    Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang perjalanan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) di Indonesia. Tujuan pada penelitian skripsi ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana latar belakang lahirnya kebijakan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) di Indonesia tahun 1994 serta perjalanan selama kebijakan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) di Indonesia sampai awal reformasi tahun 2004. Pada tahapan pertama yaitu pemilihan topik, penulis memiliki daya tarik emosional dengan kebijakan- kebijakan pendidikan kejuruan di Indonesia dan memfokuskan pada kebijakan pendidikan sistem ganda. Setelah penulis berhasil menentukan topik penelitian, berikutnya penulis mengumpulkan data-data terkait melalui buku, jurnal, koran dan arsip berupa Undang-Undang tentang pendidikan kejuruan. Setiap data dipilah dengan memperhatikan tanggal peristiwa, tahun terbit setiap data, serta keterkaitan antardata yang diperoleh. Data-data yang akurat dilakukan penafsiran kembali oleh penulis untuk dijadikan tulisan pada akhir tahapan penelitian. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai latar belakang lahirnya pendidikan sistem ganda di Indonesia tahun 1994 yang dirancang oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Wardiman Djojonegoro serta membangun kerja sama dengan Kamar Dagang Indonesia tahun 1994 yang di ketuai oleh Ir.Aburizal Bakrie. Kebijakan pendidikan sistem ganda juga diperkenalkan pada rapat pertemuan dengan Duta Besar Australia, melakukan kerjasama dengan anggota APEC dalam menyambut era perdagangan global. Selain itu, penulis juga membahas perjalanan pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda yang meliputi tahapan pelaksanaan sampai dengan hambatan yang terjadi sejak awal diberlakukan tahun 1994 sampai dengan tahun 2004. Evaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda pada tahun ajaran 1994/1995 tercatat 249 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) telah berhasil melakukan kerja sama dengan industri. Perjalanan pendidikan sistem ganda di tahun ajaran berikutnya terus mengalami penambahan jumlah kerja sama antara industri dan sekolah. Tata pelaksanaan pendidikan sejak tahun 1994-2003 menggunakan pola pelaksanaan yang sama. Namun, pada tahun 2004 pemerintah menerapkan model pembelajaran production based training. Model pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan dengan cara peserta didik diberikan pengetahuan dalam pembuatan sebuah produk dengan beracuan pada industri. Pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda merupakan model pembelajaran yang baru, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan munculnya hambatan-hambatan saat pelaksanaan seperti kurangnya informasi yang dimiliki pihak industri mengenai konsep pendidikan sistem ganda, kurangnya pembinaan di industri dari para Pembina, serta pemilihan pola pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Berdasarkan data tersebut, pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda masih kurang maksimal sehingga kasus pengangguran masih belum dapat teratasi. The thesis reviewed the dual system education trip (PSG) in Indonesia. The goal of this thesis research is to find out how the birth of the dual system education policy (PSG) in Indonesia in 1994 and the travel during the Indonesia's dual system education policy (PSG) until the beginning of the 2004 reform. At the first stage of the topic selection, authors have an emotional appeal to vocational education policies in Indonesia and focus dual system education policy. Once the author has successfully determined the study topic, the writer next collects the relevant data through books, journals, papers and archived laws on vocational education. Each data is plotted by observing the date of events, the year each data rises, and the relation between the data obtained. Accurate data are reinterpreted by authors to write at the end of the research phase. The thesis deals with the background of the 1994 Indonesia dual system education designed by the Wardiman Djojonegoro minister of education and culture and building cooperation with the 1994 Indonesian chamber of commerce hosted by Ir. Aburizal bakrie. Dual system education policies were also introduced at meetings with the Australian ambassador, providing cooperation with APEC members in addressing the global trade era. Additionally, the writer also discussed the course of executing a double system of education that covered the performance stages up to the obstacles that occurred from the beginning in 1994 to 2004. The 1994/1995 valuation of a double system education in 1994/1995 school noted that 249 of the country's vocational school has been successful in cooperation with the industry. The double-system education trip over the next school year continued to see an increased amount of cooperation between industry and school. The administration of education since 1994-2003 has used the same exercise pattern. However, in 2004 the government adopted a model of learning production based training. This learning model is performed in a way learners are given knowledge in the manufacturing of a product with reference to the industry. The implementation of a double system education is a new learning model, so it does not preclude the possible constraints on implementation such as the lack of information on the dual system education concepts, the lack of coaching in the industry from the builders, and the selection of incorrect learning patterns. According to such data, implementation of double system education is still lacking so that the case of unemployment remains unabated

