    ABSTRAKANALISA PENYEBAB TERJADINYA VIBRASI POMPA SISTEM PENDINGIN SEKUNDER PA-02 AP001. Pompa pendingin PA-02 AP001 telah dilakukan perawatan rutin berupa perawatan bulanan, perawatan 3 bulanan dan perawatan tahunan. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan pada perawatan antara lain: pengukuran suhu, pengukuran vibrasi, pengecekan level oli, uji coba pompa, penggantian oli dan alignment. Meskipun telah dilakukan perawatan rutin, pompa pendingin sekunder PA-02 AP001 mengalami vibrasi yang cukup besar yang terjadi pada hari Sabtu tanggal 9 Januari 2021. Adanya vibrasi pada pompa PA-02 AP001 tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mengetahui penyebabnya penanganannya selanjutnya. Tindaklanjut yang telah dilakukan berupa pengukuran vibrasi, alignment dan penggantian karet kopling. Setelah penggantian karet kopling, maka telah dilakukan pengukuran vibrasi dan pengukuran kesegarisan poros. Hasil yang diperoleh ternyata tidak terjadi perubahan yang signifikan pada hasil pengukuran vibrasi dan kesegarisan. Dengan hasil tersebut, maka terjadinya anomali getaran pada motor PA-02 AP001 bukan disebabkan oleh faktor unbalance, misalignment, dan kerusakan pada bearing. Kemungkinan terbesar adalah adanya mechanical looseness, yaitu vibrasi yang disebabkan oleh kondisi baseplate. Untuk membuktikan hal ini maka perlu dilakukan pengujian selanjutnya, yaitu pengujian motor secara solo run pada rangka lain.

    Analisa Kebutuhan Make Up Water Cooling Tower RSG-GAS pada Daya 30 MW Setelah Revitalisasi

    Akibat kondisi dan usia dari cooling tower RSG-GAS maka telah dilakukan revitalisasi pada cooling tower tersebut. Cooling tower yang baru mempunyai tipe sama dengan tipe sebelumnya, yaitu tipe Mechanical induced draft, counter flow, Inline, Closed end. Akibat penggantian/revitalisasi cooling tower RSG-GAS maka perlu dilakukan kajian yang berkaitan dengan besarnya kehilangan air. Kehilangan air pada cooling tower terdiri atas: evaporation loss (We), Drift loss (Wd) dan blowdown (Wb). Besarnya kehilangan air berdasarkan desain 93,8074 m3/h, hasil perhitungan 53,1286 m3/h dan hasil pengamatan adalah sebesarnya 39,4548 m3/h. Kehilangan air pada cooling tower perlu dilakukan perhitungan karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan pompa PA-04 dalam mengkompensasi kehilangan air tersebut. Dengan kemampuan pompa PA-04 yang mempunyai kapasitas 100 m3/h, maka dapat dipastikan bahwa pompa PA-04 masih mampu untuk mengkompensasi kehilangan air di cooling tower.   Kata kunci : make up water, revitalisasi cooling tower, kehilangan ai

    A morte «real» da dama no corpus da lírica trobadoresca non é un tema habitual. Pero da Ponte, un autor innovador e renovador da tradición poética, compón o «único» pranto feminino conservado na lírica galegoportuguesa, Nosso Senhor Deus! Que prol vus ten ora. No artigo estudarase este lamento que deplora a morte de Beatriz de Suabia. Atenderase á contextualización da cantiga na tipoloxía elexíaca, ao personaxe da raíña, e á análise do texto. A arquitectura deste pranto segue o paradigma do planh occitano e, ademais, revela que a sombra de Alfonso X está presente na súa articulación.The «real» death of the lady is not a common topic in the troubadoresque lyric poetry. Pero da Ponte, an innovative and reformist author of the lyric tradition, writes the «only» female lament conserved in Galician- Portuguese school, Nosso Senhor Deus! Que prol vus ten ora. This paper will study this compostition, which deplores the death of Beatrice of Swabia. It will analyse the contextualization in the elegiac tipology, the character of the queen, and the analysis of the text. The structure of the lament the model of the Occitan planh and reveals that the shadow of Alfonso X is present in the text

