Kata kunci: Fitting factor, vuring, blazer sistem Soekarno Pembuatan blazer cukup rumit, karena menggunakan tambahan vuring dan menggunakan sistem tailoring, sehingga memerlukan pengetahuan, keterampilan, ketelitian, dan tertib kerja yang benar supaya menghasilkan blazer yang rapi, indah, dan nyaman dipakai. Teknik membuat blazer yang masih digunakan yaitu sistem Soekarno, karena polanya mudah untuk dipelajari. Selain itu sistem ini sudah diakui, dipercayai, dan dibukukan di Indonesia sehingga kemungkinan besar dijadikan rujukan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fitting factor pada vuring blazer sistem Soekarno. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerikal yang diolah menggunakan metode persentase. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah hasil jadi blazer menggunakan sistem Soekarno yang diuji cobakan pada tubuh wanita dewasa ukuran M. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi. Pengamatan dilakukan oleh empat panelis yang ahli di bidang busana khususnya tailoring. Jenis data, berupa data ordinal dengan alternatif tepat, kurang tepat, dan tidak tepat. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan yang terdiri dari lima belas kriteria penilaian. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya berupa persentase. Hasil validasi dari ke empat panelis dengan 15 (lima belas) kriteria, dinyatakan tepat sebesar 88,33%, kurang tepat sebesar 8,33%, dan tidak tepat sebesar 3,33%. Blazer dengan sistem Soekarno kekurangannya terletak pada garis prinses dan pada kerung lengan yang terlalu sempit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan dalam membuat pola blazer menggunakan sistem Soekarno pada ukuran M, harus diperhatikan bagian kerung lengan dan garis prinsesnya
Perencanaan Kebutuhan Bahan Keripik Buah Nangka di CV Puri Pangan Lestari Kota Malang
Get PDFCV Puri Pangan Lestari does not produce jackfruit chips when it is not harvest season. The instability or unavailability of jackfruit is caused by the insufficient order quantity when it is not harvest time because the company only has 1 raw material supplier. It is necessary to forecast raw material demand and raw material planning for jackfruit chips at CV Puri Pangan Lestari. This study aims to analyze the forecasting of demand for jackfruit chips and aims to analyze raw material planning at CV Puri Pangan Lestari Malang City. The forecasting method used is Exponential Smoothing and raw material planning using the MRP method with lot sizing techniques LFL, EOQ, and POQ. The results showed that forecasting with Exponential smoothing α = 0.90 resulted in a forecast of demand for jackfruit chips at CV Puri Pangan Lestari in 2024 of 14,131.63 kg. CV Puri Pangan Lestari can plan jackfruit chips raw materials using the MRP calculation of the LFL method. Ordering jackfruit 51 times, sodium metabisulfite 51 times, and cooking oil 51 times with a total inventory IDR Rp.17,850,000.

Hubungan antara Beban Kerja dengan Kelelahan Kerja pada Karyawan Teknisi Perawatan Satwa Yayasan Borneo Oranguta Survival Samboja Lestari
Get PDFThe large workload of the animal care technician employees of the Borneo Orangutan Survial Samboja Lestari Foundation may be a symptom of burnout that will have a negative impact on employees and the company. This study aims to empirically test whether or not there is a relationship between workload and animal care technician employees at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation Samboja Lestari. The subjects in this study found 71 animal care technician employees who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this research is the burnout scale and the workload scale. The data analysis technique using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The resulted of the calculations show r value = 0.794 and p = 0.000 <0.05. It means that there is a relationship between workload and burnout on animal care employees at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, Samboja Lestari. Besarnya beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan teknisi perawatan satwa Yayasan Borneo Orangutan Survial Samboja Lestari berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan kerja yang akan berdampak negatif terhadap karyawan dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada karyawan teknisi perawatan satwa Yayasan Borneo Orangutan Survival Samboja Lestari. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 orang karyawan teknisi perawatan satwa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala kelelahan kerja dan skala beban kerja. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai r hitung = 0.794 dan p = 0.000 < 0.05. Artinya, terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada karyawan teknisi perawatan satwa Yayasan Borneo Orangutan Survival Samboja Lestari