    ABSTRAK Hubungan Antara Self Efficacy Dan Career Calling Dengan Perceived Employability Pada Karyawan Generasi Z Oleh: Eva Fitriyani Generasi Z menjadi generasi yang memiliki banyak pilihan dalam dunia kerja sehingga mengakibatkan generasi Z tidak memiliki penguasaan terhadap suatu profesi. Hal ini terjadi karena generasi Z senang berpindah-pindah kerja, dari satu perusahaan ke perusahaan lainnya dalam periode singkat.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan career calling dengan perceived employability pada karyawan generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenis purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuisioner atau instrumen yang digunakan dengan menggunakan 3 skala yaitu perceived employability, self efficacy dan career calling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitin ini merupakan karyawan generasi Z dengan rentang usia 19-27 tahun, yang memiliki minimal masa kerja 1 tahun sebanyak 287 responden. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software JASP versi 0.18.2.0 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel self efficacy dan career calling berpengaruh negatif-signifikan dengan variabel perceived employability dengan nilai R-square 0.233 dengan taraf signifikansi <0.001 (p<0.001). Artinya variable self efficacy dan career calling memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23% pada variabel perceived employability, sedangkan 77% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRACT The Relationship Between Self Efficacy and Career Calling with Perceived Employability in Generation Z Employees Author: Eva Fitriyani Generation Z is a generation that has many choices in the world of work, resulting in generation Z not having mastery of a profession. This happens because generation Z likes to move jobs, from one company to another in a short period. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career calling with perceived employability in generation Z employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach method, with research sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The collection of research data using a questionnaire or instrument used using 3 scales, namely perceived employability, self�efficacy and career calling. The sample used in this study was generation Z employees with an age range of 19-27 years, who had a minimum work period of 1 year as many as 287 respondents. Then in analyzing the data, the researcher used a multiple linear regression test technique with the help of JASP software version 0.18.2.0 for windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variables of self-efficacy and career calling have a negative-significant effect on the variable of perceived employability with an R-square value of 0.233 with a significance level of <0.001 (p<0.001). This means that the variables of self-efficacy and career calling provide an effective contribution of 23% to the variable of perceived employability, while 77% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.     Scientific and technological mastery form one of the essential elements for the development support of an advanced and self-sufficient nation. In the face of the challenges of development, it is hoped that science and technology will improve the quality of human resources so that communities are adequately qualified to adapt to each development. In an effort to improve the quality of human resources, governments have contributed to the efforts of improving the quality of the vocational high school (SMK). Vocational secondary schools play a key role in preparing learners to create graduates who have a professional attitude at work to prepare for a competent workforce. As a dual system of education (PSG) in vocational high schools began a new partnership between schools and the unprecedented business world. Involvement between the two sides is one of the key factors in the success of the dual system education. The school has a responsibility to make the work world a guide in the making of a curriculum or a study in a school. This is to match the compatibility between the compatibility of the workplace skills of the educational society and the types of work the industry/job needs. Tanah dianggap sakral oleh masyarakat hukum adat maka ketika tanah itu digunakan untuk pembangunan dapat menghilangkan potensi budaya, ekonomi maupun status sosialnya, bukan hanya penderitaan fisik yang dirasakan namun juga penderitaan batin. sehingga dalam proses ganti kerugiannya pun harus melihat pada nilai hak ulayat itu sendiri. Ketika dalam proses ganti kerugian yang tidak berdasarkan pada hukum adat dan tidak dapat menggantikan hak mereka yang hilang maka akibatnya sering terjadi konflik antara masyarakat hukum adat dan pemerintah yang tdak terhindarkan. Dalam Skripsi ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yaitu didasarkan bahan pustakaan atau data sekunder, metode ini digunakan berhubungan langsung dengan regulasi dan kebijakan. