No full textabstract: The purpose of the study was to develop a multimodal transportation plan that outlines the City’s transportation priority projects. The transportation plan created a path to help the City achieve its vision and goals for a future transportation system in a manner that is closely aligned with the lifestyle and the values of the community. Additionally, it will address the City of San Luis mobility needs for the future population, commercial growth, the transportation needs due to the opening of the new San Luis commercial Port of Entry, and the reconfiguration of the original San Luis Port of Entry I. Para tanto, analisou-se de que forma a representação de tal espaço torna-o simbólico e, posteriormente, mítico, tanto no conjunto da obra do autor, como também, a partir desse movimento individual de Borges, no imaginário coletivo da cidade. Estudou-se ainda como a memória própria e o imaginário criaram espaços afetivos, que permeiam a totalidade dos textos do autor.Abstract: This study investigates how Jorge Luis Borges builds Sur neighborhood as mythic space in his first three books of poetry. To this end, we analyzed how the representation of such a space make of it a symbolic and later a mythical space, both in the overall work of the author, but also that individual movement of Borges that achieve the collective imagination of the city. Still we have studied how the personal memory and the imagery is able to create emotional spaces, which constitute the totality of texts by the author

Las actitudes hacia las matemáticas y su relación con las variables sociodemográficas en los estudiantes del bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Luis Leoro Franco
No full textAnalizar las actitudes hacia las matemáticas y su relación con las variables sociodemográficas de los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad educativa “Luis Leoro Franco”.La actitud hacia las matemáticas es entendida como gusto, interés y agrado que tienen los estudiantes hacia esta materia, sin embargo, existe cierta preocupación al notar que la actitud en los estudiantes es baja. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar las actitudes hacia las matemáticas y su relación con las variables sociodemográficas de los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad educativa “Luis Leoro Franco”. En cuanto a la metodología es una investigación mixta ya que se combina los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo y es de carácter descriptivo-correlacional, el instrumento fue la escala de actitudes hacia las matemáticas (EAM) que embarca las dimensiones de motivación, agrado, utilidad, confianza y ansiedad, la población fue los estudiantes de la Unidad educativa, con una muestra de 236 estudiantes. Los resultados de la investigación arrojaron que existe una baja actitud hacia las matemáticas en los estudiantes de bachillerato, 2 hipótesis fueron rechazadas en donde se menciona que no existen relaciones estadísticamente significativas con el género, etnia y actitudes hacia las matemáticas ya que la prueba de U de Man Whitney reveló un P valor mayor a 0,05 en ambas ocasiones, mientras que la tercera hipótesis fue aceptada, es decir determina que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las carreras y la actitud hacia las matemáticas, ello mediante la prueba de Kruskal-Wallis misma que reveló un P valor menor a 0.05. En conclusión, la actitud hacia las matemáticas de los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa "Luis Leoro Franco" es negativa o indiferente hacia esta disciplina.Licenciatur

El primer artículo es la contribución del autor a un libro colectivo, que coordinado por Carlos Sebastián, fue publicado en febrero de 2012 por la fundación Ramón Areces con el título Luis Ángel Rojo. Recuerdo y homenaje. En este artículo se analiza la etapa de Luis Ángel Rojo al frente del Servicio de Estudios del Banco de España. El segundo es la introducción que el autor escribió para el libro editado por el Banco de España con el título Luis Ángel Rojo, gobernador del Banco de España. Discursos y conferencias. Foto-reportaje de la importancia identitaria del uso de trenzas en los adolescentes del Colegio Jacinto Collahuazo de la Ciudad de Otavalo
No full textThis photojournalism shows in detail the theoretical and field research about the problem of cutting of the braid in teenagers Otavalo city. With the aim of showing what factors they become threatening for Indigenous culture or Kichwa Otavalo. The results achieved translate this in a photo-reportage prepared based on the information obtained.
In this paper the problem of cutting the braid is posed with the following approaches: Identity and culture, aspects of semiotics, influence of the mass media, the hypodermic needle theory, power of Western culture and its stereotypes and multiculturalism. It takes into account specifically, the traditional dress of Kichwa Otavalo´s culture, family ties and the problem among adolescents.
The research begins the arrangement of Cabildo Kichwa Otavalo on cutting the braid under 18 years. It will be have a focus group of sixth graders of Jacinto Collahuazo high school, the institution will support in the research process.
In the research developing, it will inquire the cultural history of the Kichwa Otavalo indigenous and changes that they have emerged over time because of some social factors such as discrimination, migration, fashion and detachment of culture inquire, to demonstrate how this has been inserted in their traditions, beliefs and ancient thought.
The focus of the research is to demonstrate that the mass media influence the physical and mental change of teenagers, putting their identity into crisis, generating interest in other cultures and fashions that they impose on society.
Finally, the research presents testimonies Jacinto Collahuazo high school teenagers, who have held and who have cut the braid, saying the reasons for their decisions. It will be evident that the interviewed teenagers well known the meaning of the braid even though many of them have chosen court.El presente documento muestra de forma detallada la investigación teórica y de campo sobre la problemática del corte de la trenza en los adolescentes de la ciudad Otavalo, con el objetivo de evidenciar cuales son los factores que se vuelven amenazantes para la cultura Indígena otavaleña o Kichwa Otavalo. Los resultados conseguidos se los figurarán en un foto-reportaje, elaborado en base a la información obtenida. Dentro de este trabajo se plantea la problemática del corte de la trenza con los siguientes enfoques: identidad y cultura, aspectos de semiótica, influencia de los mass media, teoría de la aguja hipodérmica, poder de la cultura occidental y sus estereotipos y la interculturalidad. Se toma en cuenta específicamente, la vestimenta tradicional de la cultura Kichwa otavaleña, el lazo familiar y el problema entre los adolescentes.
Se tomará como punto de partida la disposición del Cabildo Kichwa Otavalo sobre el corte de la trenza en los menores de 18 años. Tendrá un grupo focal de estudiantes de sexto curso del Colegio Jacinto Collahuazo, institución que apoyará en la realización de la investigación
