No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image, Service Excellent danProduct Quality terhadap kepuasan nasabah di PT. BPR INDRA CANDRA. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu BPR di Singaraja yaitu tepatya di PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Probability sampling. Responden yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi berganda sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Indra Candra Singaraja sebesar 0,296. Service Excellent(X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah (Y) pada PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. Service Excellent memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. Product Quality(X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah (Y) pada PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. Product Quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. Hasil dari analisis Brand Image, Service Excellentdan Product Quality secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah di PT BPR Indra Candra Singaraja sebesar 58,4% dengan nilai r atau korelasi secara simultan adalah sebesar 0,764 yang berarti terdapat hubungan berbanding lurus dan kuat secara bersama-sama antara variabel bebas Brand Image (X1), Service Excellent (X2) dan Product Quality (X3) dengan variabel terikat Kepuasan Nasabah (Y) pada PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran pada ekstrakurikuler paduan suara yang dilaksanakan oleh kelompok Paduan Suara Candra Gemilang.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif. Dengan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dimana peneliti meneliti secara langsung data-data pada ekstrakurikuler paduan suara Candra Gemilang di SMA Negeri Karawang yang diambil pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2022. Teknis analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu data diproses dengan cara mengelompokkan data yang terkumpul melalui observasi yang sudah dilakukan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam penelitian berlangsung. Hasil data tersebut disusun dalam bentuk laporan dengan teknik deskriptif analisis, yaitu dengan cara mendeskripsikan keterangan atau data yang telah terkumpul berdasarkan teori
yang ada.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada ekstrakurikuler paduan suara Candra Gemilang yang diterapkan oleh pengajar dibagi menjadi 3 proses pembelajaran yaitu, (1) Perencanaan, dalam perencanaan ini meliputi bagaimana merencanakan persiapan Materi lagu dan pendataan anggota atau peserta didik, (2) Pelaksanaan, dalam pelaksanaan ini meliputi bentuk pembelajaran diantarnya pemanasan, pernafasan, Intonasi, materi lagu, interpretasi pada lagu dan koreografi, (3) Evaluasi, pada tahapan ini mengevaluasi apa yang sudah di terapkan pada perencanaan dan pelaksanaan mulai dari kekurangan dan kelebihan.

The purpose of this study is to describe how learning in the choir extracurricular is carried out by the Candra Gemilang Choir group.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. With the data collection process using observation, interview and documentation techniques where the researchers examined directly the data on the Candra Gemilang choir extracurricular at Karawang State High School which was taken from March to June 2022. The technical analysis of the data used in this study was data processed by grouping the data collected through observations that have been made, interviews, and documentation in the ongoing research. The results of the data are compiled in the form of reports using descriptive analysis techniques, namely by describing information or data that have been collected based on existing theories.
The results of this study indicate that the teaching process at the Candra Gemilang choir extracurricular implemented by the teacher is divided into 3 teaching processes, namely, (1) Planning, in this planning includes how to plan the preparation of song material and data collection for members or students, (2) Implementation, in this implementation includes forms of teaching including warming up, breathing, intonation, song material, interpretation of songs and choreography, (3) Evaluation, at this stage evaluating what has been applied to planning and implementation starting from the shortcomings and advantages
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

No full textTeknik kendali Gain Scheduling merupakan
salah satu teknik kendali yang digunakan untuk
mendapatkan respon sistem yang diinginkan dengan
cara melakukan perubahan nilai penguatan (gain) pada
titik – titk respon sistem yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan
dari tugas akhir ini adalah membuat sebuah aplikasi
sistem kendali Gain Scheduling dan mengamati respon
sistem yang dihasilkan.
Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengujian
terhadap unjuk kerja kendali Gain Scheduling dalam
mengendalikan sistem kontrol valve untuk mengatur
tinggi muka cairan secara on-line pada wadah
penampung yang berbentuk limas terpancung dengan
sisi atas yang lebih besar dari sisi bawahnya.
Pengendalian dilakukan dengan mengatur pembukaan
valve pengisian pada wadah penampung. Teknik
pengendalian Gain Scheduling diimplementasikan pada
sistem mikrokontroler ATMEGA8535 dan dapat
dimonitoring melalui LCD dan komputer.
Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat
diketahui teknik kendali Gain Scheduling menghasilkan
respon sistem yang cukup baik dalam menuju nilai
referensi yang diberikan. Semakin besar referensi yang
diberikan, waktu respon sistem untuk mencapai
keadaan steadynya menjadi lebih lama, hal ini
diakibatkan semakin besarnya luasan wadah
penampung plant yang mengakibatkan semakin
besarnya beban sistem. Pada pengujian dengan
gangguan berupa penambahan bukaan valve outlet
menunjukan semakin besar gangguan yang diberikan,
offset yang dihasilkan juga akan semakin besar.
