The dark side of brand community: the role of brand identification, community identification, brand passion and shopping motivation
No full textPurpose: this paper aims to investigate whether consumers’ identification with a brand community makes them more likely to engage in compulsive buying behavior. Specifically, this research shows that consumers are more likely to experience obsessive passion for brands they identify with if they are also part of brand communities, which, in turn, makes them more likely to engage in compulsive buying behavior. Design/methodology/approach: an online survey (n = 533) among members of the Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth (ARMY) Bangtan Boys (BTS) brand community was conducted. A partial least squares approach was employed to test the validity and reliability of the measurement model as well as to assess the structural equation model. Findings: results show that brand identification affects harmonious and obsessive passion and that both relationships are moderated by brand community identification. Harmonious passion, in turn, has a positive effect on impulsive buying, whereas obsessive passion has a positive effect on both impulsive and obsessive-compulsive buying. Furthermore, consumer hedonic motivations moderate the relationship between (i) harmonious passion and impulsive buying and (ii) obsessive passion and obsessive-compulsive buying. Originality/value: to the best of the authors’ knowledge, this work is the first to examine the potential negative impacts brand community identification has on compulsive buying behavior. Besides contributing to research on the negative aspects of brand community identification, by employing a model that distinguishes between two types of passion and compulsive buying, the study provides clarification on relationships suggested by prior studies.</p

Fokus pada penelitian ini membahas tingkat sosial, status sosial serta pengaruh yang disebabkan oleh stratafikasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis bentuk kelas sosial yang terjadi dalam novel Yaa Azizi Kulluna Lushus karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus 2) menganalisis apa saja dampak dari adanya kelas sosial. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Sumber utama menggunakan novel Yaa Azizi Kulluna Lushus karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus, dan sumber data sekunder menggunakan buku, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis data,peneliti menemukan adanya bentuk tingkat sosial berdasarkan beberapa faktor, seperti faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial bawaan, dan faktor pendidikan. Upaya pengawasan kepada santri putri di pondok pesantren Al Muhsin
putri sesuai dengan peraturan serta pemberian sanksi dalam
meningkatkan kedisiplinan belum maksimal . Hal ini dilihat dari bentuk
permasalahan menyangkut berbagai bidang dari pengurus pondok
pesantren Al Muhsin dan santri pondok pesantren Al Muhsin putri .
Salah satu permasalahan sering timbul dari kurang optimal
ustadz/ustadzah dalam menyikapi perilaku pelanggaran santri pondok
pesantren Al Muhsin putri. Penegasan dalam melaksanakan aturan
haruslah di upayakan sebaik-baik mungkin agar bisa mencapai tujuan
peraturan dan memberikan efek jera kepada santri pondok pesantren Al
Muhsin putri untuk menaati peraturan yang sudah di rancang
sebagaimana mestinya. Karna tujuan dari peraturan dan sanksi ialah
untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri pondok pesantren Al Muhsin
putri. Pelaksanaan peraturan serta sanksi untuk santri pondok pesantren
Al Muhsin putri yang melanggar sangat penting untuk bisa menjaga dan
menciptakan lingkungan sosial warga pondok pesantren Al Muhsin
putri.
Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah dapat di atas dapat di ambil
rumusan masalah tentang bagaimana Fungi Pengawasan dalam
Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Santri Pondok Pesantren Al Muhsin Putri
Metro Utara Kota Metro. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui bagaimana Fungi Pengawasan dalam Meningkatkan
Kedisiplinan Santri Pondok Pesantren Al Muhsin Putri Metro Utara
Kota Metro sedangkan untuk metode penelitian penulis menggunakan
metode observasi,metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya Bentuk
perilaku tidak disiplin santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Muhsin Putri
didasari dengan berbagai bentuk dan pengaruh dan dalam
menanggapinya pengurus pondok harus memberikan ketegasan sanksi
sebagai bentuk pendisiplinan santri agar segala bentuk kualifikasi
pelanggaran tidak dilakukan maupun di ulangi oleh santri guna
memberikan pelajaran kepada santri yang lain sebagai himbauan agar
tidak melanggar aturan jika tidak ingin termendapatkan sanksi sesuai
dengan kualifikasi bobot pelanggarannya. Sesuai dengan manajerial
bagian kedisiplinan santri dari ibadah, pembelajaran,rukhtar atau
hafalan, kebersihan , kesehatan dan perizinan harus lebih teliti dan
bertanggung jawab guna akan mempengaruhi kedisipliann santri dalam
menaati peraturan di pondok pesantren Al Muhsin putri.

