    Akomodasi Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso terhadap Kebijakan Pendidikan Nasional

    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso tetap eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional dengan mempertahankan lima peran: tempat transmisi ilmu-ilmu Islam klasik, lembaga dakwah, pelestari tradisi Islam, pusat reproduksi ulama, serta tempat pengabdian dan pengembangan masyarakat. Perubahan posisi pesantren dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional kurun waktu 1989-2018 berimplikasi terhadap kebijakan pendidikan Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso yang dinamikanya dibagi ke dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: transformasi kelembagaan, pemaduan kurikulum, dan penerapan paradigma inklusif berbasis budaya. Bentuk akomodasi kebijakan pendidikan nasional oleh Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso adalah pengelolaan sistem klasikal, implementasi kurikulum nasional, standarisasi proses pembelajaran, dan standarisasi tenaga pendidik. Berbagai hambatan dalam akomodasi tersebut adalah pergumulan kultur dan struktur organisasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, minimnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan minimnya fasilitas pendidikan berbasis teknologi. Berbagai solusi atas ragam hambatan tersebut adalah: 1) Komunikasi personal antara kepala madrasah dengan gurutta’ (kiai); 2) merekrut tenaga pendidik sesuai kebutuhan, mengutus para pendidik untuk mengikuti pelatihan atau penataran dalam bidang pembelajaran, dan mengaktifkan pendidik untuk berbartisipasi dalam MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran); 3) menyiapkan kotak saran dan berdiskusi dengan orang tua santri sebagai upaya memberi peran terhadap partisipasi masyarakat; dan 4) pengadaan fasilitas pendidikan berbasis teknolog

    This study aimed to analyze the essence of humans as pedagogic beings by focusing on optimizing fitrah, hearing, sight, and heart as human basic potential, as well as the implications of these various potentials for Islamic education. This study is a literature study whose data comes from documents and analyzed using content analysis method. The results of the study indicate that optimizing fitrah as a basic human potential must be through education and the creation of a conducive environment. Optimization of hearing, sight, and heart as a basic human potential by always directing it to respond to empirical stimuli not only to something that is material in nature but also to something that brings it closer to God. The essence of humans as pedagogical beings has implications for (1) the Islamic education system must be built on the integration between qalbiyah and aqliyah education; (2) Islamic education must be directed at being able to carry out the functions and objectives of the creation of humans (khalifah and ‘abd)

    Reinforcing Religious Moderation through Local Culture-Based Pesantren

    The study aims to explore the diversity of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in Soppeng Regency, Indonesia. The regency is known as a place for multicultural education based on local culture which is expected to strengthen religious moderation. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The object is selected purposively; four pesantren institutions in Soppeng Regency, Yasrib (Nahdhatul Ulama), Muhammadiyah Lajoa, Al-Irsyad (Darud Da\u27wah wal Irsyad) Pattojo, and Al-Ihsan Appanang (Jamaah Tablig). The results of the study show that the diversity of pesantren serves as a place for multicultural education. Pesantren may reflect the diversity of society, founding organizations, institutional typologies, and networks. The local culture-based pesantren is designed to promote multicultural education model which was developed by applying several local culture values: sipakatau (mutual respect), sigunakannge\u27 (reminding each other), sipakalebbi (mutual glorification), and sipammase-mase (mutual love). Those values are used as the principles of multiculturalism which is carried out with the ethos of siri (respect themselves) in the life of the pesantren community. Multicultural education model strengthens the principle of wasaá¹­iyah (moderate) religious moderation through the ideology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-JamÄ\u27ah. Religious moderation facilitates the society to accommodate local culture, express strong national commitments, and grow tolerance in the spirit of egalitarianism

    Nilai-nilai Tarbiyah Ibadah Kurban dan Relevansinya dengan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Formal

    This research analyzes the values of Islamic education in the history of kurban worship according to QS al-Ṣaffāt/37: 100-108 and its relevance to formal education. The type of research used is qualitative with text study method. Data is collected through documentation and then analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the research show that the history of kurban worship according to QS al-Ṣaffāt/37: 100-108 is divided into four episodes: (1) expectations, (2) examinations, (3) pass the exam, and (4) awards. The values of Islamic education found in kurban worship ere eight: (1) faith, (2) morals, (3) patience, (4) resignation, (5) sincerity, (6) democratic, (7) dialogue, and (8) social. The values of Islamic education in the history of kurban worship has relevance to the main characteristics of learning design and the learning process which consists of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In addition, it accommodates all values ​​that will be developed in character education

    Eksistensi pondok pesantren DDI Mangkoso sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the existence of the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School as a representation of traditional Islamic education institutions. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The primary data sources consisted of kiai, ustaz, students, and the community around the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School. Secondary data sources consist of books, journals, and other relevant scientific works. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation methods, then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School still exists as a traditional Islamic education institution by maintaining five roles, namely (1) transmission of classical Islamic sciences, (2) institute of da'wah, (3) preserver of Islamic tradition, (4) center for reproduction of ulama, and (5) place of community service and development.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis eksistensi Pondok Pesan­tren DDI Mangkoso sebagai representasi lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sumber data primer terdiri atas kiai, ustaz, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso. Sumber data sekunder terdiri atas buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah relevan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pe­ne­litian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso tetap eksis sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional dengan memper­ta­han­kan lima peran, yaitu (1) tempat transmisi ilmu-ilmu Islam klasik, (2) lem­baga dakwah, (3) peles­tari tradisi Islam, (4) pusat reproduksi ulama, dan (5) tempat pengabdian dan pengem­bangan masyarakat

