The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is a significant effect on students’ speaking skills who are taught using YouTube and who are taught without using YouTube. The reason of the researcher chose this as the new idea because there are so many students who can not be speaking well. This researcher used quasi-experimental research with the pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The sample of the research was 72 students from X MIPA 3 and X MIPA 4. The researcher divided the sample into two classes X MIPA 3 as the control class and X MIPA 4 as the experimental group.
In the calculation of this research, the researcher used SPSS 22. The mean of result for the pre-test was 59.56 for the control class and 60.56 for the experimental class, and the mean result for the post-test was 61.33 for the control class and 68.11 for the experimental class. So there are differences in scores pre-test and post-test between the control class and the experiment class. It means there is a significant effect on students’ speaking skills who are taught using YouTube and who are taught without using YouTube. In other words, using Dongeng Kita YouTube Channel could be effective in speaking skills
Implementasi evaluasi diri sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Krembung Kabupaten Sidoarjo
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab fokus penelitian mengenai implementasi evaluasi diri sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Krembung, mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Krembung, dan implementasi evaluasi diri sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Krembung. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, para wakil kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga administrasi, dan komite sekolah. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman dalam melakukan analisis dan interpretasi data serta menggunakan teknik triangulasi dalam menguji keabsahan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa (1) Implementasi EDS di SMAN 1 Krembung dilaksanakan melalui 5 tahap, yakni pembentukan tim pelaksana EDS, sosialisasi ke seluruh stakeholders yang dilibatkan, pembagian dan pengisian instrumen isian EDS, analisa data hasil EDS, dan penyusunan rekomendasi hasil EDS; (2) Mutu Pendidikan di SMAN 1 Krembung sudah baik, pengukuran keberhasilannya dilihat dari akreditasi A yang diperoleh sekolah, prestasi siswa baik akademik maupun non-akademik, dan banyaknya lulusan sekolah yang diterima di perguruan tinggi.; dan (3) Implementasi EDS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMAN 1 Krembung dilakukan dengan tiga hal, yakni mengetahui seberapa baik kinerja sekolah melalui peta mutu sekolah, mengetahui bukti kinerja sekolah dilihat dari akreditasi sekolah yang diperoleh, data prestasi siswa, data lulusan sekolah, dan adanya kenaikan pada 8 SNP (Standar Nasional Pendidikan) dari tahun sebelumnya, dan tindak lanjut pengembangan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dilihat dari komitmen SMAN 1 Krembung dalam melaksanakan EDS secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan

In obtaining points players in a team must try to put the ball into the opponent's goal. How the process of goals can occur can be through various ways including: open play, set piece, counter attack, power play, penalty, and own goal. The discussion of goal productivity which includes the process, time, and area of the goal focuses on goals entered by the East Star Surabaya Team. This study aims to analyze goal productivity through the process, area, and time of goals by the Bintang Timur Surabaya futsal team in the 2021-2022 professional futsal league match. This research uses video documentation data of matches between Bintang Timur Surabaya and Cosmo JNE, Pendekar United, and Black Steel. this research uses non-experimental research with a quantitative approach, Sampling using purposive sampling technique by paying attention to goals scored and goals conceded. The Bintang Timur Surabaya team produced a total of 9 goals into the opponent's goal with the majority through the counter attack process. The region where the BTS team scored the most goals was in region II with 5 goals. Eastern Star Surabaya proved to be more productive in the 26th to 30th minutes. Self-evaluation can improve achievement and increase the chances of winning a match so that it can make a team have the ability to support achievement when competing in order to get maximum results.

combination of production to generate maximum profits by using the
Simplex Method of Linear Programming. Data collection methods used
were field research (interviews and observations), documentation and
library research. Theory of the Simplex Method of Linear Programming
used was based on the theory of Yamit (2009) and Herjanto (2008).
Based on the analysis and the data were performed using the Simplex
Method of Linear Programming, the Maximum profit is Rp 4.183.505,01
in a month. With the combination produced total 407,60005 pieces of
jackets and 0 pieces of shirts. So in a year the maximum profit that can
achieved is Rp 4.183.505,01 x 12 = Rp 50.202.060,1 and the conclusion is
CV Reska Wodern Fashion Palembang should only produce jackets in
order to achieve the maximum profit.

