UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AL-ISLAM RUMBIO KECAMATAN KAMPAR KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan dambaan semua pihak. Guru
memiliki peranan penting sebagai ujung tombak dalam pendidikan, untuk ini
diharapkan guru memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi dan baik dalam
merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah
harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru agar tercapai tujuan
pendidikan yang diinginkan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan membahas tentang
upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan produktifitas kerja guru di MTs Al-
Islam Rumbio Kampar, produktivitas kerja guru-guru di MTs Al-Islam Rumbio
Kabupaten Kampar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana
peneliti bertindak sebagai key instrument yang berpartisipasi aktif dalam
mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya
menganalisa dan menginterpretasikan data tentang masalah penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam
meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru-guru di MTs Al-Islam dilakukan melalui
berbagai program kegiatan, antara lain: 1) Peningkatan kemampuan guru-guru
melalui pelatihan yang dilaksankan oleh instansi pemerintahan, baik Kementrian
Agama maupun Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, juga melalui aktivitas
kegiatan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP), 2) Pemberian motivasi, 3)
Kegiatan supervisi, 4) Kepemimpinan yang demokratis partisipastif, 5) Penegakan
kedisiplinan dan 6) Pemberian penghargaan.
Produktivitas kerja guru-guru di MTs Al-Islam Rumbio Kabupaten
Kampar semakin meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
Sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan ketentuan sekolah produktivitas mereka
masih dirasa kurang, seperti ada sekitar 22,8% yang belum membuat perangkat
pembelajaran, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih ada yang lebih banyak
menggunakan metode ceramah, sementara masalah evaluasi, guru sudah bisa
melaksanakannya.
Faktor-faktor yang mendukung upaya Kepala Sekolah di MTs Al-Islam
Rumbio antara lain tingkat kesadaran guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya
cukup tinggi, seperti semangat untuk mengikuti kegiatan MGMP, mengikuti
pelatihan-pelatihan dan kepatuhan kepada Kepala Sekolah untuk menjalankan
aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain; 1) keterbatasan
dana dan keuangan, 2) sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tidak memadai, 3)
kesejahteraan guru yang masih kurang, 4) masalah manajerial Kepala Sekolah
dalam melaksanakan program peningkatan produktivitas kerja guru, terutama
fungsi pengawasan dan evaluasi atau supervisi yang kurang maksimal, 5)
kurangnya perhatian pimpinan madrasah, karena untuk lebih difokuskan kepada
kelancaran proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The separation of these two sciences, often refers to as science dichotomy, has brought about serious implication not only to institutions and facilities, but also the main resources of these two branches. More serious implication of the separation of these two sciences has also created the gaps particularly on the superiority of the general science. This unhealthy and lack of objective view to religious science may not be taken for granted; comprehensive explanations of scientific resources, scientific method, and the historical existence of the two branches should be explored to reshape it in a strong unity and complementary
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. GURU: IDEOLOGI DAN PROFESI
Teaching profession is not a common job, it carries certain sets of ideology. A teacher who is committed to certain ideology will likely to be more successful and highly appreciated in pursuing her career. It has already been proved through the history that best teachers are born among individuals who possessed pedagogical ideology. Great cares have been continuously given by the Government to improve teachers’ lives and positions through Law number 14 year 2005 dealing with teacher and lecturer. The improvement of teacher’s status as professional staff has brought about wide impacts. Its positive impact is that teacher position becomes more prestigious and it affects to the betterment of their welfares. However, there is a critique to the procedures of certification that it doesn’t provide significant impact to the quality improvement of education.
