OTOMATISASI DIESEL GENERATOR SET SEBAGAI CADANGAN SUMBER DAYA LISTRIK PADA GEDUNG G4 FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG

Kata kunci: Otomatisasi, Diesel Generator Set, Zelio Smart Relay, Cadangan Daya Seringnya terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN menyebabkan kerugian di banyak bidang. Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa listrik merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk itulah diciptakan sebuah sistem yang berfungsi untuk proses otomatisasi diesel generator set sebagai sumber daya cadangan ketika terjadi kegagalan sumber daya utama dan otak kendali menggunakan zelio smart relay. Tujuan dari pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini adalah : (1) merancang sebuah otomatisasi generator set berbasis smart relay, (2) mengetahui kinerja keseluruhan sistem otomatisasi starter diesel generator set yang dirancang. Metode perancangan meliputi : (1) perancangan pengaturan masukan tegangan dari PLN maupun diesel generator, (2) perancangan sistem kontrol (hardware), (3) perancangan program (software). Sistem kontrol ini bekerja mengatur proses starter diesel generator ketika terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN begitupun penonaktifan kembali diesel generator ketika sumber daya utama (PLN) kembali normal dengan beberapa standar keamanan jaringan listrik. Otak kendali dari sistem otomatisasi cadangan sumber daya menggunakan zelio smart relay. Hasil dari analisis tersebut antara lain:(1) ketika terjadi pemadaman listrik dari sumber daya utama, maka smart relay akan memberikan perintah kepada kontaktor 24 VDC untuk menstarter diesel generator selama 1 detik, (2) selama proses starting diesel generator tidak boleh dibebani sebelum diesel generator mencapai arus nominal selama kurang lebih 1,5 menit, (3) ketika sumber daya utama aktif kembali, beban tidak disuplai selama kurang lebih 10 detik untuk mengetahui apakah sumber daya listrik utama benar-benar bisa diandalkan dan mengantisipasi adanya arus balik, setelah dirasa cukup beban dialihkan ke sumber daya listrik utama, sedangkan diesel generator tetap running tanpa beban untuk menormalkan temperatur kerja dari diesel generator. Dari hasil yang telah diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan : (1) seluruh sistem otomatisasi diesel generator telah dirancang dengan standar keamanan, (2) alur kerja dari sistem otomatisasi menggunakan kendali zelio smart relay dengan tambahan beberapa komponen elektromekanik
Identifying the Causes of Team Effectiveness Problem in a New Venture Team. Case Study: Agri-Cultured
Entrepreneurship activities around the world are growing. Entrepreneurs carry their entrepreneurial activities by creating a new venture called startup. This new venture called startup is by no means an individual sport. Ussually the founder gather a group of individual when founding a startup. Therefore, team effectiveness is an important aspect in the entrepreneurial process of creating a succesful startup itself. In this study, the author wants to explore the causes of team effectiveness problems in the startup called ‘Agri-Cultured’. AgriCultured is a startup founded by four entrepreneurship students from ITB. The CEO of Agri-Cultured states that the idea of the project itself has a lot of potential, but the team is not good enough to be able to maximize the potential that the project has. The project will use the Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (TEQ), which has eight dimensions of team effectiveness. These dimensions are interconnected and will directly impact the New Venture Team’s effectiveness. In doing the research, the author starts by conducting a preliminary questionnaire using the TEQ, which will be filled by the members of AgriCultured. Based on analyzing the result from the TEQ, the author will conduct an in-depth interview that will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive method.Keywords: Team Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness Problem, New Venture Tea
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK PENCIPTA SOFTWARE YANG NOMOR SERIALNYA DIKOMERSIALKAN TANPA HAK DI CYBER SPACE BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 28 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG HAK CIPTA
Intellectual Property Rights consist of various types, one of which is Copyright, Copyright is one of the Intellectual Property Rights that has a broad scope of scope of objects, to the Copyright that is owned, the Author and / or the Copyright Holder get an Exclusive Right on the Work , in which this Exclusive Right consists of 2 (two) types, namely the Moral Right to the Work, and also the Economic Right to the Work. The right to exploit the Work rests with the Author and/or the Copyright Holder of the Work, but there are often violations of the Exclusive Rights in this case the Economic Right which is the Right of the Author and/or the Copyright Holder to obtain economic benefits from the utilization of the Copyright, in which a Work is commercialized without Rights by other Parties who do not have the Right to Commercialize the Work. This study aims to determine the basis of the Liability of those commercializing a Work without Rights, which violates the Exclusive Rights of the Author and/or the Copyright Holder to utilize the Work in order to obtain economic benefits from the Work. This research was conducted using the Normative Jurisdiction research method which examines a problem on the basis of applicable laws and regulations, as well as from views and doctrines in the science of law. The results of this study state that other parties who without the right to commercialize a Work must be held accountable for violating the Exclusive Rights in this case the Exclusive Rights to the Economic Rights of the