KADAR ZAKAT PROFESI MENURUT DIDIN HAFIDHUDDIN DAN JALALUDDIN RAKHMAT DAN URGENSINYA PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA
Zakat as one of the five pillars of Islam contains two main dimensions, namely ritual and social. During the time of the Prophet, zakat was only limited to gold and silver, livestock, trade, agriculture, and rikaz. Over time, the idea of zakat was charged to people who were professionals, causing debate among mujtahid. Didin Hafidhuddin and Jalaluddin Rakhmat agreed on the procurement of income zakat obligations but differed in terms of the percentage of zakat rates. In Indonesia itself, there are professions that are significant in number, namely ASN. ASN as part of the government has an important role in improving community welfare and reducing social disparities.
This type of research is a literature study that refers to primary and secondary sources as well as other sources that have a similar theme. The author uses the Istinba>t} method as a scalpel to explore this research. This research is descriptive-analytical-comparative, namely describing, analyzing and comparing the level of professional zakat according to the views of Didin Hafidhuddin and Jalaluddin Rakhmat to find similarities and differences of opinion between the two.
The result of this study is that the background for the difference of opinion between Didin Hafidhuddin and Jalaluddin Rakhmat about the level of professional zakat is the difference in the istinba>t} method in determining the obligatory professional zakat. Didin used T{uruq Ma'nawiyyah in the form of qiya>s syabah which in terms of the level of professional zakat is qiyaskan with currency zakat (gold and silver) so that the idea of a rate of 2.5% or rub'ul usyri emerged. If examined further, Didin did not only use qiya>s (T{uruq Ma'nawiyyah) to determine the obligatory zakat of the profession. Didin used the generality of the texts where in T{uruq Lughawiyyah there is a theory of 'a>m. Unlike Didin, Jalaluddin actually rejected qiya>s for the issue of zakat because it was considered mahd}ah worship that could not be interfered with by humans. Jalaluddin used Surah Al-Anfal verse 41 as a postulate for the obligatory professional zakat. ASN
as part of the government is a profession whose wages are fairly stable so that it is believed to be able to cut social gaps through the distribution of zakat. Based on this postulate, Jalaluddin used the concept of khumus (perlima) so that Jalaluddin's version of 20% was born for the percentage of professional zakat rates. Based on the zakat rate offered by Didin Hafidhuddin and Jalaluddin Rakhmat, the appropriate percentage for ASN is the rate carried out from Didin Hafidhuddin's thinking, which is 2.5% or rub'ul usyri
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KANTONG NINJA PINTAR SEBAGAI ALAT BELAJAR KONSEP DASAR PERKALIAN DI KELAS III SD
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep perkalian, khususnya sebagai penjumlahan berulang, serta terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan siswa sekolah dasar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan media berbasis benda konkret yang diberi nama Kantong Ninja Pintar sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran matematika di kelas III. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Media dibuat menggunakan bahan sederhana seperti kain flanel, karton, stik es krim, serta karakter ninja yang menarik dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 25 siswa kelas III SDN 1 Linggajaya, 1 guru kelas sebagai narasumber wawancara, serta 3 guru dari jenjang kelas lainnya yang terlibat dalam pemberian tanggapan. Proses validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media dengan hasil kevalidan sebesar 91,28%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan. Implementasi media di kelas menunjukkan respon positif dari siswa dan guru. Media terbukti mudah digunakan, menarik secara visual, dan mendukung proses belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan sesuai prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil tanggapan menunjukkan bahwa media sangat praktis dan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan serta pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika.
This research was motivated by students' low understanding of the basic concept of multiplication, especially as repeated addition, as well as limited learning media that are interactive and in accordance with the developmental characteristics of elementary school students. To answer these problems, a concrete object-based media named Smart Ninja Bag was developed as a tool for learning mathematics in grade III. The method used is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The media is made using simple materials such as flannel, cardboard, ice cream sticks, and ninja characters that are attractive and tailored to the needs of elementary school students. The subjects of this study included 25 third grade students of SDN 1 Linggajaya, 1 class teacher as an interview resource person, and 3 teachers from other grade levels who were involved in providing feedback. The validation process was carried out by material experts and media experts with a validity result of 91,28%, which is included in the category very suitable for use. The implementation of the media in the classroom showed a positive response from students and teachers. The media proves to be easy to use, visually appealing, and supports an active and fun learning process according to the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. The response results show that the media is very practical and able to increase student involvement and understanding in learning mathematics

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model konseling kognitif-perilaku untuk meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan research and development, dengan one-group pretest-posttest design dan pretest-posttest control group design. Partisipan terdiri dari mahasiswa semester dua STAIN Ponorogo jurusan Tarbiyah, Syari’ah, dan Ushuluddin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket, dandianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai analisis, yakni: deskriptif, kolaboratif, dan ancova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model konseling kognitif-perilaku efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk dipelajari secara utuh, dan diterapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa.