Manajemen Kesiswaan dalam Meningkatan Kualitas Peserta Didik melalui Program Karya Tulis Ilmiah
No full textManajemen kesiswaan merupakan seluruh kegiatan pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik yang dilaksanakan secara kontinu untuk menumbuhkan bakat, minat, dan kemampuan peserta didik melalui kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakulikuler. Program karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu program dalam ranah kesiswaan yang dibuat dan dijalankan untuk melatih dan mengembangkan para peserta didik dalam melaksanakan penelitian dan penulisan suatu karangan ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan: (1) Manajemen kesiswaan dalam implementasi program karya tulis ilmiah; (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program karya tulis ilmiah; dan (3) peningkatan kualitas peserta didik dengan adanya program karya tulis ilmiah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) atau penelitian kualitatif. Sasaran penelitian (subjek penelitian) ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kesiswaan, dan guru yang menjadi pembimbing dan penguji Karya Tulis Ilmiah di MA Muhammadiyah 9 Lamongan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen kesiswaan dalam implementasi program karya tulis ilmiah terdiri dari empat tahap, yakni perencaaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian program karya tulis ilmiah; (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program karya tulis ilmiah diantaranya adalah faktor siswa, faktor pembimbing, dan faktor fasilitas madrasah; (3) peningkatan kualitas siswa dengan adanya program karya tulis ilmiah dapat dilihat dari pengembangan penalaran peserta didik, terbentuknya mental peserta didik, dan penguasaan teknologi oleh peserta didik
Tradisi “Rajah”: Terapi Mistik Dalam Kepercayaan Masyarakat Suku Jawa di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur
No full textThis paper examines the rajah tradition in the beliefs of the Javanese people in the Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. This research is a fieldresearch using qualitative methods. Research data obtained through observation and interviews. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data of this study using descriptive-analytical techniques. This study found that there were seven rajahs used by the community; penglaris tattoo, leather tattoo, vest tattoo, tembang liring tattoo, fence tattoo, belt tattoo, and ring tattoo. The seven tattoos are believed by the Javanese community of Gunung Mas village, Belitang district, Ogan Komering Ulu Timur district to provide alternative solutions to the problems they face. The author also finds that the process of making the tattoo is based on the books of Syamsul Ma'arif and Tajul Muluk, with the following procedure; holy from hadast large and small, holding breath and praying to Allah, solemn, the writing of the tattoo is written neatly. Based on these findings, the authors conclude that belief in rajah can change fate, boost success, healing, and self-security is a form of shirk. However, if the tattoo is believed to be only a medium or a means of asking Allah SWT with the aim of asking for His help for various difficulties experienced, it is an act that is allowed in Islamic teachings, because this kind of belief leads to faith and devotion to Allah.

On the other hand Based on data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), the chemical, pharmaceutical, and traditional medicine industries in the third quarter of 2020 grew by 5.69 percent compared to the second quarter of 2020. Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin himself revealed that the demand for drugs due to Covid-19 had jumped 12 times . Since June 1 until now there has been a tremendous surge in the need for medicines. The author found a written form of a cooperation agreement with PT. Bersama kita melangkah . The agreement creates a legal relationship between the parties, namely the existence of rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties. The approach method used in this research is juridical-normative, with a descriptive type of research. The results of the research and discussion show that, 1) The form and content of the cooperation agreement of PT. Bersama kita melangkah is made authentically, and is in accordance with Article 1313, 1320, 1868 of the Civil Code, besides that it is in accordance with the principles of freedom of contract and the principle of consensualism, and fulfills the essential, natural and accidental elements. 2) The legal relationship of the PT. together we walk. The legal relationship occurs after the agreement is legally made and signed by both parties. Based on Article 1338 paragraph (1, 2, 3) of the Civil Code. No full textWith the existence of an independent curriculum recently launched by the Minister of Education and Culture, various problems have not yet been found. There are quite prominent similarities between the curriculum compared to the previous curriculum, namely a study of the character or personality of students. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the Pancasila Student Profile which discusses the six main points of the Indonesian Pancasila Basic State. One of the six points is closely related to religion. These points are Faith, Piety to God Almighty, and Noble Morals which are related to the formation of the Islamic character of students. The author uses literature study or literature study to read, record, process data, and examine more deeply the first point of the independent curriculum. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum is related to Islamic religious education. Through the application of the Pancasila student profile, it is also expected to be able to shape the Islamic character of students in an era full of challenges of technological progress. The focus that will be discussed in this research is on the independent curriculum, Islamic personality, and the implementation of the independent curriculum which includes the first point of the Pancasila Student Profile. Faith, piety to God, and noble character are topics that are closely related to the Islamic character of students. And what is interesting from this research is that faith, piety, and noble character are topics that are very closely related to the Islamic character of students.AbstrakDengan adanya kurikulum merdeka yang baru-baru ini diluncurkan Menetri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, ada berbagai problematika yang belum ditemukan titik terangnya. Terdapat kesamaan yang lumayan menonjol dari kurikulum tersebut dari pada kurikulum terdahulu, ialah ulasan mengenai karakter atau kepribadian peserta didik. Tujuannya dilakukan riset ini adalah guna mengenali lebih dalam tentang Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang didalamnya membahas tentang enam poin utama dari Dasar Negara Indonesia Pancasila. Satu dari enam poin tersebut berhubungan erat menjurus ke arah religious keagamaan. Poin tersebut ialah Beriman, Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan Berakhlak Mulia yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan karakter islami siswa. Penulis menggunakan studi literatur atau studi kepustakaan untuk membaca, mencatat, mengolah data serta menelaah lebih jauh tentang kurikulum merdeka poin pertama. Hasil dari pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum merdeka berkaitan dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Melalui penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila juga diharapkan bisa membentuk karakter islami siswa di era yang penuh dengan tantangan kemajuan teknologi. Fokus yang hendak dibahas dalam pembahasan ini menimpa kurikulum merdeka, kepribadian islami, serta menimpa aktivitas pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka yang mencangkup poin pertama Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Beriman, bertaqwa kepada Tuhan dan berakhlak mulia ialah topik yang sangat berhubungan erat dengan karakter islami siswa.