Supervision efforts for female students at the Al Muhsin female Islamic
boarding school in accordance with regulations and the imposition of
sanctions to improve discipline have not been maximized. This can be
seen from the form of problems concerning various fields from the
management of the Al Muhsin Islamic boarding school and students of
the Al Muhsin female Islamic boarding school. One of the problems
often arises from the less than optimal ustadz / ustadzah in responding
to the behavior of violations by students of the Al Muhsin female
Islamic boarding school. Affirmation in implementing the rules must be
attempted as well as possible in order to achieve the objectives of the
regulations and provide a deterrent effect on students of the Al Muhsin
female Islamic boarding school to obey the regulations that have been
designed properly. Because the purpose of the regulations and sanctions
is to improve the discipline of students of the Al Muhsin female Islamic
boarding school. Implementation of regulations and sanctions for
students of the Al Muhsin female Islamic boarding school who violate
is very important to be able to maintain and create a social environment
for residents of the Al Muhsin female Islamic boarding school.
Based on the background of the problem above, the formulation of the
problem can be taken about how the Supervisory Function in Improving
the Discipline of Students at the Al Muhsin Putri Islamic Boarding
School, North Metro, Metro City. The purpose of this study is to
determine how the Supervisory Function in Improving the Discipline
of Students at the Al Muhsin Putri Islamic Boarding School, North Metro, Metro City, while for the research method the author uses the
observation method, interview method and documentation method.
The results of the study that the author can conclude are that the form
of undisciplined behavior of students at the Al Muhsin Putri Islamic
Boarding School is based on various forms and influences and in
responding to it, the boarding school administrators must provide firm
sanctions as a form of student discipline so that all forms of violation
qualifications are not carried out or repeated by students in order to
provide lessons to other students as an appeal not to violate the rules if
they do not want to be subject to sanctions according to the qualification
of the weight of the violation. In accordance with the management of
the discipline of students from worship, learning, rukhtar or
memorization, cleanliness, health and permits must be more careful and
responsible in order to influence the discipline of students in obeying
the rules at the Al Muhsin Putri Islamic Boarding School.

