Hendri Purwito, M.Si.   Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Dengan LKS, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis   Pemilihan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbingdengan LKS mempunyai beberapa alasan.pertama,sejalan dengan penerapan Kurikulum 2013 dengan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada aktivitas siswa. Memaksimalkan kegiatan tersebut membutuhkan LKS sebagai panduan belajar. Kedua, siswa didorong untuk mengambil inisiatif dalam usaha memecahkan masalah, mengambil keputusan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan meneliti serta melatih siswa terampil dalam memperoleh dan menganalisis informasi.Guru harus memberikan pengarahan atau bimbingan kepada siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan dalam bentuk LKS yang dibuat. sehingga siswa yang berpikir lambat atau siswa yang mempunyai intelegensi rendah tetap mampu mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan yang sedang dilaksanakan dan siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan berpikir tinggi tidak memonopoli kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan LKS terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA Negeri Ngoro Jombang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian ini kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan soal essai dengan jumlah 9 butir soal yang sudah melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas pada tingkatan kelas diatasnya. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Uji prasyarat terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitassedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan LKS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas SMA Negeri Ngoro Jombang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai gain score kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol yaitu 15,9 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 8,6 untuk kelas kontrol.     System testing is very necessary in developing a software system to ensure that the functionality in it can run as expected by the developer and to find several bugs or defects in the application or software so that when the system is received by the user there are very few errors or weaknesses found in the system. Testing focuses on the functionality of the Madiun City MSME website using Black Box testing with the Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning methods. The use of two methods helps the author in compiling several useful test scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of the website is appropriate for its purpose. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the overall effectiveness value of the MSME website is 85.23%, which was obtained through manual and automatic testing using Selenium IDE as the tool. The final result obtained after testing is the effectiveness value of all scenario results as well as recommendations for improvements needed by the website so that it can run well and in accordance with its functionality

    The increasing interest in working or continuing to studi in Japan requires Japanese language skills at least JLPT N4. Thus the authors are interested in examining whether intensive study for 3 months is effective enough to achieve JLPT N4. PT OHM Studi Jepang is a consulting and document management service company for work and school in Japan, by facilitating intensive classes to help participants pass JLPT N4. This study descusses the effectiveness of the learning method applied in accelerated intensive class N5-N4 to 18 students who are the subject of research by the author. The data obtained is the value of several test and the results of interviews with respondents which were processed using quantitative descriptive methods to produce two conclusions which are, how effective is the learning method in the N5-N4 OHM accelerated intensive class, and what needs to be addressed to increase the effectiveness of learning in the accelerated intensive class N5-N4 OHM. This research and the results will hopefully be useful to broaden the readers knowledge about effective Japanese teaching method

    This research aims to (1) determine and analyze the forms of criminal responsibility and legal considerations of judges regarding the forgery of authentic deeds based on false statements in Makassar District Court Decision Number: 1611/Pid.B/2014/PN.Mks. (2) knowing and analyzing the legal consequences arising from authentic deeds that are based on false information. This research was conducted in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province, specifically at the Makassar District Court. This research was carried out by taking data from copies of decisions regarding the criminal act of ordering to place false information in authentic deeds. Apart from that, the author also conducted literature studies by reviewing books, literature and statutory regulations related to the problems. The result obtained is that the application of material law, in this case, is not appropriate because the element of the article being accused, namely Article 266 paragraph (1), which, in the author's opinion, is not appropriate the element of the use of the deed can cause harm, whereas the use of an authentic deed does not provide the damages alleged are selected by the Panel of Judges. Furthermore, the decision-making process carried out by the Panel of Judges, in the author's opinion, is not following the applicable legal rules because one of the elements in the article being charged is not following the facts in the trial. So, according to the author, imposing a crime on the defendant is inappropriate both in the Court of First Instance and the High Court

