Marriage in general aims to foster a happy, prosperous household to children and grandchildren. However, the process of married life is often not as expected. Obstacles and obstacles come one after another, beit economic problems, continuous fights, economic problems to the problem of the third person also hitting the household ark. For a strong household, it will be stronger to survive the trials that come. However, many also end up in divorce. After the divorce, new problems arise for the ex-wife and the children left behind. The problem is related to iddah alimony and child maintenance which remains the responsibility of the father. While the father considers that there are no more obligations to be fulfilled after the divorce, some are in economic difficulties, there are also those who have new wives, so they are busy providing for their new family. The author is interested in raising the main issue of how to resolve iddah and child support disputes at the Tembilahan Religious Court and what are the obstacles and efforts made to implement the Decision that has been determined by the Court. The research method uses Socio Legal Research, which is social research on Law that is descriptive, where a research only places law as a social phenomenon. This research focuses on the process of law work and the influence of law in social life. The results of the study show that the responsibility of parents to children after divorce is as stipulated in Article 41 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage that as a result of divorce, both parents are still obliged to maintain and educate their children solely based on the interests of the child and other rights inherent in the child. The obligation of iddah maintenance is completed when imposing talaq in front of the judge of the Religious Court. Meanwhile, the obligation to provide for children remains the obligation of fathers until children grow up so that they are able to provide for themselves. If the father is unable to provide for his child, then the judge can appoint his mother who provides for him. If a father is economically able to provide for his children, but he fails to fulfill the obligations decided in the Court, then the ex-wife may apply to the Court to issue an order through the Clerk or the Court Bailiff to summon and request the ex-husband to immediately perform his obligations

Child marriage in Indonesia is quite high. Child marriage is a form of violence against children and is a practice that violates children's basic rights as outlined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Child marriage limits access to essential services, including education and health services, and can have long-term negative impacts on children's well-being and life chances. The legal age limit for marriage in Indonesia is a minimum of 19 years. However, one of the policies in the Marriage Law is a loophole that supports the legality of child marriages, through the granting of dispensations by the Court. The number of requests for marriage dispensation at the Ambarawa Religious Court continues to increase. This data is a reference for the author in studying the impact of the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019, an amendment to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, on children. This research uses normative juridical methodology, namely reviewing court decisions. As a finding, one of the impacts of the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019 which amends Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage is the increase in the number of requests for marriage dispensation at the Ambarawa District Court, Semarang Regency. This increase reached 337%, with the average number of applications per month increasing from 7.44 to 25.07. Changes in the marriage age as stated in Article 7 regarding the minimum marriage age of 19 years are not effective in reducing the number of child marriages. So it is necessary to optimize the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation Number 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Granting Marriage Dispensations to ensure that judges have clear procedures and structured steps in adjudicating marriage dispensation cases

On lumbar MRI examination using STIR sequences, according to Westbrok, for certain STIR sequences, certain pathologies such as bone marow and vertebral abnormalities are used for metastatic disease, bone marrow abnormalities, but at the Radiology Installation of Prof. Dr. Soekarjo Hospital, STIR sequences in HNP cases. always used. The purpose of this study was to find out the procedure of Lumbal MRI examination, the reason for making the STIR sequence and to find out the shortcomings and excess of the STIR sequence at the Lumbar MRI examination with the HNP case at the Radiology Installation of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The type of research conducted by the author is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data retrieval is carried out between June 2018 and July 2018. Data analysis is done by open coding obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation, then the data is presented in the form of quotations. After that the results of the study are compared with the theory so that conclusions can be drawn. The results showed that the procedure for Lumbar MRI examination in HNP patients at the Radiology Installation of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto uses sequences T2 tse sag, T2 tse cast, T2 tse trans, T1 tse sag, T1 tse trans T2 sag T2 tse and 3D myelo. Reasons for using STIR sequences on Lumbar MRI examination in cases of HNP with NY WA patients, at the Radiology Installation of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is because STIR is able to suppress fat in the lumbar tissue, so that lumbar abnormalities, especially HNP, will look more hyperintense. The advantages of the application of STIR sequences in the case of HNP can reveal a clearer and more detailed abnormality, whereas for the deficiency is a long time and the picture of the surrounding tissue will appear dark due to fat suppression
