    En el marco del manejo eficiente del recurso hídrico y el medio ambiente, el control de las escorrentías superficiales es un área de estudio de gran importancia en el desarrollo de las ciudades, pues su crecimiento exponencial y el aumento de zonas duras no permeables hace que el transporte de la escorrentía tome tiempos mayores. Consecuentemente, se generan implicaciones ambientales y económicas importantes que conllevan a la implementación de estructuras que den mayor holgura para el respectivo transporte. Cuando no es posible el control mediante estos elementos, se presentan fenómenos de inundación que afectan la calidad de vida de la población y se deben generar planes de emergencia para mitigar estos riesgos. La implementación de sistemas de drenaje sostenible alternativos como los Sistemas de Drenaje Urbano Sostenibles (SUDS), permite aminorar y retrasar los picos de tormenta que se presentan en las ciudades. A continuación, se presenta un análisis de resultados correspondiente a la respuesta analítica mediante la modelación hidráulica e hidrológica y la aplicación de EPA-SWMM, programa desarrollado por la U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) para el análisis de lluvia y comportamiento hidráulico de redes de alcantarillado.In the framework of the efficient management of water resources and the environment, the control of the surface runoff is an area of ​​study of great importance in the development of cities, because their exponential growth and the increase of non-permeable hard zones produces greater runoff transport times. Thus, environmental and economic implications are generated that leads to the implementation of mayor structures for the respective transport.     [Resumo]: O denominado “Conto Gallego”, único exemplo de prosa narrativa galega de Rosalía de Castro, foi considerado durante anos un texto de dubidosa autoría, en parte polos problemas ligados á súa problemática difusión, o que provocou un certo silencio bibliográfi co e que fose un texto escasamente estudado. No artigo ofrécese unha completa revisión das valoracións e lecturas que sobre el se teñen feito, como exemplo da reavaliación crítica a que foi submetida a obra rosaliana nos últimos trinta anos.[Abstract]: For years, scholars have argued over the authorship of Rosalía de Castro’s only narrative prose text in Galician, her so-called Conto Gallego (‘A Galician Tale’). The confusion with regard to the identity of its author, due in part to problems in relation to how the text was originally transmitted, has led to its frequent omission from de Castro’s bibliography and a tendency to be overlooked by scholars of her work.     El presente documento de investigación pretende demostrar la importancia del manejo de sistemas de drenaje urbano alternativos con el fin de aminorar los picos de tormentas que se presentan en un determinado sector, teniendo en cuenta que a nivel general se presentan fenómenos de inundaciones por obstrucciones o aportes no tenidos en cuenta al momento del diseño en los colectores que hacen parte del sistema de alcantarillado pluvial.     Methodology for Determining the Maximum Potentially Recoverable Energy in Water Distribution Networks

    [EN] The excess pressure available in water distribution networks (WDNs) is a relevant aspect in the management and appropriate handling of water resources. If a WDN meets the minimum performance criteria (minimum pressure and maximum flow), excess pressure can occur throughout the day, which is usually lost. These excesses could be considered as potentially recoverable energy (PRE). One way of taking advantage of this energy is to find the nodes on the network where this excess pressure is evident and try to analyze the possible amount of PRE. This work presents a methodology to determine the maximum PRE in a WDN. This methodology includes the locations of the points where the installation of recovery devices leads to this maximum PRE. The method is based on reducing pressures but maintaining circulating points through the lines. Additionally, a new energy balance that allows visualizing and breaking down in more detail all the energy found in a WDN is proposed. The analysis is carried out in an extended period considering different feeding points either by gravity or pumping. Finally, a network resilience index called the Potentially Recoverable Energy Index (PREI) in WDNs is proposed, with which it is possible to diagnose and determine how much energy could be recovered from the network.     [Resumo] O presente traballo analiza a recepción por parte de Rosalía de Castro de escritoras europeas e americanas dos séculos XVIII e XIX coas que compartiu preocupacións de autoría, de xénero, temáticas e literarias. Prestarase especial atención ás referencias intertextuais de escritoras mencionadas pola propia Rosalía nos seus escritos, en particular á inglesa Charlotte Turner Smith e á norteamericana Maria Susanna Cummins e á identificación de Rosalía con elas e coas súas carreiras literarias. A análise permite afirmar que nas súas obras propuxeron cuestións relativas ás mulleres, á súa orfandade e ás súas capacidades, ben como ao feito de que as habelencias femininas son truncadas pola sociedade circundante, en particular, se teñen vocación de as desenvolveren en igualdade cos varóns.[Abstract] This article deals with the reception by Rosalía de Castro of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century European and American female writers with whom she shared preocupations about authorship and gender, as well as thematic and literary concerns. Special attention will be paid to the intertextual references of the writers mentioned by the Galician author, particularly Charlotte Turner Smith and Maria Susanna Cummins, and to de Castro’s identification with these writers and their literary careers. Early identification of these deficits is crucial to improving clinical intervention and disease prognosis. This study investigates the relationship between spatiotemporal gait characteristics and cognitive decline in early-stage PD patients. Data from 48 patients were obtained from the Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) database, categorised into two groups: patients without cognitive impairment (PD) and those exhibiting some degree of cognitive decline (PD-CD). Seven machine learning algorithms were implemented, optimising hyperparameters and addressing class imbalance. Model performance was evaluated using Recall, Precision, F1-score, and Accuracy, prioritising sensitivity to assess the classifiers’ ability to detect the minority class. The results indicate that spatiotemporal gait characteristics significantly differentiate PD and PD-CD groups. Among the evaluated models, the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and the Cognitive Assessment through Gait in Parkinson’s Disease (CoGait-PD) demonstrated the highest performance, achieving accuracy scores of 0.78 ± 0.08 and 0.77 ± 0.05, respectively. Both models balanced sensitivity and precision, excelling in identifying positive cases and reducing false negatives. These findings suggest that gait characteristics may serve as non-invasive biomarkers for early detection of cognitive decline in PD patients. Additionally, machine learning models, particularly CoGait-PD and MLP, show strong potential for clinical assessment. Further studies are recommended to validate these findings and explore their applicability in clinical settings.El deterioro cognitivo es una de las complicaciones más relevantes en la enfermedad de Parkinson (PD), afectando significativamente la calidad de vida de los pacientes. La identificación temprana de estos déficits es crucial para mejorar la intervención clínica y el pronóstico de la enfermedad. Este estudio analiza la relación entre las características espaciotemporales de la marcha y el deterioro cognitivo en pacientes con PD en etapa temprana. Se utilizaron datos de 48 pacientes de la base de datos de la Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI), dividiendo la muestra en dos grupos: pacientes sin deterioro cognitivo (PD) y aquellos con algún grado de deterioro cognitivo (PD-DC). Para el análisis, se implementaron siete algoritmos de aprendizaje automático, optimizando sus hiperparámetros y abordando el desequilibrio de clases. El desempeño de los modelos se evaluó mediante métricas como Recall, Precisión, F1-score y Exactitud (Accuracy), priorizando la sensibilidad para evaluar la capacidad de detección de la clase minoritaria. Los resultados indicaron que las características espaciotemporales de la marcha permiten diferenciar significativamente entre los grupos PD y PD-DC. Entre los modelos evaluados, el Perceptrón Multicapa (MLP) y el Cognitive Assessment through Gait in Parkinson’s Disease (CoGait-PD) presentaron el mejor desempeño, alcanzando valores de exactitud de 0.78 ± 0.08 y 0.77 ± 0.05, respectivamente. Estos modelos lograron un equilibrio entre sensibilidad y precisión, destacándose en la identificación de casos positivos y reduciendo falsos negativos. Los hallazgos sugieren que las características de la marcha pueden servir como biomarcadores no invasivos para la detección temprana del deterioro cognitivo en pacientes con PD. Además, los modelos de aprendizaje automático, particularmente CoGait-PD y MLP, muestran un alto potencial en la evaluación clínica.
