KEDEWASAAN MENIKAH PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DAN HUKUM POSITIF DI INDONESIA
This study concludes that: 1) maturity according to Islamic law is marriage done within the boundary of a person has entered the baligh phase. Married adults are an attempt to minimize the problems that make the concept of sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah households will not be achieved. Households need to be built on the basis of maturity so as to cause psychological maturity of each partner either husband or wife. This maturity will generate thoughts, attitudes and behaviors that also mature in the household. Islamic Shari’a wants people who want to marry is really people who are ready mentally, physically and psy- chologically, mature and understand the meaning of a marriage that is part of worship. 2) married maturity according to Law No. 1 of 1974 is enacted in order to provide protection, justice and safeguard the human side of Indonesian society. Kajian Perbandingan Nilai Karakteristik Marshall Pada AC-Base Pengaruh Dari Rendaman Air Gambut Dan Air Tawar
Road pavements are designed to achieve the service life of the plan. Standing water will result in decreased adesi and cohesion properties of asphalt, plus repeated traffic loads over the bending pavement are inundated with water so that the pavement will experience hair cracks, disentegration, and holes. Peat areas are often found bending damage due to peat waterlogging. The purpose of the study was to find out the characteristics of Marshall AC-Base, the percentage of comparison of marshall ac-base characteristic values, and the comparison of marshall AC-Base characteristics of peat and freshwater soaking influences on previous ac-BC studies. Research conducted in the Laboratory with research methods consisting of research preparation, designing AC-Base mixtures, determining optimum asphalt levels (KAO) with a type of 60/70 penetration asphalt derived from PT. Pertamina, 40ºC field temperature retrieval, AC-Base test object immersion with peat water and freshwater field temperature 40ºC duration 0, 4, 14, and 28 days, soaking ACBase test objects in waterbath temperature 60ºC and room temperature duration of 30 minutes, and testing characteristics of Marshall test objects AC-Base peat water soaking comes from langgam area, Pelalawan Regency, and fresh water comes from the Pekanbaru city area. Marshall characteristic values result peat and freshwater soaking stability values of 1349 kg and 2246 kg, flow values of peat and freshwater soaking of 3.83 mm and 5.50 mm, and MQ values of peat and freshwater soaking of 256.11 kg/mm and 571.05 kg/mm. Percentage comparison of the stability value of peat water immersion temperature 60ºC to fresh water temperature 60ºC and room temperature 7.84% and 13.73%, peat water soaking room temperature to fresh water temperature 60ºC and room temperature 3.12% and 9.31%. Peat water discharge value temperature 60ºC to fresh water temperature 60ºC and room temperature 13.69% and 11.27%, peat water immersion room temperature against fresh water temperature 60ºC and room temperature 16.16% and 13.80%. MQ value of peat water temperature 60ºC to freshwater temperature 60ºC and room temperature 19.74% and 22.72%, peat water soak room temperature to fresh water temperature 60ºC and room temperature 17.98% and 21.02%. The stability value of AC-Base peat and freshwater water bath has a lower stability value than the stability value of AC-BC
KONFLIK DAN RESOLUSI KONFLIK JAMA’AH MASJID KEMBAR MENARA TUNGGAL DI DESA BANYUMULEK KECAMATAN KEDIRI LOMBOK BARAT
Di desa Banyumulek terdapat dua masjid yang sekarang menjadi satu, masjid itu diberinama Masjid Kembar Menara Tunggal, sebelum masjid Kembar Menara Tunggal, sekitar enam puluh tahun yang lalu, berdiri salah satu masjid yang diberi nama Masjid Nurul Badiah, yang letaknya di Banyumulek Barat. Awalnya keberadaan masjid ini dimanfaatkan oleh warga Banyumulek sebagai tempat untuk beribadah dan sebagai pusat kegiatan keagamaan sebagaimana lazimnya. Namun Seiring berjalannya waktu, terjadi kesalahpahaman antar tokoh pemuka agama dan pengurus masjid itu. Sejak munculnya perbedaan pemahaman keagamaan ini, akhirnya konflik terbuka sesama jama’ah Masjid Nurul Badi’ah tidak dapat terelakkan, yang pada akhirnya jama’ah yang tidak sependapat mendirikan masjid baru yang lokasinya sangat berdekatan dengan Masjid Nurul Badi’ah, masjid baru tersebut diberi nama Masjid Silaturrahmi yang lokasinya berada di wilayah dusun Banyumulek Timur. Konflik dan ketegangan antar jama’ah terus berlangsung hingga puluhan tahun dan secara turun temurun, hingga pada akhirnya atas inisiatif dari tokoh pemuda pada saat itu, berusaha untuk menyatukan kembali jama’ah yang telah terpecah puluhan tersebut dengan melakukan negosiasi dan koordinasi dengan semua tokoh pemuka agama dan masyarakat, yang pada akhirnya menemukan titik temu untuk mengakhiri konflik yang berkepanjangan, dengan di adakan rapat besar antar dua pengurus masjid (Masjid Nurul Badi’ah dan Masjid Silaturrahmi) yang hasilnya di dalam rapat besar itu bahwa kepengrusan kedua masjid di bubarkan, dan kepengurusan masjid yang baru akan dibuat ulang, serta kedua masjid akan dirombak diganti dengan model masjid yang baru. Agar bangunan masjid bergabung menjadi satu maka dibuatkanlah jembatan penghubung yang sekarang dikenal dengan nama Menara Tunggal sebagai simbol pemersatu. Sejak dimulainya pembangunan Masjid Tunggal menara Tunggal dibangun pada tahun 2009 pertikain antar jamaah dapat diredam dan dapat dipersatukan kembali.
