Kata kunci: model TSTS, hasil belajar siswa Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada tanggal 15 November 2011 di kelas IXG SMP Negeri 7 Malang diketahui bahwa 27 siswa masih kurang aktif di dalam proses pembelajaran, dikarenakan kurang termotivasi dalam belajar. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru matapelajaran IPS di SMPN 7 Malang diketahui bahwa nilai hasil belajar masih rendah dimana dari SKM yang ditetapkan, hanya 13 siswa yang memperoleh nilai lebih dari sama dengan 75 dan 19 siswa lainnya mendapat nilai kurang dari 75. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi dan tes tulis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas IXG SMPN 7 Malang dengan jumlah 32 siswa, pada materi: Unsur-Unsur Fisik dan Sosial Kawasan Asia Tenggara. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh berupa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada rata-rata persentase aktivitas kelas sebesar 37,03% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 28,07% pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian tentang hasil belajar siswa kelas IXG SMPN 7 Malang juga mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 5,34% meningkat menjadi 13,11% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan model TSTS di SMPN 7 Malang sudah terlaksana dengan baik yakni pada siklus I dan siklus II dengan seluruh sintak-sintak pembelajaran model TSTS sudah dilakukan, (2) pembelajaran dengan model TSTS mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan interaksi siswa, (3) penerapan model pembelajaran TSTS di kelas IXG SMPN 7 Malang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Saran yang diberikan yaitu: (1) guru harus melakukan pengelolaan kelas yang baik dengan menguasai kondisi kelas sehingga sintak dalam pembelajaran berjalan lancar dan terkendali, (2) guru harus bersikap tegas dalam menegur siswa yang gaduh dan memberi pertanyaan atau perlakuan khusus lain untuk siswa yang tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran TSTS dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, (3) soal test akhir siklus perlu diberi variasi agar dalam pelaksanaan test siswa tidak saling bertukar jawaban dan bekerjasama, (4) guru harus melakukan managemen waktu dalam pembelajaran TSTS agar setiap sintak dalam pembelajaran dapat berjalan optimal.

It is ironic to remember that many people go and become sympathizers with the belief that they have chosen the right path, but in fact they still need the attention of their homeland. Apart from the pros and cons of the repatriation of ex-ISIS, the author would like to highlight how the issue of repatriation is actually a complex matter, a one-day decision will have an impact on many things, including terrorism cases that will increase in the future, then whether the discourse on terrorism will increase in the future. The repatriation is appropriate because it pays attention to human rights and is the responsibility of the Indonesian side for the behavior of its citizens in other countries or it becomes a potential threat to the welfare and security of the country itself

Get PDFThe village of Hulu Teso is a village that was awarded the construction of a dam in the past. In the management of dams in the past as fisheries power but no longer functioned. The dam is only used as a place of recreation at this time. Based on a survey carried out by the author in 2019, dams like Doranan can be used more effectively as clean water resources or raw water reserves. Based on a survey of upstream villages, Teso had experienced a long dry season which resulted in drought in their wells. Based on these problems the authors are interested in conducting research related to the supply of clean water resources. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive, namely by collecting population data and observing the location of the study and measuring and documenting the location. The results of the study concluded that to obtain a source of clean water as a raw water reserve was carried out screening on dam runoff water, a runway was constructed to build a water filter to purify water after a planned filtration system on runoff was calculated by the population and water requirements needed so that it could be built water storage reservoir. The results of the research show that domestic and non-domestic needs are as much as 251.371,44 liters. To meet the water demand, a reservoir building with dimensions of 7m x 3m 13m is planned to be obtained, amounting to 273m cubic meters, with a capacity of 273 m 3 being converted into liters totaling 273,000 liters per day. The reservoir capacity is 273,000 liters, which is sufficient for the water needs of the population