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan bahan-bahan yang berkaitan dengan ganti rugi hak atas tanah ulayat dari berbagai undang-undang, buku-buku dan bahan lainnya yang selanjutnya untuk mendukung pemecahan masalah dalam skripsi ini maka dilakukan wawancara dengan narasumber Alex Pui selaku Rowese dalam kepengurusan Kepala Adat di kampung kayu batu Jayapura. Hasilnya, Peraturan-Perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang ganti kerugian tehadap hak ulayat khususnya di Papua tidak dapat menggantikan hak-hak masyarakat hukum adat yang hilang hal ini dikarenakan bentuk ganti kerugian yang diberikan kepada masyarakat hukum adat di Papua banyak ditemui dalam bentuk uang namun uang tidak mampu untuk menggantikan nilai sejarah, pergaulan sosial, pergaulan/solidaritas, dan juga nilai luhur tanah ulayat.     ABSTRAK Kopi sebagai salah satu komponen ekspor terbesar Bangsa Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan penghasil kopi terbesar secara nasional, secara regional wilayah Priangan, Cikuray dan Pangalengan adalah daerah penghasil kopi terbesar se-Jawa Barat.  Kehidupan ekonomi dapat berdampak pada lemahnya taraf hidup dan keberlangsungan kehidupan, dengan potensi yang dimiliki Desa Ciloto dapat dikembangkan pemberdayaan kebun kopi. Secara geografis Ciloto memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dengan pola pendekatan persuasive dan teknis terhadap masyarakat dalam upaya membudidayakan kopi secara professional. Langkah penulis dalam hal pemberdayaan kebun kopi tersebut selain pendekatan persuasive tentunya dengan pembinaan dan penyuluhan serta melakukan jejaring dengan para professional dalam mengelola kebun kopi sehingga dapat berdaya guna dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan pendekatan lapangan (field studi) dengan teknis observasi dan wawancara langsung. Penulis juga melakukan studi literatur terkait dengan pengelolaan dan mekanisme pemberdayaan kebub kopi.    ABSTRACTCoffee as one of Indonesia's largest export components has an important role in increasing the country's income. West Java Province is the largest coffee producer nationally, regionally the Priangan, Cikuray and Pangalengan regions are the largest coffee producing areas in West Java. Economic life can have an impact on the weak standard of living and the sustainability of life, with the potential owned by Ciloto Village can be developed empowerment of coffee gardens. Geographically, Ciloto has the potential to be developed with a persuasive and technical approach to the community in an effort to cultivate coffee professionally.     This research was written to find out the strategies used to increase priority customers at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Perbaungan. This study aims to look at the strategies, constraints, and their impact on increasing the number of priority customers. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative method that focuses on in-depth observations, namely universal descriptions of form, function and meaning. The source of this research is the results of interviews with Priority Banking Officer staff of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, which contains strategies and constraints on the marketing strategy. The research results obtained by the author are the marketing strategy carried out by Priority Banking Officer staff, namely carrying out a marketing mix strategy in the form of approaching customers who have criteria as priority customers, namely one of them has a minimum balance of Rp. 500 million, conducting word-of-mouth promotions, as well as promoting on social media, providing more special services than non-priority customers, regardless of race or creed and providing facilities to customers. The obstacle faced is competition between banks. The way to minimize obstacles is to approach, stay in touch, and provide education to customers. The strategy carried out has proven to have an effect on increasing the number of priority customers, it can be seen that in August and October 2022 there was an increase in the number of customers which was in line with the development of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely the number of priority customers, increased by 17.9% as of August compared to the previous period with a range of more than 50 thousand priority customers throughout Indonesia

    This research discusses the translation problems of synonymous words in the Arabic novel Al-Hubb Daiman. This novel written by Amil Muhamad Syata, consists of ten episodes and published in 2009 by خوارزم العلمية للنشر والتوزيع Jeddah. In addition to the story, this novel also mentions several events and situations in the city of Mecca and the surrounding area, its food, culture and so on. So, this novel is interesting to be translated into Indonesian. After the researcher translated the entire text of the novel into Indonesian. One of the problems that faced by the author in translating the novel Al-Hubb Daiman the translation of several words that are synonymous. Literally the word synonym is another name for the same thing. Synonym is a phrase which is more or less the same meaning as another expression. The research results that there are three ways to translate synonymous words: 1). Two words that are synonymous translated with one word. The words that are synonymous in this initial step the author found as many as 33 words, 2.) Reduce the words that are synonymous. In this second step synonyms are found as many as 7, and 3). Two words that are synonymous with both. In this step the writer found 8 words. The total number of words synonymous in the Al-Hubb Daiman novel that the author found was 48 words