 
PHONOLOGICAL CHANGE PROCESSES OF ENGLISH AND INDONESIAN
Phonological change is a language phenomenon that occurs because language users change the distribution of phonemes in a language. The aims of this study are to explain the phonological processes that occur in English and Indonesian and to explain the differences in phonological forms between English and Indonesian. The method used in this study is a contrasting-descriptive method by comparing two languages, namely English and Indonesian. The data were taken from the speech of students taking Indonesian and English courses at the University of Bengkulu, totaling 40 students in the first semester. The results show that five types of phonological change processes occurred in English and Indonesian, namely assimilation, metathesis, epenthesis, epithesis, and deletion. The phonological change in English often occurred when two vowel phonemes meet, such as /ea/ shift to /e/, or /i/, phoneme /y/ shift to /i/. Phoneme /e/ was pronounced when two vowel phonemes meet, such as /s/ and /n/ becomes /sen/. Phoneme /g/ is pronounced multiply when it meets the sound/ng/. Phoneme /u/ is pronounced when it meets phoneme /o/ + a consonant. Phoneme /h/ is unpronounced when it meets a vowel phoneme or more vowel phonemes in the words. Meanwhile, phonological changes in Indonesian often occurred from consonant phonemes to other consonant phonemes that have almost the same sound such as phoneme /z/ shift to /s/ and /j/. Phoneme /k/ was pronounced after phoneme /u/ and phoneme /h/ is pronounced after phoneme /a/at the end of words. Phoneme /y/ was pronounced between phonemes /i/ and /a/. Phoneme /h/ was unpronounced when it meets phonemes /a/, /i/, and /u/ in words. In conclusion, the process of phonological change that occurs in English and Indonesian is due to the influence of adjacent phoneme sounds that resemble nearby sounds
ANALISIS PSIKOLOGIS NOVEL “SEPATU DAHLAN” KARYA KHRISNA PABICHARA
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui unsur instrinsik novel Sepatu Dahlan karya Krisna Pabichara .Mendeskripsikan kepribadian yang dialami tokoh Dahlan dalam novel Sepatu Dahlan karya Krisna Pabichara. Data teks yang dianalisis berdasarkan metode yang digunakan dalam mengkaji novel Sepatu Dahlan karya Krisna Pabhicara adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Deskriptif analitik dilakukan dengan cara pendeskripsian fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Dengan melihat data-data yang terdapat di dalam novel Sepatu Dahlan karya Krisna Pabhicara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dalam bab ini akan disimpulkan hasil analisis kajian unsur instrinsik tema cerita novel “Sepatu Dahlan” karya Krisna Pabhicara adalah mengenai perjuangan hidup Dahlan. Alur ceritanya merupakan peristwa-peristiwa yang terangkai secara padu dan dipertimbangkan secara matang oleh pengarang. Peristiwa-peristiwa inilah diberi tekanan untuk membentuk karakter tokoh dalam cerita. Tokoh/Penokohan yang terdapat dalam novel terdiri dari tokoh utama yakni Dahlan dan tokoh sampingan. Latar yang tersajikan di dalam novel menggunakan latar waktu, latar tempat, dan latar suasana. Penagarang menggunakan sudut pandang persona pertama (Dahlan) tokoh Dahlan berperan sebagai tokohutama yang menjadi pelaku cerita. Karena pelaku juga adalah pengisah, maka akhirnya pengisah juga merupakan penutur serba tahu tentang apa yang ada dalam benak pelaku utama maupun sejumlah pelaku lainnya, baik secara fisikal maupun psikologis. Dari beberapa gaya bahasa yang terdapat di dalam novel, banyak diantaranya menggunakan gaya bahasa asosiasi alegori, personifikasi.Dari segi psikologis atau kejiwaan, novel “Sepatu Dahlan” karya Krisna Pabhicara ini banyak menggambarkan sisi kejiwaan manusia yang dihadirkanya lewat tokoh-tokoh dan peristiwa yang ada. perasaan kejiwaan, dalam golongan ini perasaan masih dibedakan lagi atas : perasaan intelektual, perasaan kesusilaan, perasaan keindahan, perasaan kemasyarakatan, perasaan harga diri, perasaan ketuhanan. Students’ Anxiety in Class Presentation Activity at the Postgraduate English Education Study Program of the University of Bengkulu
Students’ anxiety can impact the learning process. Anxiety causes students to overthink and focus on the negative, such as the fear of failing, getting lost in thought about a topic, or being laughed at or ashamed by others because of a mistake. Feeling anxious makes students not know what to say while they speak in front of the class. They forget all of the words they already know, which causes them to become stuck in the middle of the presentation, and, as a result, the presentation will not run smoothly. Students will be frustrated, ashamed, hopeless, and defeated as a result of this situation. Additionally, the students are unable to achieve the anticipated learning goal. If anxiety always occurs when learning a foreign language, especially in English presentation classes, it will certainly be a very serious problem for students. As a result, it is critical to investigate, and the goal of this study is to: (1) learn about the anxiety levels experienced by postgraduate students of the English Education study program in Bengkulu. (2) reveal what factors significantly influence students' anxiety level in class presentations, and (3) reveal the methods that first-semester students of Bengkulu University's postgraduate program in English education use to reduce their anxiety. The subjects of this research were the 21 students of the first semester of the postgraduate English program at Bengkulu University, and to fulfill these research objectives, the descriptive qualitative research design was utilized in this study. In this study, the researchers collected data using instruments such as a questionnaire and an interview. After conducting the research, the results revealed that most students are at an "anxious" level, and the researchers found that there are three main factors that significantly influence their anxiety. They are communication apprehension, test anxiety, and fear of evaluation, and in order to overcome their anxiety, students have their own ways, such as being well prepared and practicing as much as possible, not overthinking, holding something, doing physical movements, and relaxin
