A law of contract is very necessary in the business world It becomes a fundamental basis since a business always begins with a contract. One of the laws of contract is the transport business contracts. Transportation is very vital in the people's life since it can help them solve their difficulties. Therefore, there are many kinds of transportation businesses; one of them is C.V. Aslamiah. There is a transport contract between C.V. Aslamiah as a transportation business and PT. Rimba Mujur Mahkota, the company which sends goods. In this mutual agreement, the first party (CV Aslamiah) should transport the goods from and to certain places and the second party (PT Rimba Mujur Mahkota) should pay the fare/the transport.
This research was about the mutual contract between PT Rimba Mujur Mahkota and CV Aslamiah about the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) transportation in Mandailing Natal. The method of the research was judicial normative. This research was based on the materials of legal provisions, theories, and concepts which were related to the legal aspect of a contract. The data consisted of the primary data which were obtained directly from the field such as questionnaires and interviews and from the secondary data such as library study. The data were analyzed after they had been examined, grouped, processed, and evaluated so that it could be known their reliability. They were then analyzed qualitatively by studying all the answers and were discussed in order to solve the problems.
The mutual contract between the two parties has the same right and obligation which are conducted properly since both parties will be responsible for their right and obligation. PT Rimba Mujur Mahkota only pays for the transportation while CV. Aslamiah only transports the goods from and to certain places. The arbitration of the dispute between both parties can be settled in and outside the Courts. Latar belakang pada penelitian ini adalah anggota polisi yang bekerja sebagai pelindung dan pengayom bagi masyarakat. Anggota polisi harus memiliki kredibilitas atau kualitas dan dapat dipercaya dalam bekerja. Anggota polisi juga harus memiliki pegangan dalam bekerja yaitu ketakwaan dalam diri serta patuh terhadap norma-norma yang berlaku. Untuk terwujudnya kredibilitas dan ketakwaan dalam bekerja maka dilaksanakannya bimbingan keagamaan sebagai program untuk membantu para anggota polisi dalam membentuk kredibilitas dan ketakwaan dalam bekerja. Sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya bimbingan keagamaan dapat meningkatkan etos kerja anggota polisi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan keagamaan ini dapat meningkatkan etos kerja polisi dalam bekerja. Masjid Paripurna Muthmainnah Polda Riau merupakan tempat para anggota polisi untuk mendapatkan bimbingan keagamaan. Maka dari itu penulis mengkaji bangaimana pelaksanaan bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan etos kerja polisi di Polda Riau. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif, subjek penelitiannya terdiri dari 5 orang, yaitu Pembimbing Agama (Penyuluh), Pengurus masjid dan 3 orang anggota polisi. Dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitaian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbingan keagmaan ini dapat meningkatkan etos kerja polisi. Dengan menggunakan metode kelompok (ceramah) dan metode individual, serta pendekatan dan materi yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan bimbingan keagamaan kepada anggota polisi adanya dampak positif dari pelaksanaan bimbinga keagamaan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari segi pribadi yang lebih dekat dengan Allah, tingkah laku dan kinerja yang semakin baik.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Quantitative assessment of "UAV" photogrammetry and LiDAR Digital Surface Model (LiDSM) / Thuaibatul Aslamiah Mastor
Full text linkDigital Surface Model is extensively used in many fields such as surveying, construction, environmental engineering, and disaster management and so on. Generally, the need of accuracy and every detail of ground information on DSM extraction is crucial for most applications. The innovation of technology in Photogrammetry field resulted in invention of a small aerial vehicle that carrying sensor such as a compact camera. The DSM can be extracted from digital aerial imagery of small format cameras. Meanwhile, the LiDAR technology offer the ground information in term of point cloud and in 3D makes this technology is popularly used as a technology to produce high resolution maps. This study is performed to assess the accuracy of DSM derived from both data that has been utilized by using a different platform which is UAV and LiDAR platform. Sony is utilized as non-metric camera for the ground information acquisition. In this study 39 points in 3 dimensional were established using Rapid Static method GPS technique and 10 point used as ground control for aerial triangulation. 39 points collected also used for Checkpoint (CP) for accuracy assessment. The research output is then evaluated for planimetry and vertical accuracy, using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Based on the analysis that has been made, sub-meter accuracy for both RMSE(x,y,z) was obtained. Refer to the result obtained, UAV Photogrammetry constantly produced the highest planimetry accuracy on the earth's surface which is RMSE(x) = 0.277m and RMSE(y) = 0.202m. While the accuracy of RMSE(x) for LiDAR data is 0.284 m and RMSE (y) =0.208m. In contrast, LiDAR DSM gives the best result of RMSE (z) which is 0.132m. Meanwhile UAV Photogrammetry give RMSE (z) is 0.253m. Overall, UAV Photogrammetry provides more accurate monitoring data in term of planimetry accuracy while LiDAR data give the best result on vertical accuracy which RMSE (z). Although, based on some cases, it is more careful Photogrammetry processing is necessary to attain monitoring accuracy requirement especially in vegetated areas
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
