No full textCommunity empowerment is one form of increasing the potential of village communities. Puspa Jagad Ecological Tourism Village (KWE) because the overall level of human resources is considered to be low, the majority only have high school graduates or below, with diverse backgrounds, in fact almost the majority have no knowledge in the tourism sector, so direction is needed to carry out tourism service activities . The aim of the research is to find out how to empower the community through the development of the Puspa Jagad Ecological Tourism Village, Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency and to find out the factors inhibiting community empowerment in KWE Puspa Jagad, Blitar Regency.
This type of research is field research, so the author uses a qualitative research type or method with data sources using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique that the author uses is the descriptive data analysis method. The data analysis technique used by the author in this research consists of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that community empowerment efforts through the development of the Puspa Jagad Ecological Tourism Village, Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency, can be seen from the planning and management process, in this case related to income generation and employment opportunities as an impact of carrying out management. . The existence of KWE Puspa Jagad is expected to support community empowerment efforts with the principles of community empowerment in the tourism sector, namely by developing community potential, developing community mutual cooperation, exploring community contributions, establishing partnerships and decentralization. The inhibiting factors for community empowerment in KWE Puspa Jagad Blitar Regency are the lack of community understanding regarding the development of tourist villages, government support and the lack of training or socialization programs for village communities so that the program has not run effectively and efficiently
PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN HUKUM DAN KONSERVASI PENYU MELALUI PENDEKATAN EDUKASI DAN PARTISIPATIF DI DESA SIMATANG UTARA
No full textTurtles are ancient animals that play a vital role in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems. However, their populations are increasingly threatened by the practice of egg harvesting and catching adult turtles in coastal areas, including North Simatang Village. This community service program aims to increase legal and ecological awareness among the community regarding the importance of turtle protection and to revitalize local wisdom values in conservation. The methods used include field observation, legal outreach, ecological counseling, community-based conservation training, and the formation of Conservation Awareness Groups (KSK). The program was conducted over approximately two weeks, involving approximately 20 households and coastal community groups. The results of the community service program indicate an increase in legal and ecological understanding, a growing collective commitment to reducing turtle exploitation practices, and the emergence of sustainable conservation initiatives integrated into the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes). Thus, this program has proven effective in building collective awareness and strengthening the community\u27s role in turtle conservation efforts at the local level.Penyu merupakan satwa purba yang memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem laut, namun populasinya semakin terancam akibat praktik pengambilan telur dan penangkapan penyu dewasa di wilayah pesisir, termasuk Desa Simatang Utara. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan ekologis masyarakat mengenai pentingnya perlindungan penyu serta menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam konservasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, sosialisasi hukum, penyuluhan ekologis, pelatihan konservasi berbasis masyarakat, dan pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Konservasi (KSK). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih dua minggu dengan melibatkan sekitar 20 rumah tangga dan kelompok masyarakat pesisir. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman hukum dan ekologis, tumbuhnya komitmen kolektif untuk mengurangi praktik eksploitasi penyu, serta munculnya inisiatif konservasi berkelanjutan yang terintegrasi dalam RPJMDes. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif serta memperkuat peran masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian penyu di tingkat lokal

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) continues to grow due to the progress of technology and science that is growing. Trade secret is information that is not known by the public in the field of technology and/or business and has economic value because it is useful in business activities, and is kept confidential by the owner of the trade secret. In the event that a trade secret is owned by a company, various efforts are made by the company to protect the trade secret, one of which is done by making Confidentiality Information Agreements for employees or former employees. The owner of a trade secret has the right to grant a license or permission to his employees to know the confidential information in writing which is attached to the employment agreement. However, if an employee of the company commits a violation of a trade secret, the company can take any legal action against the employee who has committed the violation. In this article, the author will discuss the violation of trade secrets and analyze the District Court Decision Number 112/Pid.Sus/2019/Pn.Mnd in terms of the provisions in Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets.

