    Interaksi pendidikan adalah hubungan timbal balik dari seorang guru dan murid dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Interaksi di dalam kelas muncul melalui aktifitas pembelajaran seperti; penyampaian materi, diskusi, dialog, pengarahan, pemberian nasehat, dan aktifitas lain yang muncul dari seorang guru. Dalam konteks ini, respon siswa melalui perilakunya, tidak jauh berbeda dengan pesan dan simbol yang mereka dapatkan dari gurunya. Sebagaimana diketahui, al-Zarnuji dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, merupakan dua tokoh yang memiliki peran dan pengaruh yang besar dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Perhatian keduanya sangat fokus dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian religius, melalui pembiasaan etika di lingkungan pembelajaran, disamping juga tidak ketinggalan tentang penguatan pengetahuan dan daya analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang interaksi guru dan murid menurut al-Zarnuji dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Dengan fokus pada substansi pemikiran al-Zarnuji dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari tentang interaksi guru dan murid serta relevansinya terhadap pendidikan saat ini. Peneilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode induktif, deduktif dan deskriptif. Mengklasifikasi, kemudian melakukan generalisasi dan memetakan gagasan yang spesifik dari keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Zarnuji dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari memiliki keselarasan penekanan pada tazkiyah al-nafs, keseriusan, kecakapan, motivasi tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan. Guru menurut keduanya adalah sosok paripurna dan panutan yang mendorong tumbuhnya sikap hormat dan patuh disertai menejemen waktu yang produktif untuk mencapai al-ilmu al-Nafi’ melalui akhlaq al-Karimah.     Investigation is a series of investigative actions to search for and collect evidence with this evidence to shed light on a criminal act and to determine the suspect. In the practice of investigating criminal traffic accidents that cause other people to die, there are actions that are not carried out by investigators, namely detention. This action was carried out based on the investigator's own judgment. Based on this, the author is interested in conducting research on a series of investigator actions in traffic accident crimes that cause other people to die. This research aims to determine a series of investigators' actions in criminal traffic accidents that cause other people to die. This research is included in research sociological juridical, to obtain the data needed, researchers directly conducted field research using data collection methods in the form of interviews with traffic accident investigators from the Malang City Police. The results of this research showed that the investigator's authority was not implemented, namely detention, this was shown from the results of the researcher's interviews with sources in the form of investigators not carrying out detention because they had their own judgment, such as the suspect's cooperation. So the author concludes that this decision caused a loss of public trust in the police

    Warga Desa Kedungotok mayoritas beragama Islam namun dalam implementasi dikehidupan sehari-hari cukup rendah dalam mengikuti kegiatan Islami yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak Desa. Hal ini menjadi permasalah dimana beberapa warga masih rendah terkait dengan ilmu fiqih yang menjadi dasar dalam beragama Islam salah satu contoh kecilnya terkait dengan Haids. Permasalahan tersebut perlu diselesaikan dengan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain: a) meningkatkan pemahaman remaja akan pengetahuan awal dalam ‘aqil baligh yakni haid/menstruasi dan b) meningkatkan kesadaran menghitung haid dengan jelih. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Balai Desa Kedungotok Kecamatan Tembelang pada 02-03 November 2021. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan pelatihan. Pengambilan data melalui kuesioner sebelum dan setelah sosialisasi tentang pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta meningkat sekitar 25,88%. Pemahaman peserta sebelum sosialisasi dengan persentase 59,46% dan pemahaman peserta setelah sosialisasi dengan persentase 85,33%

    This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs in modern society, which is not only experiencing a crisis of purpose or spiritual emptiness. Therefore, the author provides his study that examines the need for spiritual education in interacting with society from the perspective of Dr. KH.Said Aqil Siraj in his book "Sufism as Social Criticism". The main purpose of spiritual education in general is to empower the individual self which refers to the development of a harmonious relationship with God (Hablun Minallah), others (Hablun Minannaas) and the universe (Hablun Minalkaun) by following the instructions of the Prophet, as well as spiritual education as the processing of the human soul in developing moral character. This research uses library research, the researcher uses sources of information in the literature and relevant documents to answer research questions or examine the hypotheses proposed. This method involves searching, selecting, and critically analyzing the existing literature to gain a deeper understanding of the topic being researched. The essence is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best they can in interactions with all of them and with anyone. In essence, everything in life involves an educational component because of the interaction with the environment. Like existing societies, in reality the burgeoning educational culture is still too focused on academic meanings, intelligence, and perhaps tied to the adjective, "rarely" aimed at emotional and spiritual intelligence. At its core is how individuals adapt and position themselves as best as possible in interactions with all conditions and with anyone.     PEARL INDUSTRY IN THE UAE REGION IN 1869-1938: ITS CONSTRUCTION, REPRODUCTION, AND DECLINE

    The article focuses on the United Arab Emirates’ pearl industry during the period of British colonialization of the Arabian Gulf region, and, specifically, during the rise and decline of the pearl industry. The article aims to explore and analyze the development of the pearl industry in the UAE region, how it was constructed and reproduced from 1869 to 1938. One of the objectives of the study is to show that the pearl industry in the UAE region was a social construction in which the minority profited from financing the pearl extraction and export of pearls. The research also revels political, economic, and cultural factors of the reproduction of the pearl industry. The author shows that it was the colonial power behind the construction and reproduction of the pearl industry that was hierarchically structured. Within the hierarchical structure, the British rule implanted the financiers of the pearl industry, who served at the top level of the hierarchy. Other classes within this hierarchy consisted of local tujar merchants, tawawish middlemen, nawakhodha ship captains, ghawasin divers, siyub divers’ assistants, etc. The research proves the exploitative nature of the pearl industry financial distribution among different strata. The differences within the hierarchy in terms of role, power, myth, and financial distribution further helped this reproduction. In the late 1920s and early 1930s, several factors led to the decline of the pearl diving industry, such as the spread of Japanese cultural pearling. This decline led to the decline of all the classes in the UAE pearling industry and to the rise of new classes related to the oil industry. The article considers a wide range of approaches ranging from statistical, from British archival materials, to discursive analysis of the relationships between colonial and local, rules and citizens, local and non-local, and different strata within the hierarchy of the pearl industry

    Sound Mental Health: Key Predictor for Ecologically Sustainable Development of Society

    Abstract: The term mental health is commonly used in relation to mental illness or mental health problems. However, mental health is a universal experience that is fundamental to personal well being and social functioning. The natural environment is fundamentally connected to our psychological well being in many ways. It is increasingly recognized that people and the natural environment do not exist as independent entities, but are part of a complex, inter connected ecosystem. Evidence suggests that not only people are dependent on the natural environment for material needs such as food and water, etc, but also that the natural environment is equally essential for them to fulfill their psychological, spiritual and emotional needs. In this paper the author has made an attempt to make a connection between promotion of sustainable environment and positive mental health. Sustainability and mental health promotion have many common goals, so health promoters need to be engaged in promoting and protecting the natural environment and cultivating practices such as mindfulness, which can increase both flourishing and sustainability. IJSER The increasing prominence is given to well-being and sustainable development in recent academic and policy debates. This paper sets out the various accounts of these concepts and considers the possible synergies and tensions between them. An attempt has also been made to explain why mental health is important at many levels to individuals, to whole communities and to wider society. 1
