A Construction of Entrepreneurial Personality Tests: Testing Archetype Personality Inventory in Entrepreneurship
VUCA is about a hyper-competitive and unpredictable environment. It stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Personal attributes are necessary to navigate the VUCA environment. Studies in entrepreneurship show that narratives help people to connect different experiences. Literature shows that a narrative journey can be described through archetypes and relate to entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to construct and validate measurements of entrepreneurial personality by adapting Pearson & Marr's archetype inventory test within the entrepreneurial context. This study was conducted as an assessment of the measurement psychometric attributes consisting of 12 archetypes. Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) was carried out by Oblimin rotation resulting in 60 final items. This study involved 154 small and medium entrepreneurs in Jakarta and West Java
Adaptation and Psychometric Validation of Portrait Value Questionnaire to Map the Work Values of Indonesian Employees
Work values play a crucial role in understanding individual behavior in the workplace as it is serving as the foundation for one’s decision-making at work. However, cross-cultural research indicates that the structure of work values may vary depending on the socio-cultural context of the worker lives in. Therefore, this study aims to explore the structure of work values among Indonesian employees based on Schwartz’s theory of universal human values through an empirical examination using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) on the dataset collected from 519 employees aged 27-55 years old residing on Java Island using Portrait Value Questionnaire combined with PVQ-RR. Based on the analysis, the data met the assumptions for EFA (KMO = 0.911; Bartlett’s χ² (78) = 3353.020, p < .001). PCA with Varimax rotation identified a more interpretable three-factor solution (EV = 6.184, 1.547, 0.808, explaining 65.69% of the total variance. We then construct three new higher-order factors were identified as (1) relational harmony and social security, (2) self-determination grounded in socio-cultural values, and (3) achievement and status as work identity. Adapting terminology and clustering value indicators into higher-order factors can yield a blueprint that is more sensitive to Indonesian culture without obscuring the meaning of the constructs, thereby providing an initial blueprint for developing a more context-sensitive Indonesian-version of PVQ (Portrait Values Questionnaire).Nilai (value) kerja berperan penting untuk membantu memahami perilaku individu di tempat kerja karena value merupakan landasan individu bertindak dan mengambil keputusan dalam pekerjaannya.
PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN KUNCI SUKSES WIRAUSAHA
This community service collaborates with Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with partners to relate to entrepreneurs, namely: Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del) -North Sumatra, Universitas Negeri Makasar (UNM)-South Sulawesi, and the Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 (UPG 1945) - East Nusa Tenggara. Community service provides competency training and coaching clinics for entrepreneurs in the Lake Toba, Makasar, and Kupang areas to improve their entrepreneurial competencies. We believe that entrepreneurial competence is the key to entrepreneurial success. The online program aims to understand the importance of increasing entrepreneurial competence to achieve business success for entrepreneurs, provide a coaching clinic for entrepreneurs who experience obstacles during the COVID-19 pandemic, and increase insight and networking among entrepreneurs in Indonesia and learn from other entrepreneurs. Training and coaching clinics are carried out following stages preparation, implementation, and evaluation, all involving university partners. The training material explains competence and dimensions of entrepreneurial competence (the ability to see opportunities, achievement motivation, and persuasion abilities). The entrepreneurship competency training and coaching clinic were well organized as expected. If the COVID-19 pandemic has been resolved, training and coaching clinics can be carried out face-to-face. Each region in Indonesia has a different culture; if the training is carried out at the location of the entrepreneurs, the topics and methods will be more specifically adapted to the culture of the entrepreneurs who are the participants

Theoretical Study of the Life Story Narrative Personality Dynamics Based on Archetype in Indonesian Context Entrepreneurs
Understanding personality development of entrepreneurs is important in current entrepreneurial research. Previous studies have mentioned some perspectives towards a scientific understanding of entrepreneurship, through identification and in-depth examination of personality characteristics. These studies show that individual's function as a totality of personal characteristics (which involve biological, psychological, and cultural levels related to personal narratives) is needed. Some experts point out that success can be explained in the dynamics of the daily journey of the business persons than in trying to explain them into personality categories.
The growth of entrepreneurial personality can be understood in accordance with the identity of the community and local culture. The wholeness of a person being an entrepreneur is a process of forming and revealing the development of an entrepreneurial personality. Personality growth will be revealed along the journey of life, following the same pattern in a narrative life story that is influenced by socio-cultural aspects. These patterns can be expressed in archetype. Entrepreneurs also share a set of cultural and social values, some of which are based on the values held by the community. However, research on entrepreneurial personality as a whole in the context of Indonesian culture, is still needed
This study aims to look at entrepreneurship as the dynamic's perspective of the personality narrative life stories and archetype of the cultural context in Indonesia. In addition, this study seeks non-economic factors, such as entrepreneurial personality and culture, affect the dynamics of the performance of a startup business.
Through the study of archetype theory and narrative life story, it can be proposed a measuring tool that can explain the concept of entrepreneurial archetype personality in the Indonesian context. This archetype personality measurement tool uses a life story perspective that sees the dynamics of entrepreneurial journey as an archetype hero journe

THE PERCEPTION OF RIVERBANK COMMUNITY ON UTILIZATION OF CIRCULATION AND OPEN SPACE AS DISASTER MITIGATION RESPONSE BASED ON WATER DISASTER IN SINTANG
Sintang is one of the cities in West Kalimantan which lies in the confluence of two rivers, i.e. Kapuas River and Melawi River. Kapuas Kiri Hilir Village, Menyumbung Tengah Village and Ulak Jaya Village have been densely populated residential areas in Sintang for a long time, located close to the historical centre of Sintang i.e. Sintang Palace and still exists today. While the condition of the world that is experiencing global warming has resulted in areas that are directly related to water susceptible to rising water levels (tidal water). Given the value of human life, research is needed on the use of the circulation space and open space for disaster mitigation based on water in the three villages.
This study aims to identify and illustrate a model of water disaster-based mitigation (hydrometeorological disaster), seen from the public perception and utilization of circulation and open space.
This research was conducted using an inductive mindset, which is thinking based from specific detail to general truth. Data collection techniques, data processing, and analysis were carried out by comparing quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative was used to measure people's perceptions of disaster based on water-disaster. Whereas qualitative method described the illustration of open space and circulation.
The results of the research on community perceptions concluded that disaster that often occurs is disaster of rising water levels (flood / tide). The community also believes that even though they face droughts, the impact is not too pronounced because they have anticipated it by providing water reservoirs. And based on the physical field condition, the suitable disaster mitigation model is circulation paths in the form of wooden board.