    Pompa pendingin primer JE01 AP003 merupakan salah satu komponen utama pada keselamatan operasi reaktor sehingga perlu dilakukan deteksi awal jenis dan tingkat kerusakan komponen penyusunnya. Komponen utama dari pompa yang sering mengalami kerusakan adalah bearing. Salah satu indikasi bearing telah mengalami kerusakan yaitu adanya vibrasi atau kenaikan suhu pada bearing. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui gejala kerusakan bearing dan tingkat kerusakannya berdasarkan analisis vibrasi. Salah satu cara  untuk mendeteksi awal gejala kerusakan pompa adalah dengan mengetagui respon vibrasi hasil pengukuran dengan vibration tester. Berdasarkan analisis vibrasi akan diperoleh cited peak pada arah radial, aksial dan tangensial. Dari hasil analisis vibrasi tersebut maka dapat ditentukan gejala kerusakan pada free end bearing pompa pendingin primer JE01AP003 berupa looseness dengan tingkat kerusakan moderate sehingga perlu dilakukan penggantian bearing JE01 AP003 meskipun kerusakan yang terjadi belum parah.Abstract VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF PRIMARY AIR PUMP JE01 AP003. The main components of the pump that is often damaged bearing. The purpose of this paper is to know the symptoms of bearing damage and the level of damage based on vibration analysis. One indication of the bearing has been damaged, that is the vibration or temperature rise in the bearing. One way to detect early symptoms of damage to the pump is to use the vibration response peak Based on the analysis of the measurement results cited the obtained results that the primary coolant pump JE01 AP003 has been damage to a free end looseness bearing with moderate levels of damage.     ABSTRAKPENENTUAN TORSI MINIMUM PENGGERAK ELEKTROMEKANIK KATUP PA-01/02/03 AA003 PADA SISTEM PENDINGIN SEKUNDER RSG-GAS. Katup memegang peranan penting dalam pengoperasian reaktor nuklir.  Sebagai pengatur aliran fluida, katup harus selalu dirawat. Pada perawatan katup yang menggunakan penggerak elektromekanik selain pengujian buka-tutup, juga pengaturan torsinya. Tujuan penulisan makalah yaitu untuk menghitung torsi pada katup sehingga dapat ditentukan torsi minimum yang diperlukan sebagai penggerak elektromekanik. Lingkup dibatasi pada perhitungan torsi katup sistem pendingin sekunder PA-01/02/03 AA003. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan  menghitung torsi, untuk mencari data aliran, mencari data spesifikasi katup, mencari data dimensi pipa, menghitung penurunan tekanan dan menghitung torsi.Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa harga minimum torsi yang bekerja pada katup PA-01/02/03 AA003 sebesar(TT) = 3982,986 Nm = 3,983 kNm. Disimpulkan bahwa torsi ini dapat digunakan untuk pengaturan perawatan katup PA-01/02/03 AA003 RSG-GAS.Kata kunci : Sistem pendingin sekunder, katup, torsi minimum ABSTRACTDETERMINATION OF MINIMUM TORQUE OF ELECTROMECHANICAL DRIVER OF THE PA-01/02/03 AA003 VALVE OF THE RSG-GAS SECONDARYCOOLING SYSTEM. Valve has an important role in the operation of nuclear reactor. As a fluid controller valve should be always maintenance. Beside the maintenance of valve using an electromechanical driver, the testing of opening and closing, as well as the torque setting should be pay attention. The purpose of writing this paper is to calculate of the torque of the valve so that it can be determined the minimum torque required as an electromechanical drive. The scope is limited on the calculation of the torque on the valve of PA-01/02/03 AA003 of the secondary coolant system.  The method used for calculation is by calculating the torque of valve in order to find the flowdata, specification valves data, pipe dimensions data, calculate pressure drop and calculate torque. Calculation result is shown that minimum value of torque working on the valve PA-01/02/03 AA003 is (TT) is 3982.986 Nm or 3,983 kNm. It is can be concluded that torque  can be used to control of maintenance setting of the PA-01/02/03 AA003 valve of the secondary cooling system of the RSG-GAS.Keywords: secondary cooling system, valve, minimum torqu

