    Abstract: The development of science and technology, the challenges of the quality of institutions, and skills in the 21st century are the main reasons for the need for an independent learning campus curriculum. This is an opportunity as well as a challenge for higher education institutions in producing quality human resources. This article aims to analyze efforts to realize an independent-campus learning curriculum in the PGMI STIT Al Ittihadiyah study program, North Labuhanbatu. The focus of this article's discussion is on the campus's efforts in realizing an independent campus curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach to field research methods. Data collection was carried out by using online interview techniques using WhatsApp and document review. Through this research, it was found that the efforts made by the campus in realizing an independent campus (independent learning) were (1) Aligning the profile of graduates with the needs of society, (2) Determining approaches, strategies, and methods of learning by community demands, (3) Determining types and assessment techniques and (4) maps of curriculum alignment including Learning Outcomes (CPL), materials, methods, and assessment

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan mempertanyakan peran materi pesawat sederhana dalam pembelajaran IPA jenjang MI/SD di era disrupsi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan semi-structured interview terhadap guru IPA SMP/MTs di Kalimantan Tengah kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa materi pesawat sederhana urgen dan bermanfaat diedukasi pada peserta didik MI/SD di era disrupsi saat ini. Ditinjau dari perkembangan, kegunaan, dan perannya di era disrupsi, materi pesawat sederhana (tuas, bidang miring, katrol, dan roda berporos) memberikan edukasi kepada peserta didik berupa prinsip kemudahan dan tidak instan. Selanjutnya, kajian pesawat sederhana relevan dengan tantangan yang dapat dijadikan peluang di era disrupsi, meliputi upaya meng-upgrade kualitas kurikulum, penanaman pendidikan nilai, kesadaran perubahan zaman, dan menemukan jati diri

    Morals that “color” the environment. Every period, including the era of “emergency Covid-19”, is needed to cultivate morals for elementary age children as a continuation of the “khalifah on earth” relay. This paper examines the urgency of moral cultivation for children of primary age in the era of disruption. The research problem formulation is focused on how the efforts and urgency of moral cultivation for elementary age children in the era of “emergency Covid-19”. This research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of morals is an urgent matter that should be given from elementary age to children. This is marked by efforts to meet the demands of the times with 4 (four) aspects, namely (1) education upgrading the quality of the curriculum, (2) providing internalization of values, (3) raising awareness of changing times, and (4) bringing students find self concept.Keywords: Morals, Elementary Children, Disruptive Era

    Persepsi Guru tentang Social Distancing pada Pendidikan AUD Era New Normal

    Social Distancing dan pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi hal familiar sejak pandemi covid-19. Begitupun, sistem pembelajaran era new normal mulai dikondisikan dengan mengikut kebijakan pada tiap-tiap daerah, terutama bagi anak usia dini. Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisa persepsi guru tentang social distancing dan pola pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada PAUD era new normal di RA/TK Kab. Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode field research dipilih dalam tulisan ini untuk mengungkap data dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa (1) guru memandang bahwa social distancing adalah pembatasan jarak sosial sementara karena pandemi, untuk itu pendidikan pada AUD di RA/TK Kab. Aceh Tenggara mengalami 3 kali transisi pola, mulai dari via WhatsApp Group (WAG), belajar kunjungan dan sistem bergilir; dan (2) platform social distancing pada PAUD di era new normal meliputi aspek pembelajaran, penugasan dan penilaian

    Ngajar on the road merupakan fenomena “baru†sejak pandemi Covid-19, di mana dosen mengajar mahasiswa melalui aplikasi Zoom sambil mengendarai atau menumpangi mobil. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa persepsi mahasiswa prodi PIAUD STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara tentang fenomena dosen ngajar on the road di era pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode field research untuk mengungkap dan mengumpulkan data penelitian melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen yang disesuaikan dengan protokol kesehatan. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan 2 (dua) hasil, yaitu (1) mahasiswa menganggap bahwa ngajar on the road memiliki dampak negatif (meliputi; bahaya dan melanggar lalu lintas, tidak efektif, suara bising klakson di jalanan, teladan tidak baik bagi mahasiswa, hingga konsentrasi belajar yang tidak fokus) dan dampak positif (meliputi; pembelajaran lebih fleksibel dan tepat waktu). (2) pola pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh dosen selama pandemi Covid-19 meliputi presentasi via Youtube, diskusi dan tanya jawab via Zoom atau WhatsApp Group

    Analisis Perkembangan Sosial-Emosional Tercapai dan Tidak Tercapai Siswa Usia Dasar

    This article aims to examine social-emotional development of the student\u27s age. As for the formulation of a problem in this study i.e. (1) how the social-emotional development is achieved and not achieved grade IV MI Nurul Ummah in learning, (2) how the social-emotional development is achieved and not achieved grade IV MI Nurul Ummah outside of learning, and (3) how the efforts of teachers in developing social-emotional grade IV MI Nurul Ummah. This research used the qualitative approach with observations on the social-emotional development of grade IV MI Nurul Ummah. As for the results of this study suggest that (1) social-emotional development of students in learning that are achieved, i.e. students show an attitude of caring, participation, communication, interactive, teamwork, ability and showing confidence, While that is not achieved, i.e. quiet, it\u27s hard to adapt, a closed, private, and difficult to communicate with people deems foreign.; (2) the social-emotional development of students outside the learning achieved, i.e. students show the attitude of empathy, caring, helpful friends, don\u27t show the attitude of keakuan, and being able to control your emotions when interacting or play, while not achieved,i.e. play only with friends nearby, less concerned with what is happening around him, speaking only when needed, and enjoy learning more than play.; (3) efforts undertaken teacher in developing social-emotional students; sets the position of the seated students, giving the same attention to all students, and to give guidance to students in order to encourage the achievement of social- emotional development of children.Keywords: Analysis, Social-Emotional Development is Achieved and not Achieve
