No full textJuvenile delinquency today occurs regardless of the social status of society. Juvenile delinquency has developed into a problem that disturbs society and needs to be handled seriously. Efforts to control juvenile delinquency must continue to minimise juvenile delinquency's development in society. Therefore, this research aims to discover the religious activities carried out by the student boarding school of Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris State Islamic University (UINSI) Samarinda to prevent juvenile delinquency. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results are that religious activities carried out in student pesantren are one of the efforts to prevent juvenile delinquency, especially among students. Activities carried out in student pesantren include ta'lim afkar, which is filled by ustadz and ustadzah in the pesantren. Muhadharah activities are carried out in rotation by students. The third is the Al-Qur'an tadarus activity, and the last is studying the Al-Qur'an with the book Tafsir Jalalin

No full textDiwan al-Imam Ali bin Muhammad al-Habsyi adalah antologi puisi yang diriwayatkan dari al-Habib Ali bin Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Habsyi dan disusun kembali oleh al-Habib Ahmad bin ‘Alawiy bin ‘Ali bin Muhammad al-Habsyi. al-Habib ‘Ali adalah seorang ulama besar dari Yaman yang berpengaruh bagi umat Islam. Beliau memiliki banyak karya, diantara karya beliau yang terkenal adalah Simthud-Durar dan Diwan al-Habib ‘Ali bin Muhammad al-Habsyi.
Dalam penelitian yang berjudul al-Buhuur asy-Syi’riyyah wa at-Taghyiirat al-Laahiqah Fii Asy’ari al-Imam ‘Aliy bin Muhammad al-Habsyi (Dirasah Tahliiliyyah Aruudhiyyah)) ini, peneliti membahas tentang konsistensi penggunaan bahr pada puisi-puisi diwan al-Imam ‘Ali bin Muhammad al-Habsyi, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan yang terjadi dalam wazan-wazan puisinya yang berupa zihaf, ‘illah dan dharurah asy-syi’riyyah yang terdapat pada diwan al-Imam ‘Ali bin Muhammad al-Habsyi. Jenis penilitian ini adalah library research (penelitian kepustakaan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu ‘Arudh.
Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan sepuluh bahr yaitu: bahr thawil, bahr basith, bahr wafir, bahr kamil, bahr rajaz, bahr ramal, bahr sari’, bahr khafif, bahr mujtatst dan bahr mutaqarrab. Juga terdapat lima zihaf yaitu: zihaf qabd pada bahr thawil dan mutaqarrab, zihaf khobn pada bahr basith, bahr rajaz, bahr ramal, bahr sari’, bahr khofif dan bahr mujtats, zihaf thayy pada bahr basith, bahr rajaz, bahr sari’ dan bahr mujtats, zihaf ‘asb pada bahr wafir dan zihaf idmar pada bahr kamil. Untuk ‘illat peneliti menemukan tujuh jenis ‘illat yaitu: illat hadzf pada bahr thawil dan mutaqarrab, ‘illat qat’ pada bahr basith dan kamil, ‘illat qatf pada bahr wafir, ‘illat kasf pada bahr sari’, ‘illat qashr pada bahr ramal dan mutaqarrab, ‘illat waqf pada bahr sari’ dan ‘illat tasy’its pada bahr khofif. Adapun dharurah asy-syi’riyyah peneliti hanya menemukan lima jenis yaitu: isyba’ul harokat, tahrikus sakin, taskinul mutaharrik, qat’ hamzah washal dan washol hamzah qat’. No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Maraknya fenomena kekerasan sering terjadi di kalangan anak-anak, misalnya
kekerasan verbal, fisik, mental maupun pelecehan seksual. Perkembangan kasus
dewasa ini menunjukkan bahwa realita anak-anak saat ini tidak hanya diposisikan
sebagai objek dari kriminalitas, tetapi mulai memasuki sebagai subjek dari perbuatan
itu sendiri jika ada penanganan yang tepat dan baik. Banyak sekali kasus kejadian yang
menimpa anak tentang kasus kekerasan dan eksploitasi yang dialami anak, hal ini
menjadikan keprihatinan. Unit Layanan Terpadu Perlindungan Sosial Anak Integratif
(ULT PSAI) Kabupaten Tulungagung karena di Tulungagung sebagian besar anak
korban pelecehan seksual diasuh oleh ULT PSAI, untuk melindungi anak-anak yang
menjadi korban perlakuan seperti ini.
Fokus penelitian pada penelitian ini antara lain : 1) Bagaimana pengasuhan
anak korban pelecehan seksual di Unit Layanan Terpadu Perlindungan Sosial Anak
Integratif Kabupaten Tulungagung ?. 2) Bagaimana tinjauan Fiqih Hadhanah terhadap
pengasuhan anak korban pelecehan seksual di Unit Layanan Terpadu Perlindungan
Sosial Anak Integratif Kabupaten Tulungagung ?.
Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian kualitatif berjenis penelitian
hukum (legal reseacrh) dengan menggunakan tipe kajian sosiologi hukum (SosioLegal
Research). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan
wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan
kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan Kesimpulan.
Adapun hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Pengasuhan anak
korban pelecehan seksual di Unit Layanan Terpadu Perlindungan Sosial Anak
Integratif Kabupaten Tulungagung dilaksanakan oleh pekerja sosial yang ditunjuk
dengan cara memberikan asesment, pendampingan, melakukan monitoring dengan
cara sebagian dilaksanakan di rumah aman oleh pekerja sosial dan sebagian lagi
monitoring dilaksanakan di rumah aman oleh orang tua yang di monitoring oleh
pekerja sosial. 2) Pengasuhan anak korban pelecehan seksual secara tinjauan fiqih
hadhanah, pihak ULT PSAI Tulungagung dalam kasus dalam kasus tersebut tidak
memiliki hak mengambil alih dalam pengasuhan anak dikarenakan dalam fiqih
hadhanah pengasuhan anak harus memiliki hubungan nasab oleh karena itu lembaga
tersebut hanya bertindak sebagai memberikan layanan seperti layanan konseling,
pendampingan dan monitoring yang hal tersebut korban pelecehan seksual tetap
didampingi oleh keluarganya

Poems of Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghaly Ba
No full textThis volume contains seven poems handwritten by Muhammad al-Ghāli Ba. According to the author's son, Mountaga Ba, the poems were probably composed in the mid-1970s a time when the author lived in Mauritania, while working at the country's national radio station and serving as a special counsel to then president Moktar Ould Daddah (1924–2003). The poems adress various issues. The first is a call to action addressed to the Mauritianian youth, urging them to join in the collective work for the development of the country. The second poem is a hagiography on Ceerno Ahmad Nene Ba of Kaedi (Mauritania). The poem eulogizes the virtues of the patron. The third describes the event of Sharif Muhammad al-Habib's visit to the region of Fuuta region (Senegal), namely the village of Pate Galo. The fourth poem contains greetings and expresions of love addressed to the author's friends in the town of Kaedi. The fifth poem is a remembrance about good times. The author reminisces and praises the qualities of a woman named Jaari.The sixth poem describes one afternoon journey of the author. The seventh poem is a mournful praisesong in which the author laments the loss of a cherished person.Ce volume contient sept poèmes manuscrits de Muhammad al-Ghāli Ba.
