O sposobach wyrażania subiektu lokatywnego
Get PDFIn the article the author tried to describe the ways of expressing a locative subject. The statements
concerning the state of a place, which were taken from Russian texts belonging to the reproductive
register of the speech and their translations into Polish, were analysed.
The research shows that the basic means of describing spatial relations, both in Russian and Polish,
are locative adverbs and preposition-case forms of a noun. It is also common to „pass over the
subject” in both languages, which makes using the ellipse possible

Manggis memiliki sistem reproduksi melalui mekanisme apomiksis yang bijinya terbentuk tanpa fertilisasi. Manggis termasuk tanaman apomiksis obligat, progeni yang dihasilkan akan memiliki kesamaan genotip dengan tanaman induk. Namun Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan adanya keragaman genetik antaraksesi manggis. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui keragaman morfologi dan genetik dalam satu pohon. Sampel tanaman yang digunakan berasal dari empat generasi manggis (P1, P2, P3, dan P4) Wanayasa, Purwakarta. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan ketinggian tanaman dan masing-masing ketinggian dibagi menjadi empat sektor (utara, timur, selatan, dan barat). Penelitian meliputi tiga analisis, yaitu morfologi, molekuler dengan ISSR, dan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat keragaman morfologi dan genetik dalam satu pohon. Keragaman morfologi lebih besar dari pada genetik. Tingkat keragaman morfologi sebesar 18–43%, sedangkan keragaman genetik adalah 2–17%
PERILAKU HARIAN DAN KAWIN POKSAI KUDA (Garrulax rufifrons rufifrons) DI CIKANANGA CONSERVATION BREEDING CENTRE, SUKABUMI
Get PDFPoksai horse (Garrulax rufifrons rufifrons) is a bird endemic to the island of Java, the bird is only found in some mountainous regions in West Java. Distribution and number of individuals poksai horses in nature can not be known with certainty, there is still a lot of data that is unknown, such as how it behavior, why is it spreading increasingly narrows, reproductive system and others.One of the Institute of conservation in Sukabumi have started doing this to kind of breeding programs namely Cikananga Conservation Breeding Centre (CCBC), but there are still some obstacles that arise during the breeding program is running. In February until March 2014 conducted research at CCBC, against 2 pairs of poksai horses. Observations using scan sampling method, for 7 hours/day divided into two time, namely at 07.00-12.00 and 13.00-15.00 GMT.Based on the results of the daily behavior of the dominant research on bird poksai is the behavior moves (94,725%), ingestive(3.93%), silent behavior (1,295%). The activity observed in the behavior of Pre-breeding activity is approaching, probe, feeding, talking, making nests, dancing, destroying the hive. From poksai 2 pairs of horses were observed only a pair of eggs and incubate successful son. No full textXanthone in mangosteen fruit hull has antioxidant activities. The objective of this experiment was to determine xanthones content, physical and chemical characters, and antioxidant potentials of several groups of mangosteens qualities. The experiment was carried out from January 2008 to August 2008. The research used a randomized complete block design with four replications. The treatments were four physical fruit conditions: large size mangosteens (# 100 g), small size mangosteens (min. 50 g), yellow sap dotted fruits, and scabbed fruit. The parameters being observed were physical and chemical characteristics, xanthone content, and radical scavenging activity of mangosteen fruit hull extract. The results demonstrated that the physical condition of fruit signifi cantly affected physical fruit hull characters and chemical fruit characters. Characters of fruit hull, thickness, fresh weight, and dry weight, differed among fruit qualities. The physical condition of fruit hull also signifi cantly infl uenced total soluble solid and vitamin C content, but did not affect total titrable acid and degree of acidity of the fruits. Fruit hulls of all groups of mangosteen qualities had similar antioxidant properties with the IC50 value of 5.57-6.11 ppm