    ABSTRAKEVALUASIKETIDAKSEJAJARAN MOTOR DAN POMPA SISTEM PENDINGIN SEKUNDER REAKTOR G.ASIWABESSY (PA-01/02/03 AP001). Sistem pendingin sekunder merupakan peralatan yang sangat penting bagi pengoperasian reaktor. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk melepaskan panas peluruhan dari teras reaktor ke lingkungan setelah melewati sistem pendingin primer. Sistem pendingin sekunder terdiri dari 3 buah pompa sirkulasi dengan 7 buah modul menara pendingin sebagai tempat pelepasan panas yang terbagi dalam 2 jalur operasi. Pemeriksaan ketidaksejajaran pompa pendingin sekunder PA-01/02/03 AP001 dilakukan sebagai kegiatan perawatan komponen mekanik untuk menjamin keandalan motor pompa pendingin sekunder. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan perawatan pompa pendingin sekunder, sehingga dapat diambil tindakan yang terbaik untuk menjaga keandalan operasi pompa. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pengambilan data hasil pengukuran ketidaksejajaran motor penggerak terhadap pompa yang berkedudukan tetap. Pemeriksaan ketidaksejajaran telah dilakukan pada motor pompa pendingin sekunder PA-01/02/03 AP001pada tanggal 24-26 Agustus 2016.Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa nilai ketidaksejajaran motor pompa pendingin sekunder pada posisi vertikal maupun horisontal masih dalam batas yang baik yaitu <0,50 mm. Disimpulkan kerusakan pada bearing, kumparan motor dan kopling pompa dapat diminimalisir, serta pompa pendingin sekunder dapat dioperasikan dengan aman.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, ketidaksejajaran, pompa ABSTRACTEVALUATION OF MISALIGNMENT BETWEEN MOTOR AND PUMP OF THE G.A SIWABESSY REACTOR SECONDARY COOLING SYSTEM (PA-01/02/03 AP001). Secondary cooling system is essential equipment for the operation of the reactor. This system serves to remove decay heat from the reactor core to the OF environment after passing through the primary cooling system. Secondary cooling system consists of three pieces of the circulation pump with 7 modules cooling tower as a heat release operation is divided into two lines. Misalignment examination of the secondary coolant pump PA-01/02/03 AP001 has been done as mechanical component maintenance activities to ensure reliable secondary cooling motor pump. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the result of maintenance activity of the secondary cooling pump, in order to take the best action to maintain reliable operation of the pump. Evaluation is done by taking the measured of misalignment data of the motor to the pump that is in a fixed position. Misalignments examination has been performed at the secondary coolant motor pump of PA-01/02/03 AP001on 24-26 August 2016.From the calculation result it is recognized that  misalignments value of the secondary cooling pump motor in vertical and horizontal positions are still in a good condition that is < 0.50 mm. Then it can be concluded that  the possibility of damage to the bearing, spindle motors and pump coupling can be minimized and further the  secondary coolant pumps can be operated safely. Key word: Evaluation, misalignment, pum

    Dalle cantigas trobadoriche alla poesia di corte raccolta da Garcia de Resende nel Cancioneiro Geral (1516), il compianto poetico è ben attestato nella tradizione letteraria portoghese. In tale contesto, Luís Anriques è autore di due componimenti dedicati, rispettivamente, alla morte del principe D. Afonso (1491) e a quella del re D. João II (1495). Il contributo si propone di analizzarne le caratteristiche contenutistiche e formali, privilegiando i motivi che rendono esplicita la loro appartenenza al genere letterario dell’elegia funebre.The poetic lament is part of Portuguese literary tradition, as demonstrated by both the trobadour songs and the court poems collected by Garcia de Resende in Cancioneiro Geral (1516). Luís Anriques is author of two poems dedicated to the death of Prince D. Afonso (1491) and King D. João II (1495). The paper aims to analyze the content and formal characteristics of the two texts and in particular the recurrent motifs that make explicit their belonging to the literary genre of funeral elegy

    The motto of this research is to show the (mis) direction that the Brazilian writer Afonso Henriques de Lima Barreto"s work traveled, giving new meaning to its importance in the literary sphere. Through an analysis that merges between the historical, social and fictional are exposed syntheses that will be about the settings of the Old Republic - the ground's history writer, the author of the aesthetic, beyond the projections on which its intellectual output was interpreted. In order to demystify its classification as an author of a minor literature, we sought to reveal how its production was modern, as it symbolized a break with the structure which oversees Academicist the time and the ideals focused on European parameters. Running along the nuances of national identity that confront Brazil's formal royal romance was elected Triste fim de Policarpo Quaresma in order to expose the prerogatives of the narrator's ironic tone transfigured the ills of the country ruled by an elite that seeks (ed) their own interests. In giving meaning to the novel in particular, intends to unveil the Brazilian enigma there imagined while configuring the fulcrum on which is founded the critical discourse of the writer transgressor.O mote desta pesquisa é apontar os (des)caminhos que a obra do escritor Afonso Henriques de Lima Barreto percorreu, ressignificando sua importância na esfera literária. Por meio de uma análise que se intercala entre o histórico, o social e o ficcional, serão expostas sínteses que versarão sobre as configurações da República Velha chão histórico do literato, o plano estético do autor, além das projeções sobre as quais sua produção intelectual foi interpretada. Com o intuito de desmitificar sua classificação como autor de uma literatura menor, buscou-se revelar o quão moderna foi sua produção, uma vez que simbolizou uma ruptura com a estrutura academicista que vigia à época e com os ideais focados nos parâmetros europeus. Perpassando as nuances da identidade nacional que confrontam o Brasil formal do real, foi eleito o romance Triste fim de Policarpo Quaresma com vistas a expor como as prerrogativas de tom irônico do narrador transfiguraram as mazelas do país comandado por uma elite que visa(va) aos seus próprios interesses. Ao dar sentido ao romance em especial, intencionou-se desvelar o enigma brasileiro ali imaginado e ao mesmo tempo configurar o eixo fundamental sobre o qual se funda o discurso crítico do escritor mulato
