kapur Ca(OH)2 dengan tiga level: satu jam, tiga jam, lima jam. Faktor II adalah suhu pengeringan, dengan dua level yaitu suhu 50ºC, dan 60ºC. Uji fisik sukade terung dilakukan di Laboratorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Uji Hedonik terhadap tekstur, warna, rasa, dan aroma dilakukan di Laboratorium Pastry & Bakery Teknologi Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Malang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dan apabila ada perbedaan, maka dilanjutkan dengan DMRT (Duncans Multiple Range Test). Penilaian perlakuan terbaik parameter fisik kimia dan organoleptik terdapat pada perlakuan perendaman dalam larutan kapur selama tiga jam dengan suhu pengeringan 60ºC memiliki karakteristik warna yang paling cerah (L) 38,27, warna kemerahan (a+) 3,40, warna kekuningan (b+) 17,97, kadar air 23,88, tekstur 30,63, kadar kalsium 43,437. Nilai kesukaan panelis terhadap warna 13,3% menyatakan sangat suka, tekstur 16,7% sangat suka, rasa 21,7% sangat suka, dan aroma 16,7% sangat suka.
Pharmacist Professional Work Practice Report Government at the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration – Jakarta
Background: Pharmacists are an important pillar in maintaining public health
safety and ensuring that every drug and food product for the community meets
established quality standards, not only drugs but also considering the importance of
food in maintaining the health of the community. The presence of pharmacists at
the Indonesian Food and Drug Monitoring Agency plays a role in ensuring that
every food product meets established nutritional and safety standards. The presence
of pharmacists at the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration also contributes to
creating a stronger and more effective surveillance system, which supports the
government's efforts to protect the public from the risks of unsafe drug and food
products.
Objectives: To understand the main duties, functions, authorities, and
organizational structure of BPOM RI. To understand the role of pharmacists in
government in the supervision of drugs and food at BPOM RI. To understand the
main duties and functions of the Directorate of Processed Food Registration.
Method: PKPA activities were carried out on September 2-27, 2024 at the
Directorate of Processed Food Registration of BPOM RI. The methods included
material provision, observation, discussion, and direct involvement in Processed
Food Registration activities.
Results: Participants gained extensive knowledge about the role of pharmacists in
BPOM RI, specifically in the field of Processed Food Registration, where this
directorate is tasked with formulating and implementing policies, developing
norms, standards, procedures, criteria, providing technical guidance and
supervision, as well as monitoring, evaluating, and reporting in the field of
processed food registration.
Conclusion: The implementation of PKPA at BPOM RI provides prospective
pharmacists with a deep understanding of the practical role of pharmacists in
supervising and ensuring the quality of medicines and food circulating in Indonesia.72 PagesKarya Tulis Profes
Peran Ibu Dalam Mengasuh Anak
Deaf and mute are terms used for
children who cannot hear and speak. Unability
to hear may be low ability to hear or complete
unability to hear. Hearing disorders
experienced by children with hearing and
speech impairment causes delays in the
children development. The success of a mother
in Kranjingan Village, District of Sumbersari,
Jember Regency in taking care of her deafmute
child until the child is able to be
independent in his daily life and also to ease
the burden of his parents in terms of economy
is an interesting phenomenon for the author to
examine the role of a mother in caring for a
child with hearing and speech impairment (A
Case Study of Mrs. SW in Kranjingan Village,
District of Sumbersari, Jember Regency).
