Gestão de projetos de turismo envolvendo recursos federais : o caso de Bento Gonçalves
No full textDada à relevância que o turismo possui para a cidade de Bento Gonçalves este relatório de intervenção teve como objetivo analisar a gestão de projetos com recursos federais da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo de Bento Gonçalves e sugerir melhorias, utilizando como referência para a análise dos dados as nove áreas de conhecimento e práticas do Método de Gerenciamento de Projetos PMBOK (PMI, 2010) e o Fluxograma de Gerenciamento de Projetos de Lewis (PROMON, 2008). A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir da observação da autora do trabalho, análise de documentos e entrevista com os envolvidos diretamente com projetos e gestão do turismo no município. Como principais resultados identificam-se o número insuficiente de pessoas para esta função, além do desconhecimento das situações que ocorrem na operacionalização do processo. Percebe-se a necessidade de aprimorar o planejamento para a concepção de projetos, sugerindo-se ampliar a realização deste estudo e o número de pessoas que trabalham nos projetos da Secretaria e a adequação do processo de gerenciamento existente.Considering the relevance that the Tourism represents for the city of Bento Gonçalves, this intervention report had the objective of analyse the project management with federal resources of Bento Gonçalves Tourism Office and suggest improvements, using like references to the data analysis, the nine areas of knowledge and practices of PMBOK Method (PMI, 2010), and the Project Management Flow Chart of Lewis (PROMON, 2008). The data collection was realized from the author observation, documents analysis and interview with people directly involved with projects and tourism management in the city. Like main results, it was identified the insufficient number of people to this function as well as the unfamiliarity of situations that occurs in the process operation. The necessity of a bigger planning in the projects conception was also noted and produce suggestions like increase the study and the number of people who works with projects in the Tourism Office and the adjustment in the project management existent
Bilingual acquisition data: Dative Alternation_DA-L2 Adult dataset
No full textThis dataset is the result of the research carried out by Silvia Sánchez Calderón (UNED) and Raquel Fernández Fuertes (UVa) in the frame of the Research Group UVALAL (University of Valladolid Language Acquisition Lab, https://uvalal.uva.es/) whose Principal Investigator is Raquel Fernández Fuertes. In this project, the research is conducted on the second language (L2) acquisition of English Dative Alternation (DA) constructions by adult learners whose first language (L1) is Spanish. The results are compared to a control group of L1 English adults. An Acceptability Judgment Task (AJT) was designed for both groups to address grammaticality, sentence structure and word order of the two English DA structures.
The two DA structures under analysis involve, on the one hand, prepositional to-datives that alternate as Double Object Constructions (DOCs) (1) and, on the other hand, prepositional for-datives that alternate as DOCs (2). The main aim of this project is to explore the role played by the L2 English learners' L1 in their sensitivity towards the two syntactic variants, with a particular emphasis on the potential crosslinguistic influence effects (or lack thereof) from Spanish into English and the Universal Grammar (UG) effect on their acquisition.UVALAL1. Reasonable persuasion: speech in García de la Huerta's Raquel
No full textThis thesis investigates the nature of persuasive speeches made by Hernán García and Raquel in order to persuade King Alfonso to turn his attentions respectively toward the Castillian people and Raquel. Each speech uses particular techniques that are born within the genders of the speakers, and each speech is successful because of these strategies. These speeches reflect the contemporary political atmosphere of the author, García de la Huerta's, literary age and reflect a representation of the events surrounding the Esquilache riots. In this way, the author goes beyond a simple demonstration of the world as it is, but in fact accuses Esquilache of misdeeds by demonstrating him to have fallen into feminine habits of excessive greed and emotion that drive him. The author thus warns Carlos III against such influences that are evidenced in gendered persuasive discourse
Lei de Incentivo à Cultura no município de Santa Maria – RS : análise da aplicação e possibilidades de fomento às atividades culturais
No full textEste trabalho tem como tema a Lei de Incentivo à Cultura e sua aplicação no município de Santa Maria. Essa proposta permite a compreensão dos benefícios e prejuízos, assim como aponta as vantagens e desvantagens de obter essa política de incentivo fiscal a partir da análise detalhada da visão do gestor cultural, do produtor cultural e do contribuinte. A pesquisa utilizou como base a análise da entrevista destes envolvidos, buscando sua posição frente ao sistema LIC-SM, com objetivo de estabelecer a identificação de entraves que prejudicam a aplicabilidade da lei. Para contextualizar o estudo, são abordadas as leis federal e estadual de incentivo à cultura e apresentado um panorama da gestão cultural, através de suas políticas públicas e, principalmente, das leis de incentivo à cultura. Aborda-se ainda a Lei de Incentivo à Cultura do município de Santa Maria e sua forma de gestão.This study has as subject the Cultural Incentive Law and it's applicability in the city of Santa Maria. This proposal enables an understanding of the benefits and drawbacks, as well as points out the advantages and disadvantages of obtaining this policy of tax benefit from the detailed analysis of the view of the Cultural Manager, cultural producer and the taxpayer. This research used as basis the analysis of the interview of those involved, seeking their position in regards the LIC-SM system, in order to establish the identification of obstacles that hamper the applicability of the law. To contextualize the study, the Federal and State laws to encourage the culture are broached, and presenting an overview of cultural management, through its public policies and, mainly, the laws for cultural incentive. Programa Fundo Nacional de Habitação Social no município de Júlio de Castilhos : implementação e resultados
