Literature is an work which is imagination to inform pupose author for reader. Literature also reflection of humanity who changed in fiction type. This is study about webtoon comic 304th Study Room who explaine the course student Senior high school within confront problem who concerning family, social, and education. This research purpose to explaine comic structure, fiction, and social criticism used is qualitative method. The technic research are accumulation data, analizing data, presentation result analysis, and confer conclusion.
The result of analysis comic structure 304th Study Room are speech ballon, panel, and picture. There is result of analysis fiction structure which reveal main character and additional characters that ongoing story, the flow contained in this comic is a mixed plot, because the are several flashback to support the story content, and the setting are consist of a place setting, time setting, and social setting.
The result of analysis social criticism in comis 304th Study Room which are criticism to mistake one parent’s within care for child, criticism to society adolescent present time (bully), criticism to Indonesia education, criticism to Indonesia government, and criticism to racial discrimination. This point can be social criticism exist within an literature get reflection of around life society.

PERAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER SISWA DI ERA DIGITAL:TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG
Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in character development among students in the digital era, aiming to cultivate individuals with faith, piety, and noble character. This study explores the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating PAI into the digital era, highlighting issues such as the negative influence of social media, and lack of student focus. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, and observations to gain insights into experiences and perceptions related to PAI in character building. The findings indicate that while technology can distract students, it also provides opportunities to enhance moral education through interactive digital tools, project-based learning, and the integration of Islamic values. Teachers’ proactive roles and collaboration with families and communities are essential in ensuring the effective implementation of PAI. The study concludes that adapting PAI with holistic strategies, combining technological integration and moral education, is crucial for fostering students' character in line with Islamic values.(Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan karakter siswa di era digital. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang dalam mengintegrasikan PAI di era digital, dengan menyoroti masalah seperti pengaruh media sosial, dan kurangnya fokus siswa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk memahami pengalaman dan persepsi terkait PAI dalam pembentukan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi dapat menjadi distraksi bagi siswa, teknologi juga memberikan peluang untuk memperkuat pendidikan moral melalui alat digital interaktif, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan integrasi nilai-nilai islam. Peran proaktif guru serta kolaborasi dengan keluarga dan komunitas sangat penting untuk memastikan implementasi PAI yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adaptasi PAI dengan strategi holistik yang menggabungkan integrasi teknologi dan pendidikan moral sangat penting untuk membangun karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai islam)
Tinjauan Kriminologi Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Pembakaran Hutan Dan Lahan Di Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau
CRIMINOLOGY REVIEW OF THE PERPRETATORS OF FOREST AND LAND BURNING CRIMES IN THE PELALAWAN DISTRICT OF RIAU PROVINCE ABSTRACT Forest and land fires have always been a problem that always haunts the riau province precisely in Pelalawan regency. The problem of criminal law enforcement against land and forest burners is experiencing confusion, this is because all prevention efforts and sanctions given do not also cause a deterrent effect for perpetrators and communities that incessantly open land by burning, so it needs a criminological review to measure why the crime of arson is difficult to eliminate. The main problems in this study are: 1) What are the factors that cause perpetrators to commit forest and land burning crimes in Pelalawan Regency of Riau Province, and 2) What are the efforts made to eradicate the perpetrators of forest and land burning crimes in Pelalawan Regency of Riau Province. The research methods used in this study use observational approaches. While from the nature of the research is descriptive analytical. Factors causing forest and land burning in Pelalawan regency of Riau province can be from a variety of factors, but the main cause is the factor of human negligence that opens agricultural land by burning intentionally. One of the cases that the author examined was the land burning case carried out by Erwin bin M. Juno at that time was already 42 years old residents of Sungai Buluh Village, Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency which had been decided by the District Court 2 years in prison. Perpetrators burn forests and land intentionally even do not know the act of burning forests and land can be punished. There are several factors that cause crime, these factors include: Economic factors, psychological factors, media factors, religious factors, environmental factors, biological factors, spiritual and academic factors, physical and spiritual factors, from the above factors can then be found the reason someone committed a crime, so that a preventive solution can be found. While the Efforts Made To Prevent Perpetrators of Forest and Land Burning Crimes in Pelalawan Regency of Riau Province are: Carrying out Socialization to the Community, Mapping areas prone to forest and land fires (karhutla), Empowerment of village communities, Mitigation Efforts, Conducting Karhutla Patrols (Forest and Land Fires)
Analisis Bibliometrik Dari Sewindu Penelitian Tentang Asset Pricing
ABSTRACTThis study aims to present the development of asset pricing models from bibliometric analysis and provide scope and direction for future research. The Scopus database was used to search for research articles on asset pricing from 2016-2023. Out of 8,839 articles, 2,860 were selected for the final bibliometric analysis. Citation analysis, keyword analysis, and author-related analysis were conducted. Based on the results of bibliometric analysis, it is known that the United States is the country that conducts the most research on asset pricing. Keyword analysis was also analyzed to evaluate important areas of research. Financial markets, stock markets, costs, investment, price dynamics, risk assessment, commerce, CAPM, stock returns, asset pricing models, return predictability, risk factors, and profitability are the most frequently used keywords. The year 2021 had the highest number of research articles. The most prominent author in asset pricing research is Zaremba who has the highest citations.
PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT CENTRAL BATAM RAYA
Employee performance has a very important role because it will affect the employee output so that will affect the performance of a company. This study analyzes employee performance at PT Central Batam Raya are reviewed through the variables of emotional intelligence and human resource development. This research is a quantitative research with the method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques through questionnaires. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 102 respondents. The method used in this study was chosen mainly because of the limited time, cost and energy that the author has, so that in this case the writer hopes to be able to examine specific aspects of a social situation in depth. Data collection is done by primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the variable emotional intelligence and human resource development had a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance with t count> t table (4,860 > 1,98397) and (4,935 > 1,98397), significant value <0.05 and F count> F table (70,337 > 3,09) with a significant value <0.05
LITERASI INFORMASI BENCANA DALAM KONSTRUKSI PENGETAHUAN SISWA UNTUK KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA GEMPA BUMI DAN TSUNAMI (STUDI KASUS SMAN 1 PEUKAN BADA KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR)
This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the forms, methods, steps, supporting and inhibiting factors in the information literacy process in the construction of student knowledge for earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness carried out at SMAN 1 Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data were taken through observation, interviews and documentation related to the study. Meanwhile, data collection uses purposive sampling techniques, namely data taken from people who know and have basic information about the research topic, in this case, namely the head of the disaster safe school preparedness team, the teacher of the disaster preparedness group management team, students of SMAN 1 Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar Regency. Furthermore, the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then to test the validity of the data, the author uses tringulation, references and member checks.
The results showed that the forms of information literacy at SMAN 1 Peukan Bada were visual literacy and media literacy. The information literacy methods used are problem formulation and problem identification, information search strategies, location and access, information utilization, synthesis and evaluation of information. The information literacy steps carried out are the delivery of simple instructions, following instructions, following instructions, student confidence and evaluation. Supporting factors in the information literacy process are student enthusiasm, the availability of facilities and infrastructure and the knowledge of the management team regarding disasters and other factors, namely community participation and government support that provides training to teachers in schools, provides facilities and infrastructure and carries out mentoring activities. Meanwhile, what hinders literacy is students who have difficulty maintaining disaster facilities and infrastructure in schools, funding, teamwork with outside parties, superior support in self-actualizing the management team both in terms of funding and motivation as well as differences in understanding of the government and other parties so that it has an impact on the process of literacy activities in schools

Online newspapers are internet-based newspapers that contain news, articles, and features. The existence of this online news letter is no stranger to the public. This is because online newspapers also play a crucial role in everyday life and become a medium of information. Many people today misunderstand in interpreting the headlines they read. At the same time creating various perspectives in understanding news headlines (headlines). This is often due to ignorance and other factors, including misuse by the author or poor word choice, creating ambiguity among news readers. This study focuses on the lexical and grammatical meaning of political news headlines in the RiauPos.co Online media. This research was conducted in addition to providing an explanation of how news headlines (headlines) can lead to errors, but also trying to convey insights about public perceptions when reading news headlines (headlines). The research entitled "Lexical and Grammatical Meaning of Political News Titles in RiauPos.co Online Media" uses a qualitative approach. This research uses content analysis method. The data source of this research is a collection of political news titles on the RiauPos.co Online media. The data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis. The data collection technique of this research is the documentation technique. Data collection by means of documentation is a method used by researchers to collect data from the RiauPos.co Online media related to political news, especially in a collection of political news titles starting from 17 May 2022 - 06 June 2022. This research is focused on lexical meaning on political news headlines. The results showed that the lexical meaning of political news titles in the RiauPos.co Online media was quite good, it just needed an explanation so that readers could understand it well
Implementasi Pengaturan Pengurangan Sampah Plastik Di Kota Denpasar Melalui Hukum Sebagai Sarana Pengubah Masyarakat
Penambahan jumlah produksi sampah tiap tahunnya menunjukkan angka yang meningkat sehingga perlu dibuat regulasi aturan untuk menjawab permasalahan, yakni salah satunya dengan pengurangan sampah plastik yang sering dipergunakan dalam masyarakat untuk dipergunakan berbelanja baik ke pasar modern dan pasar tradisional. Sampah plastik disini sangat berbahaya karena susah terurai, tidak ramah lingkungan, dan bisa mengakibatkan pencermaan lingkungan baik laut, udara dan darat yang membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Bahan plastik yang mengadung lateks ini harus dikurangi peredaranya agar tidak mengakibatkan kerusakan pada lingkungan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian empiris denagn pendekatan perundang-undangan, menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Adapun rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana penerapan pengaturan pengurangan sampah di Kota Denpasar? dan Bagaiamana Perwali Kota Denpasar Nomor 36 tahun 2018 dilihat sebagai Hukum sebagai pengubah masayarakat?. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peraturan tentang pengurangan Kantong plastik di Kota Denpasar sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Walikota Denpasar Nomor 36 Tahun 2018 sebagai langkah startegis yang diambil dan Perwali ini merupakan sarana pengubah kehidupan masyarakat dalam penggunakan kantong plastik menjadi tas belanja yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract
The increase in the amount of waste production each year shows an increasing figure, so it is necessary to make regulations to answer the problem, one of which is by reducing plastic waste which is often used in society for shopping both in modern markets and traditional markets. Plastic waste here is very dangerous because it is difficult to decompose, is not environmentally friendly, and can cause pollution to the sea, air and land environment which endangers people's health. The distribution of plastic materials containing latex must be reduced so as not to cause damage to the environment. The empirical research type journal writing method uses a statutory approach, using primary and secondary data sources. The problem formulation obtained is How is the Implementation of Waste Reduction Arrangements in Denpasar City? and How is Perwali Denpasar City Number 36 of 2018 seen as a law that changes society? The results of the discussion on the implementation of plastic bag reduction regulations in Denpasar City have gone well with the issuance of Denpasar Mayor Regulation Number 36 of 2018 as a strategic step taken and this Perwali is a means of changing people's lives by using plastic bags to become environmentally friendly shopping bags.