The research used qualitative approach
with case study research type. Informants were
determined by purposive sampling. The
analysis method used was based on
triangulation of source. The results showed that
the role of the mother in parenting her child, in
this case, is related to the role of the mother in
parenting children in formal education, that is,
the mother's roles as child’s primary carer, in
worship and religious activities, as a teacher
who teaches anything new, trains, guides,
directs and assesses whether in the form of
educational "reward" and "punishment", the
role of the mother in parenting in employment
at home, namely the role of the mother as a
teacher, the role of the mother in parenting in
the application of norms or rules at home is the
mother's role as regulating domestic life, and
the role of the mother in parenting in
community activities is the mother's role as a
teacher. Results of analysis obtained that care
for children with hearing and speech impaired
better and ideal if the mother uses parenting

PENERAPAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARANN MENULIS TEKS EKSPLANASI
Menulis sebagai salah satu keterampilan dan penunjang kebutuhan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan hal vital bagi keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat. Mengacu terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah, keterampilan menulis dijadikan sebagai salah satu keterampilan yang dikaitkan dalam materi ajar bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu materi yang mengasah kemampuan menulis peserta didik yaitu materi teks eksplanasi. Pada artikel ini penulis bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang penerapan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan artikel ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pada pembahasan artikel akan disajikan tentang media pembelajaran, media audio visual, pembelajaran teks eksplanasi dan penerapan media aduio visual dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dapat membantu peserta didik untuk meningkatkan inovasi dalam menyampaikan materi ajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.Kata kunci: media audio visual, pembelajaran menlis, teks eksplanasi  Writing as one of the skills and supporting the needs of science which is vital for the survival of the community. The method used in the discussion of this article is a qualitative descriptive method. In the discussion of the article will be presented about learning media, audio visual media, explanatory text learning and the application of audio visual media in learning to write explanatory texts. The analysis of social values in E.M. Forster’s a passage to India
ABSTRACT
Literary, works give many useful values and messages. It also gives contribution to build up sensitivity to the environment. By literature, the author has to be sensitive to the social condition in his or her society. Moreover, literature is a reflection of life experience that includes various aspects of both personal and social lives. One form of literary works is novel, which is usually tells about the condition of one society. Social values have many influences in the society. It can also determine whether one’s action to other people is proper or not and suitable with the social values or not. By value, we can determine whether something is good or bad. So, from statement above, social values can be considered as a truth and it is become the standard for people to act in order to achieve democratic and harmonious life.
A Passage to India contains social values that are revealed through the major and minor characters and their society. Related to this case, the problems of the study can be formulated: (1) What social values are found in E.M. Forster’s A Passage to India and (2) What are the implications of the social values to the theme of E.M. Forster’s A Passage to India. Thus, the purposes of the study are to find out the social values found in E M. Forster’s A Passage to India and to explain the implications of the social values to the theme of E.M. Forster’s A Pusxuge to India.
This research is classified into literary criticism because she tries to find out the social phenomena concerning the social values described in a literary work. In order to reach the goal, she uses structural approach. Structural approach is an approach that is used to analyze a literary work by interpreting and focusing on the text alone, apart from the author and reader. With structural approach, the researcher analyzes about social values and the implications of social values to the theme which are found in the novel.
