PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, STRES KERJA DAN
KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.
ASPACINDO KEDATON MOTOR

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Aspacindo Kedaton Motor. Tujuan p enelitian
ini ialah untuk mengatahui apakah Kecerdasan Emosional, Stres Kerja dan
Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja
karyawan. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 43 orang.
Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus.
Untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik
kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kecedasan emosional, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. kecedasan emosional, stres kerja dan
kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat lihat
denganf hitung, nilai f hitung (15,346) > F tabel (2,85) dengan sig (0,000) <
(0,05). Artinya secara simultan kecedasan emosional, stres kerja dan kepuasan
kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Aspacindo Kedaton
Motor, adapun pengaruhnya sebesar 50,6% sedangakan sisanya 49,4%
dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Identity and Interaction, A Glimpse into Persib WhatsApp Group
Persib Bandung, an Indonesian professional football club, is the place where several identities are encountered. The specific place discussed in this article is a virtual place namely WhatsApp group. This research illustrates the form of virtual interaction among the players and managers. The interaction form is connected with the identity markers of the players. To illustrate the form of interaction in Persib’s WhatsApp group, I interviewed Persib’s social media manager. The aim of the questions is to uncover the activities inside the group. It makes this is a qualitative research. From the interview session, the data in the form of narration are discussed with the theory of identity, interaction, and social to find a meaning behind player’s responses towards messages from managers. As a result, Persib’s WhatsApp group is designed as a medium where the instructions are given. It shows that players’ understanding is influenced by their identity. The article finds the identity markers like age, race and experience enables the players to be more active in the group. However, identity markers like performance, which is seen as a salient aspect in football, do not guarantee the players to be more engaging in WhatsApp group

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL QUANTUM LEARNING PADA SISWA KELAS V SDN KARANGKANDRI 04 CILACAP
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dengan menggunakan model Quantum Learning pada siswa kelas V SDN Karangkandri 04 Cilacap.
Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Karangkandri 04 Cilacap yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang digunakan berpedoman pada desain Kemmis dan Taggart. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rerata.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Quantum Learning telah meningkatkan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Karangkandri 04 Cilacap. Peningkatan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara pada siklus I, siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada siklus II peningkatan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara terlihat dari siswa yang sudah berani bertanya serta menyatakan pendapat, dan banyak siswa yang memperlihatkan kepercayaan dirinya dalam berbicara. Peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Karangkandri 04 Cilacap terlihat pada siklus I, yaitu sebesar 4,91, kondisi awal 67,5 meningkat menjadi 72,41. Persentase ketuntasan keterampilan berbicara pada siklus I 51,61%. Peningkatan keterampilan berbicara yang terjadi pada sikus II sebesar 1,41, kondisi awal 72,41, meningkat menjadi 74,35. Persentase ketuntasan keterampilan berbicara pada siklus II 90,32%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah diterapkan model Quantum Learning, keterampilan berbicara siswa telah mengalami peningkatan secara bertahap.