Author and/or the Copyright Holder.Hak Kekayaan Intelektual terdiri dari berbagai macam jenis, salah satunya Hak Cipta, Hak Cipta merupakan salah satu Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang memiliki ruang lingkup cakupan obyek yang luas, terhadap Hak Cipta yang dimiliki, Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta mendapatkan Hak Eksklusif atas Ciptaan tersebut, yang mana Hak Eksklusif ini terdiri dari 2 (dua) macam, yaitu Hak Moral atas Ciptaannya, dan juga Hak Ekonomi atas Ciptaan. Hak untuk mengeksploitasi Ciptaan tersebut terletak pada Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta dari Ciptaan tersebut, namun seringkali terjadi pelanggaran terhadap Hak Eksklusif yang dalam hal ini ialah Hak Ekonomi yang merupaan Hak dari si Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta untuk mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi dari pemanfaatan terhadap Hak Cipta tersebut, yang mana suatu Ciptaan dikomersialkan tanpa Hak oleh Pihak lain yang tidak punya Hak untuk Mengkomersialkan Ciptaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar Tanggung Gugat dari pihak yang mengkomersialkan suatu Ciptaan tanpa Hak, yang melanggar Hak Eksklusif Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta untuk memanfaatkan Ciptaan tersebut guna mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi dari Ciptaan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian Yuridis Normatif yang mana meneliti suatu masalah dengan dasar peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, juga dari pandangan-pandangan dan doktrin-doktrin dalam ilmu hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pihak lain yang dengan tanpa hak mengkomersialkan suatu Ciptaan harus bertanggung gugat karena melanggar Hak Eksklusif dalam hal ini Hak Eksklusif terhadap Hak Ekonomi dari Pencipta dan/atau Pemegang Hak Cipta

Konsep Kempel dalam Keprakan dan Dhodhogan pada Pergelaran Wayang Golek Menak Gaya Yogyakarta
ABSTRACT The Concept of Kempel in Keprakan and Dhodhogan in Yogyakarta-style Menak Wooden Puppet Show. KKeprakan and dhodhogan are two of the accompaniments in Menak wooden puppet show in Yogyakarta. The term keprakan is derived from the essential word ‘keprak’ which refers to the principle of form, material, variety, and technique of creating sounds from the iron plates pounded by using cempala made from iron or wood. The term dhodhogan is taken from the root ‘dhog’ which refers to the sound produced by iron or wood that is pounded on kothak. The term kempel has meaning as ‘whole’ and ‘blend into one’. Further, in the context of keprakan, its meanings is that the sound created is harmonically integrated with the movement of the puppet and the motif of kendhangan. This study aims to disclose the pattern of keprakan and dhodhogan to produce a sense of kempel in supporting the aesthetic expression of puppet characters and the scenes’ ambiences. The author collected the data through direct participation, in-depth interviews, and observations of recordings of Menak puppet show in which Sukarno as the puppeteer. The data analysis was conducted to draw a conclusion as a result of an investigation of the relationship among the pattern of both keprakan and dhodhogan; the movement diversity of puppet characters; and the motif of kendhangan. According to the results, it can be stated that the design of keprakan and dhodhogan in Menak wooden puppet show in Yogyakarta consists of two styles – the one is free style and the other is bound style. The sense of kempel lies in the accuracy of keprakan and dhodhogan diverse sound combinations in relation to the movement varieties of puppet figures incorporated with the motif of kendhangan.ABSTRAK Keprakan dan dhodhogan adalah salah satu bagian dari iringan pergelaran wayang golek Menak gaya Yogyakarta. Istilah keprakan dari kata dasar keprak menunjuk pada persoalan bentuk, bahan, ragam, serta teknik menghasilkan bunyi dari lempengan besi yang dipukul menggunakan cempala berbahan besi maupun kayu. Istilah dhodhogan diambil dari kata dasar dhog yang menunjuk pada bunyi yang dihasilkan cempala besi atau kayu yang dipukul pada kothak. Kosa kata kempel mempunyai makna utuh dan melebur menjadi satu, dalam konteks keprakan maknanya bahwa bunyi yang dihasilkan menyatu dengan gerak wayang dan motif kendhangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola keprakan dan dhodhogan untuk menghasilkan rasa kempel dalam mendukung ekspresi estetis tokoh wayang maupun suasana adegan. Data diperoleh melalui partisipasi terlibat, wawancara mendalam, serta pengamatan terhadap rekaman pergelaran wayang golek Menak dengan dalang Ki Sukarno. Analisis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan simpulan berdasarkan telaah terhadap relasi antara pola keprakan dan dhodhogan dengan ragam gerak tokoh wayang serta motif atau pola kendhangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pola keprakan dan dhodhogan dalam pergelaran wayang golek Menak gaya Yogyakarta terdiri dari dua ragam, yaitu ragam bebas dan ragam berpola. Rasa kempel terletak pada ketepatan dalam memadukan ragam bunyi keprakan dan dhodhogan sesuai dengan ragam gerak tokoh wayang yang menyatu dengan motif kendhangan
SIMULASI PENGUKURAN KAPASITAS BEBAN SAMPAH PADA OTOMATISASI PENGAMBILAN SAMPAH DI SUNGAI