workers affected by layoffs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing aims to
determine the compensation for termination of employment that must be paid by
PT. Chocolate Nusantara in fulfilling the rights of workers / laborers who were
terminated from work during the Covid-19 pandemic and whether the legal steps to
file a lawsuit at the Sleman District Court that will be taken by workers / laborers
after the mediation process have found no bright spots. This writing uses the
normative legal research method, which focuses on positive legal norms in the form
of statutory regulations and uses primary and secondary legal materials. The data
collection technique used is literature study and will be studied using Inductive
logic. In this case, workers are entitled to compensation for termination of
employment and legal protection based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning
Employment, Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, Government
Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements. ,
Transfer, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment. So that
the recommendation from the author is compensation for termination of
employment that must be provided by PT. Chocolate Nusantara is each according
to the length of service of a worker / laborer for reasons of efficiency, as stipulated
in the provisions of Article 43 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 35
of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements, Transfer, Working Time and
Rest Time, and Termination of Employment, so that if the fulfillment is not carried
out by PT. Coklat Nusantara, workers / laborers affected by termination of
employment with PT. Chocolate Nusantara, a bipartite process can be carried out
then mediation with a conciliation or arbitration process, if the process is not clear,
workers / labor can file a lawsuit at the Industrial Relations Court
Minority languages and the language policy in the rural area of Baranya (Croatia) – A case study
Get PDFRad istražuje položaj manjinskih jezika u hrvatskim osnovnim školama u višejezičnim zajed-nicama na primjeru sela Darda, smještenog uz hrvatsko-mađarsku granicu. Istraživanje se te-melji na upitniku koji je razvio prof. dr. Sture Ureland sa Sveučilišta u Mannheimu, Nje-mačka, u okviru širega znanstvenog projekta o manjinskim jezicima u Europi. Upitnik od ukupno 43 pitanja proveden je na uzorku od 53 učenika uključenih u manjinski obrazovni program Osnovne škole u Dardi, višejezičnoj zajednici udaljenoj 10 km od grada Osijeka. Uzorkom su obuhvaćena djeca osnovnoškolskog uzrasta koja uglavnom pripadaju trima na-cionalnim manjinama: mađarskoj, srpskoj i romskoj. U prvom dijelu rada autorica opisuje jezičnu politiku Hrvatske s posebnim osvrtom na manjinske jezike. Glavni je dio rada posve-ćen analizi rezultata upitnika s obzirom na uporabu manjinskih jezika u školi i u svakodnev-noj komunikaciji, kao i na stavove ispitanika prema konkretnom manjinskom jeziku te prema hrvatskom kao službenom jeziku. U zaključku autorica uspoređuje dobivene rezultate te na primjeru višejezične zajednice u Dardi nudi prikaz položaja manjinskih jezika u pograničnom području s Mađarskom. Rezultati će također ukazati na specifičnosti primjene jezične politike u hrvatskim osnovnim školama te kako se takva jezična politika odražava na etnolingvističku vitalnost konkretne višejezične zajednice.The paper explores the position of minority languages in Croatian primary schools in multi-lingual communities on the example of the village of Darda, situated in the Hungarian-Croatian border area. The research is based on a questionnaire developed by Professor Sture Ureland from the University Mannheim, Germany, within a broader research project on mi-nority languages in Europe. The questionnaire, consisting of 43 questions, was conducted on the sample of 53 pupils taking part in the minority language education programme of the pri-mary school of Darda, a multilingual community 10 km away from Osijek. The sample in-cludes primary school children belonging mostly to three national minorities: the Serbian, the Hungarian and the Romany. In the first part of the paper the author describes the language policy of the Republic of Croatia with specific reference to minority languages. The main part is dedicated to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire concerning the usage of minority languages at school and in everyday communication by the respondents, as well as their atti-tudes towards their mother tongue on one hand and Croatian as the official language on the other. In the conclusion the author compares the results and, by using the example of multi-lingual community of the village of Darda, offers an overview of the position of minority lan-guages in the Hungarian-Croatian border area. The results will also indicate how the minority language policy is applied in Croatian primary schools and how it reflected on the ethnolin-guistic vitality of that specific multilingual community

No full textThis bachelor thesis focuses on the perception of identity in the trilogy Hrdý Budžes (1998), Oněgin byl Rusák (2006) and Darda (2011) and in the prose Goldstein píše dceři (1997) by the Czech author Irena Dousková. The theoretical part defines the term of identity in general regarding the social context and its influence of power from the Michael Foucault's point of view. The continuity of the collective and personal memory arising mainly from the Maurice Halbwache's conception has been taken into consideration. Given terms are introduced with the aid of secondary literature. The practical part firstly deals with the above-mentioned trilogy by Dousková, in which the identity forming of the main character, who appears in all the three parts, has been analyzed. Then it focuses on the identity forming in the work Goldstein píše dceři. The aim of this thesis is to capture the identity changes of the main character in all of its roles and to compare and contrast the findings between the trilogy and the fourth analyzed prose

