Dekonstruksi Pemahaman Surah Al-Qashash Ayat 56 Terhadap Justifikasi Kekafiran Abu Thalib
Deconstruction of Understanding of Surah Al-Qashash Verse 56 Against the Justification of Abu Talib's disbeliefThis paper discusses the deconstruction of the interpretation of the justification of the mufassirin scholars regarding the disbelief of Abu Thalib as the uncle of the Prophet Muhammad in understanding surah al-Qashas verse 56. The author approaches by understanding the tafsir al-ma'tsur. This method is by understanding the verse before surah Al-Qashas verse 56 and after the verse, when the verse already has the same understanding relationship, then looks for verses that have the same topic, then looks for hadiths that have a relevant relationship to the topic being discussed. , so that we arrive at the analysis and the conclusion that the word "ahbabka" in the verse is not referred to as Abu Thalib, but to the uncle of the Prophet. another. So it can be concluded that Abu Thalib lived in a state of faith and died in a state of fait

Population and Strategy Development in Buffaloes
Buffalo is a potential large ruminant that its contribution in national program on beef self sufficiency has been unrecognized in Indonesia. In rural community, buffalo has similar functions as cattle, it is used as draught animal, meat (beef) producer, saving, milk producer, sacrificial ritual animal to social status. The peak of buffalo population was on 1925, 3.227 million heads in Java and 1.10 million in outside Java. The centers of cattle production sites for national program of self sufficiency on beef were formly as noted the centers of buffalo production. The introduction of Bali cattle to those former buffalo centers particularly in outside of Java depressed buffalo population and then dominated by Bali cattle. Then Bali cattle were noted to be the major beef animal supplier beside buffalo to the centers of consumers for domestic and export. This article aims to discuss the depleting buffalo population and to formulate development strategy. Historical approaches system and critical evaluation population, SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threat) analysis were used as tools for analyzing. Two case studies on herd survival from Banten indicated depleting population of buffalo. Despite low reproductive profile, strategic diseases and farmers’ institution needed to be optimized on services. Understanding criticizing on ecological habitats in the potential regions, the need of spatial planning for its development, zoning program for strategic diseases free, reproductive problems and village institution are the important areas of improvement for buffalo development in supporting beef self sufficiency and the welfare of rural people with their buffalo in sustainable beef production. Key words: Buffalo, population, sustainability, development strateg
IDEOLOGICAL BIASES IN TRANSLATING THE QUR’AN: AN ANALYSIS STUDY OF AL-QUR’AN TARJAMAH TAFSIRIYAH BY MUHAMMAD THALIB
This paper examines the translation of the Qur’an in Indonesia, which is a sign of the interaction of Muslims in Indonesia with the Holy Scriptures, which is not limited to reading and studying it in the original Arabic pronunciation. Like the interpretation of the Qur’an, which is full of dynamics, the translation also touches on the realm of polemics that attract the attention of adherents from different circles. The polemic in question can be found among the long historical translation buildings. In this study, the author chooses Al-Qur’an Tarjamah Tafsiriyah by Muhammad Thalib, in which the ideological bias of his organizational group is indicated. Is there an ideological bias produced by Muhammad Thalib in his translation work? This study attempts to answer the above questions using a qualitative method based on library research, with a social identity approach and critical discourse analysis as its formal object. In addition, this study will use the hermeneutical analysis offered by Sahiron Syamsudin. In addition, the method used in this qualitative research is content analysis to analyze the results of Muhammad Thalib's translation, leading to a narrative justification of his ideology. Finally, this research resulted in a conclusion that the results of Muhammad Thalib’s translation of the Qur’an in the form of Al-Qur’an Tarjamah Tafsiriyah in it are indeed many translations that have an interest in defending his organizational group, MMI (Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia), which adheres to the ideological ideology of Islamism which departs from the view of integral Islam and is an incarnation of the reproduction of Islamic Revivalism and Neo-revivalism which tends to be traditional and conservative as found in the Wahhabiyah, Ikhanul Muslimin, and Jemaah Islamiyyah movements in the Thaliba

Global prevalence and incidence of pressure injuries in hospitalised adult patients: A systematic review and meta-analysis
BackgroundPressure injuries are frequently occurred adverse events in hospitals, affecting the well-being of patients and causing considerable financial burden to healthcare systems. However, the estimates of prevalence, incidence and hospital-acquired rate of pressure injury in hospitalised patients vary considerably in relevant published studies. ObjectivesTo systematically quantify the prevalence and incidence of pressure injuries and the hospital-acquired pressure injuries rate in hospitalised adult patients and identify the most frequently occurring pressure injury stage(s) and affected anatomical location(s). DesignSystematic review and meta-analysis. Data sourcesMedline, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL and ProQuest databases from January 2008 to December 2018. Review methodsWe included studies with observational, cross-sectional or longitudinal designs, reporting pressure injury among hospitalised adults (≥16 years) and published in English.Outcomes were point prevalence, incidence of pressure injuries and the hospital-acquired pressure injuries rate reported as percentages. Two reviewers independently appraised the methodological quality of included studies. Heterogeneity was assessed by using the I² statistic and random effects models were employed. Sources of heterogeneity were investigated by subgroup analysis and meta-regression. ResultsOf 7,489 studies identified, 42 were included in the systematic review and 39 of them were eligible for meta-analysis, with a total sample of 2,579,049 patients. The pooled prevalence of 1,366,848 patients was 12.8% (95% CI 11.8–13.9%); pooled incidence rate