Inventory is one of the important assets in the company and became on working capital in the company. To obtain information on inventories of fast, precise and accurate inventory information needed by an effective system. In writing this paper, the authors take the title “ Accounting Information System Analysis in a computerized inventory at PT. Amal Tani “. In this paper the author tries to assess the effectiveness of a computerized inventory system at the PT. Amal Tani based criteria have been determined with due regard to the procedures established by the company. The author also tries to assess the internal control system at the company inventory.
As for the research methodology used is by using descriptive analysis that is by collecting data obtained from both primary and secondary data of the interview.
Results showed that the level of effectiveness of computerized information system inventory in PT. Amal Tani less effective, except that the results showed that although the control performed by the company has been quite good, but there are certain factors that cause delays In the process of preparing the consolidated inventory. Authors suggest that companies improve the quality of existing human resources through training them to replace a batch system with real- time systems.

OCCUPATIONAL BURNOUT AMONG NURSES WORKING IN MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH CENTERS IN EL BEHEIRA GOVERNORATE
Abstract: Nurses who are working in maternal and child health care setting suffer from excessive load that makes them more liable for occupational burnout because their work involves many preventive and curative health services that are provided to both women and under-five children. The study aimed to: assess the level of occupational burnout among nurses working in Maternal and Child Health centers (MCH) in El Beheira Governorate. Design: a descriptive study was utilized to meet the aim of this study. Setting: The study was conducted in 9 MCH centers within 5 directorates out of 16 directorates present in El Beheira Governorate including Damanhour, Kafer El dawar, Abo Elmatamer, Etay Elbarod and Shobarqet directorates. These directorates have the greatest number of nurses within MCH centers. Subjects: composed of 300 nursing staff who are working at previously mentioned setting. Tools: two tools were used for data collection; Nurses’ characteristics self –administrated sheet and The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Results: around two third of the studied nurses had high level of emotional exhaustion, and the majority of them had high level of high depersonalization and personal accomplishment. Moreover, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment domain and positive correlation between emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant correlation between personal accomplishment and depersonalization. Conclusion: based on the results of the present study it can be concluded that, although the current study subjects had high level of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, they still had high level of personal accomplishment. Moreover, emotional exhaustion was negatively correlated with personal accomplishment and positively correlated with depersonalization. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant correlation between personal accomplishment and depersonalization.
Recommendation: frequent workshops about effective coping strategies to be used during time of stress need to be implemented for nurses to protect against occurrence of burnout.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADERSHIP STYLES AND NURSES' SPSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING
Abstract: Background: Leadership has become an increasingly important in attempt in order to adapt to a turbulent working environment and has a strong influence on nurses' psychological and physical health. The study aimed to: examine the relationship between leadership styles and nurses' psychological well-being at Kafr El Dawar General Hospital. Design: A descriptive, correlational study was utilized to meet the aim of this study. Setting: The study was conducted at all inpatient units (medical and surgical) and Intensive Care Units (ICUs) at Kafr El-Dawar General Hospital (N=22). The hospital is the second largest hospital at El-Beheira Governorate, with bed capacity (278). It is classified as follows: (1) medical units (n=7): medical, coronary, pediatrics, hematemesis, obstetrics and gynecology, burn and urology; (2) surgical units (n= 6): general surgery (A and B), orthopedics, ear, nose and throat, neuro-surgery and vascular; (3) ICUs (n=9): general, pediatrics, neonatal, neuro-surgery, coronary care, dialysis, toxicology, eclampsia and burn. Subjects: Composed of 44 head nurses and 270 staff nurses who are working at previously mentioned setting. Tools: two tools were used for data collection; Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5X short form (MLQ-5XS) and Outcome Questionnaire (OQ) / Life Status Questionnaire (LSQ). Results: There were highly statistically significant differences were found between head nurses and staff nurses toward total leadership styles. However, there were no statistically significant differences were found between head nurses and staff nurses toward total psychological well-being. Moreover, the highest mean±SD of leadership styles for both subjects was transformational leadership style; also, symptom distress for psychological well-being. Conclusion: based on the results of the present study it can be concluded that, there are positive significant correlations between leadership styles and nurses’ psychological well-being. Recommendation: promote communication between head nurses and their staff nurses through regular meetings with them, allow staff nurses to participate in decision making process and problem solving and express their idea.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KEAMANAN KOTAK AMAL DI MASJID RAYA ASSALAM MASARAN BERBASIS IOT (INTERNET OF THINGS)
A mosque is a building used by Muslims to carry out worship and religious activities. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran is one of the mosques located in Karangtengah Hamlet, Masaran District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. However, a few months ago there was a case of theft of charity boxes in this mosque, so the security of charity boxes is an important concern for mosque administrators. Therefore, the author developed a charity box security system to detect and anticipate theft. The system developed using the Prototype method is able to detect indications of theft, provide notifications via the Telegram application, track the whereabouts of the charity box using GPS technology, and lock the charity box using a solenoid door lock with a fingerprint sensor. The test results show that this system has excellent accuracy, response speed, and consistency, so it is expected to provide a sense of security and trust to worshipers in donating at the mosque charity box.ABSTRAKMasjid merupakan bangunan yang digunakan umat Muslim untuk melaksanakan ibadah dan kegiatan keagamaan. Masjid Raya Assalam Masaran merupakan salah satu masjid yang terletak di Dusun Karangtengah, Kec. Masaran, Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Namun, beberapa bulan yang lalu terdapat kasus pencurian kotak amal di masjid ini, sehingga keamanan kotak amal menjadi perhatian penting bagi pengurus masjid. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengembangkan sebuah sistem keamanan kotak amal untuk mendeteksi dan mengantisipasi adanya tindakan pencurian. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype mampu mendeteksi indikasi pencurian, memberikan notifikasi melalui aplikasi Telegram, melacak keberadaan kotak amal menggunakan teknologi GPS, serta mengunci kotak amal menggunakan solenoid door lock dengan sensor sidik jari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem ini memiliki ketepatan, kecepatan respons, dan konsistensi yang sangat baik, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman dan kepercayaan kepada jamaah dalam menyumbang di kotak amal masjid

Manuscripts play an important role to fill the gaps and disclose uncertain pages of history. They provide us with the information of witnesses and stories had happened prior to the author who had heard from contemporaries.