The present study is aimed at developing Cognitive-Behavioral Counseling Model for Improving Students’ Resilience.The study applies research and development approach with mixed research methods design, using experimental one-group pretest-posttest design and pretest-posttest control group design. The study involves the second semester students of STAIN Ponorogo for the department of Tarbiyah, Syari’ah, and Ushuluddin. Research data were gathered using questionnaires, and analyzed using a number of techniques, including descriptive analysis, collaborative analysis, and ancova. The study comes up with the main finding that the constructed Cognitive-Behavioral Counseling Model is proven to be effective to improve students’ resilience. The model is recommended to be studied thoroughly, and then applied in the efforts to improve students’ resilience.

Enhancing social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder: The impact of differentiated learning in inclusive elementary schools
This study investigates the implementation of the differentiated learning model as a strategy to enhance social skills in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Adopting a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at inclusive elementary schools in Bandung, Indonesia, that have incorporated differentiated learning models. The findings reveal that the application of the differentiated learning model involves key stages such as identifying students' needs, setting learning objectives, adjusting the curriculum, differentiating instruction, offering varied final product options, modifying the learning environment, and conducting continuous evaluations. These stages enable teachers to design learning activities tailored to the social and emotional needs of students with ASD. The study demonstrates that these adaptations significantly enhance the social skills of students with ASD in areas such as environmental care, attention-seeking, greeting others, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating responsibility, actively participating in learning, and engaging in group activities. The findings suggest that differentiated learning provides a structured and responsive approach to fostering social skills development in children with ASD, with potential implications for broader educational practices
PERAN INTERAKSI ORANGTUA PADA KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR YANG MEMILIKI HAMBATAN ADHD
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran interaksi orangtua pada keterampilan sosial siswa Sekolah Dasar yang memiliki hambatan attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Anak-anak dengan attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) Usia sekolah Dasar sering mengalami masalah dalam interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya dan dihadapkan dengan penolakan teman sebaya. Pendekatan yang paling umum untuk masalah sosial pada anak-anak adalah pengasuhan orangtuanya di rumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka  (library research). Berdasarkan hasil studi pustaka diperoleh gambaran bahwa interaksi orangtua yang positif seperti mampu meregulasi emosi dengan baik dalam berinteraksi dengan anaknya yang memiliki hambatan ADHD dapat berdampak secara efektif pada anak dalam mengatur emosinya juga. Sehingga hal ini dapat meminimalisir rasa frustrasi yang menjadi variabel penting yang memprediksi ketidakpatuhan dan agresi anak ADHD pada teman sebaya. Anak juga akan mengembangkan sikap yang menyenangkan terhadap lingkungan sosialnya terutama dengan teman sebaya
Analisis kesulitan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik kelas I SDN 3 tugu kecamatan cihideung
ABSTRACT
Beginning writing is a writing skill that is taught to students in the early stages, namely in classes I and II. The aim of this research is to analyze the difficulty of beginning writing in class I students at SDN 3 Tugu, Cihideung District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used by researchers are tests, observations and interviews. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers regarding students who had difficulty writing at the beginning, the researchers analyzed 5 aspects of writing letters A-Z using uppercase and lowercase letters, writing words according to pictures, copying sentences correctly and accurately, and writing words and sentences using the imla/method. dictation 4 out of 6 students namely SN, SA, RMS, and RA could not write the beginning while AP and AY were quite able to write the beginning. There are 2 factors that cause students to have difficulty in writing beginnings, namely internal factors and external factors.

ABSTRAK
Menulis permulaan merupakan kemampuan menulis yang diajarkan pada siswa di tahap awal yaitu dikelas I dan II. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis kesulitan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik kelas I SDN 3 Tugu Kecamatan Cihideung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif desktriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti mengenai peserta didik yang kesulitan menulis permulaan peneliti menganalisis 5 aspek menuliskan huruf A-Z menggunakan huruf kapital dan huruf kecil, menuliskan kata sesuai gambar, menyalin kalimat dengan benar dan tepat, serta menuliskan kata dan kalimat dengan metode imla/dikte 4 dari 6 orang peserta didik yaitu SN, SA, RMS, dan RA belum bisa menulis permulaan sedangkan AP dan AY cukup bisa menulis permulaan. Ada 2 faktor yang menyebabkan peserta didik kesulitan dalam menulis permulaan yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.

Media Digital Sebagai Upaya Optimalisasi Keterampilan Menyimak Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus
Adequate education services are the right of all citizens of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, including children with special needs. One of the basic human capitals to be able to become a respectable human being is seen from listening skills. Because listening skill is a self of value that must radiate as a form of self as a social being. Listening skills in children with special needs are a fundamental area that is rarely touched upon in any research context. The Indonesian Education University\u27s laboratory elementary school in this context has attempted to provide inclusive school services for children with special needs, however these efforts have only been made in this study. The solution taken to solve this problem is to apply digital media which is seen as having high value and attractiveness for children with special needs who want to improve their listening skills. The results of this preliminary research show that Android digital media can be applied to simulate and optimize the listening skills of children with special needs