of 681,885 patients was 5.4 per 10,000 patient-days (95% CI 3.4–7.8) and pooled hospital-acquired pressure injuries rate of 1,893,593 was 8.4% (95% CI 7.6–9.3%). Stages were reported in 16 studies (132,530 patients with 12,041 pressure injuries). The most frequently occurred stages were Stage I (43.5%) and Stage II (28.0%). The most affected body sites were sacrum, heels and hip. Significant heterogeneity was noted across some geographic regions. Meta-regression showed that the year of data collection, mean age and gender were independent predictors, explaining 67% variability in the prevalence of pressure injuries. The year of data collection and age alone explained 93% of variability in hospital-acquired pressure injuries rate. ConclusionThis study suggested that the burden of pressure injuries remains substantial with over one in ten adult patients admitted to hospitals affected. Superficial pressure injuries, such as Stage I and II, are most common stages and are preventable. Our results highlight healthcare institutions' focus on pressure injuries globally and supports the need to dedicate resources to prevention and treatment on pressure injuries.Registration number: PROSPERO CRD42019118774.This study was funded by the Griffith University Postgraduate Research Scholarships. Polymorphism Exploration of Growth Family (GH, GHRH and PIT-1) Genes Polymorphisms of Local Swamp Buffalo for Productivity Improvement in North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra
Genetic improvement of livestock productivity can be done through molecular selection on the genes controlling growth traits. Genetic polymorphism of the growth family (GH, GHRH, and PIT1) genes were studied in local swamp buffalo (106 hds.) from a government buffalo breeding station (46 heads) and smallholders (60 heads) in North Tapanuli District, North Sumatra Province. Genotype variants of the three genes were identified by PCR-RFLP method using restriction enzymes of MspI (GH gene), HaeIII (GHRH gene) and HinfI (PIT -1 gene). Genotyping on individual GH_g.1547T>C, GHRH_g.4666G>C, and PIT -1_g.1256G >A loci resulted only one type genotype, respectively TT, CC, an d AA, with one type of allele, respectively T, C, and A. Heterozygosity observation (Ho) and expectation (He) values values and the PIC value for each locus was 0.00. It could be suggested to increase genotype frequenciest of the three growth genes that are positively associated with the growth traits and economic traits of the buffalo
Konvensi dan Inovasi Sastra Melayu Hang Tuah (Studi Perbandingan dalam Prosa dan Puisi)
One of Malay's most famous works of literature today is Hikayat Hang Tuah. Based on the researcher's search, until 2013 this literary work has been transformed in folklore, pictorial stories, and poetry. This research is a qualitative research. This study is a comparative analysis of the structure 1) folklore entitled Hang Tuah by Mosthamir Thalib (2003) and 2) Poet Poet Hang Jebat and Love Hang Tuah-Tuh Teja by Taufik Ikram Jamil (2013). Based on comparative analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that in the Hang Tuah prose written Mosthamir Thalib in the form of folklore, there are some parts that only follow the convention HTT Valentijn, but in other parts there are also innovations made by the author. It can be argued that convention and innovation are in Hang Tuah by Mosthamir Thalib as one of the works of modern Malay literature. Furthermore, for two titles of poetry Taufik Ikram Jamil published in Kompas, September 1, 2013, there is no innovation in the creation of this poem. All the narratives featured in these two titles of poetry refer to Hikayat Hang Tuah
Confirmation of Existing Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Gene Associated with Growth and Milk-Production Traits and Genetic Diversity in Buffalo
Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) gene plays an important role in the endocrine system of animals by regulating nutrient metabolism, growth, and milk production. There have been extensive molecular genetics research studies on cattle but less studies have focused on buffalo (Bubalus bubalis). This study aimed to confirm the association of IGF-1 gene in swamp or river buffalo (B. bubalis spp.) with growth and milk production traits. DNA samples were obtained from 12 buffalos (eight swamp buffalo and four river buffalo). One Bali cattle (Bos javanicus) was included as an outgroup (control). The eight swamp buffalo originated from East Nusa Tenggara (n = 1), Baluran, East Java (n = 4), and Banyuwangi, East Java (n = 3), while the four river buffalo originated from Sei Putih, Medan of North Sumatera. All DNA samples were amplified using an IGF-1 primer for 30 cycles, and amplicons were visualized on 1% agarose gel. Five of the 13 samples were sequenced to determine nucleotide sequence variation between the swamp and river buffalo. The results revealed that the size (225–231 bp) of all the fragments was in in accordance with that of IGF-1. There was not found genetic variation among the buffalo samples. The results indicate that buffalo samples bear growth and milk production traits
Kearifan Lokal Adat Migou Pa’ Tulangbawang dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam
Local wisdom of Indigenous Peoples Migou Pa ‘Tulangbawang Lampung, contains a few anomalies. First, a person who violates customary law will be sanctioned in accordance with the level of the rank of cultures. If he is on the level of indigenous higher, the sanctions given to him will be doubled from legal sanctions must be received by people of customary middle class. In accordance, if he comes from the lowest class, he will get legal sanctions only half of the second level. Second, the natures of anomalies were found on the punishment for adultery to be discharged into the jungle. As adultery is considered an act of animal, the adultery are to be gathered with the animals in the forest. Nowadays, this kind of action could be considered not humane or could also be considered a violation of Human Rights (HAM). All this, according to the author, is intended that people of high rank could be more cautious, more aware of, and even obeying the law. In addition, according to the author, the fact that adultery should be thrown into the jungle is intended to provide a deterrent effect. Third, in the case of violation of the law which should eventually be fined, all members of his clique will be liable to pay a fine. It is intended that the family relatives of the click constantly remind each other that the violation of the law could be fatal.