No full textThis article discusses how the postulates related to inheritance contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah (hadith) are then related to how the concepts contained in these arguments when entering investment products into the inheritance section or are said to be products the investment product is used as the object of inheritance itself. The output determines whether or not the products in the Investment can be used as objects of inheritance. As well as conducting a study of these arguments using a thematic method in which in the study the author determines which arguments will be used in accordance with the theme being carried and then examines them in detail starting from the origins, the sanad, and also about the validity of the arguments. Then also present other hadiths which, if related to the existing theme, are used as reinforcement from the previous hadith.Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana dalil-dalil yang berkaitan dengan waris yang terdapat didalam al-qur’an dan sunnah (hadist) kemudian dikaitkan dengan bagaimana konsep yang terkandung dalam dalil-dalil tersebut bila memasukan produk-produk investasi kedalam bagian waris atau dikatakan produk-produk investasi tersebut dijadikan sebagai objek waris itu sendiri. Dengan output menetukan akan dapat digunakan atau tidak produk-produk dalam Investasi untuk dijadikan objek waris. Serta melakukan kajian dalil-dalil tersebut menggunakan metode tematik yang mana dalam pengkajiannya penulis menentukan dalil-dalil mana saja yang akan digunakan sesuai dengan tema yang diusung kemudian mengkajinya secara rinci mulai dari perowinya, sanadnya, dan juga tentang keabsahan matan dari dalil tersebut. Kemudian juga menghadirkan hadist-hadist lain yang sekiranya berkaitan dengan tema yang ada digunakan sebagai penguat dari hadist sebelumnya. 
Revisiting Fraud Theories in Indonesian Context: A Systematic and Critical Literature Analysis
No full textFinancial fraud, ranging from corporate mismanagement to embezzlement of public funds, remains a crucial issue in Indonesia, reflecting systemic weaknesses in governance and regulation. Utilizing theoretical frameworks, such as the fraud triangle, fraud diamond, fraud pentagon, and fraud hexagon, this study aims to explore various studies examining the factors contributing to financial fraud in Indonesia. This qualitative study uses the Charting the Field method to analyze 69 articles published in SINTA 2 and Scopus-indexed journals between 2016 and 2024. The results indicate inconsistencies in research findings due to methodological limitations, the use of incompatible dependent variables, and unrepresentative proxies for independent variables. There are gaps in author collaboration and thematic focus. Furthermore, some studies still focus on separate theoretical models. This study is expected to contribute to the accounting literature and serve as a reference for more innovative and contextually relevant further research

العمل الأدبي هو المقال الذي يحتوي علي قيمه الجيدة التي يتم كتابتها باستخدام لغة جميله. يوفر الأدب نظرة واسعة، ومشتركة لمشاكل الإنسانية والاجتماعية والفكرية وسيلة مميزة. وتختار الكاتبة كتاب "مولد شرف الأنام" في البحث لأنه كتب مشهور متواتر في موضعه أثناء الأمور. جمال الأساليب وسهولته فيه قد كان الكاتب محبا ومشاق عند قلوب الأمور. لأن مدة البحث من الأعمال الأدبية التي لها الأساليب الجميلة، فالبحث يطالع إلى أسلوب اللغة في كتاب "مولد شرف الأنام".
لان الهدف من هذا البحث هو عمل الأدب ، والتي لديها النحوي رائعه. التالي هذا البحث باستخدام دراسة علم الأسلوب. علم الأسلوب هو دراسة اللغة والأسلوب واحدا واحدا. علم الأسلوب هو الوسيلة المستخدمة لتحقيق غرض من المؤلف ، لان علم الأسلوب هو وسيله رائعه للتعبير عن العقل والروح، ولا سيما الطريقة التي شخصيه المؤلف.
استخدمت الباحثة الدارسة المكتبية (Library Research) بالمنهج والوصفي (Qualitative Descriptive) ولجمع البيانات بطريقة الوثائقية (Documenter Method). ويكون أسئلة البحث من هذا البحث، الأول، الألفظ التي تدل على اختيار اللفظ في أبيات مولد شرف الأنام، الثانى، علاقة بين اللفظ و المعنى في أبيات مولد شرف الأنام.