Tourist satisfaction is one of the factors that can affect the development of Coban Putri tourism in Batu City. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and facilities on tourist satisfaction. The author uses 99 respondents, namely tourists who have visited Coban Putri tourism in Batu City. In decision-making, the author uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The technique used in this research is to distribute questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: 1) tourist attraction affects tourist satisfaction; 2) tourist facilities influence tourist satisfaction; 3) tourist attraction and tourist facilities affect the satisfaction of visitors simultaneously
Keberkesanan Program-Program Pemulihan Tingkah laku Di Taman Seri Putri Batu Gajah Dan Kompleks Dar-Assa’adah
No full textKajian ini bertujuan melihat keberkesanan pelaksanaan program yang dijalankan di Taman Seri Puteri Batu Gajah, Perak dan Kompleks Dar-Assa’dah, Kuala Lumpur. Di institusi ini, delikuen wanita akan menjalani program pemulihan yang bertujuan untuk memberi bimbingan dan pendedahan kepada mereka sebagai persediaan untuk diterima semula oleh masyarakat. Instrument kajian ialah soal selidik yang digunakan ini diubahsuai daripada kajian Azizi(1990) dan Azizi ( 2004). Darjah kebolehpercayaan soal selidik diuji dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha di mana nilai keseluruhannya ialah 0.961. Seramai 79 orang pelatih terdiri penghuni yang telah menjalani sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan program pemulihan tingkah laku di kedua-dua institusi dipilih sebagai responden. Pemboleh ubah yang digunakan dalam kajian ialah Kemudahan dan Kelengkapan yang sedia ada, Program Vokasional, Program Kokurikulum, Program Keagamaan dan Program Bimbingan serta Kaunseling. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan Kemudahan dan Kelengkapan yang tersedia berada di tahap sederhana. Begitu juga Program Vokasional, Program Kokurikulum dan Program Bimbingan dan Kaunseling kurang berkesan. Program Keagamaan adalah berkesan. Tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara Kemudahan dan Kelengkapan yang sedia ada, Program Vokasional dan Program Kokurikulum di Taman Seri Puteri Batu Gajah, Perak dan Kompleks Dar-Assa’dah, Kuala Lumpur. No full textOrang tua pasti menginginkan anaknya memiliki prestasi baik itu akademik maupun non akademik. Para orang tua juga pasti menginginkan putra/putrinya ikut dan berprestasi menjadi seorang atlet nasional maupun internasional. Seperti halnya di Gladiator Atletik klub Gresik, masih banyak orang tua yang menemani putra/putinya berlatih hingga malam hari. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi orang tua yang mempartisipasikan putra dan putri berlatih di Gladiator Atletik Klub Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik lalu di ubah menjadi persentase. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup. Subjek penelitian yang diambil untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang tua yang mempartisipasikan putra putrinya berlatih di Gladiator Atletik Klub Gresik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat motivasi orang tua yang mempartisipasikan putra dan putri berlatih di Gladiator Atletik Klub Gresik tergolong sedang dengan total persentase sebesar 36.7%. Dimana faktor intrinsik lebih mendominan yakni sebesar 63.7%, sedangkan untuk faktor ekstrinsik mengahasilkan persentase sebesar 36.3%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan jika motivasi orang tua yang mempartisipasikan putra dan putri berlatih di Gladiator Atletik Klub Gresik tergolong sedang. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Orang Tua, Atletik

Design Of Public Facilities For Persons With Disabilities At Al-Azizi Mosque, Batam City Using The Axiomatic Design (AD) Method
No full textHumans are special creatures both physically and intellectually. Humans have the ability to adapt, but not everyone will be able to make good adjustments, especially people with disabilities. It is known that out of a total of 7 billion world population in 2021, 15% of them are persons with disabilities. Based on data on persons with disabilities released by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, it is known that in the Riau Archipelago as many as 2733 residents are persons with disabilities. Physical illness or movement disorder is the most common disease among other diseases experienced by persons with disabilities in Indonesia. At present the accessibility needs of persons with disabilities in public buildings such as mosques should have met the needs of persons with disabilities but the reality on the ground shows that there are still minimal accessibility facilities in places of worship, especially mosques. Al-Azizi Mosque which is located in RT. 01 RW. 021 Tanjung Sengkuang Kec. Batu Ampar - Batam is currently still not paying attention to the accessibility of persons with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to design public facilities for Persons with Disabilities at the Al-Azizi Mosque in Batam City using the Axiomatic design (AD) method. The Axiomatic Design (AD) method is carried out by defining the basis for product development/design by providing a mapping technique between the function requirements and design parameters. This method can help so that the design and development of a product is more structured, logical, and focuses on a design that fits the function. It is hoped that with this research a public facility design can be formed that is able to accommodate the needs of disabled mosque users

Putri Hijau. The author has previously designed a line plan and general arrangement. The author's goal is to get construction calculations from the passenger ship M.V. Putri Hijau, get a construction profile picture on the passenger ship M.V. Putri Hijau.