Ketidakstabilan ataupun ketidaktersediaan buah nangka disebabkan oleh kuantitas pemesanan yang kurang pada saat tidak masa panen karena perusahaan hanya memiliki 1 supplier bahan baku. Perlu adanya perencanaan bahan baku keripik buah nangka di CV Puri Pangan Lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan bahan keripik buah nangka di CV Puri Pangan Lestari Kota Malang. Metode perencanaan bahan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan teknik lot sizing LFL, EOQ,dan POQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV Puri Pangan Lestari dapat melakukan perencanaan bahan baku keripik nangka menggunakan perhitungan MRP metode LFL karena biaya persediaan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode EOQ dan POQ. Perhitungan total persediaan dengan metode LFL pada bahan keripik buah nangka di CV Puri Pangan Lestari sebesar Rp.17.850.000.

The object of this research in the styles of song language by Bunga Citra Lestari. This research is a library research because the research object is in the form of library material, namely the song lyrics text from Bunga Citra Lestari entitled “Karena Kucinta Kau”, “Cinta Sejati”, And “Terpanah Asmara”. This research in focused on the elements of language style in song lyrics by Bunga Citra Lestari. The author tries to research and uncover the style of language that exists in the song lyrics perfomed by Bunga Citra Lestari by using stylistic theory. The research method used is data collection, data analysis, and prestation of analysis results.
Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that there was a style of language used to express the style of language in song lyrics with four groups of language styles. On the lyrics of the song “Karena Kucinta Kau” based on the analysis of comparative language styles, there are two language styles that exist in song lyrics, namely personification and anticipation or prolepsis. Furthermore, the conflicting language style did not reveal any hyperbole language style. Then interrelated linguistic style is metonymy style. Style found there are three repetition styles of language namely alliteration, assonance, and anaphorical repetition language style. Language style in song lyrics “Cinta Sejati” there is a comparative style of parables and personifications. Hyperbole opposing language is found. Furthermore, it was found that there were metonemical linkages, as well as alliteration, assonance, and anaphoric repetitive language styles. On the song lyrics “Terpanah Asmara” based on the analysis of language styles, there is a comparative language style in song lyrics, which is the syles parables. There is a hyperbole conflict language. Metonemical linkages are found, and it is found that iteration styles are alliterations, assonance, and anaphora.

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, (3) wujud proses kreatif Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova, dan (4) teknik penceritaan Dee Lestari dalam menulis serial Supernova. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berupa wawancara dengan narasumber dan novel serial Supernova. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri atas memilih data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses kreatif Dee Lestari terbagi menjadi empat tahapan yakni tahapan persiapan, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses kreatif terbagi atas faktor internal terdiri atas suasana hati, pengalaman hidup, imajinasi dan intuisi. Sementara faktor eksternal terdiri atas jenis kelamin, umur, pandangan hidup, latar belakang sosial dan budaya serta dorongan menulis. Wujud proses kreatif dalam menulis serial Supernova terdiri atas empat elemen yakni tema, alur, latar, dan penokohan. Teknik penceritaan dalam menulis serial Supernova terbagi atas lima teknik, yakni teknik pemandangan, adegan, montase, kolase, dan asosiasi.Kata Kunci: proses kreatif, pengarang, kajian ekspresif, serial Supernova CREATIVE PROCESS OF DEE LESTARI IN WRITING SUPERNOVA SERIES (AN EXPRESSIVE STUDY) ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal (1) Dee Lestari's creative process in writing the Supernova series, (2) the factors that influence Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, (3) the creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series, and (4) the technique telling Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study were interviews with resource persons and serial novels Supernova. Data collection was done by reading note technique and interview. Data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive consisting of selecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the stage of the creative process Dee Lestari was divided into four stages of preparation stage, incubation stage, illumination stage and verification stage. Factors that affect Dee Lestari's creative process are divided into internal factors comprising mood, life experience, imagination and intuition, while external factors consist of gender, age, life view, social and cultural background and writing impulse. The creative process of Dee Lestari in writing the Supernova series consists of four elements, namely theme, plot, background, and characterization. The method of data used interviews and library research related to office management. The data had been collected by primary data and secondary data that analyze by using qualitatif method. Based on the analysis by the author shows that the lack of routine maintenance on the office machine PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari and found that the machines was not in good condition, so it can make the activities is inefficient condition, so the author suggest to PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari to make maintenance schedule, a work order for maintenance, note card for maintenance, and the maintenance report, maintenance is not only repairs but rather the prevention also