No full textConsiderando a importância e a necessidade de melhorar a execução de programas e projetos no âmbito da administração pública e a crescente demanda na construção de unidades habitacionais para famílias carentes, pesquisou-se a implantação e os resultados do Programa Fundo Nacional de Habitação Social no Bairro Tancredo Neves, no Município de Júlio de Castilhos-RS. A abordagem deste trabalho, realizado através de pesquisa bibliográfica e de entrevistas, coletou dados sobre a legislação federal, estadual e municipal no âmbito da habitação popular. Os objetivos geral e específicos tiveram a finalidade de coletar referenciais teóricos e dados, a opinião sobre os pontos positivos e negativos e, ainda, as sugestões de pessoas responsáveis pelo programa, quando da sua execução. Concluiu-se que há necessidade de que os objetivos sejam especificados no planejamento para que a execução atinja melhores resultados. A realização deste trabalho possibilitou conhecimento mais profundo e significativo sobre a execução dos programas sociais dirigidos à habitação popular, no âmbito da administração pública.Considering the importance and the need to improve the implementation of programs and projects within the public administration and the growing demand in the construction of housing units for needy families, looked up the implementation and results of the Programme National Fund for Social Housing in the Neighborhood Tancredo Neves, the city of Julio de Castilhos-RS. The approach of this work, carried out through literature review and interviews, collected data on federal, state and municipal governments within the housing. The general and specific objectives were the purpose of collecting data and theoretical, opinion on the positives and negatives, and also the suggestions of people responsible for the program when its running. It was concluded that it is necessary that the goals are specified in the planning, so that implementation achieves better results. This work allowed for deeper and more significant on the implementation of programs aimed at social housing within the public administration

No full textNa medida em que a sociedade apresenta um alto grau de desenvolvimento, cresce paralelamente a quantidade de resíduos. Com isso, aumenta a necessidade de ações eficazes por parte da gestão pública com os problemas ocasionados. O presente estudo visa identificar os benefícios de um tratamento apropriado para o lixo, sinalizando a coleta seletiva como a forma mais adequada, bem como seus benefícios econômicos, sociais e ambientais. Foi realizada uma ampla exploração descritiva qualitativa sobre os diversos tipos de resíduos (lixo) e seus benefícios, quando adequadamente selecionados para a reciclagem. Administrar essa situação passou a ser um desafio para as Gestões Municipais, uma vez que é uma responsabilidade inerente a elas. Neste contexto, o estudo faz uma reflexão sobre o atual sistema de coleta de lixo no Município de Sapucaia do Sul, buscando identificar o que poderá ser realizado para que a comunidade conquiste a implantação da coleta seletiva e obtenha todos os benefícios advindos desta prática. É visto a necessidade que haja profundas mudanças de atitude e comportamento da comunidade, das organizações públicas e privadas, para a efetiva implantação de planos e projetos de Gestão e Gerenciamento de resíduos, que são as bases sustentáveis para a preservação do meio ambiente.As soon as society presents a high level of development, the quantity of waste is increased. With that, the need of the government to take effective actions to solve the problem also grows. This study aims identify the benefits of an appropriate waste treatment, indicating the selective waste collection as the best way to do it as well as its economical and environmental benefits. It was accomplished an extensive descriptive qualitative exploration of the different types of waste (garbage) and its benefits, when properly selected for recycling. Managing this situation has become a challenge for the city administrations, since it is their inherent responsibility. In this context, this study is a reflection of the current system of waste collection in the city of Sapucaia do Sul, aiming to identity what may be done for the community to achieve the implementation of selective waste collection and get all the benefits from this practice. It is known the need of deeply changes in the attitudes and behavior of the community, the public and private organizations, for the effective implementation of plans and projects of waste management, which are the basis for sustainable preservation of the environment
O sistema integral de educação em escola pública de ensino fundamental no município de Três Passos - RS