In additional to anorganic synthetic fertilizer, farmers also use the organic fertilizers in their farm. In the digital 4.0 era, information about agricultural cultivation are available in various media, such as via cell phones. Sipindo Apps is one of the specific location-based for agricultural application. The cultivation information of certain crops in Sipindo application can be used to implement sustainable land management. The aim of this activity is to disseminate the information about sustainable land management and the use of the Sipindo application to the community, students, farmers, and practitioners. This activity was delivered through structured training and field practices. The results obtained from this activity are increase participants’ ability related to making organic fertilizers and understanding sustainable land management, and participants are able to understand about the Sipindo and the use of fertilizer information contained in the application. In detail, 69% participants were able to well-understand the training material. Get PDFThe paper was written on the basis of a systematic research project “Intimate and love discourses in Ukrainian literary works about Shevchenko”. The story of Shevchenko’s first matchmaking in its representation within the works of various genres had not been the subject of an in-depth study before. The paper analyzes the documentary sources and document-based literary works, which focus on the poet’s relationship with Fedosia Koshyts, and notes limited cases of the relevant facts. This situation apparently led to the expansion of conjecture operations, strengthening their role and literary functions in the works of Ukrainian authors. While analyzing the sources, it was noted that not all researchers who wrote on the topic “Taras Shevchenko and women”, in particular Yu. Kovtun in the work “Shevchenko’s Beloved Women” (2004), commented on the history of the poet’s relationship with Fedosia Koshyts. Attention has been also paid to the well-grounded paper “Love that Disappeared in a Dream” by V. Shevchuk, in which the author substantiates the opinion that the analyzed love drama left a painful mark on the poet’s entire subsequent life. This thesis of a well-known researcher is considered one of the debatable hypotheses. The stories and novels of the 1960s—2010s show a certain evolution of interpretations dealing with the intimate relations of Taras and Fedosia and reveal the role of a writer’s creative freedom. Being perfectly shaped in terms of fiction, some interpretations of the analyzed theme in the novels from diff erenttimes (the worksby L. Smilianskyi, Vasyl Shevchuk, V. Darda, Z. Lehkyi) create a vivid and psychologically convincing image of Shevchenko. The writers’ interpretation of fate and the character of Fedosia after the poet’s unfortunate matchmaking has been highlighted as well. The study also gives information about the structural features of biographical works, such as genre, chronotopic, and documentary phenomena.Статтю написано за системним дослідницьким проєктом «Інтимно-любовні дискурси в українській літературній шевченкіані». У розвідці проаналізовано джерельну базу і художньо-документальні твори, в яких ідеться про взаємини Тараса Шевченка з Федосією Кошиць, відзначено обмеженість фактології відповідного змісту, що видимо зумовило розширення домислово-вимислових рецепцій. Зауважено певну еволюцію змісту інтерпретацій інтимних взаємин Тараса і Федосі в повістях і романах 1960—2010-х років. Акцентовано на мистецьки довершеному розкритті аналізованої теми в окремих романах різних часів, на творенні в них рельєфного, психологічно переконливого образу Т. Шевченка

Lietuvių kultūros pavelde, kalendoriniuose papročiuose išskiriami archajiškojo Mėnulio kalendoriaus reliktai ir vėlesni žemdirbių Saulės kalendoriaus ciklai. Tyrinėjant kalendorinių papročių turinį, pastebimas jų dvilypumas. Ypač didžiųjų švenčių, trunkančių dvi ar daugiau dienas: pirmoji – bažnyčios lankymas, kitos krikščioniškos priedermės, antroji – agrarinės magijos ir galvijų globos veiksmai. Kiekviename Lietuvos regione žemdirbystės papročiai yra kiek skirtingi. Čia įtakos galėjo turėti net ir labai tolimas papročių paveldas. Autorius juos analizuoja struktūriškai ir semantiškai. Pirmoje knygos dalyje „Mėnulio kalendoriaus paveldas“ tyrinėjami su mėnuliu susiję papročiai, tikėjimai ir archajiško kalendoriaus reliktai. Antroji dalis „Žemdirbiškas saulės kalendorius“ skirta kalendorinių švenčių tyrimui. Trečioje dalyje „Kalendorinių stebėjimų metodai ir įrenginiai“ nagrinėjamos kalendorinės sistemos, paremtos primityviais astronominiais stebėjimais. Ketvirtoje dalyje „Lietuviškais žvaigždžių vardynas“ aptariamas lietuviškasis astronomijos pažinimas. It analyses traditional Lithuanian holidays, customs and calendar systems formed according to the folk perception of the regularity of the movement of the celestial bodies. The monograph outlines the development of the Baltic calendar. The festivals of the full circle of the year, which have survived in the legacy of the rural culture or are known from historiographical sources, are reviewed. Wooden calendars of the Runic alphabet are described. Relics of the Archaic moon calendar and farmers’ cycles of the Sun calendar are highlighted in the cultural legacy of Lithuania. When analysing the content of calendar customs, the author observes their duality. Farmers’ customs slightly differ in each region of Lithuania. This could be even influenced by a very remote legacy of customs. The author analyses that in a structural and semantic manner. In the first part of the book “The Legacy of the Moon Calendar” he analyses customs, beliefs and relics of the archaic calendar related to the moon. The second part “Farmers’ Calendar of the Sun” deals with the research of holidays. The third part “Methods and Equipment of Calendar Observations” analyses calendar systems based on primitive astronomic observations. The forth part “Lithuanian Names of Stars” discusses the perception of Lithuanian astronomy