Automatic garbage collection is an effort to overcome the problem of garbage accumulation in the river. Increasing the automation system of the load on waste can maximize the performance of waste management in watersheds such as rivers. This is the basic thought of the author in making a simulation tool to indicate the burden on the automation of waste collection in the river. In this simulation tool has an automatic marker to notify the amount of load received when passing through river water, these settings can determine the LEDs that turn on automatically. The process of taking garbage in a river is based on the weight of the load on the garbage to be taken to the shelter. The design of this tool consists of two stages, namely the design phase of hardware and software. The hardware used in the design of this tool is the power supply as a voltage and electric current to the components used, the load cell for the weight sensor is able to convert the measured weight into the form of electrical signals, the arduino uno 328P microcontroller as the controller, while the software on This tool uses the LCD to display data and LEDs as an indicator that the load on the load cell sensor has exceeded the specified limit. This study uses a Load cell sensor to measure the load being weighed. Sensor output in the form of voltage in the order of millivolts. The load that is being measured will be displayed on the LCD and the setting of the waste load that goes to the shelter. Final testing of the entire system shows that the tool is able to process the weighting load more quickly. Tests on the entire system also show that when the tool weighs a load of rubbish with a weight of 1500gram and 2000gram. Keywords: load garbage, load cell, microcontroller, LCD and LE
Konflik Internal Dalam Pencak Silat: Perspektif Hukum Progresif
Traditional martial art that is rich in cultural and historical value, is often considered a symbol of
unity and national pride in many Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia. However, like
other organizations or communities, martial art is also vulnerable to internal conflicts which can
affect the organization itself and also have a negative influence on the surrounding environment.
The purpose of this writing this article to determine the factors that cause internal organizational
disputes, especially Petrsaudaraan Setia Hati Terate martial art organization in Madiun and solutions
from Hukum Progresif. The research method that the author uses is Qualitative Research, namely
by collecting data through observation and interviewing sources. The primary data source used is
the martial artists in Madiun City, while the secondary data source used is PSHT trainers, ulama,
community leaders, academics in Madiun and surrounding areas. Problems experienced by martial
art organizations, especially PSHT leadership disputes in Madiun, can be resolved using Hukum
Progresif theory with steps including mediation or dialogue, upholding human rights, fair
distribution of human resources and adequate education for leaders. The causal factors are that
individual PSHT members do not follow the rules of the organization. The claim of the validity of
the recognition was because they were both students of different generations, so turmoil arose which
led to conflict
Efforts to Withdraw Inheritance Assets Controlled by One of the Heirs
This study aims to explain the efforts that can be used by aggrieved heirs to withdraw the inheritance property controlled by one of the heirs due to a will made under duress.
The research method used is normative legal research using the statutory approach method and conceptual approach method.
Novelty in this research is to provide the most appropriate effort in withdrawing inherited property controlled by one of the heirs, this novelty includes important elements that will contribute to science, especially in the field of inheritance law. Meanwhile, people only withdraw inherited property using the inheritance law approach.
The research shows that there are various efforts to withdraw the inheritance controlled by another heir such as the Right of Hereditatis Petitio, the right to demand the distribution of inheritance, and unlawful acts.
The author concludes, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each of these efforts, that the effort through the right of hereditatis petitio is the most appropriate effort to withdraw inherited property controlled by one of the heirs
Characteristics of Sudden Death Cases in The Medical Forensic and Medicolegal Installation in RSUD DR. Moewardi from 2017-2022
Sudden death represents a significant global health burden that can affect any population. The potential for sudden death to affect any individual at any time underscores the importance of investigating this issue. The findings of this study may serve to reinforce existing evidence regarding sudden death, thereby facilitating the implementation of additional measures in a timely and appropriate manner. The objective of this study is to determine the prevalence of sudden death cases in RSUD dr. Moewardi from 2017 to 2022, identify the socio-demographic profile of the most vulnerable population groups, and ascertain the most predominant system of involvement. Research was conducted with descriptive observational study, cross-sectional design, and purposive sampling. Subject consists of sudden death cases in the Medical Forensic and Medico Legal Installation in RSUD dr. Moewardi from 2017 to 2022. Of the 100 cases, the highest number was observed in 2020, representing 29% of the total cases. Individuals in the pre-elderly age group (39%) and male gender (88%) are most likely to experience sudden death. The primary cause of suspected sudden death is of other systems involvement (57.3%), with the cardiovascular system (54.54%) being the most common cause of sudden death. Sense-related abnormalities are the predominant indicator of past comorbidities in both suspected (56.17%) and sudden death cases (72.72%). The author concluded that pre-elderly male individuals are the most vulnerable to sudden death. The primary cause of suspected sudden death is of the other systems of involvement and the cardiovascular system in sudden death, with sense organ abnormalities being the predominant comorbidity indicator in both instances