No full textComo forma de promover a educação pública de qualidade, mais ampla e completa, vem sendo utilizada a educação em tempo integral, que se caracteriza por maior permanência de crianças e adolescentes no ambiente escolar, com a possibilidade de melhorar a qualidade de ensino e ampliando uma formação cidadã. A educação integral compreende outros aspectos e, entre eles, uma formação que direciona o interesse de crianças e adolescentes para atividades relacionadas à arte, à cultura, aos esportes, ao meio ambiente, além de outras atividades. Com o objetivo geral de analisar esta modalidade de ensino, procedeu-se a pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema e sua aplicação na EMEF São José, do município de Três Passos - RS, e aplicação de questionários para professores, direção e coordenação pedagógica da escola, membros da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura e a pais de alunos. O objetivo foi conhecer a opinião dos diferentes grupos envolvidos, em relação a vários aspectos da referida modalidade, na escola estudada, e procurou-se identificar os benefícios e prejuízos que proporciona para os alunos e a comunidade. Após o levantamento e análise dos dados, constatou-se que a escola integral oferece benefícios, devido à diversidade do ensino, alimentação escolar, também, no turno inverso e diminuição de riscos de marginalização, por permanecerem mais tempo no ambiente escolar. Entretanto, ainda existem questões a serem solucionadas, como promover a participação da comunidade de forma mais ativa nas atividades e assuntos da escola, preparar os professores para o pleno exercício da educação integral e desenvolver propostas pedagógicas que atendam plenamente às necessidades da educação integral.In order to promote quality public education, wider and complete, it has been used full-time education, which is characterized by a longer stay of children and adolescents in the school environment, with the possibility of improving the quality of teaching and promoting a more civic education. Full-time education includes other aspects, among them, a formation that directs the interest of children and teens for activities related to art, culture, sports, environment and others. With the main objective of analysing this kind of education, it was realized the reading on the subject literature and its application in the EMEF São José, in the city of Três Passos - RS, and the application of questionnaires for the teachers, direction and teaching coordination of the school, for the members of the City Department of Education and Culture and for students´ parents. The objective was to know the opinion of different groups involved, in relation to many aspects of this kind of education, in the school, and tried to identify the benefits and losses for students and the community. After surveying and analyzing data, it was found that the full-time school provides benefits, because of the diversity of teaching, school feeding, also, in the opposite turn and decreasing in the risk of marginalization by staying longer in the school environment. However, there are still things to be solved, such as to promote the active participation of the community in the activities and issues of school, also to prepare the teachers for the full-time education and to develop educational proposals that fully meet the needs of full-education
Diagnóstico turístico de Panambi/RS: contribuições do Conselho Municipal do Turismo para o planejamento estratégico
No full textO presente estudo consiste em um relatório de intervenção na gestão do turismo no município de Panambi/RS. Teve como objetivos principais identificar as potencialidades turísticas, através da participação do Conselho Municipal do Turismo, e contribuir para a elaboração de um planejamento estratégico do setor. Apresenta uma abordagem teórica acerca da gestão pública do turismo, do planejamento e do planejamento estratégico, com a apresentação de diferentes conceitos de Diagnóstico Turístico elaborados por importantes teóricos do tema. O levantamento de dados permite uma descrição geral da gestão municipal do turismo, suas principais características, seus atrativos e da atuação das instâncias de governança local – o Departamento Municipal de Turismo e o Conselho Municipal de Turismo. Na pesquisa de campo, aplicou-se a técnica de Grupo Focal em uma reunião do COMTUR, para a investigação das potencialidades turísticas, complementada com a aplicação de um questionário de avaliação dos componentes da oferta turística: atrativos, infraestrutura de apoio, serviços e equipamentos turísticos. Os resultados demonstram os pontos fortes e fracos com relação ao desenvolvimento do turismo e apontam para a necessidade de um plano estratégico focado no turismo de negócios e de eventos, desde que contemple uma gama de investimentos em componentes específicos da infra-estrutura, atrativos, equipamentos e serviços utilizados pela demanda turística real. Por outro lado, fica evidente a necessidade de mudanças na gestão do turismo, tanto nos recursos físicos como nos recursos humanos e financeiros destinados ao Departamento de Turismo e Lazer.The present study is to report an intervention in the management of tourism in the municipality of Panambi / RS. Aimed to identify the main tourist potential through participation of the Municipal Tourism Council, and contribute to the development of a strategic planning sector. Presents a theoretical approach about the public management of tourism, planning and strategic planning, with the presentation of different concepts developed by Tourism Diagnostic important theoretical theme. The survey provides an overview of the municipal management of tourism, its main features, its attractions and activities of bodies of local governance - the City's Tourism Department and the Municipal Tourism Council. In field research, it was applied the technique in a Focus Group meeting COMTUR, to investigate the tourism potential, supplemented by the application of an evaluation form of the components of tourism, attractions, infrastructure support services and tourist facilities. The results demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses in relation to tourism development and point to the need for a strategic plan focused on business tourism and events, provided that includes a range of investments in specific components of the infrastructure, attractive, equipment and services used by tourist demand real. On the other hand, it is evident the need for changes in the management of tourism, both in physical resources and in human and financial resources for the Department of Tourism