strategy rooted (embeddle case study). It can be concluded as follows: This novel theme of
struggle and romance. This novel used progressive plot. The main character (protagonist)
named Irewa, antagonists (Malom),tritagonis (Meage), and additional characters consisting
of Jingi, Mama Kame, Labobar Father, Meage, Mama Fos, Ulunggi Father, doctor Leon,
Wawutu Sister, Sister Karolin, Lepi, and Ms. Selvi. The title of the novel is Isinga Roman
Papua. Setting on this novel consists of setting the place, time, and social. Point of view used
in this novel is a third-person perspective is limited. Thestyles of this novel aresimple,
straightforward, and easy to understand. The language used is not convoluted and tends to
directly enter the author's intention is to be conveyed. While the tone is the emotional
attitude of the authors featured in the story. Author of the novel conveysher emotions
appropriately, are like feeling sad, happy, love, hope, fear, and anger. In this novel there are
two symbols, the first, a symbol with the use of the term ceremony 'wit or initiation'
ceremony and 'muruwal' included in this type of a symbol that appears on an important event
in the story shows the meaning of the event. Second, a symbol with the use of the term
'betatas' is included in the symbol that appears in different contexts will help us find a theme.

This study aims to analyze the consistency of Mahmud Yunus in not arguing with the dhaif hadith. The method in this research is descriptive-qualitative type in library research. The results of this study, namely Mahmud Yunus was very consistent in his argument that he did not use the dhaif hadith. This is evidenced by the hadiths contained in the discussion of his book and as evidence, the author traces the hadiths related to the based on the hadith of treating with alcohol, menstruating women enter the mosque and dissect corpses. All the hadiths contained in the discussion are of maqbul quality and none of the dhaif hadiths are used as evidence
Judge Consideration on Nominal Determination Iddah and Mut'ah Lives in Epistemological Review
No full textDetermination of iddah and mut'ah living is a manifestation of one of the cases that must be resolved by a judge who comes to him by bringing justice to the parties. Of course, this cannot be separated from how a judge deeply examines the existing problems with his considerations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the judge's considerations in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah income for the wife whom her husband divorces in a case, then how is the judge's consideration in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah income when viewed epistemologically. The research method that the author does is to use empirical normative research methods with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results that the author did, there are at least 7 (seven) things that the judge can consider in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah living. However, what if, in a case, all the things considered are in one case? Of course, a judge must choose his considerations, which should come first, the interests of the wife or husband. Therefore, it takes wisdom and wisdom from a judge in deciding while still realizing a sense of justice for the parties. Penentuan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah merupakan wujud dari salah satu perkara yang harus diselesaikan seorang hakim yang datang padanya dengan mewujudkan keadilan kepada para pihak. Hal ini, tentu, tidak terlepas dari bagaimana seorang hakim mengkaji lebih dalam terkait permasalahan yang ada dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah iddah dan mut’ah bagi istri yang diceraikan suaminya pada suatu kasus. Kemudian bagaimana tinjauan epistemologi terkait dengan pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah iddah dan mut’ah. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, setidaknya ada 7 (tujuh) hal yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah iddah dan mut’ah. Namun bagaimana bila semua hal yang dipertimbangkan tersebut ada dalam satu kasus, tentu seorang hakim harus mampu memilih pertimbangannya, mana yang harus didahulukan, kepentingan istri atau suami. Oleh karena itu, memang dibutuhkan kearifan dan kebijaksanaan dari seorang hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan dengan tetap mewujudkan rasa keadilan bagi para pihak
STUDI EVALUASI KEKUATAN STRUKTUR ATAP BETON DAK GEDUNG DPRD KABUPATEN POHUWATO
Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the damage or leakage of the concrete roof structure in the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building based on the priority scale and investigation method. The location of the Pohuwato Regency People's Representative Council located in the Marisa Office Plan Block, Marisa District, Pohuwato Regency was used as the object of study in this study. This research survey was conducted in June. Several methods used were interviews with the DPRD Building Head Manager and interviews with the Head of the PU Service. This research was conducted in the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building, with an emphasis on the concrete roof roof structure. The building is intended as one of the legislative institutions within the Pohuwato Regency Government. Based on the results and analysis, it can be concluded that the level of damage based on the weighting of the concrete roof roof of the Pohuwato Regency DPRD Building is 83%. This conclusion is based on the results of the analysis carried out by the author using the SAW method and the weighting parameters of the results, which indicate that the data can be used as a reference in analyzing or repairing the concrete roof roof of the Building
