HUTAN PASIR SUNYI: DEDY LUTAN’S PERSPECTIVE ON DAYAK
No full textHutan Pasir Sunyi is the last work of Dedy Lutan, which was
performed at the Bogor Botanical Garden May 13, 2014. This
work was inspired from one of the black orchid conservation
forest area called “Kersik Luway”. Kersik means forest or sand and Luway means quiet or silent. The theme of this dance piece was about the forests destruction in East Kalimantan which now remain arid and horrifying silence, no wildlife, no birds singing, no orangutan’s squawking and even no hoarse cries of other animals. Dedy Lutan has been living as Dayak for dozen of years. In 1974, Dedy Lutan entered the Dayak Kenyah village to learn traditional dances. He then forwarded to learn the traditional dance of the Modang tribes. In the interior of East Kalimantan, Dedy Lutan was not only learning to dance but also learning to live as the Dayak, as for the two chiefs have been giving him the honor as a foster child. His knowledge of anthropology enabled him to understand the ins and outs of Dayak traditional culture, including the arts. The entrance of Christian religion and the destruction of the forest were the entity of restlessness and confusion that has transformed the forests into deserts. The forest condition raised heart-wrenching funeral song. Hutan Pasir Sunyi represented Dedy Lutan’s fearfulness and confusion. No full textThis study focuses on analysing on Code Switching Used in Coronavirus Podcast by Dedy Corbuzier, using theory of code switching used by Romaine in Susanto (2008) and Hoffman (1992). The aims of this research are 1. To describe and analyzes the types of code switching and finding the most dominant of them, and 2. To describe the reasons for Dedy Corbuzier code switch his language in Coronavirus Podcast on Dedy‟s Youtube Channel. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The data are collected from the uttarances of Dedy Corbuzier as a host and Anies Baswedan as a interviewees. The result of this study shows that three types of code switching used by Dedy Corbuzier and Anies Baswedan on podcast : inter-sentential switching (23,53 %), intra-sentential switching (62,75 %), and tag switching (13,72 %). There are 5 reasons of Dedy Corbuzier and Anies Baswedan code switch their language : Talking particular topic (73,33 %), Showing empathy about something (11,11 %), Interjection (2,22 %), Repetition used for clarification (4,44%) and Intention of clarifying the speech content for the interlocutor 8,89 %)

(3) What is the social value of social institutions contained in the Novel After He Goes by Dedy Chandra? (4) What is the social value of social change contained in the Novel After He Goes by Dedy Chandra?. This study aims to describe the social value of social interaction. social conflict, social institutions and social change obtained from the novel After Dia Go by Dedy Chandra. This study uses the theory of Hamidy's Law (1993), Zubaedi (2005), Haris Priyatna (2013), Sutarjo Adisusilo (2013), Soerjono Soekanto (2005), K. Bertens (2004), Burhanudin Salam (2002). The research conducted is a qualitative research and library research, while the method used is descriptive method and the data collection technique is hermeneutic technique. The technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this study found the number of social aspects found, namely social interaction as many as 31 data, namely, Fatih's character with Astrid's character and his friends who communicated by telling Indra that they had broken up, 9 data of social conflicts, namely, Fatih's friend, Indra and Fatih's character, Indra. apologized to Fatih for asking about Fatih and Astrid's relationship, 5 data social institutions namely, the ITB campus-Department of Business Administration, and 4 data social changes namely Fatih and Amel from single to married and they are both officially husband and wife

