    The government as the provider of the public service has put some efforts to provide excellent service that have been expected by the people. Therefore the government of North Sumatra Province, under North of Medan revenue departement tries to deliver excellent service based on law number 25 year 2009. Hence, one single roof administration system has launched a mobile samsat. However North of Medan revenue departement has observed and received some complaints from the people about the mobile samsat. Generally, this study utilize descriptive qualitative method, by this research, it has attained some findings about the public perception at service in North of Medan revenue departement and how this mobile samsat outreach the expected excellent service based on the law number 25 year 2009

    Lake Toba is the target of a world-class tourist destination planned by the Indonesian government. Various policies and strategies were made to achieve these targets. The focus of the study in this study emphasizes the role of brand trust in mediating brand image on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were 125 visitors to Lake Toba selected by accidental sampling. The path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of brand trust in mediating brand image towards loyalty. The results showed that 1) brand image directly had a positive and significant effect on the brand trust of visitors to Lake Toba. 2) brand image directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Lake Toba. 3) indirectly, brand trust has a role in mediating brand image towards visitor loyalty at Lake Toba

    Analisis ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan dan cara perusahaan membiayai asetnya atau struktur modalnya dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pengembalian yang diperoleh investor dari saham perusahaan tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang beroperasi di Indonesia yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variable variabel debt to equity ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan perbankan di BEI periode 2017-2021. Hasil yang tidak signifikan tersebut menggambarkan bahwa terdapat penilaian yang berbeda dari investor mengenai arti penting hutang terhadap perusahaan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel DER bukan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi return saham

    In today's competitive business environment, companies must continuously adapt to evolving consumer needs to sustain their market presence. The NATEMU Electronic Service Workshop in Southeast Aceh, operating for over 24 years, exemplifies these challenges. Despite a substantial customer base, NATEMU has recently experienced a decline in clientele due to the intensification of market competition and the emergence of new service providers. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies that can enhance service quality and restore customer loyalty. The research utilizes SWOT analysis to identify the workshop's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Furthermore, the study applies the marketing mix framework (4Ps)—product, price, place, and promotion—to develop strategic initiatives. The findings reveal that while NATEMU's service quality is generally rated as good, certain aspects, particularly service assurance, require significant improvement. Enhancing promotional activities through social media platforms and optimizing the strategic location of the workshop are identified as key factors in attracting a broader customer base. The study concludes that the integration of SWOT analysis and an effective marketing mix strategy is essential for improving service quality and increasing customer satisfaction. These strategic approaches are critical for NATEMU Workshop to maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly dynamic service industry

    The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model

    Studi ini memiliki latar belakang dalam penganalisa faktor kinerja karyawan yang disebabkan kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja. Keberhasilan usaha ditunjukkan dengan keefektifan kinerja dari karyawan perusahaan, sehingga perlu ditinjau faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Metodologi yang dilandaskan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaarkan pendistribusian angket. Puposive sampling sebagai pengarahan dalam sampel penelitian. Dalam analisis data menerapkan regresi berganda. Simpulan menghasilkan yakni kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan baik secara individual maupun secara serempak. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya peran manajemen dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, menerapkan kepemimpinan yang tepat, serta membangun budaya disiplin dalam organisasi untuk mendorong kinerja optimal karyawan

    PT. Honda Idk Cab. Cemara Asri adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kendaraan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh promosi, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Honda Idk Cemara Asri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT. Honda Idk Cemara Asri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumla. 100 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik kuota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan, karena nilai T-statistic (0,727) < 1,96 dan P- value (0,468) > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk variabel kualitas produk, nilai T- statistic (2,911) > 1,96 dan P-value (0,004) < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada variabel harga, didapat hasil T-statistic (5,562) > 1,96 dan P-value (0,000) < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dapat dilihat dari uji F. Pada hasil pengujian ini, didapat nilai NFI (0,837) > 0,062, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel persepsi keamanan, kualitas informasi, kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Tokopedia di Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi keamanan, kualitas informasi, kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Tokopedia di Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Tokopedia di Medan dan sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan probability sampling yang berjumlah 100 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0 untuk validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda.     Digital literacy is the ability to use information and communication technology (ICT) effectively and critically. Digital literacy can involve the ability to find, evaluate, use and create information through various digital platforms. On this occasion, the focus was on increasing digital literacy for students in class XII of Budi Agung Private Vocational School, Medan. In this community service activity, face-to-face seminars and basic training are carried out for all students. Digital literacy can certainly provide benefits for students. The benefits that can be felt with digital literacy are that students can access various sources of information to support learning, help with assignments, teach students to evaluate the reliability and validity of online information sources which will also be useful as preparation for the world of work