In E.M. Forster’s م Passage to India, social values are described by describing the condition of one society. Those social values are revealed through the presentation of the major and minor character’s behavior especially Dr. Aziz and Mrs. Moore who make social relationship with their society and family. The social values that the researcher found in A Passage {() India are humanity, social relationship, family relationship and moral. In social relationship are divided into four kinds, they are; cooperation, competition, conflict and accommodation. After analyze the social values, generally we can know that the implication of the social values to the theme of the novel is power, and all of the major activities of the novel revolve around power and social class. Because the novel is tells about the occupation of India by the British, so that the researcher wants to analyze about social values that exist in that society. INSENTIF PPH FINAL DITANGGUNG PEMERINTAH SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 BAGI UMKM YANG MEMILIKI PEREDARAN BRUTO TERTENTU
 ABSTRAK
The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on Indonesia's economy, including the MSME sector. Many MSMEs have seen a drop in revenue or have even gone out of business. The government provides fiscal cushions in the form of incentives for final PP 23 Income Tax borne by the government in order to save the sustainability of MSME actors. The use of these incentives, however, has not been optimal at the national level. This motivates the author to examine how incentive policies are implemented in DGT vertical agencies at the Small Tax Office level. This study employs a combination approach, with data collected via documentation and interviews. The findings revealed that the XYZ Small Tax Office's use of incentives is still inefficient. Several optimization efforts have been undertaken, including socialization, appeals, and AR-provided guidance. However, there are still barriers to using incentives. To make it easier for taxpayers to take advantage of this incentive, the author suggests that information about incentives be disseminated via SMS blast and that realization reporting be done directly on the web without having to upload csv files
Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak masif bagi sektor perekonomian Indonesia, tak terkecuali sektor UMKM. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengalami penurunan omset atau bahkan gulung tikar. Guna menyelamatkan keberlangsungan pelaku UMKM, pemerintah memberikan bantalan fiskal berupa insentif Pajak Penghasilan final PP 23 ditanggung pemerintah (DTP). Namun, pemanfaatan insentif tersebut secara nasional belum optimal. Hal tersebut mendorong penulis untuk meninjau pelaksanaan beleid insentif pada instansi vertikal DJP setingkat KPP Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan insentif di KPP Pratama XYZ masih belum optimal. Beberapa upaya optimalisasi telah dilakukan seperti sosialisasi, himbauan, serta pemberian panduan oleh AR. Namun, kendala pemanfaatan insentif masih timbul. Penulis merekomendasikan agar penyebaran informasi terkait insentif juga dilakukan melalui SMS blast serta pelaporan realisasi dapat dilakukan melalui web secara langsung tanpa mengunggah csv file sehingga lebih mempermudah Wajib Pajak dalam memanfaatkan insentif ini

KONTRIBUSI HASIL BELAJAR MEMBUAT KRIYA TEKSTIL TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERUSAHA DI BIDANG KRIYA TEKSTIL
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai kontribusi hasil belajar membuat kriya tekstil terhadap motivasi berusaha di bidang kriya tekstil pada peserta didik program keahlian Desain dan Produksi Kriya Tekstil. Tujuan penelitian yaitu memperoleh data tentang Kontribusi Hasil Belajar Membuat Kriya Tekstil Terhadap Motivasi Berusaha Di Bidang Kriya Tekstil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Instrument sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skor hasil belajar untuk variabel X dan non test (skala Likert) untuk variabel Y. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel total yang berjumlah 30 orang peserta didik kelas XII Tekstil 1 SMK Negeri 14 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar membuat kriya tekstil dan motivasi berusaha di bidang kriya tekstil masing-masing berada pada katagori baik dan hasil belajar membuat kriya tekstil memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan sebesar 62.88% terhadap motivasi berusaha di bidang kriya tekstil. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada peserta didik hendaknya dapat mempertahankan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dalam membuat kriya tekstil dengan cara memanfaatkan potensi yang ada dan senantiasa bersungguh-sungguh agar memiliki motivasi berusaha di bidang kriya tekstil agar dapat diterapkan dalam usaha nyata.

Problems in the study is to discuss the contribution of learning to make crafts textiles to seek motivation in the field of textile craft skills program learners Craft Textile Design and Production. The purpose of research is to obtain data on the contribution of Textile Craft Making Learning Outcomes Sought In The Field Of Motivation Kriya Textiles. The method used in this study is ex post facto. Instrument as a means of collecting the data in this study using the score the learning outcomes for the variable X and non-test (Likert scale) for the variable Y. The sample in this study using the total sample were 30 students Textiles first class XII SMK Negeri 14 Bandung. The results showed that the learning outcomes and motivation to make the textile craft business in the field of textile craft each category are in good results and learn how to make crafts textile significant positive contribution of 62.88% to seek motivation in textile crafts. Recommendations aimed at learners should be able to retain the knowledge, attitudes and skills in making craft textiles by harnessing the potential that exists and always sincerely trying to have motivation in the field of textile craft that can be applied in real business.
