Establishment of Santri Morality as a Role Nationality in Leadership Kiai Pondok Islamic Boarding School
Kyai is a leader who cares for or leads a boarding school, which has the goal of developing Islamic religious knowledge. The existence of a kyai in a pesantren environment is like the heart of human life. The intensity of the kyai shows an authoritarian role because the kyai is the pioneer, founder, manager, caretaker, leader, and even the sole owner of a pesantren. At this time the pattern of leadership in Islamic boarding schools uses various types of leadership that have different styles, but the leadership control is still held and controlled by a kyai. However, based on the results of observations made, in boarding schools led by a kyai whose duty is to supervise and manage, as well as teachers/ustadz, the development of the pesantren is handed over by the kyai to the administrators in each pesantren management unit to be responsible to the kyai for all the pesantren management systems.
This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis which is inductive. The findings of this study are: 1) The leadership pattern of Islamic boarding schools places more emphasis on the aspects of the role and function of the pesantren, namely: a) Kyai as a leader who is in charge of being an educator, b) Kyai as a leader whose duty is to be a motivator, and c) Kyai as a leader who is democratic and charismatic

Hasil dari tigakasus yang dipelajari, korupsi Bibit-Chandra, meledaknya tabung gas, dan minoritasAhmadiyah, menunjukkan bahwa teori tersebut hanya nyata dalam kondisi tertentu.Beberapa kondisinya adalah pengetahuan politik, muatan moral, dan konformitas.Studi juga menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan politik dan prediksi opini dominan adalahvariabel penting dalam menjelaskan kesediaan seseorang mengekspresikan opininya.
This study assumes that spiral of silence is not suitable in the context of democratictransition countries as it emerged in the context of developed countries that assumesits citizens have media access and have achieved high education. Results fromthe three cases studied, the Bibit-Chandra corruption case, the explosion of gascylinders, and the Ahmadiyah minority, show that the theory is only proven in specificcircumstances. Several of these conditions are political knowledge, moral content, andconformity. The study also shows that political knowledge and prediction of dominantopinion are important variables in explaining one’s willingness to express opinions

Hashtags and Digital Movement of Opinion Mobilization: A Social Network Analysis/SNA Study on #BubarkanKPAI vs #KamiBersamaKPAI Hashtags
Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji peranan tagar (#) dalam mobilisasi dukungan opini digital. Apakah tagar (#) yang berbeda bisa menciptakan mobilisasi yang berbeda. Teori yang dipergunakan adalah Gerakan Opini Digital (Digital Movement of Opinion / DMO), yaknu sebuah aktivisme digital yang ditandai oleh adanya reaksi yang spontan dan tidak terorganisir dari pengguna media sosial. Kasus yang diteliti adalah pertarungan antara tagar #BubarkanKPAI vs #KamiBersamaKPAI. Metode yang dipakai adalah Analisis Jaringan Sosial (Social Network Analysis/SNA). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan #BubarkanKPAI lebih mampu menciptakan mobilisasi dibandingkan dengan tagar #KamiBersamaKPAI. Keberhasilan tagar #BubarkanKPAI karena lebih emosional, menciptakan imajinasi naratif dan mempunyai frame yang jelas.
This study examined the role of hashtag (#) in the mobilization of digital opinion supports. Could different hashtags (#) create different mobilizations? The theory used in this study is the Digital Movement of Opinion (DMO), which is a digital activism marked by spontaneous and unorganized reactions of social media users. The case investigated is a hashtags match between #BubarkanKPAI and #KamiBersKKAI. The method applied is the Social Network Analysis (SNA). The results showed that #BubarkanKPAI was more able to create mobilization compared to the hashtag #KamiBersamaKPAI. The hashtag #BubarkanKPAI was successful because it is more emotional, creates narrative imagination and has a clear frame
KONSEP PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DALAM PROSES PENYIDIKAN TERHADAP NOTARIS KAITANNYA DENGAN AKTA YANG DIBUATNYA
Pertanggungjawaban Notaris dalam bidang pidana dan aspek
praktik peradilan pada hakekatnya meliputi 3 (tiga) pertanggungjawaban
yaitu selaku terdakwa, pertanggungjawaban selaku saksi, dan
pertanggungjawaban sebagai tenaga ahli dalam hal keterangan ahli yaitu
seputar tentang kerahasiaan suatu akta yang tidak mungkin diungkapkan
dalam persidangan maka lebih baik Notaris minta dibebaskan pemberian
keterangan seputar kerahasiaan akta tersebut berdasarkan ketentuan
Pasal 170 KUHAP.
Permasalahan yang diajukan yaitu bagaimana penerapan asas
kerahasiaan dan pelaksanaan proses penyidikan terhadap Notaris
sebagai saksi dalam tindak pidana dalam kaitannya dengan akta yang
dibuatnya dan bagaimana konsep perlindungan hukum terhadap Notaris
dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya terhadap penerapan asas
kerahasiaan atas akta yang dibuatnya dterkait dengan proses penyidikan.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
metode pendekatan socio-legal research, dengan diskriptif analisis
dengan pemeriksaan yang mendalam terhadap fakta sosial untuk
kemudian mengusahakan suatu pemecahan atas permasalahan yang
timbul dalam gejala yang terjadi dalam proses penyidikan terhadap Notaris
sebagai saksi.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan asas kerahasiaan yang
diterapkan Notaris atas akta yang dibuatnya dalam kaitannya dengan
proses penyidikan sesuai dengan Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf f, pada faktanya
Notaris belum mendapatkan perlindungan hukum. Proses penyidikan
terhadap saksi tidak transparan karena UUJN, Kode Etik dan KUHAP
menganut proses penyidikan yang tertutup, sehingga proses penyidikan
tanpa pendampingan, sering terjadi penyalahgunaan untuk menekan dan
memojokan saksi, bahkan menggiring saksi kearah yang diinginkan
penyidik. Penyebab utama dari penyimpangan penyidikan karena
ketentuan hukum yang tidak tegas dalam UUJN, Kode Etik dan KUHAP
dalam proses pendampingan, keterbukaan penyidikan tidak diperbolehkan
oleh KUHAP namun hal tersebut perlu ada solusi atas penyimpangan
yang terjadi dalam penyidikan.
Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah sebagai pengambil
kebijakan hukum harus melakukan rule breaking (kebaruan hukum)
terhadap KUHAP, untuk menerapkan asas terbuka terbatas dalam proses
penyidikan agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan dalam proses penyidikan dan
segera membuat aturan pelaksanaan UUJN terkait dengan pembentukan

The Effect of Islamic Boarding School Culture on the Character Forming and Ability of Students
This study focuses on the influence of Islamic boarding school education culture on moral formation in Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Wonorejo Situbondo. Then also look for whether there is a relationship between the culture of the pesantren with the formation of the morals of the students because culture is a boarding school culture that affects the mindset, mentality, character, habits, and morals of the students who use the dormitory system with the supervision of the ustadz. It is hoped that the pesantren education culture can form a superior person, namely a person who has good character. The research was conducted to answer the following problems: (1) What is the education culture of Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Wonorejo Situbondo? (2) What are the activities carried out by the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School students in Wonorejo Situbondo? (3) How is the relationship between the educational culture of Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Wonorejo Situbondo, and the moral formation of the students. The type of research is qualitative research. The educational culture in Islamic boarding schools can foster students' character, form mentality, get used to worship, create self-conceptions, and form noble attitudes for students so that the behavior of everyday life to realize with good morals. Hopefully, with good character, it can positively impact students, both for Allah, other people, and the environment