dilagukan. Lirik lagu campursari Banyumas Dedy Pitak dinyanyikan oleh seniman
Dedy Pitak dalam bahasa ngapak. Sebagian besar lirik-lirik lagu tersebut
menceritakan daerah Purbalingga yang masuk wilayah kultural Banyumas. Karena
itu, masalah penelitian ini adalah struktur lirik lagu campursari Banyumas Dedy
Pitak dan aspek sosiokultural yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu tersebut. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan struktur lirik lagu campursari dan aspek
sosiokultural yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan objektif dengan memusatkan
perhatian pada unsur-unsur karya sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan data berupa
lirik-lirik lagu campursari Banyumas Dedy Pitak yang berjumlah dua puluh lagu
yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis struktural. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif, karena data diungkapkan dalam
bentuk kata-kata bukan dalam bentuk angka.
Hasil penelitian ini berupa struktur yang meliputi struktur fisik yang meliputi
unsur bunyi, diksi, dan gaya bahasa. Selain struktur fisik, ada pula struktur batin
yang terdiri atas tema, perasaan, dan amanat. Dari semua struktur yang terdapat
dalam lirik lagu campursari Banyumas Dedy Pitak terlihat bagaimana
sosiokultural yang ada di wilayah Purbalingga. Hal tersebut terlihat dari bahasa
yang digunakan dalam lirik, kebudayaan yang ada, dan kehidupan masyarakat
yang tercermin dari lirik tersebut.
Saran yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah keadaan sosial budaya yang
ada di sekitar merupakan materi yang potensial dijadikan sebagai inspirasi dalam
menghasilkan karya sastra dan bisa dijadikan bahan ajar sesuai kurikulum yang
berlaku

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Strategi Pemasaran yang dilakukan Warung Pecel Dedy yaitu menjaga kualitas product yang baik, menetapkan harga yang sesuai, memilih tempat yang strategis, melakukan promosi, dan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. 2. Penghasilan Warung Pecel Dedy mengalami penurunan yang cukup drastis diakibatkan oleh faktor eksternal selama masa pandemic corona, kalo ditarik dari bulan – bulan sebelum munculnya penyakit biologis pendapatannya cenderung stabilitas
3. Kendala yang teridentifikasi adalah masih belum adanya peningkatan bangunan pada tempat tersebut karena banyaknya pelanggan yang datang ketempat tersebut karena tidak bisa makan ditempa

Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Deddy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh burnout terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Deddy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Deddy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja, burnout dan motivasi kerja secara simultan kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Deddy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes.
Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 35 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga sampel yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 35 perawat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 22.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,029 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan burnout terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,028 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,013 < 0,05.(4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan stres kerja, burnout dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,001 < 0,05.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa 3 variabel independent (stres kerja, burnout dan motivasi kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes. Secara simultan stres kerja, burnout dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Kabupaten Brebes.

No full textCode switching occurs in bilingual and multilingual community when a person switches from one language into another language. Therefore, the principle purpose of this study are (1) to analyze what are types of code switching in Dedy Corcuzier’s Podcast episode #Marshanda (2) What are the function of code switching in Dedy Corbuzier’s Podcast episode #Marshanda (3) What are the reason of code switching that occur in Dedy’s Corbuzier’s podcast episode #Marshanda. The object of the study were the utterance of Dedy Corbuzie and Marshanda from Dedy Corbuzier’s Podcast episode #Marshanda.
This research aimed to find out the types of code switching, function of code switching and reason of code switching in Dedy Corbuzier’s Podcast episode #Marshanda. Meanwhile, the main theories for conducting data analysis are from Poplack (1980), Mattson and Burenhult (1999) and Hofmann (1991). The method used in this research is qualitative method.
Based on data analysis, it shows that there are 74 data types of code switching: 59 data of Intra-sentential types of code switching and 15 data inter-sentential types of code switching. Besides that there are 74 data of function code switching: 39 data of topic switch function , 27 data of Affective function , 8 data of repetitive function. There is also 58 data reason of code switching : 10 data of talk about particular topic , 8 data of quoting somebody else , 10 data of being emphatic about something, 3 data of interjection, 12 data of repetition used for clarification , 5 data of intention of clarifying speech , and 10 data of expressing group identity .
The results of the research shows that code switching does not occur just only for show off the ability of using English as second language on podcast but there are type, function and reason of code switching that make the bilingual speaker to share the idea in two languages easier