APPLYING THE QUANTUM TEACHING TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS READING COMPREHENSION AT SECOND SEMESTER ENGLISH STUDY PROGRAM BENGKULU ISLAMIC STATE INSTITUTE
This research attempted to improve students reading comprehension by applying the
quantum teaching technique. This research employed a classroom action research
design, and it was carried out in two cycles. The data of study were student’s reading
comprehensionn which were collected by means of a reading comprehension test. The student’s reading comprehension were categorized into five categories, namely:
very high, high, moderate, low and very low levels of comprehension. The student’s
participation was obtained through class observations during the reading classes.
The observation data were calculated and categorized high, moderate, and low
categories. The results show that the use of quantum teaching technique could
increase the student’s reading comprehension. Students who fell into very high and
high reading categories increased from 17 students (cycle one) to 21 (cycle two); the
number of students who belonged to moderate and low categories also slightly
decreased from 14 in cycle one to 12 in cycle two. There was two students who were
in the very low reading comprehension category in cycle one, but none was in cycle
two. Furthermore, the use of quantum teaching technique has also encouraged
students to participate actively during the reading classes. The average level of the
student’s participation in the reading class process was moderate. In short, the use
of quantum teaching technique in reading classes could improve not only the
students reading comprehension but also their participate in reading class activity.

SEMIOTIC ANALYSIS OF MEME IN FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE
This study aims to find out in what ways semiotic signs are utilized and
what is the function of memes used by users of the WHOLESOME
MEMEPOSTING group page on Facebook. This study uses a quantitative
descriptive research method. The object of this research is twenty memes
in WHOLESOME MEMEPOSTING group page on Facebook. The
researcher analyzed the data by applying the semiotic theory of Saussure
(1916) and Chandler (2001). Saussure's theory of semiotics (1916) was
used to analyze and find signs related to memes on the WHOLESOME
MEMEPOSTING group page. In analyzing the signs contained in memes,
the characteristics of each meme will be analyzed using Saussure's
signifier and signified theory. Furthermore, the characteristics of each
meme in the post were analyzed using Saussure's semiotic theory and
Chandler's theory The results of this study found that memes on group
pages generally use images of animals and people to symbolize the meme,
as well as a few sentences or words to explain what is going on or what
the person who posted the meme wants to convey, of the twenty memes
that the analysis serves to express thoughts and experiences or events that
are happening or have happened to the person who posted them . It is
recommended for further researcher to conduct further research on
semiotics with an analytical approach from other theories that are not used
in this study so that readers can get many references about semiotics.

i STUDENTS’ ANXIETY IN CLASS PRESENTATION ACTIVITY AT POSTGRADUATE ENGLISH EDUCATION PROGRAM OF UNIVERSITY OF BENGKULU
Students’ Anxiety can impact the learning process. High level of students’
anxiety especially in English presentation classes obviously becomes a
very serious problem for students. Therefore, that problem is important to
be investigated as the aim of this study was: (1) to find out the levels of
anxiety experienced by the first-semester students of the postgraduate
program in English Education at University of Bengkulu (2) to determine
the factors that influence the students’ anxiety levels in-class presentations
and (3) to reveal the students’ ways in reducing their anxiety. The subject
of this research was 21 students in the first semester of the postgraduate
English Education Program at University of Bengkulu. To fulfill these
research aims, mixed method was used in this study. The researcher used
questionnaires and Interviews the instruments in collecting data. After
conducting the research, the result revealed that most students are at a
“mildly anxious” level in doing presentation. Additionally, the researcher
found that there were three main factors that significantly influence their
anxiety. The factors were communication apprehension, test anxiety, and
fear of evaluation. Furthermore, to overcome their anxiety students have
their own ways such as being well prepare before presentation, practicee
as much as possible, not overthinking, holding a thing, doing physical
movements, and relaxing.