فااختيار اللفظ في أبيات مولد شرف الأنام يعني الحب الذي يرادفه العشق و الهوى. ولكنها تختلف في استخدامها. إذا كان اللفظ "الحب" أو "المحبة" يليه الدهشة حتى يكون يتم إحضارها الحب حتى الموت ، و فقدت عقله ، و كدواء من الجرح ، و على استعداد للسفر بعيدا عن الحب ، و الحب لكتم ، الحب والضوء.إذا كان اللفظ " العشق" يليه أخف من الدهشة حتى يكون ليس الحب فيه لأن نهكة الحب ليست قوية. إذا كان اللفظ "الهوى" يليه أخف من الدهشة حتى يكون الحب يجلب المتاعب ، اسرار الحب ، لان الحب يؤذي سيجلب سعيد ، مثل السيف الذي يمكن ان يؤذي الحب.
ABSTRACT
A Literature is essays that containing good virtues written in beautiful language. Literature provides a general insight to problems of human, social and intellectual characteristic manners. The book "Maulid Syaraful Anam" became an option because that work is so popular among the wider community. Grammar are beautiful and easy, making it very friendly to the public.
Because the object of this research is a literature that has a wonderful grammar, so this research uses the study of stylistic theory. Stylistics is the study of language, style and one by one. Stylistic is tool that help author reaches a goal, because stylism is a way of expressing the author's mind, soul, and personality in his peculiar way.
The kind of research is qualitative descriptive with stylistics approach. While the technique of data collection that used in this research is documenter method. There are the research questions: First the words are included preference of poem in "Maulid Syaroful Anam", Second The correlation between words and meanings of poem in "Maulid Syaroful Anam".
The results of this research is "al-hubb" or "al-mahabbah", have similar meaning with "al-usyiqo" and "al-hawa", that words have the same meaning as "love", but the meaning will be different if the word follows the context of the sentence. As there is in the book "Maulid Syaraful Anam" the word "al-hubb" or "al-mahabbah have meaning as love until dead, love that make people crazy, love that make people wandering to obtain it. Whereas” al-usyiqo” that mean people life without love, and” al-hawa” that mean love is need sacrifice when this love is hurt. Thus "al-hubb" or "al-mahabbah" has connotations of love is stronger than "al-usyiqo" and the "al-hawa".
ABSTRAK
Karya sastra berarti karangan yang mengandung nilai-nilai kebaikan yang ditulis dengan bahasa yang indah. Sastra memberikan wawasan yang umum untuk permasalahan manusiawi, sosial maupun intelektual dengan cara yang khas. Kitab "Maulid Syaraful Anam" menjadi pilihan karena karyanya begitu populer di kalangan masyarakat luas. Memiliki tata bahasa yang indah dan mudah, menjadikannya sangat bersahabat dengan masyarakat.
Karena objek penelitian ini merupakan karya sastra yang mempunyai tata bahasa yang indah. Maka penelitian ini menggunakan kajian teori stilistika. Stilistika adalah ilmu yang mempelajari bahasa, gaya dan satu persatu. Stilistika merupakan sarana yang dipakai pengarang untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, karena stilistika merupakan cara untuk mengungkapkan pikiran, jiwa, dan kepribadian pengarang dengan cara khasnya.
Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan kajian stilistika yang hasilnya berupa data deskriptif. Adapun dua rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, Pertama, kata-kata yang termasuk dalam preferensi kata yang ada dalam bait-bait "Maulid Syaraful Anam", Kedua hubungan antara kata dan makna yang termasuk dalam preferensi kata di bait-bait "Maulid Syaraful Anam".
Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah peneliti menemukan kata yang berdekatan maknanya yakni kata "al-hubb" atau kata "al-mahabbah" , memiliki persamamaan kata yakni kata "al-usyiqo" dan kata "al-hawa", ketiga kata memiliki arti yang sama yakni "cinta", tapi akan berbeda maknanya jika kata tersebut mengikuti konteks dari kalimatnya. Seperti yang ada didalam kitab "Maulid Syaraful Anam" kata "al-hubb" atau "al-mahabbah" mempunyai arti cinta yang dikonotasikan cinta yang kuat hingga dibawa mati, cinta yang hingga membuat gila, cinta yang membuat seseorang rela merantau jauh demi mendapatkan cintanya, sedangkan kata "al-usyiqo" mempunyai arti cinta yang diibaratkan seseorang yang hidup tapi tidak ada cinta didalamnya, sedangkan kata "al-hawa" mempunyai arti cinta yang memerlukan pengorbanan, terluka. Dengan demikian kata "al-hubb" atau "al-mahabbah" mempunyai konotasi cinta lebih kuat dari pada kata "al-usyiqo" dan kata "al-hawa"
Cellular responses to external threats probed by super-resolution microscopy
No full textFluorescence microscopy has been an essential tool in biology. However, its imaging resolution has been limited around >200 nm in lateral dimensions, and >500 nm in axial dimension, leaving many biological structures too small to study. However the recent developments of several super-resolution techniques, this limit has been overcome. Here we present our approach to this matter, using our three-dimensional (3D) multicolor super-resolved single fluorophore microscopy. Especially we report imaging of a near-IR dye for imaging thick and dense structures for multicolor colocalization studies. Then we present three applications of the super-resolution imaging technique to the following three biological systems.
Viral infection in mammalian cells triggers the immune response, a cascade of antiviral signaling proteins. For double stranded RNA (dsRNA) virus, the innate immune response starts from retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I) protein which is a dsRNA sensor. For certain types of viruses, RIG-I localizes in cytoplasmic granular aggregates called as antiviral granules (AVGs). We infected/transfected cells by influenza virus lacking NS1 (IAVΔNS1) or polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid (poly I:C) to induce AVGs. We found in AVGs, RIG-I forms clusters of around 110nm in diameter. Then we treated intact cells with various stress conditions to from stress granules (SGs) and could also observe RIG-I clusters in SGs. RIG-I was also clustered in intact cells, but the clustering percentage and diameter were small than in AVGs or SGs, so we conclude that the intrinsically clustered RIG-I relocalizes into granular structures upon external stimuli, and its clustering is enhanced. To verify RIG-I clustering, we imaged TIAR, a marker for SGs, which showed much less clustering. Also we conducted various tests on our clustering algorithm, as well as structural illumination microscopy (SIM) imaging that all support the idea of the clustering of RIG-I.
In bacterial cells, upon vast global DNA damage, an error-prone DNA repair response called SOS response occurs. SOS response is initiated by RecA, a protein essential for maintenance of DNA. It was reported that RecA forms a bundle to connect uncut and cut locus of in the event of double strand break, supporting the idea that RecA mediates homology search. We report that RecA also forms bundles in the SOS response, and these bundles are ribbon-like structures, i.e. flat at one side and wide at the other side, hypothetically wrapping around DNA damaged sites.
The conventional approach of applying broad-spectrum antibiotics to treat bacterial infections contributes to the emerging of antibiotic resistance. To cope with this, species specific and narrow-spectrum antibiotics draw attention. Plantazolicin (PZN) is a natural antibiotic that is highly specific against B. anthracis which is the agent of anthrax and a category A priority pathogen, but the mechanism of how PZN kills B. anthracis has been unknown. No full textAs the Internet becomes increasingly ubiquitous and mobile, Internet addiction appears as a potential mental health problem in adolescents and students. From the reported negative consequences, it appears Internet addiction can have a variety of detrimental outcomes for young people that may require professional intervention. The unique contribution to knowledge of this research is (i) the assessment of the interplay between certain personality traits and the usage of specific Internet applications in contributing to an elevated risk of Internet addiction in two independent samples of 3,105 adolescents in the Netherlands and 2,257 university students in the UK, (ii) the development and testing of the concise Internet addiction components model using the quantitative data obtained, and (iii) the phenomenological exploration of the presenting problem of Internet addiction from the perspective of 20 psychotherapists from Europe, the USA, and Canada. A mixed methods approach was used in the form of psychometric measurement and qualitative interviews.
