ASRA i. Oy:n toimintasuunnitelma
Full text link2017 perustettu osakeyhtiö ASRA i. jatkaa liiketoimintaa rakennusalalla vuonna 2008 perustetun toiminimiyritykseni pohjalta. Opinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena on laatia liiketoimintasuunnitelma, jossa arvioin yritykseni vahvuuksia ja heikkouksia, kartoitan yleistä kilpailutilannetta markkinoilla ja rakennan markkinointisuunnitelman tuleville vuosille. Esittelen myös uudet työkalut, jotka tehostavat tarjouslaskentaa, sekä alustavat suunnitelmat pientalomallista, jonka markkinointi olisi tarkoitus aloittaa vuoden 2020 rakennusmessuilla. Opinnäytetyö tulee toimimaan pohjana tuleville investoinneille ja toiminnan esittelynä mahdollisille liikekumppaneille.
Tässä työssä hyödynnän omaa, sekä yhteistyökumppanieni ja ASRA i. Oy:n osakkaiden yrittäjä- ja työkokemusta, tilitoimistoni osaamista ja markkinointialan konsulttiani, sekä talotekniikan ja rakennesuunnittelun opintojani.
Toimintasuunnitelman toteutuksen aikana olen keskustellut yritykseni talouden hallinnasta ja liikeidean toimivuudesta yritysneuvojien ja useiden eri rakennusalan yrittäjien kanssa. Olen myös perehtynyt kilpailevien yritysten toimintaan ja tuotteisiin, sekä muutaman isomman rakennusalan yrityksen toimintamalleihin. Apuna on ollut myös markkinointiseminaarit, jotka ovat liittyneet pääosin sosiaalisen median ja internetin kautta tapahtuvaan markkinointiin

companies that have published Sustainability Report 2017 on the company's website and get the Sustainability Reporting Awards 2018 and uses a
combination of content analysis and quantitative analysis methods. GRI G4 includes 53 aspects consisting of 7 aspects of General Standard Disclosure
and 46 aspects of Specific Standard Disclosure. There were 149 indicators disclosed consisting of 58 indicators of General Standard Disclosure, 91
indicators of Specific Standard Disclosure consisting of 9 economic indicators, 34 environmental indicators, 16 social indicators, 12 human rights
indicators, 11 community indicators, 9 product responsibility indicators. The data is normally distributed so that statistical analysis uses the One Way
ANOVA test which shows that there is no difference between Sustainability Performance among the four categories of ASRA 2018 recipients (platinum,
gold, silver and bronze) and there is no difference between Indonesia and International Companies related to Sustainability Reporting.

Lon-like protease AsrA regulates heat-shock survival and quorum sensing in <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</em>
No full textThe Lon protease is a highly conserved protein degradation machine that contributes to protein quality control and regulatory processes in species from the three domains of life. The opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as a group of related bacteria possess, in addition to the canonical Lon protease, a second Lon protease named AsrA (Aminoglycoside-induced Stress Response ATP-dependent protease). While this AsrA protease was shown to be upregulated under aminoglycoside stress, it remains poorly studied regarding its biochemical activity, its specific substrates and cellular roles. Here, we show that AsrA is an active ATP-dependent protease that, despite structural and biochemical similarities to Lon, regulates its own group of substrates and possesses distinct cellular roles. Using a proteome-wide screen for substrate proteins, we identified the first specific substrates of this protease. One of these substrates is the anti-activator QslA, a critical regulator of the quorum sensing cascade, and we demonstrate that AsrA controls quorum sensing genes via this regulator. We further reveal a small protein Icp as a potential regulator of AsrA activity and we show that survival of an asrA- mutant strain is significantly impaired under heat-shock conditions. Together, our study characterizes AsrA as a novel type of Lon-like protease and reveals this protease as a critical regulator of quorum sensing and stress survival.</p

Preprints are preliminary reports of work that have not been certified by peer review.The endocrine control of food intake remains incompletely understood, and whether the leptin receptor-mediated anorexigenic pathway in the hypothalamus is negatively regulated by a humoral factor is unknown. Here we identify an appetite-stimulating factor - ASRA - that acts as a leptin receptor antagonist. ASRA encodes an 8 kD protein that is abundantly and selectively expressed in adipose tissue and to a lesser extent, in liver, and is upregulated during fasting and cold. ASRA protein associates with autophagosomes and its secretion is induced by energy deficiency. Overexpression of ASRA in mice attenuates leptin receptor signaling leading to elevated blood glucose and development of severe hyperphagic obesity, whereas either adipose- or liver-specific ASRA knockout mice display increased leptin sensitivity, improved glucose homeostasis, reduced food intake, and resistance to high fat diet-induced obesity. Furthermore, ASRA is indispensable for cold-evoked feeding response. Recombinant ASRA (rASRA) protein binds to leptin receptor and suppresses leptin receptor signaling in cultured cells. In vivo, rASRA promotes food intake and increases blood glucose in a leptin receptor signaling-dependent manner. Our studies collectively show that ASRA, acting as a peripheral signal of energy deficit, stimulates appetite and regulates glucose metabolism by antagonizing leptin receptor signaling, thus revealing a previously unknown endocrine mechanism that has important implications for our understanding of leptin resistance

Dibimbing Oleh : Drs. Syaiful, M.Si. dan Sadri, S.IP, S.Soc. Sc. Skripsi ini terdiri dari 144 Halaman dengan referensi 13 Buku, 7 Jurnal, 3 Skripsi, 10 Website, 2 aturan perundang-undangan serta 20 informan Penelitian.
Pemilihan Umum Legislatif (Pileg) merupakan suatu ajang kontestasi politik dalam mewujudkan bentuk nyata proses demokrasi. Begitu. Pemilihan Umum Legislatif untuk DPRD Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota tahun 2014, memiliki 5 Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil). Khususnya Daerah Pemilihan 4 (Kecamatan Guguak, Harau, Mungka) telah terpilih 10 orang Anggota DPRD dan 4 orang diantaranya merupakan berasal dari kecamatan Mungka. Salah satu caleg dari kecamatan Mungka tersebut adalah Deni Asra. Deni Asra merupakan caleg baru atau pemula yang diusung oleh Partai Gerindra. Deni Asra terpilih karena diindikasikan melakukan patronase politik dalam Pemilihan Umum Legislatif DPRD Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui bentuk patronase politik yang dilakukan Deni asra di kecamatan Mungka. Kedua, untuk mengetahui jaringan broker dalam Patronase politik Deni Asra di Kecamatan Mungka dalam Pileg di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Tahun 2014.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori patronase politik Aspinal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam pemilihan informan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisa etik dan emik. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang didapatkan dilapangan digunakan teknik triagulasi data, sehingga menghasilkan data yang objektif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, bentuk-bentuk patronase politik yang dilakukan Deni Asra yaitu : pembelian Suara, pemberian individu, pelayanan dan aktivitas, pemberian kelompok dan proyek gentong babi (pork barrel). Sementara sasaran patronase Deni Asra yaitu di kecamatan mungka yang terfokus pada 2 Nagari yaitu di Nagari Talang Maur dan Nagari Sungai Antuan. Jaringan broker yang digunakan Deni Asra dalam patronase politiknya yaitu: Tim Sukses, Jaringan-Jaringan Sosial seperti: Tokoh Masyarakat, ketua kelompok Simpan Pinjam Perempuan, ketua Pemuda, dan pengurus kelompok kesenian randai, dan partai politik yaitu kader partai Gerindra.