    Abstract: This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the school literacy movement at the habituation, development and learning stages at MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi and the school's efforts to increase students' interest in reading at MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method which is carried out through three stages of the school literacy movement, namely habituation, development and learning. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The subject of this research was class II MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi with a total of 17 students. The research results show that (1) the implementation of the school literacy movement at the habituation, development and learning stages at MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi is the school literacy movement (GLS) which includes the habituation, development and learning stages, reading 15 minutes before the lesson starts, reading silently changed to reading aloud, responding to the reading then drawing conclusions and the teacher providing reinforcement regarding the content of the reading, teacher appreciation for the achievements and achievements achieved by students while participating in literacy activities, there are celebrations of certain days that have a literacy theme. (2) The school's efforts to increase students' interest in reading at MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi are to determine students' interest in reading both during class hours and outside of class hours, including completing school facilities and infrastructure, creating a conducive environment, increasing library collections, maintaining cleanliness. library environment, and instilling motivation in students. Keywords: School Literacy Movement, Students' Interest in Reading Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi gerakan literasi sekolah pada tahap pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran di MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi dan upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat membaca peserta didik di MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap gerakan literasi sekolah yaitu pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas II MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi dengan jumlah peserta didik 17 Orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) implementasi gerakan literasi sekolah pada tahap pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran di MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi adalah dengan gerakan literasi sekolah (GLS) yang meliputi tahap pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran, membaca 15 menit sebelum pelajaran dimulai, membaca diam diubah menjadi membaca nyaring, menanggapi bacaan kemudian mengambil kesimpulan dan guru memberikan penguatan tentang isi bacaan tersebut, penghargaan guru terhadap prestasi dan pencapaian yang diraih oleh peserta didik selama mengikuti kegiatan literasi, adanya perayaan hari-hari tertentu yang memiliki tema literasi. (2) upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat membaca peserta didik di MIS Nurul Khairah Kolijahi adalah untuk mengetahui minat membaca peserta didik baik di jam pelajaran maupun diluar dari jam pelajaran diantaranya melengkapi sarana dan prasarana sekolah, menciptakan ligkungan yang kondusif, menambah koleksi kepustakaan, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan perpustakaan, dan penanaman motivasi terhadap peserta didik.     Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik Pada MTS DDI Lonrong Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone

    Abstract: his research aims to describe and analyze the managerial competencies of madrasah principals, the professionalism of educators, and the role of the madrasah principal in improving teachers' professionalism at MTs DDI Lonrong, Ponre District, Bone Regency. The study uses a qualitative approach with a field research type and a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the madrasah principal has strong managerial competencies in carrying out the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The principal is capable of formulating the direction of the madrasah's policy in a visionary way, optimizing teachers' potential through proportional task distribution, and conducting academic supervision as a form of pedagogical coaching. The findings also reveal that the professionalism of teachers at MTs DDI Lonrong is at a good level, as reflected in the pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies demonstrated by the teachers in the implementation of teaching. Despite some challenges in the utilization of educational technology, teachers show a strong commitment to improving teaching quality and self-development. This research confirms that the madrasah principal plays a central role in enhancing teachers' professionalism through transformational leadership, motivation, continuous coaching, teacher empowerment, and the creation of a collaborative work culture. The combination of these leadership functions positions the madrasah principal as the main driving force in improving the quality of madrasah education. The study has significant implications for strengthening training programs for madrasah principals and teachers, as well as the need for the development of policies based on continuous professional development.   Keywords: Madrasah Principal, Managerial Competence, Teacher Professionalism, Academic Supervision, Educational Management Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah, profesionalisme tenaga pendidik, serta peran kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MTs DDI Lonrong Kecamatan Ponre Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah memiliki kompetensi manajerial yang kuat dalam menjalankan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Kepala madrasah mampu merumuskan arah kebijakan madrasah secara visioner, mengoptimalkan potensi guru melalui pembagian tugas yang proporsional, serta menjalankan supervisi akademik sebagai bentuk pembinaan pedagogik. Temuan juga mengungkap bahwa profesionalisme guru di MTs DDI Lonrong berada pada kategori baik, tercermin dari kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian yang ditunjukkan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala pada pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, guru menunjukkan komitmen tinggi terhadap peningkatan kualitas mengajar dan pengembangan diri. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepala madrasah memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, pembinaan berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan guru, serta penciptaan budaya kerja kolaboratif. Kombinasi fungsi kepemimpinan tersebut menjadikan kepala madrasah sebagai motor penggerak utama dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan madrasah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan program pelatihan kepala madrasah dan guru, serta perlunya pengembangan kebijakan berbasis pembinaan profesional berkelanjutan.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Manajemen pemberdayaan ekonomi di Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Laundry dan Toko Serba Ada Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng, (2) Pandangan ekonomi Islam tentang pemberdayaan di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologi. Sumber data primer terdiri atas informan dari beberapa pegawai serta elemen-elemen yang berada di Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari berbagai buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainnya sebagai landasan teori. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitan menyebutkan bahwa; (1) Laundry dan Toko Serba Ada Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng telah melakukan pengelolaan manajemen dengan baik, yaitu dengan adanya perencanaan terkait dengan unit usaha yang ingin dikembankan, dengan adanya perorganisasian atau pembagian tugas yang baik, adanya pelaksanaan untuk mencapai tujuan dan juga adanya pengawasan terkait dengan operasional usaha dapat berjalan lancar; (2) pemberdayaan ekonomi harus dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip agama dan ekonomi Islam. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ini maka pesantren dapat memeiliki potensi untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar
