    ABSTRAK Andini Dhea Anugrah, 2023.“Pengaruh Persepsi, Promosi, Bagi Hasil dan Produk Terhadap Minat Menabung di Bank Syariah (Studi Masyarakat Kecamatan Wara Utara Kota Palopo)”. Dibimbing Oleh M. Ikhsan Purnama, S.E.Sy., M.E Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi, promosi, bagi hasil, dan produk berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebesar 1.316 orang nasabah yang menggunakan bank msyariah di kecamatan wara utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden didapat dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan softwere SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Variabel persepsi persepsi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat menabung. Sehingga semakin baik persepsi masyarakat maka semakin meningkat minat menabung masyarakat terhadap bank syariah. 2) Variabel promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat menabung. Sehingga semakin baik promosinya maka semakin meningkat minat menabung masyarakat terhadap bank syariah. 3) Variabel bagi hasil secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat menabung. Ini membuktikan semakin tinggi bagi hasil bank syariah dapat meningkatkan minat menabung masyarakat. 4) Variabel produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat menabung. Semakin baik produk yang ditawarkan, maka semakin meningkat pula minat masyarakat menabung di bank syariah. 5) Variabel persepsi, promosi, bagi hasil, dan produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat menabung (Y). Hasil Uji Determinasi, yang diketahui nilai R Square (R2 ) sebesar 51,8% dengan sisanya sebesar 48,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.     Effective communication is essential to a firm's growth. It is something that enables executives conduct management's fundamental tasks planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling. Communication skills are the foundation of any company exercise, whether printed or verbal. Thus, efficient interaction is an organization's construction stone. Leadership interactions that are characterized by electronically-mediated communication between leaders and employees that are on different location are what is called ``remote’’ leadership. Throughout the practice of remote leadership, it is essential that a leader has the ability to develop a common vision where all the organization's employees also understand the shared vision but also accept and dedicate to it. Knowing the overall business situations is crucial to the operation of different businesses by general trading companies, and the profit and loss data is preserved for accounting purposes for each segment. countless businesses with differing features actually exist in one segment, Therefore, each company manages its business by splitting it further into smaller units. Nowadays a lot of new company implement remote leadership practice so the leaders can manage the company from a distance, one example of those aforementioned company is CV. Anugrah Driatama who runs in logistic services and general supplier industry. after the author conducted preliminary research, it is evident that the remoteleadership practice on CV. Anugrah Driatama is experiencing some communication problems. The author aimed to acknowledge the implementation of remote leadership in CV. Anugrah Driatama, to identify communication effectiveness through remote leadership in CV. Anugrah Driatama, and to investigate the most affecting factor of remote leadership towards communication effectiveness in CV. Anugrah Driatama. The author uses qualitative approach in this research by conducting interviews and focus group discussion. The analysis of the data is analysed through thematic analysis. The result of this research is that there are three variables that are born from the implementation of remote leadership and is affecting the communication effectiveness on the company. The three variables are leadership style, virtual leadership, and physical distance. It is evident that among the aforementionedthree variables, the one that have the most effect towards communication effectiveness within CV. Anugrah Driatama is virtual leadership. although the physical distance variable also get a lot of negative statements, almost all the problems always leads to the ineffective use of virtual leadership media that wasn’t able to replace the physical presence of the leader on the office.Key words: Communication Effectiveness, Leadership Style, Virtual Leadership, Physical Distance, Remote Leadershi

    Ketidaknyamanan fisik pada masa kehamilan sudah sejak awal dirasakan oleh ibu, salah satunya adalah masalah nyeri punggung yang dialami pada trimester III yaitu pada usia kehamilan 28-40 minggu. Ketidaknyammanan nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil dapat diatasi dengan prenatal yoga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prenatal yoga dengan ketidaknyamanan nyeri punggung ibu hamil trimester III di Klinik Pratama Anugrah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pra-post test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami nyeri punggung. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan sistem purposive sampling dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III sebelum dilakukan prenatal yoga yang mengalami nyeri punggung pada skala nyeri sedang sebanyak 65.7% responden. Sedangkan sesudah dilakukan prenatal yoga menunjukkan bahwa mengalami penurunan nyeri punggung pada skala nyeri tidak ada nyeri sebanyak 80.0% responden. Uji statistic yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Wilcoxon dan diperoleh nilai significancy p value 0,00 (p0,05) yang artinya ada perbedaan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test pada penurunan skala nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya prenatal yoga. Semakin rutin ibu hamil melakukan gerakan yoga untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung yang dialami maka semakin menurun juga keluhan yang dialami oleh ibu hamil trimester III

This study aims to determine the employee compensation system and the factors that influence employee compensation at PT Tasti Anugrah Mandiri. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations and direct interviews with the marketing (Salesman). This research was conducted from September to October 2020. The results of the study indicate that the compensation system at PT Tasti Anugrah Mandiri uses a work performance system or target achievement where this system prioritizes achieving targets made by employees in selling company products. The factors that form the basis for providing compensation are the company's ability and willingness and employee productivity

    Magang merupakan suatu kewajiban bagi setiap mahasiswa Fakultas Vokasi Program Sarjana Terapan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember untuk mencapai gelar Sarjana Terapan. Magang bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa agar terbiasa dengan lingkungan kerja, sehingga dari Magang tersebut mahasiswa dilatih cara kerja yang baik dan benar. Penulis melakukan magang di PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur selama 4 bulan mulai 1 Juli 2022 hingga 31 Oktober 2022. PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur plastik khususnya berbahan PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) dan PP (Polypropylene). Isi dari laporan magang yaitu optimalisasi proses pembuatan Lip Cavity untuk Mould botol di PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur. Di perusahaan pembuatan Lip Cavity urutannya masih belum efektif, setelah dilakukan analisis dan konsultasi dari pembimbing lapangan dan dosen pembimbing ada beberapa proses pemesinan yang dinilai kurang efektif. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu 3 proses tahapan dapat dijadikan satu proses dengan merubah urutan proses pembuatan Lip Cavity. Proses sebelum dilakukan optimalisasi yaitu 17 proses, sedangkan setelah dilakukan optimalisasi menjadi 15 proses. =========================================================================================================================== An internship is an obligation for every student of the Vocational Faculty of Applied Undergraduate Program of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology to achieve an Applied Bachelor's degree. The internship aims to train students to get used to the work environment, so that from the internship students are trained on how to work properly and correctly. The author did an internship at PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur for 4 months from 1 July 2022 to 31 October 2022. PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur is a private company engaged in the plastic manufacturing industry, especially those made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PP (Polypropylene). The contents of the internship report are optimizing the process of making Lip Cavity for Bottle Mold at PT. Trass Anugrah Makmur. At the Lip Cavity manufacturing company, the sequence is still not effective. After analysis and consultation from field supervisors and supervisors, there are several machining processes that are considered ineffective. The results obtained are that the 3 stages of the process can be combined into one process by changing the sequence of the Lip Cavity manufacturing process. The process before optimization is 17 processes, while after optimization it becomes 15 processes

The research intends to determine the relationship between marketing mix strategy in increasing CV. Citra Anugrah selling point by discovering the marketing mix strategies which the company utilize. This research includes the utilization of descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. The analyse finds marketing mix have some role that can increase CV. Citra Anugrah selling point, which are: 1. Product policies which includes good quality second car purchasing and its maintenance. 2. Pricing policies that referring to the quick sales method, the calculation of total costs, negotiating prices and the type of car that has interests. 3. The company has not put down the allowance of bad debt in the balance sheet and bad debt expense in the income statement. It caused the value of the financial statement of company do not reflect the reasonable value. The purpose of this writing is to know presentation of receivables in the balance sheet and load receivable losses in the income statemet. According to the result of the analysis, the author gives advice that the balance sheet should be included the allowance of doubtful debt on the balance sheet as a reduction of the value of accounts receivable so that the value of receivables will be presented is the expected value of realized

     Anugrah Workshop is a company engaged in the field of vehicle service and sales of four-wheeled vehicle spare parts. Every transaction is still done manually, that is still done by writing using a sales book, and there are no sales reports per period. There is often an out of stock of goods due to lack of information if the stock is out of stock. And customers must come directly to do service and get information on goods sold whether the goods are still available or not. The system development method uses web engineering methods (Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment) and system design using UML. The author also uses observational research methods, literature reviews and documentation. The result achieved is a web-based workshop management application at Anugrah Workshop. This application was created using Dreamweaver and MySQL as a database, the system built can generate sales reports. ISO 25010 test results that have been carried out by involving 7 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the overall software produced with a percentage of 92.38%. Abstrak Bengkel Anugrah adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang  jasa service kendaraan dan penjualan sparepart kendaraan roda empat. Setiap transaksi  masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu masih dilakukan dengan ditulis menggunakan buku penjualan, dan belum terdapat laporan penjualan per periode. Sering terjadi kehabisan stok barang dikarnakan tidak adanya informasi jika stok barang habis. Dan pelanggan harus datang langsung untuk melakukan service dan mendapatkan informasi barang yang dijual apakah barang masih tersedia atau tidak.Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode web engineering (Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment) dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Penulis juga menggunakan metode penelitian pengamatan, tinjauan pustaka dan dokumentasi.Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah applikasi berbasis web manajemen bengkel pada Bengkel Anugrah. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan dreamweaver dan mysql sebagai database, sistem yang dibangun dapat menhasilkan laporan penjualan. Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 yang telah diilakukan dengan melibatkan 7 Responden bahwa kesimpulan kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan dengan persentase 92,38%.     Contribution Of The Sociology Of Religion In The Perspective Of Dogmatic Theology

    In this article the author offers an idea about contribution of the sociology of religion to theology. Traditional approach of doing theology often considers culture and all its elements just as an object of theological enterprise. The biblical text is the only valid and authentical source of theological reflection. As a result, people tends to underestimate the value containing in people religious expressions and experiences. The author does not accept such a view. He is of the opinion that people religious expressions and experiences must be regarded as one of authentic source of doing theology. Equal attention and honor must be given to both: biblical text and cultural text if we want to find a meaningful expression and experience of God’s love and salvation work in our daily activity. From this perspective the author throws a new light to reconsider the task of theological reflection. It is not just to repeat or to receive meaning which has alredy been formulated both in the bible and in the history of theological discussion. Theology must be understood more as an attempt to create or to make a meaning which help people in every given time. Theology is for the author has to be considered more as a meaning making exercise, not just as a meaning receving work