    64 HalamanPondasi memegang peran yang sangat penting pada konstruksi bangunan.Selain sebagai pijakan kekuatan berdirinya suatu konstruksi bangunan, pondasi berperan mendistribusikan beban bangunan diatasnya, sehingga bisa disalurkan ke lapisan tanah dibawahnya dengan baik dan membuat bangunan mampu berdiri dengan kokoh.Tujuan dari studi iniadalah untuk memperoleh kapasitas daya dukung tiang pancang berdasarkan data Cone Penetration Test(CPT)dengan mengggunakan formula maupun rumus efisiensi tiang yang ada. Penulis melakukan metode melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dan mencari referensi dari beberapa literatur. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan kapasitas daya dukung pondasi Qultimate268,934 Ton, dan Qijin diperoleh 89,624 Ton, ketahanan aksial (vertikal) pada tiang pancang tunggal berdasarkan hasil uji sondir di peroleh 346,67 KN, ketahanan aksial (vertikal) pada tiang pancang tunggal berdasarkan kekuatan bahan di peroleh 512,50 KN , gaya aksial (vertikal) Maksimum yang bekerja pada tiang pancang tunggal (Pumak) diperoleh 130,10 KN dan efisiensi kelompok tiang dengan menggunakan metode Los Angels Group (Eg) di peroleh 0,8412 . Tahanan lateral (horizontal) pada tiang pancang tunggal di peroleh 52,68 KN, gaya lateral (horizontal) maksimum yang bekerja pada tiang pancang tunggal (Humak ) 34,40 KN.Dari hasil yang didapat daya dukung aksial pada pondasi tiang pancang lebih besar dari beban vertikal yang ditahan dan pondasi tiang pancang ini sangat efisien untuk digunakan. The foundation plays a very important role in building construction. Apart from being a foundation for the strength of a building construction, the foundation plays a role in distributing the load of the building above it, so that it can be properly distributed to the subsoil below and makes the building able to stand firmly. The purpose of this study is to obtain the bearing capacity of the piles based on the Cone Penetration Test (CPT) data by using the existing formulas and pile efficiency formulas. The author uses the method of observing and collecting data using primary data and secondary data and looking for references from several literatures. From the calculation results, the bearing capacity of the Qultimate foundation is 268,934tons, and Qijin is 89,624 tons, the axial (vertical) resistance on a single pile based on the sondir test results is 346.67 KN, the axial (vertical) resistance on a single pile based on the strength of the material obtained 512.50 KN , the maximum axial (vertical) force acting on a single pile (Pumak) was obtained 130.10 KN and the efficiency of the pile group using the Los Angels Group (Eg) method was obtained 0.8412 . The lateral (horizontal) resistance on a single pile is 52.68 KN, the maximum lateral (horizontal) force acting on a single pile (Humak) is 34.40 KN. From the results obtained, the axial bearing capacity of the pile foundation is greater than the vertical load being carried and this pile foundation is very efficient to use

    PROTOTYPE SISTEM HEADLAMP DENGAN PERGERAKAN ADAPTIVE STEERING

    Sistem penerangan pada sebuah kendaraan mempunyai peranan penting dalam hal kenyamanan maupun keselamatan berkendara. Pemerintah Indonesia sendiri telah mensosialisasikan pentingnya menyalakan lampu kendaraan pada siang hari untuk membantu pengendara lainnya untuk mengantisipasi keberadaan kendaraan tersebut terhadap kendaraan lainnya. Dari sisi fungsionalnya sebuah headlamp dari kendaraan harus berfungsi secara optimal untuk mengantispasi kedua hal tersebut. Pada kendaraan konvensial saat ini, keberadaan sistem headlampnya masih memiliki penerangan yang hanya mengarah ke depan saja, tetapi seiring dengan majunya teknologi maka terdapat banyak teknologi yang telah disediakan untuk menambah fungsi sebuah headlamp agar dapat mengikuti arah steer yang telah ditentukan. Peneliti mengembangkan prototype sebuah lampu yang bergerak secara adaptive dengan menggunakan servo sebagai penggeraknya. Dengan sistem memanfaatkan pergerakan sistem kemudi pada kendaraan tersebut sipengemudi dapat mengontrol gerakan adaptive headlamp kendaraan tersebut sesuai harapan dan keinginan rancangan, dimana dalam hal ini headlamp dapat bergerak sesuai dengan arah yang ditentukan melalui steering wheel, ini membuat pandangan pengendara semakin luas dan menjadi lebih focus.Servo motor yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan Hextronik HXT12K-Hi Torque Large Servo pada kondisi maksimum 6.0 V sebesar 14.98 kg-cm. Regulator adaptor diinterface untuk menurunkan tegangan DC 12 Volt oleh karena servo motor dalam hal ini hanya mampu menerima tegangan maksimumnya sesuai spesifikasi yang telah disebutkan. Microcontoller yang digunakan dalam hal ini merupakan sebuah hardware yang diprogram untuk dapat menggerakkan servo motor tersebut yang mendapat input dari sensor steering angle dalam hal ini potensio linier yang digunakan sebagai drivernya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan bahwa setiap 120 derajat dari putaran steer maka headlamp akan berbelok 5 derajat dari sudut normal yaitu 0 derajat. Dan pada putaran maximal maka servo juga akan berbelok secara maximal. Disebabkan karena pada realita steeingr dalam mobil menghasilkan 720 derajat untuk 2 putaran sehingga mikrocontroller disetting agar ketika steer berputar maksimal servo juga berbelok dengan maksimal
